She still hasn?t confirmed her two-year residency at Sin City?s Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, but Britney Spears is said to be raking in some serious dough from the forthcoming agreement.
According to a TMZ source, the ?Oops I Did It Again? singer has signed a contract to perform 48 shows a year for $310,000 per gig, equaling out to $15 million for each of her two years at the venue.
An insider told press that Spears is thrilled about the Vegas residency as she prepares to release her next studio album.
?She?s so excited to perform and show what great shape she is in now. She is mentally and physically 100 percent ready for the Las Vegas shows.?

Stepping out for a killer workout, Britney Spears showed up at a fitness center near her home in Calabasas, California on Tuesday (September 10).
The ?Baby One More Time? hitmaker was cute and casual in a mint green tank/shorts combo teamed with red, white, and blue socks as she exited the gym.
Britney has been working hard to get into primo shape for her Las Vegas show, and she just shot a music video for her forthcoming single ?Work B**ch.?
Spears told press, "I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio ? hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez.?

Smiling happily for the shutterbugs, the "Oops I Did It Again" songstress sported grey gym shorts and a yellow tank top as she headed back out to her car.
In other news, Brit's team is on the market for someone to take part in her upcoming music video- but there's a catch.
In a recent casting posting, Spears' peeps are looking for "a girl or guy who knows how to handle and use a bull whip. Must be a professional at using a bullwhip." With that being said, we are interested in seeing what her next video will look like!

All that dance class training appears to be paying off for Britney Spears. As she came and went from her regular training sessions at a Calabasas, California studio Friday (August 30), the pop star looked especially trim and fit. Carrying a bottled water and a banana, the lady who loves her junk food seemed to be eating sensibly.
Brit wants to look her best, and perform at peak levels, when she?s set to begin a two-year residency later this year at Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas. The casino is expected to reveal details about ticketing and seat reservations September 17.
The pop princess has posted a September 17 countdown on her website, a date that also coincides with the release of her first single from her eighth album. The record is rumored to be called All Eyes On Me?also the name of the Vegas show.
Will.I.Am of the Black Eyes Peas is said to be collaborating with the ?Oops I Did it Again? singer in hopes that she does indeed, do it again (meaning, make a chart topper). The two worked together in 2012 on his singe, ?Scream and Shout.?

Does Britney Spears have an itch? Photographers noticed some minor scratches on her right arm Friday (August 23) as she left a nail salon in Calabasas, California. The pop star was pampering herself with some polish after dropping her boys off at a nearby gym.
The singer is preparing for the debut of "All Eyes on Me," the new single off her upcoming eighth album. Her website now has a timer, counting down to the song?s release on September 17.
Earlier this year, Brit?s ex, Justin Timberlake, used a similar countdown clock when he was releasing new tunes. Timberlake?s fans though, only had to watch the clock for a weekend, rather than a month.
The 31-year-old?s most recent song, "Ooh La La" from the ?Smurfs 2? movie, has performed modestly. Since the song's release earlier this summer, it?s sold 153,000 copies.

Surprising fans on Tuesday morning (August 20), Britney Spears posed a countdown clock on her website with the simple text ?All Eyes on Me.?
Could this be a tell-tale sign on the singer?s newest single? Or album? Whatever it is, it is set to debut on 9:30 a.m. EST on September 17.
Britney teased fans last week explaining that her new album will arrive ?MUCH sooner than you think.? Her latest track ?Ooh La La? is featured in the animated flick ?Smurfs 2? and during the film?s promotions, Spears said she was working on some new tracks.
Earlier this week, producer Naughty Boy also dished about the ?Baby One More Time? singer?s new project, and said, ?It's not out for another couple of weeks, but we've just started working on tracks for her until the studio session."

Yep, she did it again. Britney Spears departs from the dance studio in Calabasas, California after her regular rehearsal and workout routine Friday (August 16).
Brit is also working out her Las Vegas residency plans at Planet Hollywood, where she?d become the hotel/casino?s regular and long-term musical act.
In a recent interview with Shape magazine, the 31-year-old said, "The [Las Vegas] performances won?t be simple?they?ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed."
In addition, the entertainer is also in talks to open up a casual Italian eatery in Sin City.

Jumping into her Jaguar, Red Bull in hand, Britney Spears gets ready to relax after a dance workout at a studio in Calabasas, California Thursday (August 15).
After sweating off some pounds, the "Crossroads" actress headed to a nearby Corner Bakery for brunch with her boyfriend, David Lucado.
The 31-year-old?s personal trainer says the singer has also started a regimen of cross fit training to stay in shape. It involves a series of weight-training exercises mixed with spurts of high-interval cardio.
Although she has managed to look gorgeous after having two little ones, some observers say it seems a bit incredible that the pop superstar has been able to slim down as much as she has, given her eating habits.
Conservatorship documents for 2012 show that, in addition to places like Corner Bakery, Spears spent thousands at fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Domino?s, Subway, and In-N-Out Burger. (Spears? father has been the conservator of her finances for several years.)

Britney Spears is thrifty! Sort of. TMZ and the NY Post got their hands on Britney Spears? 2012 expenses (both personal and professional, I guess), and it seems like Britney is a decent bargain-hunter. Sort of. Quite honestly, Britney Spears and I have similar shopping patterns. I too bargain-hunt at dollar stores and I pick up fast food a few times a week. I don?t frequent Starbucks (I don?t drink coffee) but I do pay too much for law maintenance. That being said, I still don?t understand how Britney spent $6.8 million in one year??
Britney Spears made a fortune last year — way more than $10 million — but she’s still a hardcore bargain shopper … this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
According to documents, Britney’s conservatorship raked in nearly $14 mil in 2012. But here’s the thing … she spent $6.8 mil, which sounds like a lot, but a closer look makes Brit look like a bargain hunter.
– $63.74 at a 99 Cents Plus
– $11.92 at Pay 99 Cents Or Less
– A tab from Subway, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Domino’s, IHOP, 7-11, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds, In-N-Out, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
– $33,959 on grooming and wardrobe — bargain basement for a big star.
But there are extravagances as well … like a $500 manicure. And get this — $3,400 on XMAS lights.
Our favorite — Britney paid $1,500 to her Kentwood, Louisiana yard boy — aka, Jamie Lynn’s baby daddy Casey Aldridge.
As for Britney’s total worth … it’s a lot. The conservatorship alone now has $36.4 million. And that doesn’t include a huge chunk of her net worth … including the $68 mil she made on her last concert tour and the $15 mil she snagged from “X Factor.”

So how did she spend $6.8 million on that? Was there a real estate purchase that I?m missing? And I guess I don?t understand the intricacies of Britney?s conservatorship because how is it the conservatorship is worth $36.4 million but her ?net worth? is much more than that? It was my understanding that Jamie Spears controlled every aspect of Britney?s finances, so her entire financial portfolio should fall under the ?conservatorship?. And I?ve never understood all of the hand-wringing about Britney ?needing? to work to bring in money ? she was worth more than $100 million before her mental breakdown and the breakdown and subsequent conservatorship didn?t leech that much money from her estate. My take is that Britney is worth in excess of $150 million, all of which is likely controlled by Jamie Spears.
