How long have Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes been together? It?s going on six years, isn?t it? Looking it up? yes, we?re at the six-year anniversary of the beginning of their affair. They famously began their affair while filming a Lifetime movie, and paparazzi got photos and video of them making out (Us Weekly published the pics in March 2009). I?ve always believed that Eddie continued to sleep with LeAnn after they were discovered and while he was allegedly working on his marriage to Brandi, although I think that was mostly due to the fact that LeAnn was pretty much stalking him and trying to get him to pay attention to her. Anyway, why bring this up? They?re close enough to their ?seven year itch.? At least according to Star Magazine?s sources. The sources claim that Eddie just isn?t interested in spending any alone time with LeAnn anymore. Huh.
The seven-year itch came three years early for Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes.
?They?re in a rut and she?s freaking out,? tattles a friend. LeAnn, who wed Eddie nearly four years ago, was spotted in Victoria?s Secret loading up on $1000 worth of sexy lingerie and candles to help light a fire under her not-so-amorous hubby. But it seems her passion pleas fell on deaf ears.
?It?s like Eddie doesn?t want to be alone with her for any extended amount of time. It?s a shock to her ego? she doesn?t want Eddie?s eye to wander, so she?s doing anything she can to keep him happy in the bedroom.?

Some of you said that LeAnn and Eddie didn?t even spend Valentine?s Day alone, that they had to be surrounded by friends. LeAnn?s girlfriends ? who incidentally all look like Eddie?s type ? are usually around on all of their vacations. So, is the magic gone? Probably. I think Eddie gets ?bored? very easily, and he likes to have a ?variety? at hand at all times. Does this mean that he?s going to leave LeAnn? Probably not. He wants to stay married to her AND have his variety, you know? And he doesn?t want to spend any time with LeAnn, ever.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes taken off her Instagram. She celebrated Valentine?s Day in a bikini with her husband, per usual. I?m actually surprised she didn?t show off some ?gifts? given to her by Eddie Cibrian. But no matter. LeAnn is going to perform in Las Vegas this weekend and she ended up doing a phone interview with the Las Vegas Review Journal. The whole thing was about her body, obviously. Some highlights:
How she stays in shape: ?I work out a lot, because I like to eat. And I love wine. I have to figure out a way to enjoy that somehow? without gaining a ton of weight. Rimes boxes, jumps rope and does Pilates. She works out an hour to an hour and a half every day, five or six days a week. ?I guess I do train pretty hard,? she said.
Whether she would like to box anyone in particular: ?Haha. Um. I don?t think so. I like my face too much. And I like my brain. I can only imagine how I?d get rocked if I got hit too much. I love to box. I have to say, I?m actually pretty good at it.?
Her V-Day: Rimes and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, just spent a romantic Valentine?s weekend in an RV at the beach without the kids. ?I thoroughly get into every holiday,? because the godparents who helped raise her ?celebrated everything?I turn into Cupid on Valentine?s. I turn into the Easter bunny on Easter. Cupcakes and valentine?s everywhere!?
She?s working on another Christmas album: ?It?s kind of odd talking about Christmas songs in February. But it?s all very odd. It?s 80 degrees outside, and we?re talking about Christmas!?

Well, I?ll give LeAnn this: this is the best she?s looked in years. She?s finally found a balance and her body is back to looking healthy.
But of course, not everything is healthy. Because LeAnn has to perform this weekend, she?s been bitching on her Twitter about how sick she is. Because that never gets old! She always gets a cold, flu or (this time) ?bronchitis? whenever she needs Eddie to pay attention to her.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes out and about in LA a few days ago. We had these photos yesterday and I was going to write up something, but LeAnn has been pretty bland lately. I already mentioned ? in the Brandi Glanville post yesterday ? that LeAnn is still Twitter-stalking Brandi and Single-White-Female-ing her. When Brandi tweeted something about #Cookingforfamily, LeAnn had to copy her within a few hours. The whole thing, after all these years, is both funny and pathetic.
Anyway, while Brandi Glanville was in NYC this week to promote Celebrity Apprentice and RHOBH, I guess LeAnn and Eddie had his two boys. I was able to discern that from LeAnn?s Twitter, where she bragged about donating all of her food for Jake?s school project. #selfless #blessed #HowWillTheyKnowImSelflessIfIDontGetCreditForIt

