It’s no secret that she went a little overboard with plastic surgery, and Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon says he’s done operating on her.
Dr. Frank Ryan told press that he’s already performed 10 different procedures on the “Hills” babe and she won’t be going under his knife anymore.
Ryan stated, “There’s really nothing to do! I told Heidi that. ‘What are you going to do? You’re done!” But that hasn’t stopped some of Montag’s peers from hitting him up for some work.
Dr. Ryan added, “In the reality [TV] world, there’s a lot of competition and there’s a lot of possessiveness for one’s doctor. It’s pretty interesting.”

Last weekend, Heidi Montag walked her first red carpet post-surgery. While her face looked puffy, swollen and a little gross, I didn?t really notice any huge difference in her body, other than she seemed to have more of an hourglass figure than she used to. I barely even looked at her dress other than to notice that it looked like yet another budget strapless in a long line of budget strapless dresses all of those reality ?stars? seem to wear. Well, apparently, Heidi designed that crap herself, and she has big plans to create a clothing line based on her new plastic figure:
Continuing her aesthetic overhaul, Heidi Montag, who famously underwent ten plastic surgery procedures in one day to become what she calls ?the new me,? has also tapped into her inner-fashion designer.
The reality star packed four dresses of her own creation for her trip to Las Vegas last weekend, where she co-hosted Pure nightclub?s Valentine?s Day bash with husband Spencer Pratt. On the red carpet, the 23 year-old opted for a body-hugging, fuchsia dress.
?Pink is a color full of love and it?s so vibrant and beautiful?and it was, of course, very festive,? she tells PEOPLE. ?It was exactly what I wanted to wear for my new body. I?ve never felt sexier or more confident in my life. It was revealing but still kept something to the imagination. It hugged all my curves perfectly.?
As for where she finds inspiration, Montag says, ?Most of my inspiration comes from old movies and I have tons of books on old Hollywood. I just love the magnificence of that time?the sequins, the sexiness. I want to capture the true luster of Hollywood in all my designs.?
Montag also professes her admiration for designers like CoCo Chanel (?so classic and timeless?) and Dolce & Gabbana (?They have such a sexy shape and have women looking their best in every silhouette,? she says).
Expect more Montag-made clothing to surface: ?This is just the beginning. I?d really love to eventually wear mostly my only designs. And I really would love to do a low end line [for my] fans and it can be really accessible and then a one of a kind couture line to really showcase my creativity.?
But just around the corner? ?Look out for my bikini line this summer!?

Now, I?ve long maintained that I think plastic surgery is someone?s personal choice, and that it?s none of business, and that what upsets me is when someone won?t admit that they got work done. So, in Heidi?s case, we have her admissions as to how much work she got done, so whatever. It?s her choice, even though I have a suspicion that the girl isn?t right in the head, and it?s none of my business. But really, who is going to buy Heidi Montag-designed clothes, designed with her ?eye? and with her plastic figure in mind? Seriously? There are only so many budget outfits you can sell to Pamela Anderson. She?s broke, you know.
Regarding the minor controversy a few days ago where Lisa ?Insane Lips and T-ts? Rinna disrespected Heidi?s work and Heidi?s People Magazine cover (Rinna said: ?I will tell you I had to take that cover off the magazine before it came in the house. We have two girls. I don?t think it is something you want to bring in the house and say, ?Oh, look.??), Rinna is now appropriately backtracking on her eye-rolling hypocrisy. She tweeted: ?I apologize to Miss Montag if my words were taken and used against her in the press. I did not slam her or her surgeries for the record.” Um? whatever.

It?s totally rude to make fun of Heidi Montag, right? Because she?s sort-of mentally ill? And yet? it just seems so natural to make fun of her. So maybe I?ll forget about her possible mental illness for a second and just note that it looks like her old face is growing back (much like Ashlee Simpson?s). These are photos of Heidi and Spencer doing a big red carpet ?reveal? for her new face and body. Sure, her body looks different, but her face? the plastic surgery seems to have ?settled? and she went through all of that just to look like a more frozen version of her old self. Oh, but Heidi told People Magazine that her new favorite part of herself was her ?chin?. Spencer?s favorite part? Hint: not her vagina.
Heidi Montag will be getting more plastic surgery ? just not anytime soon.
“Eventually”, she says, “for maintenance.”
The MTV star, who has been a lightning rod since undergoing 10 procedures in one day, is thrilled with her new look, saying Saturday that it was “the best decision I’ve ever made.”
“My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about,” Montag, 23, said at a party Saturday at Las Vegas’s Pure Nightclub. “And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. ? I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.”
As for her husband Spencer Pratt, 26, his favorite part of his wife wasn’t touched by surgeons ? it’s her hair. “It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally,” he says.

