While Charlie Sheen is burning all his bridges with a crack torch and his ex wife, Brooke Mueller, is fudging the facts of her drug treatment, as addicts are wont to do, their twin four year-old boys may be placed in foster care. Radar has run several exclusives on this sad story, and claim that Bob and Max are in “very serious danger of being placed in foster care.”
Someone gave evidence to Child and Family Services that Brooke didn’t tell the truth about her treatment, and that her brother, who has been appointed temporary guardian, backed her up. Prior to this latest development, Brooke was set to be named guardian by Christmas. Depending on the outcome of the DCFS investigation, the boys may end up in foster care, unless Denise Richards comes back into their lives. More on that in a moment. First here’s the information from Radar’s source:
?There is a very real possibility that Bob and Max could be placed in foster case because evidence was also uncovered regarding their temporary guardian, Scott, that is riddled with glaring differences in version of events,? a source close to the situation tells Radar exclusively. ?The department is taking this very seriously, and are considering recommending the boys be placed in foster care, pending the outcome of the investigation.?
?Charlie can?t get custody of the boys, even if he were to have round the clock nannies because of his past behavior,? the source explains. ?Brooke?s parents won?t be considered. It?s such a sad situation, but the safety and well-being of the boys comes first. Such drastic action wouldn?t be taken unless it was necessary, and sadly, it is.?

Radar has an update to this story with the detail that the judge requested an administrative hearing following the DCFS investigation into these claims. It sounds like it’s unknown when the investigation will be finished.
Of course Brooke feels persecuted and thinks this is so unfair. A source tells Radar that Brooke “truly believes the authorities are out to get her and to make an example out of her. The harsh treatment she is getting is because Brooke believes she is a celebrity and was married to Charlie Sheen, who as everyone knows, has been extremely critical of DCFS.” She was called an unfit mother by the custody judge six months ago, while in her 21st stint in rehab. It was just May when the judge read a “shocking” report about the conditions in her home and placed the boys in Denise Richards’ care. This has everything to do with her history, which has more than likely been overlooked because she is rich and was married to a famous person. If anything she got many more chances at custody then she would have as an average person, likely to her boys’ detriment.
After learning that DCFS may put the boys in foster care, Denise Richards contacted the agency and said that she would be willing to take the boys in again. About a month ago, Denise wrote a heartfelt letter to DCFS saying that she could no longer care for the boys due to their behavioral problems. The boys were sometimes violent and having them in her home put her daughters and pets at risk. Denise also stated that she tried to get the twins professional help, but did not have the authority to do so and was blocked by Brooke.
Maybe if Denise gets custody again she’ll be to get the boys the treatment they need. That seems to be a condition of her offer. Radar’s source claims that “If the boys were to come back to Denise, she said they would have to be properly tested and assessed for their behavioral issues. She never wanted to give the boys up, but Brooke refused to allow them to be seen by doctors.” I hope it’s not too late for them. This is just a depressing story all around, with Denise the one bright spot. Denise deserves so much credit in this situation, she has shown time and again that she is thinking of the children. She seems to be the only one.

Denise Richards has given her first interview since the news of the protracted custody battle over Charlie Sheen’s four year-old twins, Max and Bob, with Charlie’s ex, Brooke Mueller. I’m surprised it took Denise this long, and it just makes it seem all the more genuine. Denise has been more than admirable in taking Charlie’s boys into her home, in dealing with their behavioral problems, and in making the hard decision to let them go back to their addict mom when she feared for her own daughter’s safety. Let’s not pretend that Denise doesn’t love publicity, but when it comes to this serious matter she didn’t want it to get out, she took her time talking about it, and you can tell she’s devastated. Denise told Entertainment Tonight that she never meant for her letter to the Department of Child and Family Services, in which she detailed how the boys were abusive to her daughters and pets, to go public. You could see the sadness in her eyes and she seemed very honest about it. She said she was “embarrassed” and “sick about it” and questioned whether she should have written the letter, which she never meant to become public.
Denise doesn’t know who leaked her letter, which went out to just a handful of people, although she has her suspicions. She said “it’s a shame” it got out and that the publicity affects the boys and her daughters. She was also very mature when talking about her relationship with Charlie, as she’s always been.
On the custody battle
The hardest thing was that it was so public. It was something that could have been dealt with privately. That’s the thing because these are minors, these are kids.
On the letter being leaked
I was sick about it. I couldn’t really look at anything. I was angry… I stopped and had to [remember] what did I write in that? It was such a personal thing. I was sick about it and then I thought “maybe I should have done it differently.” It wasn’t a court document, it wasn’t a declaration. I purposefully went that way to write something personal as a mom… I was very upset that something like that would become public.
It’s a shame because it ultimately affects the children.
On her relationship with Charlie
I don’t want a toxic relationship with him. That’s not to say we [don't] have our little moments… but we get past it the next day. It’s important for the kids, it’s not their fault to deal with parents who are mudslinging and fighting and can’t be in the same room. I just don’t think that’s healthy for anyone. We live down the street now, we can walk to dad’s house. It makes it odd to everyone else, but it works for us.

