I kind of love how Beyonce?s NEW FACE is on every magazine cover over the past few months. I know she?s promoting her album, but to me, it just feels like Bey is completely delusional about how different she looks and she thinks that every time she does a photo shoot, people will be like, ?Damn, she looks great!? When we?re really like, ?OMFG, WTF did Bey do to her once-pretty face?!? SHE LOOKS LIKE A CAT.? It?s a nose job, but there?s something else in the mix that?s messing her up. Anyway, here?s Bey?s photo shoot for the September issue of Harper?s Bazaar UK. She looks like a Kardashian. There are some excerpts from the interview too:
With just a month before her big 3-0, Beyonce has been reflecting on an amazing decade. And as she poses in a stunning new photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar UK magazine, she admits performing in Egypt just two months before the country’s uprising started was a memorable experience.
The pop star admitted she found it incredibly moving to see Egyptian women wearing burkas singing along to her female empowerment song Irreplaceable - while many of their male partners standing nearby were obviously unamused.
Despite protests from ultra-conservative Islamic groups ahead of the gig who did not approve of her risqu outfits and booty-shaking dance moves, the American singer’s concert at Port Ghalib on the Red Sea was a roaring success.
She tells the September issue of the magazine: ‘There were a lot of women in the audience in burkas. They were singing along to Irreplaceable ? it was amazing! Some of the men got really upset! They were like to their women, “We have to get you out of here!”….I guess some of them (men) do get annoyed. But I never want to do “the banner thing”.’
Although many women today steer away from the word ‘feminist’, the Texan insists she’s always been one, although she believes the movement needs a new name.
She explained: ‘I don?t really feel that it?s necessary to define it. It?s just something that?s kind of natural for me, and I feel like…you know…it?s, like, what I live for. I need to find a catchy new word for feminism, right? Like Bootylicious.’
In fact, Beyonce is such a feminist, she admits she finds it strange to see females who only socialise with males.
She said: ‘I?m afraid when women never hang around with other women. That?s a little scary to me ? why is that?’
And when it comes to women she admires, Beyonce admits her close friend Gwyneth Paltrow is her role model.
She admitted: ‘She pushes her boundaries all the time. You go to her house and she makes you feel like you never want to go home. She is what I strive to be one day.’
But it appears Paltrow is just as appreciative of her friend, telling the magazine how much she respects Beyonce. She said: ‘She is what it means to be a superstar. No one else can sing and dance like that, while having humour and genuine bursting sweetness. She has her own recipe for it… I wanted my own character (in Country Strong), to have some of that mega-wattage. So I studied B. She was my homework.’
The former Destiny’s Child singer is now preparing to turn 30 on September 4 - marking the end of her very busy 20s. During her 20s, she launched her solo career and became a married woman when she tied the knot with rapper Jay-Z, 41, three years ago.
Now looking forward to her 30s, Beyonce said: ‘This is such a pivotal moment in my life! I?m transitioning as a woman, and I?m finally able to express myself as I am.’

Haha, bitch can?t even remember her 20s, they were so long ago. As for the friendship between Dame Gwyneth and Beyonce? this is one of the first times I?ve really heard Bey talk about Goop in such glowing terms in a formal interview. Usually Goop is the one forcing the relationship, talking about Beyonce constantly. The whole thing makes me feel bad for Madonna. Poor Gristle, tossed aside for new tweaked meat by a goopy, narcissistic monster obsessed with being cool and young. And poor Beyonce! She has to hang out with Goop. It?s all so sad.

Making her promotional rounds, Beyonc Knowles was in the house at ?Late Night with Jimmy Fallon? last night (July 28).
The ?Run the World (Girls)? singer chatted with Fallon about her year off, visiting the Great Wall of China, and her latest album 4.
Beyonce also showed of her new fragrance Pulse, and even gave all the audience members their own free bottle.
And no visit would be complete without a live performance- Beyonce sang ?Best Thing I Never Had? with The Roots backing her up.

For awhile now, the ever thoughtful Beyonce has been preparing the public for her (fifth?) 30th birthday by reminding us that she wants a baby at some point during the year, and it seems that girlfriend is doing some serious nesting in preparation thereof; that is, she’s now planning to release her own cookbook with the help of BFF Gwyneth Paltrow. This news follows prior admissions from Beyonce that she’s “a disaster in the kitchen” and only manages to hold dinner parties because she “order[s] from the best restaurants and [has] the food delivered.” Still, if spoiled, privileged Hollywood actress Gwyneth can “write” her own cookbook, well, Beyonce can too! Sh-t is about to get real:
She dreams of having a bun in the oven but Beyonce, 30, is cooking up something in the kitchen first.
She has been inspired by pal Gwyneth Paltrow, 38, to release a cookbook - but not your usual Delia Smith. This one will give fans the bootylicious figure she has.
I?m told: “Her mum Tina started the tradition whereby anywhere in the world they are, she always puts on a soul food spread of collard greens, cornbread, mac ?n? cheese and fried chicken. Bey would love to include these family recipes in a book.
?As she thinks about a family, she?s spoken about this with Gwyn and is raring to go.?

