By the time Kim Kardashian gives birth later this year, I might have some half-hearted sympathy for Kanye West. It seems like as soon as Kim finally got pregnant this time, she?s just been complaining non-stop about everything from clothes to heels to feeling pukey. As is her right ? during her last pregnancy, I was sympathetic towards Kim because she really seemed utterly miserable. But Kanye has to deal with it all the time now ? I don?t think Kim is going to let him escape to Paris like last time.
Anyway, TMZ has been doing a lot of Kardashian-West stories about this pregnancy. Here?s one about Kim trying to stick to a diet this time around so she doesn?t have preeclampsia again.
Kim Kardashian is doing everything she can to avoid a serious complication with her second pregnancy … including bringing in someone to keep her on a strict diet. We’re told Kim suffered from a high-blood pressure disorder called preeclampsia when North was in the oven. Only 5-8% of pregnant women get it, but doctors say it?s likely to reoccur … so, Kim’s taking action.
Our Kardashian sources tell us she hired a nutritionist to devise a weekly meal plan with two key rules ? lots of water and a low sodium intake. One big change — KK started each day of her first pregnancy with a donut, but this time she?s reaching for protein shakes. Kim’s hoping to avoid symptoms like swelling, headaches and changes in vision … by sticking to the plan.

Kim has said in the past that Kanye eats healthy and he works with a nutritionist or dietician or something. I?m sure Kanye will be totally on board if Kim is trying to eat better this time around, although if the preeclampsia happens, it happens. As for the name of the second baby? who knows? They repeatedly said that they wouldn?t name their baby girl North and look what happened. But sources insist this time around that Kimye will not go with a directional name.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are ditching the compass when it comes to naming baby #2 … we’ve learned there will be no sequel to North West. Sources close to the couple tell us there?s NO CHANCE their new bundle will be inspired by direction, like their firstborn. Everyone’s been speculating they’d go with something like South, East or even Easton — but we’re told there’s simply no direction in play.
The main reason, we’re told … is they want the name to be strong. With North, there was a power element because it?s always on top, or pointing up. The other 3 just don’t have that swagger.
Our sources say right now they’re leaning toward something more traditional … with a family-

Ever since Kim Kardashian konfirmed her second pregnancy last Sunday, she?s been complaining. It?s been glorious. First she had her newscycle hijacked by Caitlyn Jenner, then she had to tell everyone everything about how she was feeling, which is apparently ?sick as a dog.? She?s been complaining about morning sickness (which in her case is all-day sickness), she?s been complaining about heels, Spanx, food and Kanye?s inability to stick around after he knocks her up. I genuinely feel sorry for her about her all-day sickness, but I?m really looking forward to her non-stop bitching for the next six months. Kim is only three months along and she?s already over it. This is definitely going to be her last pregnancy. Anyway, Kim spoke to Elle Magazine about Spanx and heels and she drops a few F-bombs because she?s knocked up, puking and she doesn’t give a f?k.
How she feels in her Spanx: “Please feel secure. You know, earlier today, I was wearing these pregnancy Spanx and they were newer, so they weren’t really the color tone of what I used to wear, and so you totally saw through, and I was just like ‘F–k it, I’m more comfortable in that and it’s just going to be one of those days’?I wasn’t feeling good.?
What she does for the sake of a photo: “But you know, sometimes I wear two pairs [of Spanx] under something or stockings?it holds you in. And when you go on all these hormones and stuff, before I felt like, you know, I was trying everything so I was getting bigger and bigger and I was like ‘No, I’m not pregnant yet, I need to be skinny.’ So, I was definitely insecure. And, I mean, sometimes I’ll wear something and I’ll get inside and be like ‘Oh my God, I want to take these shoes off,’ like ‘That was not normal, I can’t wear these, I need to just leave and take them off.’ So it might look good in the picture, but I get them and then like, I’ve got to be normal and like unbutton my pants when I get in the car.”
She hates flats: “I happen to hate the way I look in flats. It’s really hard for me so I’m already thinking, like, ‘What the f–k am I going to do?’ And when I was pregnant, it was the hardest thing. But I know it’s better and easier, you know, so it’s a struggle.”

What?s funny to me is that at no point does it occur to Kim to just take it easy, wear flats, unapologetically gain some pregnancy weight, not wear Spanx, not wear too-tight clothing and simply go away and not be photographed for several months. The thought never even occurs to her that she?s perfectly capable of having a low-key, out-of-the-spotlight pregnancy with no drama. But the Struggle is Real for Kim. She?s going to be complaining about heels, Spanx, clothes and so much more for months.

