Beyonce Knowles has confirmed she will release a new album next year.The ‘Halo’ singer - who released her last album, ‘I Am… Sasha Fierce’ at the end of 2008 - revealed her plans to work on a new LP during the next 12 months while she was performing to crowds at a concert in Nottingham, England at the weekend.She told fans at the Trent FM Arena on Saturday (21.11.09): “I’ll see you in a year with a new album.”Beyonce has spent the majority of this year touring and has released eight singles from the LP over the past few months.Earlier this month, Beyonce was the most successful star at the MTV Europe Music Awards, scooping three prizes at the coveted ceremony.After performing in a skimpy red corset and suspenders, she was awarded the prize for Best Song for her track ‘Halo’, Best Video for her hit record ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ and also scooped the Best Female Singer honour.

She’s always up for a good time, and last night (November 15) Beyonce Knowles was spotted arriving at the Whisky Mist nightclub in London, England.
Joined by her husband Jay-Z, the “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” songstress looked to be having fun following her gig at the O2 Arena earlier in the evening.
At the concert, Beyonce was joined onstage by Jay during her hit “Crazy in Love,” setting the crowd into a frenzy.
But the biggest surprise of the night was when Ms. Knowles announced “Give it up for Kanye West” and the controversial rapper joined her for “Ego,” his first onstage appearance since the MTV Video Music Awards/ Taylor Swift snafu.

Spending time in London as she continues along with her tour duties, Beyonce Knowles was spotted enjoying an evening out at Kanaloa Nightclub on Friday (November 13).
The 28-year-old singer was in the company of several security guards as she partied the night away at the new London hotspot, later heading back to her room at the Madarin hotel for some much-needed beauty sleep.
Known for her love of clothing, recent reports tell that, earlier in the week, Miss Knowles booked a hotel room just for her luggage while staying at the ritzy Lowry in Manchester.
An insider at Liverpool’s Malmaison Hotel, where Beyonce took out at room to store her 12 bags, said: “She had seven suitcases, three hand-luggage bags and two boxes, all for her mammoth gig. In the cases there were, apparently, 14 dresses, lots of shoes, make-up and 25 wigs.”

Although the economy isn’t up, life is going well for the famous music business couple, Beyonce and Jay-Z.
The well-to-do twosome ran up a bill of $1,200 at the Upper East Side Italian restaurant Nello’s last week.
The two enjoyed dining while sipping on Dom Perignon and eating white truffles and lobster salad while chatting away.
The food wasn’t the only good thing - the service was as well. The couple left a $500 tip before leaving with their entourage of ten bodyguards.
While they did spend a lot to fill up on, the largess of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich spent $47, 2221.09 on lunch at Nello’s last Friday and left a paltry of $7, 328 tip.

She’s been taking her “Sasha Fierce” flavor all over the world, but it turns out Beyonce Knowles won’t be making her scheduled stop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as was previously planned.
According to a report, the “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” songstress was due to perform on October 25th, though the date “has been postponed to a future date to be announced shortly.”
Concert promotion company Marctensia told press, “The postponement is solely [the] decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons.”
Meanwhile, Beyonce was busy shaking her bootylicious body for the folks in Saitama, Japan last night as her World Tour hit the Saitama Super Arena.

Making the most of her time in Japan, Beyonce Knowles was spotted glamming up the Samantha Thavasa/ Special Meet & Greet today in Tokyo (October 16).
The “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” songstress looked beautiful as she addressed the crowd in a black dress with blue heels.
And it sounds like Beyonce has yet another killer collaboration on the way- and this time she’ll be working with none other than Lady GaGa.
Ms. Knowles shot a video with the “Just Dance” diva last week, and everything was kept top secret. A source told press, “Everything on the set was being kept very hush-hush, and security was extremely tight. In the video, Beyonce wears a feathered dress. And of course Lady GaGa wears something wild. The fashion is sick and insane.”

I have to admit, the first time I read Beyonce?s latest quotes about the Taylor Swift-Kanye West VMA controversy, my first thought was ?Big B is a beeyotch.? Now that I?ve read them several times, I still kind of think she?s being a tad bitchy, but I also think her intention was to simply be nice to both Taylor and Kanye, it just didn’t come out the right way. Beyonce?s trying to have it both ways - she?s trying to defend both Taylor Swift and Kanye West, but she does it in a way that seems? snotty. Maybe it?s just me. Beyonce tries to explain what was going through Kanye?s drunken mess of a mind at the VMAs, and she says, ?Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art?When they didn’t call my name, he was, like, completely shocked.? Is she saying that she creates ?art? and Taylor doesn?t?
Beyonce Knowles is finally breaking her silence about Kanye West storming the stage at the VMAs to declare that she should have won Best Female Video instead of Taylor Swift.
“Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he’s like, ‘You have this award,’” Beyonce, 28, told O: The Oprah magazine editor at large Gayle King (via MTV News) at the Billboard Awards over the weekend, when she was named Woman of the Year.
“When they didn’t call my name, he was, like, completely shocked,” Knowles says. “And when he walked on the stage, I was like, ‘No, no, no!’ and then he spoke, and I was like, ‘Oh, no, no, no!’”
Knowles — who handed the mic over to Swift after winning Video of the Year later that night — continues, “But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment — and I didn’t have to make an acceptance speech.”
After his outburst, West, 32, apologized multiple times on his blog, to Jay Leno and to Swift — and declared he was taking time away from the public eye to “analyze how I’m gonna make it through the rest of this life and improve.”
It was announced last week that his Fame Kills tour with Lady Gaga had been canceled.

So it really sounds, to my overanalytical mind, like Beyonce is trying to defend her friend Kanye by saying that he took a stand for art, and while that?s noble, he was still rude. Am I getting that right? Because I don?t think Kanye was taking a stand for art. I think he was just drunk and dumb. And I definitely think B should stop talking.

Continuing to rake in the accolades, Beyonce Knowles was a big winner at Billboard’s 4th Annual Women in Music event in Midtown Manhattan on Friday (October 2).
Fresh off of a weekend trip to Singapore, the “Irreplaceable” songstress looked stunning as she accepted her trophy after being named Billboard’s Woman of the Year.
During the afternoon affair, Billboard’s Editorial Director, Bill Werde, introduced the hitmaker, telling attendees, “It is theoretically possible someone on some other planet had a better year than Beyonce, but I’m not buying it.”
While making her way through the press line, Miss Knowles was asked her thoughts on Kanye West, replying, “Everyone makes mistakes. It’s unfortunate, but he’s a good person. And I think its important to stand by friends.”