Charlie totally leaked that letter to make Brooke look bad, right? For legal reasons Denise couldn’t talk about the current custody arrangement. From what we know, the boys are with Brooke and Brooke’s brother, who has been appointed their temporary legal guardian.
Denise Richards has impressed me for years and this interview was no exception. She’s a classy lady, and more than Charlie ever deserved. I just hope those little boys are ok now that they’re back with their mom.

In all our recent stories about the custody madness surrounding Charlie Sheen’s four year-old twin boys with his ex, Brooke Mueller, we’ve expressed relief that Denise Richards is caring for them. Both Charlie and the boy’s mother, Brooke Mueller, are drug addicted a-holes who are probably incapable of taking care of a pet, not to mention two little boys who need them. So at least Denise Richards, a single mom to three daughters, was willing to take on two more and to welcome them into her family.
In Charlie’s weekened rant against Brooke, and against the California Department of Child and Family Services for granting Brooke unsupervised visits, he mentioned that the twins were having behavioral problems. Charlie said that after spending time with their biological mom, Brooke, the boys have been acting out and may be kicked out of their school. Brooke claims to be sober after her 21st stint in rehab and is trying to gain back custody and take Charlie to court for threatening her. She may have a point, but I really doubt she’s sober and I don’t think she should ever be granted unsupervised visits.
Unfortunately Denise Richards recently filed papers with DCFS stating that she can no longer care for Max and Bob. She details changes in their behavior which are disturbing, abusive, and could seriously harm her daughters and her dogs. These behavioral changes coincide with the boys’ increased visits with their mother. You can read Denise’s letter in its entirety on Radar Online. It really breaks my heart. Here’s a long excerpt with more at the source:
With a heavy heart I must inform you that I can no longer be Bob and Max?s caregiver. This has been an extremely difficult decision because I have so much love for the boys. I have always cared for them as if they were my own children. Unfortunately, I have seen them get worse with increased contact with their mom and I am unable to obtain for them proper assessments and professional help. I have seen the boys? continuing violence towards animals, their sisters and adults. This recent decision means the girl?s can?t continue their relationship with their dad. I believe I have no choice coming to this difficult decision for the reasons I explain below.
I know these boys to be very kind and loving. Bob loves to draw and play the drums while Max loves sports. They think of my dad as one of their grandfathers and my youngest daughter Eloise as their sister. They look up to their big sisters and really enjoy Eloise looking up to them.
At the time of placement Bob was very anxious, biting his nails. Max was very emotional and aggressive towards his brother. Nighttime was difficult. Prior to placement they didn?t have a bedtime. It was very inconsistent. They were often up until 4am. They had no boundaries, manners, didn?t know how to share, and weren?t respectful of other children. Shortly after placement Bob stopped biting his nails, they learned to play with my daughters and other children, they did very well with a regular bedtime routine. Their school commented on the noticeable positive change. They were very respectful and had good manners. They seemed very calm and content and happy at our home.
About two months into it, their visits with their mom were increased and I saw changes. They displayed a violent anger that was uncontrollable. As you are aware NAME REDACTED, their therapist, started working with the children about a month after placement. I gave her a history of their behavior over the 10 months prior to placement and the first month after. The boys adjusted very well right after placement. I voiced my concerns to their therapist. I reminded her that they transitioned on and off prior to placement between the both of us. What I started to see in the boys was very different and disturbing at times.
The boys started to have extreme violent mood swings, often times out of nowhere. They would be calm, playing and turn on a dime. The boys would grab anything they could get their hands on as quick as possible. Toys, picture frames, any object within arm?s reach, they can pick up they would throw. They violently threw these things at me, my daughters, anyone near them, as well as at the windows and walls. They have broken iPads, cellphones, flipped small furniture and break it, along with many toys. Bob threw a remote at the tv so hard he cracked the screen. I had to take many things out of their room because they would destroy it. I have had to put things up out of their reach. Things that normally would be appropriate for a 4yr old, have to be put away. After they break things many times they say that I broke them or their sister did. Mine and Charlie?s daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on. Myself and anyone around them have also experienced this. My daughter Sami had to be taken to the doctor after getting hit in the eye with a toy when Bob came home with from a visit with his mom.
The boys have also been waking up with nightmares. Bob wakes up more often than Max, screaming and crying and it?s usually more than once in a night. The nightmares started about two months ago, then went away. Recently they have returned. Bedtime has become incredibly challenging because of the nightmares and Bob especially is very scared to go to sleep.