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes out and about in LA yesterday. Her t-shirt reads, ?Every Blondie Needs a Brownie By Her Side.? I thought it was racist (why is she calling me a ?brownie??!) until I looked it up and figured out that she?s just talking about hair color. She?s a ?blondie? and she wants a brunette on her side. Does she have any brunette friends? I haven?t really paid attention. Aren?t most of her friends Brandi look-alikes? Maybe she?s talking about Eddie, who does have dark hair.
Anyway, LeAnn has been suspiciously quiet lately, hasn?t she? Her Twitter is relatively rant-free and her Instagram is full of inspirational messages. I think she?s dialed everything down in the wake of her reality show cancelation. But don?t worry, you guys. She?ll be back to her normal self soon enough. Just wait until she has another album or something to shill.
And in the meantime, chica needs some money. Yesterday, I posted a link to these X17 photos of LeAnn walking around in a bulky, unflattering sweater dress. X17 claimed that LeAnn looked pregnant in the sweater, but as it turns out, that wasn?t the point of the outing. LeAnn got paid to wear that sweater! H&M sent out publicity emails identifying the sweaterdress as a $69.95 one from their collection. That means LeAnn probably/maybe got paid to wear the sweater and have a friendly paparazzo snap her photo in it. Girl, are you poor?

We should have been wondering why LeAnn Rimes was going heavy on the inspirational quotes on Instagram lately. She?s been posting them incessantly for weeks! And now we know why: her VH1 ?reality show? was canceled. God, that took forever. Most of us assumed that the show would be a one-season-only proposition, especially since LeAnn hadn?t taken to her social media to brag about filming a second season. And because VH1 had been radio-silent about any potential new season. And now comes the confirmation that the show will never get a second season. Sad.
LeAnn Rimes may be singing the blues about reality star dreams. Her VH1 reality show with husband Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn & Eddie, was canceled after an eight episode season, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The singer, 32, and her actor husband, 41, hoped to use the show partly to dispel public fallacies about their marriage.
“The biggest global misconception would be that we’re not two people who are really in love with each other, that there are ulterior motives to our relationship,” Rimes told PEOPLE in July. “But people just don’t get it. Hopefully people will get a chance to see how we just click.”
The couple, who famously met while they were both married to other people (she to chef Dean Sheremet, he to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville), wed in 2011. VH1 had no comment on the cancellation.

For those of us paying attention, VH1 had to deal with a lot of dumb drama with the first season. I think VH1 had to shell out for a trip to Hawaii, fake houses and lots of reshoots. And even then, Eddie and LeAnn just sat around, whining about Brandi Glanville constantly. They couldn?t even get their stories straight about whether the show was scripted or ?reality?. We still don?t know. If someone wrote that dialogue? I?m sorry, dude. I hope you get a better job next time.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian brought in the New Year in Mexico, which some of LeAnn?s girlfriends. I imagine at least one of those ladies is Eddie?s girlfriend too, by the way. I can only imagine what happens in a house with Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes, three random blondes and a neverending supply of alcohol. LeAnn posted lots of Instagram photos from the vacation, obviously ? go here to see her IG page. It?s a wonder someone didn?t get pregnant. Speaking of? In Touch Weekly says that LeAnn is seeing a fertility specialist now because she definitely wants to have a baby in 2015.
Looks like LeAnn Rimes’ wish to having a baby with her husband of three years, Eddie Cibrian, may come true. ?In Touch? has exclusively learned that LeAnn recently began seeing fertility doctor Dr. Ingrid A. Rodi in Santa Monica for IVF treatments.
?She hasn?t been able to conceive a baby on her own after trying for over a year,? an insider close to the ?LeAnn & Eddie? star tells ?In Touch,? explaining that Leann started seeing the fertility doctor after discovering her chances of conceiving a baby naturally are slim due to hormone levels and low egg production.
?She feels like this is her only shot of having a child of her own. She really wants a baby.?
In November, she gushed that she ?would love to have a kid? with Eddie. And, she added, ?I hope it has his dimples!?