So my question is this — is there anything inherently wrong with authoring a cookbook when one cannot even boil water? Just like many of you, when Gwyneth released her own culinary tome, which was largely developed through the aid of a “kitchen assistant,” I found that pretty sketchy in and of itself. And now Gwyneth has gotten Beyonce all revved up to transcribe her mother’s soul-food recipes even though Beyonce herself can’t lift a finger in the kitchen (unless it’s to pick up the hotel brochure and call for room service). Never mind the fact that all of the foods mentioned are very high in fat and calories, which Gwyneth will never be able to tolerate. I really hope this cookbook never materializes, and Beyonce’s mother really ought to shut this idea down immediately, but you know that probably won’t happen.

Kicking off her week with a shopping spree, Beyonce Knowles was spotted at Selfridges in London, England earlier today (July 11).
Clad in a bright orange dress, the "Best Thing I Never Had" singer was joined by her mother Tina as the ladies took a look at various clothing options before heading over to the shoe department to browse through a slew of high-heeled footwear.
Meanwhile, as her professional career is back in full swing, Beyonce says she's just not sure whether she and hubby Jay-Z are ready for a little one just yet, telling Piers Morgan, "I did say I'd have a baby at 30..I'm 29 but I also said I'd retire at 30... so I don't know."
Adding insight on the delay, a source revealed, "It's not about earning money any more. It's about professional challenges and making sure they keep a strong work ethic. Neither was brought up to be lazy - and they've never been handed anything in their lives. While there are still exciting projects that keep their creative fires burning, they'll keep on working."

Offering up another big overseas performance, Beyonc Knowles took the stage at the T in the Park festival in Kinross, Scotland over the weekend (July 9).
The 29-year-old singer donned a skimpy black sequined outfit as she performed a range of her hit songs complete with risque dance routines.
Included in the powerful set list offered up by Miss Knowles were songs such as "Best Thing I Never Had," "Run the World (Girls)," ?Single Ladies? and ?Crazy in Love".
Of her performance efforts, Beyonce told Daily Mail, ?I can never be safe. I always try and go against the grain. As soon as I accomplish one thing, I just set a higher goal. That?s how I?ve gotten to where I am.?

Oh. My. God. Seriously, are there still people who actively believe that Beyonce hasn?t gotten tweaked?!? I wasn?t even five seconds into this absolutely AWFUL music video for ?Best Thing I Never Had? (her new single) when I had to stop the video and just gawp at her odd face. She definitely did something to her nose, but I still thing there?s something weird with her eyes/eyebrow area too. BITCH GOT TWEAKED.
As for the video? WTF? Michael K is right - it?s part Victoria?s Secret ad, part David?s Bridal ad. I swear the song sounds like the David?s Bridal jingle too. Now, I?m not a prude (actually, I kind of am), and I can handle scantily-clad pop stars frolicking around in general, unless they?re underage raccoons?.but is anyone else just uncomfortable watching Beyonce?s tweaked face stare down the camera as she wears this white Merry Widow and garters? Sometimes, Beyonce?s videos have a too-close ?snuff film? feel, and this is one of them. I feel like we?re watching her honeymoon video, in which she was just recorded prancing around in lingerie, singing to herself.
And then the out-of-nowhere ?video? from ?1998?? with Beyonce tries a new wig, remarkably not blonde. This whole music video is utterly bizarre. I guess the video is about a blonde who hangs out in lingerie and wedding gowns all day, thinking about how her ex is a douche? The Jennifer Aniston Story, in other words.
That wedding gown is TERRIBLE too. Gold detailing on the bodice, and then those hip ruffles? Tacky. And to make it worse, her veil-tiara is much too big. Everything about this video is a disaster.
PS? who read CDAN?s revealed blind item about Jay-Z and his alleged 10-year affair with a French model? Interesting, isn?t it?

Treating her fans to a brand new offering, Beyonce Knowles has released the music video for her single "Best Thing I Never Had".
Taken from her just-released album "4," the 29-year-old teases viewers while clad in sexy lingerie during one scene with the video also featuring a long wedding-based sequence.
Singing out the chorus of the solid tune, Beyonce powerfully rings out, "I wanted you bad/ I'm so through with it/ Cuz honestly you turned out to be the best thing I never had/ You turned out to be the best thing I never had/ And I'm gon' always be the best thing you never had/ I bet it sucks to be you right now."

She?s been busy promoting her new album 4, and Beyonce Knowles was in the house at ?Good Morning America? for a very special performance today (July1).
The ?Crazy in Love? songstress arrived onstage as part of the GMA Summer Concert Series and whipped fans into a frenzy with her high-energy show.
Yesterday (June 30), Beyonce was in East Harlem to connect with her young fans at a Target store?s one year anniversary.
Of Knowles? surprise appearance, 15-year-old Symone Huggins told press, "It was amazing. I didn't even know she was behind me. I turned and was like 'oh my God!?? Another fan added, ?She makes me dance, and she makes me feel like having a playdate with her."

Back in the States after a string of European performances, Beyonce Knowles was the surprise special guest at the Target store in East Harlem on Thursday evening (June 30).
The "Run The World Girls" singer took the stage with children from the YMCA Camps ast the Target in the East River Plaza Mall celebrated its one=year anniversary.
According to TMZ, Miss Knowles' choreographer was in the midst of an instructional dance lesson for the group of youngsters when the singing sensation suddenly walked onstage.
With the attendees going absolutely crazy, they were treated to a short 15 minute visit after which copies of Beyonce's new album "4" were handed out as freebies.