I really hoped to only have one Kim Kardashian post today, but that was a pipe dream. Earlier, we talked about how she got pregnant with IVF and how sources have mixed information about whether she?s carrying twins. And now we have more photos of Kim, plus about a million new quotes from her. These photos are from an appearance Kim made in Nashville at the launch of Hype Energy Drinks. She wore this latex dress which? I mean, let?s give her some credit. It could be a lot worse. Does this look uncomfortable? Yes. Does it look like she squeaks when she walks? Yes. Is her ass probably really sweaty and swampy? Definitely. But the end product isn?t hideous. As for the assorted quotes, here you go.
She has laryngitis? ?I have a slight case of laryngitis and I can?t take antibiotics so I?m doing the best I can with natural remedies.?
She can?t drink the Hype Energy drinks she?s promoting: ?I haven?t had it since I found out, but I used to drink it every morning when I got up. I?m not a big coffee drinker but when I?m getting up at 5 a.m. to work out, which is when I get it done, I need something to get me going. That?s when I was heavily working out, which is not happening right now!?
She?s learned to get more rest & stop with the donuts: ?I?m not looking to keep up that pre-pregnancy energy level this time. I think you need to go with being tired, with what your body tells you, and rest when you need to. I?m at that stage of pregnancy where everything is making me sick, even just the smell of things. But once I get past that, I?m really going to try to enjoy this pregnancy more and relax with it. And skip the donuts! With my first pregnancy I had a donut every morning. That?s not a good idea. I feel like I?m eating much healthier this time.?
The hardest part of pregnancy: ?I hate the way I look in flats but heels can be hard during pregnancy. I?m already thinking, ?What am I going to do?? That?s the hardest thing in pregnancy when it comes to style.? ?
She has a nutritionist: “This time around I have a nutritionist to keep me healthy while I?m pregnant. The last pregnancy, I ate a donut every single day, I?m not doing that this time. But I?ve also been taking it easy and enjoying myself.?
What North thinks: “She knows that Mommy has a baby in her belly, but she thinks everyone has a baby in their belly. I think she thinks it?s my belly button.?
Whether Kanye will help her this time around: “I hope he will! He didn?t help me last time. He did after, he was like ‘Okay, I can?t take this I?m going to help you.’ But we also like to keep everything really separate because it?s just sometimes easier that way.?

I?m a little bit surprised that she?s so openly calling out Kanye for being a total absentee partner when she was pregnant the first time around. Because he was and it was crazy. He knocked her up and he spent the bulk of her pregnancy in Paris with Riccardo Tisci. He even made Kim fly to him constantly! So yes, I?m hoping Kanye is more attentive this time around. As for the donuts? what she said reminds me of Jessica Simpson?s back-to-back pregnancies. Jessica ate whatever she wanted during the first pregnancy and she was shocked to discover that the weight didn?t come off right away, so she was a lot healthier the second time around.
Also ? E! News confirms that Kim is due in December, possibly ?around the holidays.?

Here are more photos of Kim Kardashian out and about in NYC this week. Now that we know she?s pregnant, I can really see it. Before this week, I just assumed she had been gaining some weight because of the fertility treatments, but you can already see that her body is changing. She?s apparently three months along and due in December. And Kim is telling people that just like her last pregnancy, she?s sick as a dog.
Pregnant Kim Kardashian couldn?t be more excited to be expecting again — except for the fact that she?s suffering from ?really bad? all-day sickness. The E! reality star and her husband, Kanye West, made their first red carpet appearance together at the 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City on Monday, June 1, since announcing they?re expecting baby No. 2, and Kardashian tells Us Weekly she hasn?t been feeling the best.
?To be honest, I?ve had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness ? I can barely get out of bed,? Kris Jenner?s daughter tells Us. ?It?s a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I’m so grateful to be pregnant when we didn’t even think it was going to happen for us [so] I don’t care how sick I am.?
North West?s mom, who presented Instagram founder Kevin Systrom with the CFDA Media Award at the fete, said feeling like ?s?t? is ?so worth it? because she couldn?t be more ?grateful? to expand her brood.