It goes on, including details of how Charlie has been a helpful, loving father, and how Denise has fought to get assessments for the boys so they can get help. Brooke blocked Denise’s attempt, told her that the boys could no longer go to their pediatrician, and did not provide another pediatrician for them to see.
Even though these poor boys seem to have been severely affected by having to spend time with their mother, it looks like they will soon have no other place to go.
Charlie is ratcheting up the crazy in response, he’s said and tweeted a bunch of hyperbole and is quoting Apocalypse Now (which his dad starred in) to describe how he’s going to go after Brooke and DCFS. In his addled brain, he probably understands that Denise has gone above and beyond for him and how she’s at the end of her rope and has no other option than to give up the boys. Her letter says as much, and she continually says how much she loves them and wants to help them, but doesn’t want her girls to be harmed.
This story is just so sad, it makes my stomach hurt. Who will be there for those little boys? Their mom is harming them somehow, and it’s so bad they’re acting out. They have no other option but to go back to her at this point. I hope that changes, I hope there’s some incredible turnaround for them. I hope DCFS is forced to revoke Brooke’s visitation rights. At least Charlie is making a huge stink about it, as messed up as he is he does love the boys and will fight for them. I just don’t know where they can go now except with Brooke.

As you may have heard, Brooke Mueller quit Betty Food rehab right around the time that Lindsay Lohan ignored the fact that her rehab was court-ordered and went to a more crackhead-friendly facility. Lohan’s freedom hangs in the balance, but you know nothing is going to happen to her. Brooke, on the other hand isn’t likely to ever gain custody of her twin four-year-old boys. She’s tried twice and failed to have the boys removed from Denise Richards’ care and put in the custody of her own family, so she can keep Charlie Sheen’s child support money in the family. It’s not going to happen. Like Lohan, she’s probably not going to kick her (meth) addiction, either. Brooke reportedly quit rehab because she was expected to do chores and found it “too hard”
The 35-year-old Palm Beach socialite did not like the manual labor asked of patients at the famed Rancho Mirage, Calif., center, such as chores, a source said.
?Brooke didn?t tell anyone, including her lawyer, that she had left Betty Ford,? an insider close to the situation told Radar.
?Brooke hated Betty Ford because she was required to do daily chores, which she resented. She complained that Betty Ford was just too hard. Betty Ford is hardcore and Brooke just doesn?t respond well in situations where she can?t call the shots.?
But her abrupt move to leave the facility and enroll in a clinic in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. ? her 21st stint in rehab ? could have severe consequences in her bid to regain custody of her four-year-old twins with the Anger Management star, Bob and Max.
On Tuesday, there will be a routine hearing in the ongoing custody battle, where the judge is expected to grill Mueller?s lawyer about leaving Betty Ford.
?This could have a serious impact on Brooke?s bid to get custody of the twins. Brooke just doesn?t seem to be taking get sober that seriously,? the source said.
?Her doctors at Betty Ford advised her not to leave, but she did anyway. Her counselors will be submitting an extensive report about Brooke?s time at Betty Ford and it won?t be glowing, that is for sure.?
Neither Sheen or the twins? guardian, the actor?s second ex-wife, Denise Richards, are expected to be in court for the hearing.

