For months now, Kim Kardashian has been getting pap?d in outfits that involve the same kind of vibe: either a crop top or a midriff-baring tank, and skintight skirts or leggings. The focus for months has been on Kim?s stomach, is what I’m saying. I thought it was weird this whole time, because Kim?s best feature isn?t her waist – her best features are her surgically altered ass, her thin calves and ankles, and her always-slender arms. For this story, keep in mind two things: 1) Kim has ALWAYS lied about her size, her weight and what she gets surgically altered and 2) Kim cannot pick out clothes that flatter her figure to save her life. She?s short, naturally curvy and she?s given birth to two kids. No one expects her to saunter around like Karlie Kloss. Kim?s not that person. But she thinks she?s that person. Which is why Kim is claiming to have a 24-inch waist.
Forget talking about books ? at Kim Kardashian?s inaugural book club meeting last year, all her sister Kourtney could focus on was Kim?s tiny waist. Kim shared a video from their book club meeting on her app on Monday, and before they could dive in to her selection, Embraced by the Light by Betty J. Eadie, Kourtney turned the discussion to Kim?s body.
?I can?t take your hips seriously right now,? Kourtney said to Kim. ?Because your waist is so small and your hips are so big.?
Kardashian hairdresser and BFF Jen Atkin then asked Kim for her measurements, and Kim had Chrissy Teigen guess (she went with 23 inches).
?24,? Kim said, with a smirk.
?24? That?s insane,? Atkin replied.
?It?s never been 24 ever in my life,? Kim said, and after Atkin asked, added that her hips are 39 inches. After giving birth to son Saint West, 2, in Dec. 2015, Kim started on the Atkins Diet and jumpstarted her workout routine to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape, and lose the 70 lbs. she gained with Saint and daughter North, 4. But over the last year, Kim took her workouts and diet to another level with trainer Melissa Alcantara.
?Kim told me, ?I love my body. I love the way it looks and I love my hips,? ? Alcantara recently told PEOPLE. ?She just wanted more muscle. She wanted bigger hamstrings, which accentuates the entire leg. And she wants those cut arms and abs!? Kim now works out with Alcantara six days a week at 6 a.m., and they focus on different areas of the body each day. ?Kim has been getting some really nice results, like with her triceps!? Alcantara said. ?She can?t believe how much has changed over the last few months. And when you?re in this deep, it?s hard to go back. She just keeps it up.?
The trainer added that Kim?s body goals have changed. ?She didn?t want to be skinny. She wanted to have muscle and feel strong. And she wanted to find something she can do for the rest of her life,? Alcantara said. ?I totally understood where she was coming from.?

A waist that?s 24 inches and hips that are 39 inches? And a bust that?s probably 36 inches, just a guess. Do you believe that? I believe the hip measurement. I?m not sure if I believe the waist measurement. And even if I did believe the waist measurement, I wouldn?t believe that she got it through diet and exercise alone. Girl makes so many trips to the ?dermatologist? every month – my guess is she?s just been getting her waist lipo?d and nothing else, which is why her hips are “normal size” for her frame/body type.

I haven?t really thought too much about Chicago West since we discussed the name last Friday. Now that we?re several days past the name, has it grown on you? I honestly didn?t hate it the first time I heard it, and I almost love it now. Isn?t that crazy? Then again, I never hated the name Saint either. Days later, the KKW beauty creator announced her newborn?s name, Chicago, via her app. A source told Us the couple chose the name Chicago in honor of the city where the rapper was raised. Kim?s sister Khlo Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, revealed that Chicago?s nickname is Chi, which is pronounced ?shy.?