Some days I?m actually surprised that LeAnn didn?t try to lock Eddie down with a baby right after they got married. But maybe she did try and she genuinely has fertility issues. As per usual, LeAnn Rimes spent the Christmas holiday on social media, bragging about her gifts, discussing her wonderful Christmas festivities and posting photos of Eddie Cibrian, her stepsons and her Christmas presents. Apparently, Eddie gave LeAnn custom YSL booties and a fringed bag. Those are nice gifts, I guess. Better than the jewelry he usually picks out for her. She really did spend a lot of time of social media this year, perhaps because she took the opportunity (on Christmas Day!!) to shill for her Christmas EP.
Anyway, were you aware of the fact that Eddie got a job? It?s true. He?s landed a paying gig! He?ll do a ?multiepisode arc? on Baby Daddy, an ABC Family show starring Chelsea Kane. Eddie apparently will play her boss. I didn?t even know what Chelsea Kane looked like, so I had to glance through some photos ? she?s got that wholesome sort of Julianne Hough look, perfect for an ABC Family show. She?s probably also Eddie Cibrian?s type (his type = anyone with a pulse). Well, according to the gossips at OK Magazine (via CDL), LeAnn is really worried:

However, LeAnn refuses to admit that she has now become the proud owner of a wrecked home, instead of the mistress doing the home-wrecking.
LeAnn Rimes infamously stole Eddie Cibrian after she met him playing his love interest on a made-for-TVmovie. Now, the tables have turned ? and LeAnn is paranoid that she is going to lose her hubby to his new hot co-star. Although we?re not sure which she is more upset about, losing dead beat Eddie ? or the fact that the entire world is going to be laughing hysterically at her when it happens. Eddie finally scored a paying acting gig on ABC Family?s comedy Baby Daddy, playing the love interest of 26 year old singer and actress Chelsea Kane.
According to the latest edition of OK! Magazine, Chelsea is around the same age that LeAnn was when she started hooking up with Eddie on the set of the movie they were filming together, Eddie?s blond co-star is rattling LeAnn and it?s a serious case of deja-vu. The magazine?s insider explains, ?Chelsea is LeAnn?s worst nightmare. She?s young and hot and she?ll be kissing her husband. Eddie is hoping that LeAnn can rein it in, if he hits the mark he could become a regular. He doesn?t want LeAnn to ruin this opportunity for him.?

I predict that LeAnn is about to come down with a mysterious illness and she will demand that Eddie be by her side as much as possible. Don?t get me wrong ? I?m sure LeAnn is probably pretty happy that Eddie got a paying job because she?s tired of spending like a drunken sailor (drunken Falcor?) to keep Eddie happy. But LeAnn will also want Eddie to spend as little time as possible fraternizing with his pretty costar. And the makeup girls. And the hair stylist. And the cute production assistants. Whenever I say that Carrie Underwood seems like an unpleasant person, Carrie?s fans yell at me and tell me that she?s all lightness and wonder and Christian values and misunderstood sass. Perhaps. Or perhaps she?s just as judgy, catty and Mean Girl-y as any one of us. Maybe we should make our Celebitchy Patron Saint? Anyway, Star Magazine claims that Carrie has been holding a massive grudge against LeAnn Rimes for EIGHT YEARS. Apparently, LeAnn said something mildly bitchy about Carrie in 2006 and ever since then, Carrie has gone out of her way to talk trash about LeAnn and avoid her whenever possible.
She?s considered one of the sweetest stars in country music, but Carrie Underwood isn?t just a pretty little thang! She?s tough, she?s opinionated and she secretly despises fellow country singer LeAnn Rimes.
Carrie?s long-held hostility toward LeAnn emerged prior to shooting a live performance at the CMA Country Christmas Special on Nov. 7 (which aired Dec. 1). A set insider reveals that the Oklahoma native made an angry demand when she found out that LeAnn?s dressing room was right next to hers.
?She immediately had her people call the organizers to get her room switched,? the insider says. ?Carrie can?t stand LeAnn. When they see each other, she puts on a friendly front, but she thinks LeAnn is desperate, unoriginal and a has-been. And LeAnn has no idea how Carrie really feels.?
The distaste Carrie has for LeAnn goes back to 2006, soon after the American Idol winner beat out Faith Hill for Female Vocalist of the Year at the CMAs. LeAnn, who was already an established recording artist after years in the business, was asked about Carrie at the time and quipped, ?To see someone come in and win female vocalist that has been here for a very short time is a little disheartening.?
That statement stung Carrie, and she?s never forgotten it. ?LeAnn?s remarks were a huge slap in the face,? a source close to Carrie tells Star. ?Carrie saw it as a shallow and shameful welcome into the industry and showed LeAnn?s true colors. She?s waited eight years for an apology and has never gotten one. Carrie holds grudges. When they see each other out and at events, LeAnn acts like nothing ever happened, but Carrie will never forget.?
Perhaps what instigated the original comment was jealousy: At least that?s what a source close to Carrie speculates, saying, ?For so long, LeAnn was the only one who could belt out those high notes, and that was quickly taken from her as soon as Carrie entered the world of country music.?
Either way, Carrie believes her poor opinion of her country colleague was confirmed when LeAnn was caught cheating on her first husband with current husband Eddie Cibrian, who was also cheating on his wife, in 2009. ?Carrie was disgusted and couldn?t believe she?d destroy a marriage,? the source says. ?She is very religious and thinks that LeAnn?s appalling homewrecking confirmed everything she?d suspected in the first place.?