Doesn’t AA have a saying “it works if you work it?” This is Brooke’s 21st stint in rehab. Obviously she is not working a program at all, since she thinks that she shouldn’t have to do anything. She expects to get high, live off Charlie Sheen’s money, and let everyone else raise her children. The thing is, if she doesn’t have custody of her children she loses out on the $55k a month Charlie pays her in child support. It looks like Charlie has been taking pity on her for a while, because it recently came out that Denise Richards has been caring for Brooke’s twins since last summer. Thank goodness for that. Chances are low that Brooke will ever regain custody, especially since she couldn’t hack Betty Ford. That’s surely for the best, and she needs to get cut off from Charlie’s money so she won’t be able to afford drugs. She’ll find a way though I’m sure.

Taking care of some media obligations, Denise Richards put in an appearance on ABC?s ?Good Morning America? on Tuesday (June 11).
The mother of three looked lovely in a sleeveless lime green frock and bright Pink heels as she made her way inside the show?s Times Square studio.
Tonight, the blonde beauty will make her return to television in the new ABC Family drama ?Twisted,? about the mother of a teenager accused of murder.
With little girls of her own at home, Denise has said that though she loves her new, darker role, she will not be letting her daughters tune in.
Ms. Richards explained, "Quite frankly, when I first heard that this script was for ABC Family, and then I started to read it, it was nothing what I expected them to do. Honestly, it is so different and very edgy ... something little sexier. I think it's great, but it is not for my children."
Fans can catch the new show on ABC Family beginning at 9/8 central.

Denise Richards has her hands full now that she’s caring for Charlie Sheen’s twin four year-old boys along with her three daughters aged nine, seven and two. She’s a single mom busting her butt, but she does just fine on Charlie’s $55,000 in child support a month. She reportedly turned down his offer for additional money now that she’s guardian to the twins. As for how she does it, Denise recently said that it’s hard work, but that she manages because she wants “to be there for them.” At least someone in that wacked-out extended family is sober and responsible. Here’s what she told US Weekly:
Us Weekly caught up with the star on Saturday, May 18, at Carolle’s Adopt-a-Doll event at the Grove in L.A., where she opened up about her fuller-than-usual house…
You just figure it out because you don’t have a choice. You have these children depending on you,” she explained to Us of how she manages. “You prioritize. I had children because I want to be a parent, and I want to be there for them.”
“I think my biggest challenge is [that] their different activities sometimes overlap,” she added, noting that she tries to attend everything. “I have a good schedule going. You just manage.”
For legal reasons, Richards couldn’t talk specifically about the situation with Mueller and Sheen’s kids — the twins were placed under her care earlier this month, when Mueller checked into rehab for the 20th time — but she could (and did) talk about her relationship with her ex. “My situation with Charlie is that we’ve gotten along for quite some time now, and it’s so much better,” she told Us. “There are a lot of feelings and emotions there, but at the end of the day, our daughters benefit from us getting along, and [I do], too.”
“I don’t want to have an unhealthy relationship with him, something toxic with a lot of animosity. Life’s too short for that,” she continued. “We actually enjoy hanging out, and we enjoy being with the kids.”

Denise knows how to hustle and gets headlines, but she’s been nothing but gracious about Charlie and their situation for years. Plus of course she has help, but I buy that she does most of the parenting on her own, and that she cares deeply about those kids. It takes someone with real heart to open their home to their ex’s kids. She is giving those boys a stable home after they were (presumably) neglected by their drug addict mom, Brooke Mueller, although the good news is that Brooke had nannies. Brooke has been trying to strip temporary custody of her boys away from Denise so that Brooke’s brother can get $55,000 a month in child support. Her second attempt to do so failed last week. Brooke’s lawyer was trying to argue that Denise was only watching the twins for the additional money, but the fact that Denise refused to accept any more money from Charlie blew a hole in that.
Brooke is still at Betty Ford rehab, which she chose because she was hoping to be besties with Lindsay Lohan. That’s not going well, according to a source quoted by Radar, who claims that Lohan goes out of her way to avoid Brooke. “Lindsay has said that Brooke is a drug addict, and wants nothing to do with her. Lindsay has told her treatment team to keep Brooke out of her group sessions.” What a bitch. Not that this 20th stint rehab would have stuck for Brooke, but Lindsay’s rejection has to be hard for her to take.
More details are coming out about Brooke’s addiction, with Radar recently reporting that she overdosed six times in the past two years. Brooke is said to have seen her boys for a few hours yesterday when they visited her in rehab along with a court appointed monitor.