I hate Kim Kardashian a little bit for ruining my TGIF celebrations. But here you go: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their third child Chicago West. That?s a name that didn?t appear on any of our prediction lists. I had actually convinced myself that Baby West #3?s name was going to be Love West or Elle West or True West. Kim made such a big deal about how they wanted a one-syllable name to ?match? one-syllable names North and Saint.
As everyone is pointing out, Kanye was raised in Chicago and he is strongly identified with Chi-town. When you say ?Chi-town? outloud, the name actually seems less bizarre – much like they call North ?Nori,? I suspect Chicago West will go by Chi West (pronounced Shy West). Which I actually do not hate. Also: This could even be some kind of meta cross-promotion for Lena Waithe?s new TV show The Chi??
Anyway? love it or hate it, the Kardashian-Wests come up with some unusual names. West is such a great surname too, it makes anything sound cool, so maybe Chicago West will be the most righteous little girl on the playground.

Y?all can yell all you want about how Kim Kardashian is ?over? and no one cares about her, but you know you?re still waiting to hear what she names Baby West #3. Kim and Kanye?s surrogate gave birth to a baby girl on Monday, and Kim and Kanye were reportedly in the delivery room with the surrogate. TMZ says Kanye was behind a curtain – presumably for the surrogate’s privacy – and Kim was the first to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby girl. And we still don?t know Baby Girl?s name! We?ve already run through the same old list: Wild, South, True, Queen, Donda, Swift, Tres, etc. But what if Kim is trying to give us a hint? This is what Kim posted on Instagram yesterday:

I?m less concerned with the idea that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may sell their baby?s photos than I am with the idea that they?ll name this poor child something awful. Historically, Kim and Kanye haven?t done the typical celebrity stuff when it comes to baby photos and all of that. Kim wants her weddings in People Magazine but not her babies. Photos of the babies are saved for social media. Which I believe is the way to do it. If a celebrity wants to sell the photos to a magazine, do it for charity, and in all other cases, just put the photos on social media and be done with it. In any case, TMZ reports that Kim and Kanye have rejected offers of money for Baby Girl West?s first photos.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been offered multi-million dollar deals to provide first photos of their new baby … and they have REJECTED all of them. Sources familiar with the offers tell TMZ, various websites and magazines started making offers months ago. All of the offers were north of a million dollars and several outlets offered between $2 and $5 million.
The offers were never entertained … they were immediately rejected. We’re told Kim and Kanye would never consider taking money for the first photos of the baby … doing so would violate their morals. But there’s more … Kim and Kanye place the security and safety of their family above all else. They realize the media will eventually get pictures of the baby but they want to do it on their own timetable … when they’re comfortable the safety of the baby is secured.
As for what they’ve done in the past … Kim and Kanye posted the first pic of North 2 months after she was born. As for Saint, they also waited 2 months. So check Kim’s Instagram in March.

Again, this doesn?t surprise me. Kim and Yeezy are probably more focused on just bonding with baby and nesting right now. Plus, both Kim and Ye have done a pretty good job of decreasingly their public profiles over the past year and a half. Kanye went low-key to save his marriage and his sanity. Kim went low-key because she?s still traumatized from the Paris robbery. So? yeah, I?m not expecting baby photos any time soon. Why would we need to see the photos anyway? We know Kim and Kanye make beautiful children. Saint and North are gorgeous.
I can?t wait until we hear the name though. I?ve heard the leading suggestions? Wild, South, West (as in, West West), Swift, Queen, whatever. What will it be?

I honestly thought Kim Kardashian and Kanye West?s surrogate was due in December. Whenever I saw photos of them last month, I always thought ?the baby should be here by now!? In truth, we didn?t actually know the due date – Kim was somewhat stingy with some details, so maybe the baby was always due in January. Well, their surrogate gave birth to a baby girl yesterday in California.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s family has officially grown! The famous couple welcomed their third child via surrogate, and the family is over the moon.
“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl,” Kim announced on her app Tuesday. “We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.” Their daughter was born Jan. 15 at 12:47 a.m. PT and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz., Kim added.

Good for them, all of them. I know a lot of people side-eyed Kim and Kanye using a surrogate, but seriously, she had two really difficult pregnancies and deliveries. I think Saint?s difficult delivery was the end of it for Kim – she probably could have carried another pregnancy, but there would have been no guarantee that she could give birth one more time without massive complications. So, they went with surrogacy and shockingly, they kept the whole thing relatively discreet. They used a reputable agency and Kanye hasn?t even spoken in public in more than a year.
Also: by Kim?s own admission, North absolutely loathes her little brother, so no, I doubt North is ?especially thrilled? to have a new sibling. I can?t wait to hear the name? it will be good, I?m sure.