Considering the detail that went into this story, I tend to think it?s mostly true. I think Carrie can hold a grudge and she never forgot that LeAnn talked smack about her award win, and I?ll also buy that Carrie was probably disgusted by LeAnn?s behavior with the whole Eddie Cibrian situation. That being said? they performed at the same British country music festival last year. I?ve included the photos of them standing next to each other in this post. So maybe this is all just normal tabloid BS pitting two women against each other? Perhaps. But I still think there are probably LOTS of people in country music who are no longer friendly with LeAnn after her behavior the past five years.

I?m covering Mariah Carey and LeAnn Rimes? Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting performances separately, because there were separate issues that need to be discussed – go here to read about Mariah. First, let me say something nice about LeAnn Rimes? performance of ?I Want a Hippopotamus For Christmas?: her voice sounded pretty decent. Better than Mariah?s voice. Now, everything bad: LeAnn was trying way too hard to be a sexy Christmas singer. It?s network television! It?s a wholesome Christmas tree lighting event! Children are watching! All of that should mean ?leave your garter belt at home.? Here?s her performance:
Full disclosure: I couldn?t even finish watching it. I stopped at about 90 seconds. Sigh?I can?t with LeAnn. I guess this was probably her goal in releasing her sad little Christmas EP. She wanted to get some higher profile gigs for Christmas, and since Mariah Carey can?t sing all the Christmas songs, NBC threw LeAnn a bone. I hope it doesn?t happen again.
What else? Let?s see? LeAnn was tweeting and Instagramming like crazy yesterday, because she just can?t help herself. Eddie had to follow her around too. I wonder if she played up some phantom injury? LeAnn also has a new interview ? go here to read. There?s nothing major in there, she says she likes candles and she?s been very organized with her Christmas presents this year. She basically says that her marriage to Eddie is the best Christmas present ever, saying: ?It puts so much perspective into what a gift that (relationship) is and I get to have it every day. I know it sounds cheesy, but it’s true.? Blah.

I know from Brandi Glanville?s Twitter that she had her sons for Thanksgiving this year. Which meant that LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were free to take a vacation for this year?s holiday! LeAnn and Eddie went to Montana for a snow-covered, social-media blitz. Seriously, I think LeAnn documented their entire trip. I?m grateful that LeAnn finally has an Instagram, because now it?s even clearer how much time she spends posting endless ?happy family? and ?coupled up? photos to her social media. She?s gone on a serious Instagram jag for the past month. She might even need to go to Instagram-rehab.
Anyway, she and Eddie are happy enough, I guess. She wished everybody a happy Thanksgiving and she was complimenting Eddie?s dimples and posting photos of Eddie looking like a cowboy. As I?ve been saying for a while (and LeAnn pretty much confirmed with her Daily Mail interview), she?s not going to divorce him. He could do anything (or anyone) and she wouldn?t divorce him because she feels that divorce is not an option for them. I doubt he feels the same way, but he won?t leave her unless he finds someone wealthier.
I?m expecting LeAnn to do a press blitz soon to support her Christmas EP. It should be? interesting.