Denise Richards has been caring for her ex husband, Charlie Sheen’s twin four year-old sons, Max and Bob, while their mother, Brooke Mueller, is in rehab for a reported crystal meth addiction. Brooke was put on a 5150 psychiatric hold a little over a week ago. She went missing for a couple of days afterwards and then went off to rehab. This is Brooke’s 20th stint in rehab, and she made the genius decision to go to the Betty Ford Center because she wanted to hang out with Lindsay Lohan.
Denise is a single mom with five kids at home under 10, but she’s not doing it for the money. She already makes a whopping $55,000 a month from Charlie in child support for their two daughters together, Sam, 9, and Lola, 7. (Denise also has an adopted daughter who is two.) Charlie reportedly offered her more money for caring for the twins and Denise turned him down! She did accept an offer to use his private plane to fly from New York to LA so she could see the kids on Mother’s Day. The kids were spotted out with Denise’s dad, who was presumably caring for them (along with a nanny) while Denise was away.
Meanwhile Brooke is squandering the $55,000 a month she makes from Charlie, she has no money saved at all and she’s afraid that her child support will get cut off now that Denise has temporary custody. She tried to strip guardianship from Denise and give it to her brother so that she can still draw checks from Charlie. Methhead logic. Thankfully this plan failed and the judge upheld the ruling that Denise has temporary guardianship.
Charlie isn’t about to cut Brooke off, and he probably didn’t think that her drug use was a problem until it got so bad she had to be put on a psychiatric hold. TMZ came out yesterday with more details about Brooke’s involuntary hospitalization. They claim that cops were called after she assaulted a man at her house and that she was ranting and raving about Charlie’s connections to the mafia, claiming she would bring him down. Their sources state that she was hopped up on Adderall, but I tend to believe Radar’s reports that she’s a meth addict. Charlie should call Brooke’s bluff and stop the money flowing, but I doubt that will keep her from using.
Oh and Radar reports that Brooke went to rehab twice for crystal meth addiction while she was pregnant with the twins. We’ve heard rumors about that in the past and it’s not surprising.

Last week we heard that Charlie Sheen’s ex wife, Brooke Mueller, had her four year-old twin boys taken away by child protective services. We didn’t report it because I assumed the boys were being cared for by Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards, for some time and that it was just a formality. Brooke has been a drugged-out mess for years, and she’s been in and out of rehab while relatives have been watching her kids. It sounds like the boys were still with Brooke though, and it was reported that social workers had to step in to formally remove them and place them in Denise’s care. Denise has been appointed a temporary guardian, which Charlie says was the right decision. (I would say who cares what Charlie thinks, but he’s their dad. His goddesses were probably better babysitters than Brooke.)
It turns out there was a lot of drama behind the scenes. According to Radar Online, Brooke lost custody of the twins after she was placed on an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold at UCLA medical center. She was strung out on crystal meth when they took her in. She refused to stay past the two days they were legally allowed to hold her and then she went missing, turning off her cell phone so her friends and family had no way to contact her. She finally checked into some kind of treatment, and it sounds like she’s going to get short term treatment for detox and then will transition into a residential rehab. Here are some photos of Denise Richards at the Radio Disney music awards on Saturday evening with daughter Sam and a little friend. Those kids look positively adorable, but Denise has reclaimed her addiction to tanning lotion like Russell Brand hitting the shagging scene again after he divorced Katy Perry. I don’t know if there’s a 12-step program for tanning, but something needs to be done about this orangey stuff. I know there’s a certain ingredient in some self-tanners that reacts with people’s skin in different ways, but you’d think Denise would be savvy enough to sniff out the better brands that actually bronze skin and looks more natural than an orange tint. Oh well.
Denise is still looking pretty thin in these photos. Back in February, we covered a Star story that labelled her “scary skinny” based upon a certain set of photos that revealed slightly gristly (in a Madonna sense) arms. A lot of you disagreed with my assessment that Denise looked fit and mostly healthy even though I suggested that stress (raising three daughters as a single mother and functioning despite being an ex of Charlie Sheen) could also be a factor in her shrinking figure. For certain, she has a very low percentage of body fat although I’m not sure whether Denise is naturally thin or is actually starving or over-exercising herself to get there. She did used to be curvier during her fleeting Bond girl days, so I don’t know what’s going on with her. For her part, Denise is really tired of all of the judgmental attitudes concerning her body. Denise Richards isn’t wasting away, despite rumors to the contrary. In recent weeks, the Twisted actress has been criticized for supposedly looking “painfully thin” and “extra skinny” by several media outlets, including The Sun, Radar Online, The Daily Mail and E! News. The 42-year-old mother of three defended her athletic build during the Radio Disney Music Awards in L.A. Apr. 27.
“I don’t know why lately I’ve been getting so much flack for it,” Richards told Extra. “I have a very healthy lifestyle and I’m busy.”
The Pilates devotee added, “What bothers me is I have three daughters [Sam, 9, Lola, 7, and Eloise, 22 months]. I’m such an advocate for health and fitness. . . In moderation, we eat ice cream all the time. I had grilled cheese before we got here!”
In fact, at Carbon Audio’s launch party for Zooka in West Hollywood on Aug. 3, 2012, Richards told Us Weekly her girls are healthy eaters by choice. “They actually like to cut up fresh vegetables with ranch dressing on the side. That’s their favorite!” she shared. “They love helping. They like making salads because they like chopping things up and rinsing the lettuce. Nothing too fancy!”