One of the reasons many of us thought Kim would opt for surrogacy this time around was because she legitimately had a very difficult, uncomfortable pregnancy with North. I guess she and Kanye really wanted to have another baby and to do it this way. Eh, more power to them. And I do feel sorry for her considering how sick she is. It feels like she?s going to have another difficult pregnancy.
There are also significant rumors that Kim is expecting twins – the NYDN’s sources say that Kim is waiting to announce until her doctors tell her that it’s all good. Plus, she’s waiting until Caitlyn stops stealing her thunder. But a different source tells People Magazine that Kim is NOT expecting twins but this pregnancy is the result of Kim and Kanye’s second attempt at IVF.
As for this outfit? trust me, this is probably as good as her style is going to get this year. Four months from now, we?re going to look back at this dress and think, ?How quaint.? You can even see that she?s wearing Spanx! Also: when Kim pulls her hair back like that, she looks like she?s trying to morph into Kris Jenner.

(Note: I’ll be posting the CFDA photos later this morning!) Kim really planned out her pregnancy announcement too, she was easily working on this pregnancy rollout for two whole months. And then Caitlyn Jenner stole her thunder! It?s a beautiful thing, isn?t it? But you know what? I?m going to give Ol? Katface Kardashian an early baby shower gift: the gift of the benefit of the doubt. I think Caitlyn legitimately stole Kim?s thunder, but I have some doubts as to whether Kim was or is really mad about it. Kim may be a narcissistic train wreck, but she does love Caitlyn and I believe Kim?s support is real. She even tweeted yesterday about Caitlyn?s cover:

Well, it happened. I?m actually surprised that all of those Keeping Up with the Kardashians plot lines were actually leading to something major this season. In a teaser for next week?s episode of KUWTK, Kim Kardashian confirmed her second pregnancy. Kim and Kanye are expecting again, after months (like, a year!) of fertility drama. Allegedly, Kim had undergone at least one surgery (I think she had two or three), plus fertility treatments and maybe even IVF.

I know it?s wrong, but I love North West?s little Black Swan get-up. Black tutu, black leotard, black tights, black ballet slippers, black leather jacket. The whole ensemble is utterly adorable. These are photos of Kim Kardashian taking North to her ballet class in LA. I?m actually a little bit surprised that Kim is in LA this week! Her first wedding anniversary with Kanye is May 24th, this Sunday. There were widespread reports that Kanye was going to take Kim to Paris to celebrate, possibly to renew their vows at the Eiffel Tower. For what it?s worth, Gossip Cop says that a vow renewel won?t be happening. But I kind of wonder if Kanye will take Kim away for a little holiday.
Also ? the reviews are in for Kim?s coffee table book of selfies, Selfish. Apparently, book critics sort of like it? The critics acknowledge that the whole book is extraordinarily vapid and superficial, but most acknowledge that the book is pretty fun and it?s a very easy escapism, looking at Kim and her jet-set lifestyle. Kim also sat down to talk about Kylie Jenner?s recent shocking (!!!) admission that yes, Kylie has been doing lip injections for a while. Kim said: ?I saw how for so many years she was so insecure about [her lips]. I mean, at 10 years old, she would say to me, ?How come my lips aren?t big like you guys?? And I would see this insecurity ? For me, I gave her advice and I still stand by that advice. I think it changed her confidence so much.? The thing about is though? Kim?s lips used to be smaller too. She either had a lip implant or she gets lip injections on the reg. So this is what we mean when we say Kim?s bad decisions affect younger women. There?s a very close-to-home example ? Kim wanted to look like a blow-up doll, so she mangled her already-beautiful face with Botox, fillers, plastic surgery and lip injections and then her youngest sister was like, ?Why don?t I look like that?? And will North feel the same way?
Oh, and when Kim was asked during this Billy Bush interview if it ever annoys her when people ask her what she does for a living, Kim sort of went off: ?To be honest, I don?t really pay attention to it? I get more fed up with questions like ? I was traveling recently and I was doing a press day and people were like, ‘How do you feel when people say what do you do?’ And I’m like, I’m here working aren’t I? Like, I’m here to promote something. I said, ‘Hey why don’t you do this ? tell someone else that you think can do it. Tell them to do everything that I’ve done in my career and see if they end up where I’m at.’ Try it. Just try it. I dare you.”

On the latest episode of ?Keeping Up with the Kardashains,? the lovely Mrs. Kanye West gives into her exhibitionist tendencies and drives out to the desert for a photo shoot during which she?s covered by nothing but white body paint.
Kim explains, "I have psoriasis. There is nothing I can do about it, so there's no reason why I should feel uncomfortable. So to make myself feel better, I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things. I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff."
