I know, I know - ANOTHER post devoted to the Beyonce-Jay-Z baby. Bey-beh? BeyZus baby? As you know, Beyonce announced her pregnancy at the VMAs. Some say it was a stunt queen move, some just thought she was happy and cute. And there were some who thought Beyonce?s bump was padded, and that there is some kind of Bey-beh conspiracy afoot. In any case, there continues to be interesting news about Beyonce and Jay, and why not talk about it? So? Us Weekly claims that Beyonce is four months along, and Radar claims that her due date is February. Let me do the math! That makes some kind of sense. I think she?s probably JUST past three months, which means her due date is likely end of February. Us Weekly also had this nice piece on how Jay-Z is beyond thrilled:
No wonder they’re still crazy in love! Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards show was an unforgettable night for Jay-Z and wife Beyonce — who joyously confirmed her pregnancy onstage before a TV audience of millions. (Clutching her bump, the “Love on Top” singer announced that she was expecting just a couple hours before on the black carpet, with her rep confirming the news to Us as well; the Grammy winning superstar is about four months along, one source says.)
And backstage, the first-time parents-to-be were just as pumped up. With adjacent dressing rooms (Jay-Z, 41, shared his with pal and Watch the Throne partner Kanye West), “Jay was doting on her the whole time,” a witness tells Us Weekly.
And the rapper-mogul (real name: Shawn Carter) even cat-called his wife of three years!
Says the backstage source: “He yelled, ‘Mmm hmmm, Who’s that sexy lady walking down here?’ playing like he was flirting with her. It was so cute.”
The “Empire State of Mind” MC was also mindful of his love’s condition. “He was really taking care of her, asking her how she feels and helping her walk,” the source says. “It was so sweet to see him like that.”
Also taking care? Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles. “She was on top of EVERYTHING - getting Beyonce everything she needed… Between Jay and her mom, she was totally taken care of. Her mom was getting her everything she needed.”
The superstar couple’s famous friends got in on the baby joy, too.
“Kanye looked like the proud uncle!” adds the witness. And Beyonce’s “Telephone” duet partner Lady Gaga (dressed in male drag as “Jo Calderone) made frequent visits to the dressing room as well. “She kept coming over to rub Beyonce’s belly and say hello,” the witness explains, “And the security guards thought she was a guy at first and wouldn’t let her back! It was really funny.”

I?ve thought for a while that Jay was beyond ready to have a baby with Beyonce - he?s been talking about ?baby-making? being his top priority for years now. Radar also reports that Beyonce and Jay are ?hoping for a boy? because of Solange?s son Julez: ?Of course having a little boy for Julez to play with would be ideal, so they have their fingers crossed? But both Beyonce and Jay are just so happy to be having a baby, they don?t care what it is!? I don?t understand? Do they think that Julez wouldn?t have fun playing a baby girl cousin, he would only have fun with a boy cousin? That reasoning makes no sense. That being said, I bet they are hoping for a boy, just because a boy could get away with Jay?s features, you know what I mean?

Her fans are some of the most loyal in the world, and Beyonc Knowles had quite the reaction to her pregnancy news on the social networking website Twitter.
During the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (August 28), tweets regarding the ?Crazy in Love? singer?s bun in the oven hit a high of 8,868 per second at 10:35pm ET. Previous record holders were the Women?s World Cup, Osama bin Laden?s death, and Prince William and Kate Middleton?s wedding.
The ?Run The World (Girls)? songstress will be scaling back her responsibilities in preparation for her soon-to-be-born, but she?s still staying signed on for the October 8th Michael Jackson Tribute Concert.
According to Knowles? rep, she?ll sing via satellite and her ?pregnancy will not affect her performance.?
And since she?s said to be about four months along currently, that means Beyonce will be halfway through her fifth month when she takes the stage in October.

Have I finished eating my words yet? Probably not. As everyone reported last night, Beyonce debuted her bump at the VMAs. I thought the on-stage reveal was really cute, just because of the reaction shot of Jay-Z looking so proud and happy, and Kanye West losing his mind with happiness. It was adorable. Here?s the video - I liked the performance a lot:

I didn’t watch the VMAS on Sunday night because I had better things to do like stare out the window. Luckily I didn’t miss much as one of the few exciting things to happen, and “exciting” in this case is relative, was Beyonce announcing her pregnancy. This will be her and Jay-Z’s first kid.
Beyonc, 29, posed for photos with her hands cradling her belly, teasing, “I have a surprise!”
“I’m happy to say it’s true,” her rep confirms to PEOPLE.
Later, during the show, she performed “Love on Top,” introducing the song by telling the Nokia Theatre LA Live crowd, “I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me.”
After her song, she unbuttoned her sparkling jacket and rubbed her stomach. The crowd roared.
Way to beat a dead camel. What did she do next? Point to herself after asking the crowd who has two thumbs and a fetus inside them?

