Hard at work on her hit show, Courteney Cox was spotted on the set of “Cougar Town” in Los Angeles yesterday (February 11).
The former “Friends” actress was all smiles as she chatted and joked with cast and crew in between scenes, sporting a plaid button-up and jeans.
In family news, Courteney’s husband David Arquette recently revealed that they may be considering having another child, this time through adoption.
“I don’t know. I mean, it takes a lot for us to do it, so maybe adoption. Listen, I like practicing as much as possible! But it’s hard ... I’m exhausted!”

Stepping out for a fancy evening meal, Courteney Cox was looking adorable in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday night (February 9).
The “Cougar Town” actress patiently waited for her ride at the valet station after a relaxing dinner with a friend at Boa steakhouse.
Looking refreshed, Courteney spent the past weekend relaxing with gal pal Jennifer Aniston in Mexico for her 41st birthday.
Meanwhile, there have been rumors that Cox and her husband David Arquette are eager to adopt after several failed attempts to conceive a second child.

A couple of weeks ago, Star Magazine began pushing the rumor that Courteney Cox was pregnant. The proof seemed to be that Courteney was looking a little ?filled out? on the Golden Globe red carpet, as opposed to her usual figure, which generally borders on the ?very, very slender?. Personally, I thought Courteney had her boobs done, but in general she?s seemed to have put on some much-needed weight, so maybe she just gains weight in her boobs. CB didn?t really think a pregnancy was happening, but she did point out that Courteney has spoken before about her desire to her have another child - she and David are parents to daughter Coco, who is 5 years old. Now David Arquette has sort-of spilled the beans that he and Courteney are considering adoption:

David Arquette says he and wife Courteney Cox are considering expanding their family.
“I don’t know. I mean, it takes a lot for us to do it, so maybe adoption,” Arquette, 38, said on The Bonnie Hunt Show. Cox, 45, underwent in-vitro fertilization to have CoCo at age 39.
Added Arquette, “Listen, I like practicing as much as possible! But it’s hard… I’m exhausted!”
Late last year, the National Enquirer reported the couple were in the process of adopting, which her rep called “a complete fabrication” at the time.
Meanwhile, daughter CoCo is growing up to be just like her mom, Arquette beams.
“She’s a little messy so that’s sort of on my side, but she’s very strong-willed which is very Courteney-like,” he says.
“We got her a flute recently and she is just walking around [pretending to play],” he adds. “We’re jammin’ a lot, a little Jethro Tull.”

I think it would be great if Courteney and David adopted. To my way of thinking, Courteney already put her body through a lot when she carried Coco, and at the age of 45, it would only be harder if she and David tried to have another biological child. I think Courteney and David seem like very good parents, and they?re probably ideal candidates for adoption. I hope they seriously consider this!

Courtney Cox, 45, gained a little bit of much-needed weight so now there are inevitable pregnancy rumors. In this case, Star Magazine claims to have a “source” who says Courtney is pregnant, but they lead the story with the fact that she’s not so skinny and was maybe holding her stomach at the SAG awards. I think that’s pretty much what they’re basing the story on, but there’s also the fact that the Cougar Town set was shut down briefly in November. Here’s Star’s account:
Curvier Courteney Cox raised eyebrows by holding her purse in front of her stomach while walking the Golden Globes red carpet in a black dress. And at the after parties for the Jan. 17 awards ceremony, the glowing actress stuck to drinking water with lime, leaving partygoers to wonder: Is she expecting?
Now a source tells Star that Courteney, 45, is thrilled after finding out she’s pregnant with her second child. “Courteney’s telling friends she’s almost three months along,” an insider tells Star. “She’s been trying to get pregnant again for so long. She feels really lucky.” Courteney, who has a 5-year-old daughter, Coco, with husband David Arquette, is due in late July, says the source.
The Cougar Town star confided to friends she had multiple IVF treatments to get pregnant. “The Cougar Town set was shut down in November because she was getting IVF. She was on bed rest to make sure the implant took,” says the source. “Courteney’s being very careful. She had several miscarriages in the past and doesn’t want to suffer that loss again.” And her best friend, Jennifer Aniston, is by her side, making sure she takes care of herself. “Jen is totally into helping Courteney with her baby,” says the source.

Courteney suffers from antiphospholipid syndrome, an autoimmune disorder that causes blot clotting and pregnancy loss. Most women have no idea about it until they suffer a miscarriage. It’s worth looking into if you’ve had a miscarriage and is easily treated with blood thinners and/or low dose aspirin. Courtney suffered multiple miscarriages before she found out she had the disorder and was able to get treatment and become pregnant with Coco, now five and a half. Anyway she’s in a high risk category due to her condition and advanced maternal age.
Courteney has said in the past that she’d love to have another child and that if it didn’t happen naturally she’d adopt. I hope she is pregnant if that’s what she’s hoping for. It’s true that the Cougar Town set was shut down in November for Courteney to attend to a “family matter.” Was the family matter an IVF treatment? Fingers crossed for Courteney if this is true.

Slipping into character on the set of ABC’s “Cougar Town,” Courteney Cox was spotted shooting scenes for the comedic show on Thursday (January 21).
Working alongside co-star Busy Philipps, the former “Friends” actress sported a tiny blue dress and heels, and seemed to be in great spirits despite the rainy, wet conditions.
Proving she’s no diva, Ms Cox happily held her own umbrella during a downpour and even offered to share it with a crew member.
Meanwhile, Courteney and husband attended Sunday night’s Golden Globes where Cox was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Comedy or Musical, but the award ended up in the hands of Toni Collette.

They’re always happy to use their celebrity for charity and last night (December 17) Courteney Cox and David Arquette were spotted at the Official Launch Party for Save Darfur Coalition.
The former “Friends” babe and her hilarious hubby looked to be in good spirits as they arrived at The Propr Store & Jexy in Venice Beach.
Arquette told press about his new t-shirt design that Save Darfur is selling to raise money for global initiatives. He also explained that Americans need to get involved in order for the government to take notice.
“There is a lot of legislation coming up within our government where the President and the congress can really hold the regime responsible for this accountable and that’s what it’s about.”

In quite the cheerful mood, Courteney Cox was hard at work on her hit TV show “Cougar Town” in Culver City, California on Tuesday (December 15).
Fitted up in a few different sexy tennis outfits, the former “Friends” star could be seen making some suggestive hand gestures while shooting the intense on-court scene.
As for her high spirits, Courteney happened to be among the stars named as nominees for the 2010 Golden Globe Awards - as she’s up for Best Actress in a TV Comedy.
Already planning a mini celebration with gal pal Jennifer Aniston, Courteney told Extra, “I actually have plans with my girlfriend. My close friend from ‘Friends.’”