For months now, we?ve known that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a third child via surrogacy. They waited a while to confirm it, which I understand – there are just as many nervous moments with a surrogacy, and they wanted to wait, which is their right. Kim had a baby shower over the weekend, which says to me that the baby is due pretty soon. We?ve heard that before as well, that the baby is due before Christmas. I think Kimye Baby #3 will probably happen in early December. So, Kim is getting ready and Kanye is probably getting ready too. Kim stopped by The Ellen Show to chat, and she let is slip that they?re expecting a girl this time around. They don?t have a name yet, but it will be difficult to outdo North West.
Kim Kardashian accidentally revealed the sex of Baby No. 3 Wednesday. Making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim discussed how welcoming a child via surrogate differs from her pregnancies. “I don’t know if my son [Saint West] gets it yet. Especially since I don’t have the belly, it is a different experience. I said to my sisters, ‘Would it be really creepy if I just had someone dress up like a big stork and drop the baby off at the front door?’” she said. “Isn’t that what we heard when were growing up? That storks dropped off…?”
“You’re going to mess him up real bad,” Ellen DeGeneres teased. “Don’t do that.”
“My daughter [North West] thinks she’s really tricky. We had a baby shower over the weekend. I thought, ‘I really do want to have a baby shower because I want her to feel that something’s coming and for her to really understand it,” Kim explained. “People brought toys and gifts. She was opening them all up the next day and she said, ‘Mom, Baby Sister’s not here. I think I need all of her toys in my room. I’ll play with them and just make sure they’re OK for Baby Sister.’”
Ellen replied, “She’s a toy tester…and you just told us it’s a girl!”
“Oh! I guess!” Kim said with a laugh. “Yes, it is. North is really excited about that. She’s so excited. Let’s see if it lasts. I did explain to her, ‘OK, at 4:00 in the morning, when you come in my room, I’m going to have to be with Baby Sister?I have to feed her.’ We’ll see how it goes.”
“Is that her name, Baby Sister?” Ellen joked. “Do you have a name yet?”
“We don’t have a name. At the baby shower, I was like, ‘I don’t want to play any baby games, measuring the belly?none of that will work for this time around. I just want everyone to write a name on a little tile and see if there’s something that sticks,’” Kim said. “We’re freaking out. We have no name.” Ellen had a “celebrity baby name generator” ready, but it wasn’t all that useful. Possibilities included Lip-Kit West (“Kylie would love that…”), West West (“You’ll definitely know how to spell your first and last name easily…”) and Pop West (“Not for me…”).
The best option was Star West. “You know what’s so funny? I’m not going to name her Star, but my daughter picks that name all the time,” Kim revealed to Ellen. “So, she got a toy and it’s a llama?Baby Sister’s toy that she took?and I said, ‘Well, OK, what do you want to name the llama?’ She said, ‘Star?Star West!’ So, she names everything Star West.’ I’m not vibing on it.”
Ellen, who took credit for naming Kim and Kanye West’s son, finally ran out of suggestions. “You’re so difficult!” she told the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. “I’m trying to help you.” Kim, who said her surrogate will give birth “soon,” realizes she can be a little bit picky. “I do like different name?but short, easy to spell, one syllable,” she said. “That’s kind of my vibe.”

I?m including the clip below – Ellen is doing everything to help Kim pick out a name, and I kind of appreciate her criteria – one syllable, easy to spell, something that sounds good with West (which is actually a great surname with most first names). Personally, the names North and Saint have grown on me so much over the years, and I could totally see Kim naming this baby Star West. Someone in the audience suggested Elle West, which I could see too. One syllable names for Kimye: what should they choose? Sloane West. Lex West. Hope West. Dove West. Quinn West. She?s not listening to us, though.