I. Was. Wrong. I just want to get that out there, right at the start. Beyonce has been talking about babies for so many years, I just thought she would be one of those celebrities who would be forever ?all talk, no action?. But I was wrong - Beyonce is pregnant! She announced it in an interesting way - by rubbing her belly/womb area on stage at the VMAs. It was actually? kind of cute. Beyonce was introduced by Britney and Gaga (still in her drag king Jo Calderone costume), and when Bey was singing ?Love On Top?, I thought the highlight would be the cutaways - Adele singing and dancing along with Bey, and then Gaga hanging with Kanye and Jay-Z (and having a drink, it looked like). When Bey finished the song, she looked down at Jay, smiled and rubbed her bump. Kanye and Jay both went a little bit crazy, and it was seriously very sweet. Oh? I guess Bey announced it on the black carpet before her performance too?? I missed most of the preshow. I was watching The Tillman Story (it was more interesting than Selena Gomez, let me tell you).
Leave it to Beyonc to steal the spotlight at Sunday’s Video Music Awards.
But it wasn’t one of the pop diva’s signature show-stopping performances that had people talking. Instead, it was Beyonc’s burgeoning belly bump, swathed in an orange gown.

The ?Crazy in Love? songstress brought her fashion A-game as she posed inside the Nokia Theatre LA Live to prepare for her big performance, but the BIG news is the confirmation that she's expecting her first child with Jay-Z!
Quite the exciting time for Beyonce, the gorgeous singer's baby news comes shortly after she released her music video for ?1+1? from her latest album 4.
Additionally, coming up on October 8th, Knowles will join in via satellite for the Michael Jackson tribute concert at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

She?s one of the top singers in the world, so it?s no wonder Beyonc Knowles wanted to be included in the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert.
But rather than perform in person, the ?Crazy in Love? songstress will sing via satellite at the Michael Forever Tribute Concert.
The gig is scheduled to take place on October 8th at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales and Ms. Knowles is blaming a scheduling conflict for not being able to make the show in person.
A concert promoter posted to the Facebook page, "BEYONCE Beams Into Michael Forever Tribute!! A unique, never-before-seen performance by Beyonce of one of her favourite Jackson 5 songs will be shown at the concert on October 8th! A lifelong Michael fan, Beyonce really wanted to be involved in this tribute concert. Due to scheduling issues she can't be there in person, but this performance is not to be missed!"

Beyonce covers the September issue of InStyle Magazine, probably just to promote her album, 4, because Beyonce has literally covered every fashion magazine to promote this album. Maybe she should have spent less time posing and more time in the studio? Maybe she should have spent less time tweaking and more time writing hits? I?m just sayin?. Her latest music video has been described using the words ?tweaked, David?s Bridal and tacky.? And that?s just the visual - the song sucks too.
Anyway, back to InStyle and Bey. Guess what she?s resorted to discussing to promote this album? BABIES! Beyonce and Jennifer Aniston are more alike then you think. Both feel the need to pay lip-service to ?traditional? values, when really I think their lives are nothing like that. Aniston loves her tequila and likes getting laid (by the douchiest hipster she can find) and Beyonce just likes to WORK. She doesn?t have time to do anything but work her ass off - as is her right, but I wish she would stop talking about babies whenever she?s about to go on tour for two years straight.
On sacrifice: ?I sacrificed so much as a kid and as a teenager,? she says. ?I have no regrets because my job kept me focused. When you?re young?18 or 19?you have the energy and drive. That?s the time to work as hard as you can. Now I?m a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children. I want to make my job a part of my lifestyle so that I always enjoy what I’m doing.?
On why she slowed down her career: “It was difficult. I had to turn down great things, but I did it for my sanity, my life, my relationships, my nephew, my husband, my sister, and my friendships. I deserved to give myself time to focus on things besides performing, filming, and recording.”
On downtime: ?In my free time I prefer to do nothing but sit on the couch and watch TV,? she says. ?I have to confess that my guilty pleasure is Jersey Shore.?
She has girlfriends: ?I am a girl?s girl. Women who don?t have female friends scare me. I love my friends, and I love sitting with them and listening to their stories.?
On a surprising fact about her: “You might be surprised to know that the last thing I want to hear at a club is one of my own songs. I get so uncomfortable. It’s that awkward moment when you know that everyone is watching you to see if you’re gonna bust a move to your own song.”