Now, please, please don?t think me cruel? but doesn?t it just seem like there is some cosmic justice in this world that Heidi looks pretty much the same (if not worse)? Making their first public appearance since the big surgery spree, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt hosted a night at Vegas hotspot PURE Nightclub on Saturday (February 13).
The two lovebirds arrived hand-in-hand with Spencer sporting a dark suit and a number of crystal pendants while Heidi wore a strapless, hot Pink dress which she had designed, Christian Louboutin shoes and purse.
When the two entered the club, they immediately took their seats at the top of the VIP booth on the main stage. They sat with friends and danced from their seats, but when Heidi’s song “Body Language” played, she went up to the front of the VIP area and danced and waved to her fans below her from the main stage.
After the song, when she returned to her seat, she claimed a spot on her hubby’s lap. The two seemed very much in love, chatting with friends and stealing kisses from each other.
Heidi later headed to the DJ booth to wish the crowd a Happy Valentine’s Day. She introduced her song “Turn ya head” by saying “this is one of my new songs.” When the song started to play, Heidi made her way back up to the front of the VIP area to dance along with her fans.

Last year, Louis Vuitton unveiled new ads with their spokesmodel, Madonna. The ads were? in a word, hysterical. Madonna looked airbrushed within an inch of her life, down to the last veiny piece of gristle in her hands. She looked, in the ads, like Heidi Montag looks in real life now. Like a doll. An unmoving, frozen, sketchy plastic doll. Anyway, Sassybella and New York Magazine got their hands on the unaltered Madge ad (above, in the side-by-side - the unaltered photo is on the left), and I can only say that it?s truly frightening the kind of Photoshop horror is trust upon the general public.
I came to see this altered ad because Jezebel ran a piece called ?The Irresistible Allure Of Unretouched Madonna Photos?. Erin at Jezebel asks ?Who keeps leaking the “before” shots of Madonna photo shoots?? and ?Why her more than anyone else?? Possible answers: there?s tension between the Madge Camp and the Steven Meisel camp, the photographer who shot the Vuitton campaign, a W Magazine spread from several years ago and Madge?s Hard Candy photo shoot (which also had some leaks).
As for the alleged joy (or schadenfreude) we get from seeing unaltered photos of Madge, Jezebel continues: ?Madonna offers her own complications: She seems to regard her body as a hard-fought act of defiance, a bulwark against weakness or aging. If the unretouched photos of her tell us anything, it’s that people are still obsessed with confirming the ultimate impossibility of that goal.?

When we saw Kate Gosselin showcasing her sad tiered hair and mommy outfit on a paparazzi-followed night out with her hairdresser in NY City, many of you wondered if she had something to promote. Now we have our answer in the form of a just-announced book from Kate called I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family. I was hoping it would be a tell-all trashing her good for nothing husband, but it’s going to be a feel good book that will probably gloss over the collapse of her marriage and focus on the love she has for the kids she barks orders at. It doesn’t matter what Kate writes, people will buy this. Her other two books on her family were best sellers:
She already wrote two New York Times bestsellers and, soon, Kate Gosselin could have a third on her hands.
The reality star is scheduled to release I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family on April 13 by Zondervan Publishers. The personal book will feature prayers, excerpts from her journal and eight individual letters addressed to each one of her children.
“Each day the thought crosses my mind that when they get older, my kids are going to look back and think about how they were raised,” Gosselin says in a statement. “I know they will have a lot of questions about things that may not make sense because they were raised so unconventionally. I don?t want them to grow up and wonder; I want them to know without a shadow of a doubt how much I love them and how much every sacrifice made was worth it for them.”
In addition to the book, Gosselin is in production on a new television show for TLC. Her previous nonfiction works include Multiple Blessings and Eight Little Faces.

I want to know how much Kate sacrificed exactly as compared to an average mom. I know that large families are no longer considered “average,” but most moms work way harder than Kate at taking care of their kids and have barely any time to themselves. Kate has a pampered, privileged life that many moms of 1-2 kids would love to experience. She has plenty of money and free time, has teams of people working for her, and even has a bodyguard. It must be stressful to be a mom to so many young children and I don’t mean to discount what Kate does, even with all the help she fails to acknowledge at all. How did this woman become the face of mommyhood though? I guess we talked about her enough, and she got enough media exposure. It’s kind of how Heidi Montag became the face of plastic surgery. There are much better examples of each but the ones that stick out for the wrong reasons end up getting publicly acknowledged.