Like I said, Denise is under a fair amount of pressure with her largely solo childrearing responsibilities. She often undertakes care of Charlie’s twin boys that he spawned with then-wife Brooke Mueller in addition to caring for her three daughters, so Denise has got a full plate, so to speak. Perhaps she really burns a ton of calories while running around after all those kids, or maybe she’s just not eating enough. Who knows. I still don’t think she’s too thin, but prove me wrong, people.
What I do know is this … OMG, Botox.

This is kind of a heart-warming story of a lone sober, responsible person, picking up the slack in Charlie Sheen’s mess of a life. So Charlie’s last ex wife, Brooke Mueller, entered rehab for the 19th time (literally, I’m not exaggerating) a couple of weeks ago after failing a court-ordered drug test and violating probation. Brooke is facing jail time, but that didn’t make her 19th stay in rehab stick at all. She left rehab after less than a week, using the excuse that she only needed to “detox.” I haven’t been following the updates on TMZ about this, but a quick look reveals that Brooke, 35, was under investigation by Child and Family Services while she was in rehab/detox (she has three and a half year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, with Charlie) and that the boys went to Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards, to stay. Then Brooke tried to take the boys back, which she can legally do because she has custody still, and had them stay with another relative until she was done with rehab. She decided to do this after a beef with Denise over the fact that Denise wanted to let the boys see their dad, Charlie. Are you eyes glazing over yet? Anyway, again here’s Denise Richards, providing some semblance of normalcy in the lives of sweet, innocent little boys who are used to be cared for by prostitutes and an addict mom. (Not that prostitutes can’t be decent caregivers, especially when compared to Brooke.) Denise told Access Hollywood that the boys can stay with her and her three girls anytime, and that they’re family. The bad news is that they’re back with Brooke now that she’s out of rehab.
The beauty stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Wednesday, where she chatted about her work with ShoeDazzle ? which is benefitting the Kidney Cancer Association ? and she also spoke about helping Charlie and Brooke care for their 3-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, while Brooke was reportedly in rehab.
?[The twins] are back with Brooke Mueller,? Denise told Billy Bush and guest co-host Vinny Guadagnino.
With the twins ? plus her daughters Sam, 8, Lola, 7 and Eloise, 18 months, Denise had her hands full.
?This is not the first time I?ve had all five, they?re Sam and Lola?s brothers. It was a full house, lots of love and life,? she explained. ?Brooke knows anytime, and Charlie, that any time they need help with the boys, that I?m there.?
Despite divorces and past problems, the actress stressed that they put their family first.
?They?re our family and they?re Sam and Lola?s brothers and I can?t imagine growing up without my sister, so anytime she needs help, I?m there for the boys,? she continued. ?[Sam and Lola] are the best big sisters to [the boys] and they love them.?
Adding, ?I know it doesn?t seem normal, but it is our normal. They?re little kids and I love children, and like I said, it?s our daughter?s brothers, so I can?t say no.?

I’ve heard some horror stories about California CFS and I’ve leave it at that. So don’t expect Brooke Mueller to lose custody anytime soon, despite the fact that she’s failing drug tests and is so obviously wasted out of her mind. At least Denise Richards is there to help when needed, but how confusing must it be for those little boys to have to be shuffled around like that? I just feel for them. It’s possible that Brooke will get some jail time and that Max and Bob will have to go live with Denise for a while, but again this is California. That’s not going to happen.