What?s the current over-under on Beyonce and Jay-Z splitting up in the next year or so? I do get feelings about some couples, but I?m sometimes wrong. Beyonce?s BFF Gwyneth Paltrow has managed to hang on to Chris Martin for years longer than I thought she would, so obviously, my gossip sixth sense needs some fine-tuning. I wonder if Beyonce asks Gwyneth for marriage advice? Would you?

Bringing her stunning beauty to the forefront, Beyonce Knowles dazzles on the cover of the September 2011 issue of Harper's Bazaar UK.
On newsstands Saturday (August 6), the "Run the World (Girls)" singer spoke with the magazine about topics including her Red Sea concert, working with Lady Gaga and her friendship with actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

On her concert at Port Ghalib on the Red Sea: "There were a lot of women in the audience in burkas. They were singing along to Irreplaceable ? it was amazing! Some of the men got really upset! They were like to their women, 'We have to get you out of here!'....I guess some of them (men) do get annoyed. But I never want to do 'the banner thing.'"'
On working with Lady Gaga: ?She?s not afraid. I love that. She wanted me to do something crazy, and so I just rolled with it.?
On her friendship with Gwyneth Paltrow: ?She pushes her boundaries all the time. You go to her house and she makes you feel like you never want to go home. She is what I strive to be one day.?
Gwyneth on Beyonce: "She is what it means to be a superstar. No one else can sing and dance like that, while having humour and genuine bursting sweetness. She has her own recipe for it... I wanted my own character (in Country Strong), to have some of that mega-wattage. So I studied B. She was my homework."

I kind of love how Beyonce?s NEW FACE is on every magazine cover over the past few months. I know she?s promoting her album, but to me, it just feels like Bey is completely delusional about how different she looks and she thinks that every time she does a photo shoot, people will be like, ?Damn, she looks great!? When we?re really like, ?OMFG, WTF did Bey do to her once-pretty face?!? SHE LOOKS LIKE A CAT.? It?s a nose job, but there?s something else in the mix that?s messing her up. Anyway, here?s Bey?s photo shoot for the September issue of Harper?s Bazaar UK. She looks like a Kardashian. There are some excerpts from the interview too:
With just a month before her big 3-0, Beyonce has been reflecting on an amazing decade. And as she poses in a stunning new photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar UK magazine, she admits performing in Egypt just two months before the country’s uprising started was a memorable experience.
The pop star admitted she found it incredibly moving to see Egyptian women wearing burkas singing along to her female empowerment song Irreplaceable - while many of their male partners standing nearby were obviously unamused.
Despite protests from ultra-conservative Islamic groups ahead of the gig who did not approve of her risqu outfits and booty-shaking dance moves, the American singer’s concert at Port Ghalib on the Red Sea was a roaring success.
She tells the September issue of the magazine: ‘There were a lot of women in the audience in burkas. They were singing along to Irreplaceable ? it was amazing! Some of the men got really upset! Although many women today steer away from the word ‘feminist’, the Texan insists she’s always been one, although she believes the movement needs a new name.
She explained: ‘I don?t really feel that it?s necessary to define it. It?s just something that?s kind of natural for me, and I feel like…you know…it?s, like, what I live for. I need to find a catchy new word for feminism, right? Like Bootylicious.’
In fact, Beyonce is such a feminist, she admits she finds it strange to see females who only socialise with males.
She said: ‘I?m afraid when women never hang around with other women. That?s a little scary to me ? why is that?’
And when it comes to women she admires, Beyonce admits her close friend Gwyneth Paltrow is her role model.
She admitted: ‘She pushes her boundaries all the time. You go to her house and she makes you feel like you never want to go home. She is what I strive to be one day.’
But it appears Paltrow is just as appreciative of her friend, telling the magazine how much she respects Beyonce. She said: ‘She is what it means to be a superstar. No one else can sing and dance like that, while having humour and genuine bursting sweetness. The former Destiny’s Child singer is now preparing to turn 30 on September 4 - marking the end of her very busy 20s. During her 20s, she launched her solo career and became a married woman when she tied the knot with rapper Jay-Z, 41, three years ago.
Now looking forward to her 30s, Beyonce said: ‘This is such a pivotal moment in my life! I?m transitioning as a woman, and I?m finally able to express myself as I am.’

Haha, bitch can?t even remember her 20s, they were so long ago. As for the friendship between Dame Gwyneth and Beyonce? this is one of the first times I?ve really heard Bey talk about Goop in such glowing terms in a formal interview. Usually Goop is the one forcing the relationship, talking about Beyonce constantly. The whole thing makes me feel bad for Madonna. Poor Gristle, tossed aside for new tweaked meat by a goopy, narcissistic monster obsessed with being cool and young. And poor Beyonce! She has to hang out with Goop. It?s all so sad.
