Kicking off yet another work week, Katie Holmes and Josh Duhamel were spotted filming scenes for their upcoming movie “The Romantics” this morning (November 16).
The “Mad Money” actress and her “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton” costar looked to be enjoying themselves as they chatted with cast and crew in between scenes on the Long Island, NY set.
Yesterday (November 15), Katie and her husband Tom Cruise celebrated their anniversary with a romantic dinner at Abe & Louie’s in Boston, Massachusetts.
TomKat, who got married on November 18th, 2006, enjoyed their meal before returning to their hotel to tend to their daughter Suri.

Taking care of her morning ritual, Katie Holmes was spotted picking up a couple of beverages from a Long Island Starbucks earlier today (November 13).
The “Dawson’s Creek” darling looked a bit disheveled as she strolled past the paparazzi with windswept hair along with a baggy cardigan.
Ms. Holmes has been in Long Island filming “The Romantics” for the past couple of weeks, and earlier this week she filmed some sexy scenes clad in a skimpy nightie.
Katie stars alongside Josh Duhamel, Adam Brody, Anna Paquin, and Elijah Wood in the film that centers on a group of college friends who come together for a wedding.

Giving herself a morning boost, Katie Holmes was spotted picking up a cup of coffee on her way to work in Long Island, New York today (November 11).
The “Mad Money” mommy looked cute and casual as she strolled past the paparazzi, sporting a grey cardigan over a black shirt with ripped black leggings and boots.
Ms. Holmes has been hard at work on her new flick “The Romantics” along with costar Anna Paquin since they began shooting last week.
And yesterday, Katie got a special visit from her husband Tom Cruise who is on break from filming his own project “Knight and Day” in Boston, Massachusetts.

Continuing work on her new movie, Katie Holmes was out early this morning (November 10) on the Long Island set of “The Romantics”.
Making for quite the pleasant surprise, the former “Dawson’s Creek” actress received a visit from her hubby, Tom Cruise, who’s on break from filming “Knight and Day” in Boston.
The sighting comes amidst a bit of criticism received based on a recent photo of Katie feeding daughter Suri with a bottle despite the fact that she’s already 3-years-old.
“By the time kids are nine months old, they have the physical development and mouth co-ordination necessary to be able to drink out of a sippy cup or a cup with straw. That development comes pretty early,” pediatrician Jennifer Shu told Us magazine.
Meanwhile, fellow doctor, Harvey Karp, added: “Sucking is normal for kids when they are tired or bored - as long as kids aren’t keeping the bottle in their mouths for hours. Thumb-sucking is more damaging.”

As for the trip back to New York, Miss Holmes recently started work on a new movie called “The Romantics,” which is filing in Long Island.
Directed by Galt Niederhoffer, the romantic dramedy finds “seven close friends reuniting for the wedding of two of their friends. Problems arise because the bride and the maid of honor have had a long rivalry over the groom.”

“The Romantics” boasts a killer cast that’s sure to have great chemistry, incdluing Anna Paquin, Josh Duhamel, and Elijah Wood.
The film centers around eight college friends who reunite for the wedding of a gal pal. Katie plays the maid of honor who happens to have a romantic past with the groom.

Here are some cute pictures of Katie Holmes bidding adieu to Tom Cruise over the weekend in Boston. Tom looks a little sad, but Katie seems to have a spring in her step, doesn?t she? She?s standing up straight, she doesn?t look so zombie-esque (scratch that - she still looks like a zombie, actually), and she seems physically more dominant than Tom. What led to this change in everybody?s favorite robot?
Katie just signed on to a new movie! Not only will she be taking the lead role in The Romantics, but Katie will be a first-time executive producer. The Romantics is being billed as something akin to The Big Chill. It starts filming in New York this week, and Katie has taken over the role from Liv Tyler, who left for unknown reasons (my theory: because Xenu commanded it):
Katie Holmes has replaced Liv Tyler in the independently financed comedy “The Romantics.”
The actress has come aboard to topline and exec produce the pic, which also stars Anna Paquin, Josh Duhamel, Malin Akerman, Elijah Wood, Adam Brody and Jeremy Strong. Team Todd, Plum Pictures and Benaroya Pictures are producing.
Project, which had originally been scheduled to lense in the summer, begins shooting this week in New York.
Film revolves around eight friends from college who reunite for a wedding. Holmes, fresh off her role in Miramax’s “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark,” will play Laura, the maid of honor to Anna Paquin’s Lila, the bride. Laura and Lila are best friends who both have a past with the groom (Duhamel).
Screenplay was adapted by Galt Niederhoffer from her novel; she will also direct.

It sounds like an interesting project, but? Liv probably would have been better, right? Katie was never the world?s best actress, but her career has definitely gone downhill since she married Tom. This sounds like a dialogue-and-pratfall-filled role, and Katie doesn?t have the chops or the energy for it. But I could totally be wrong. Maybe she?ll shine. Maybe Xenu will provideth.
Speaking of Xenu, there?s a new scary story about someone trying to leave the Church of Scientology. The guy?s name is Sinar Parman and he was the ?five star chef who prepared the 1990 wedding feast for Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.? When he decided to leave CoS, he was tracked down, harassed and audited - multiple times and for years. It?s a scary story and an interesting read. Katie Holmes should take it as a cautionary tale, for real.
