Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian out and about in Malibu on Friday. I?m assuming this was a prearranged photo-op to combat the rumors of their imminent divorce? except that I think LeAnn kind of shot herself in the foot with this one. Star Mag claimed that Eddie Cibrian is basically only staying in the marriage at this point because of LeAnn?s money. This photo-op involved Sugar Mama LeAnn taking her Kept Man Eddie out for some big-boy shopping. They went to John Varvatos where I?m sure LeAnn bought him some nice suits and shirts and such. After that she took him out to lunch. And then she made him model his new lingerie I guess.
But whatever. LeAnn made Eddie put his fingerprints all over the denial, telling Eddie to deny the story directly to Entertainment Tonight. Eddie said the rumors “have been going on for so long. They’re just absurd, and to give any validity to any of these things, it’s crazy… We have such a great marriage, very functional and we just decided to do a show to screw that all up.? Cough. Then LeAnn got her rep to go around telling media outlets, ?There is no truth whatsoever to the Star article. Eddie and LeAnn are happy and working on their new VH1 series and having a great life together.” Ah, the reality show. Sources claim it will be called Eddie & LeAnn. Sources claim it?s a hot mess.
I?m also including photos of Eddie and LeAnn?s Halloween. They went as Dolly Parton (BLASPHEMER!) and Kenny Rogers. They look nothing like Dolly and Kenny whatsoever. In fact, if you told me they went as ?dumb rednecks? again, I would believe you.
LeAnn also had another costume – a unicorn.

About 14 months ago, LeAnn Rimes filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit against Kim Smiley and her daughter Alexis. Kim Smiley had been following LeAnn on Twitter, and Smiley basically made the mistake of disliking LeAnn and tweeting about her dislike. So LeAnn called Smiley up one day and Smiley recorded the phone conversation and then published the audio online. This was the invasion of privacy. This was the crux of the lawsuit. I?ll admit that I didn?t want to wade too deeply into the legal drama because LeAnn had cited Celebitchy in her lawsuit (as an example of the bad press she got following the audio publication). The Smileys set up a legal fund to help pay for their legal defense, and reportedly, LeAnn was trying to draw out the legal proceedings, refusing to sit down for a deposition, etc.
Well, on Monday the lawsuit was thrown out of court in LA. The judge dismissed the suit, in which LeAnn had asked for $25,000 in damages. Now that the judge has dismissed the suit, LeAnn cannot re-file a claim. The Smileys? lawyer says that the situation has been ?resolved? which I guess means that someone got paid (but who?). I don?t know what to say? it was a stupid lawsuit, it?s dumb to sue someone who is talking trash about you on Twitter, blah, blah, etc. Ilana Angel at The Jewish Journal had a good piece about it too.
In other LeAnn news, I got around to reading the full Star Mag cover story. I covered most of the good parts yesterday, but there were a few new pieces of info I thought you might enjoy:

Eddie?s completely out of patience, and as soon as he?s done with his obligations on the show, he?ll be ready to get out of the marriage.?
LeAnn is reportedly worth $38 million, and she?s been trying to ?buy? Eddie?s continued love and loyalty during their marriage with wild shopping sprees and expensive gifts, including a $150,000 Porsche. And although Eddie?s modest acting career has netted him an estimated $12 million, an insider claims he wouldn?t hesitate to ask for a chunk of LeAnn?s fortune in court ? they don?t have a prenup ? for the torment he?s been through.
?If LeAnn makes things ugly for him, he?d take her for every penny he could. Eddie?s attitude is: if he gets any money from LeAnn, he?s more than earned it. The way he sees it, no one would have put up with what he?s had to deal with. He wouldn?t walk away from this relationship without getting something for the hell he?s been through.?

Is Eddie really worth $12 million? I doubt that. I don?t think he came into the marriage with much money at all, and he?s barely worked at all since attaching himself to the (Crazy) Money Train. And while LeAnn might have been worth $38 million at some point, I think her wealth has taken a hit in the past four years too. Eddie?s a very expensive kept man and if she wants him to keep paying attention to her, she has to keep buying him presents. And then she has to buy herself presents which she then pretends Eddie gave her. And then she has to stalk Brandi and find out what Brandi is wearing so LeAnn can buy all of it too. It?s expensive!

When LeAnn Rimes was in Nashville this week, she tweeted endlessly and posted a ridiculous amount of selfies. But she always does that, Nashville or no Nashville. But she also gave an interview to CMT and she ended up talking about the ?crap? that is her life and her reality show. I?m being mean, of course. When she uses the word ?crap? it?s in reference to ?the crap? people say about her, but she?s so busy not caring or laughing about that crap. Because all she and Eddie do is laugh and laugh and laugh at all of the sad people who think she?s got a personality disorder.

It?s always fun to get the girls together for a crazy evening out, and last night (October 15) LeAnn Rimes and her crew hit up Oil Can Harry?s gay bar.
The ?How Do I Live? songstress got all done up in a denim top, jean shorts, and white fringe boots and performed ?Can?t Fight the Moonlight? for the karaoke contest.
Meanwhile, LeAnn?s ex-husband Dean Sheremet has struck up a friendship with Rimes? hubby Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville, and they were spotted out in Los Angeles together.
Glanville tweeted, "I'm sorry if it bothers some of u that I am friends with Dean but we have remained in touch over the years. He is in LA 4 work."

Here are some new photos from our weekly series, ?LeAnn Rimes calls the paparazzi on her step-sons?. LeAnn, Eddie and Brandi were all at Mason?s soccer game over the weekend, and the paparazzi managed to get great shots of all the adults. LeAnn got pap?d while she was eating, Brandi was photographed strutting around in her really tight pants (I?ve never noticed this before, but Brandi has a great ass), and Eddie just looked kind of vacant. Oh, and LeAnn made sure to get some photos of her arm around Jake Cibrian.
Surprisingly enough, LeAnn didn?t have much to say about her ex-husband?s appearance on Access Hollywood last week. Dean Sheremet gave an interview to Billy Bush, and I thought Dean came across really well ? not angry or mean or anything, just sort of over it but nice. LeAnn did tweet this: ?I’ve got nothing! Over it, long gone, next… I mean really!? TGIF?. Which everyone assumes is about Dean?s interview.
Before that though, LeAnn did stir the pot when she tweeted ?Long day of wrk, lots of laughs w/ mr @EddieCibrian & listening to Jake sing Spitfire! #liferules?. God, seriously? So, let?s get this straight? LeAnn screws a married man, stalks him to the point where his wife is totally over it, then she stalks the ex-wife and she writes an entire album where she whines about how hard her life is and how she hates the ex-wife then she tweets about her step-son singing one of those songs? #classy

I haven’t been paying attention to LeAnn Rimes lately. The last time I saw her she looked like she needed a hamburger. Now it looks like she took everyone’s advice and even asked if there were fries with that. Here’s LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian watching their son’s soccer game in LA over the weekend. You’ll notice how she’s filled out a little. Now when you try to bounce a quarter off her, it no longer ricochets back. It just sort of sinks gently in her skin as if it were a baby taking a nap on a fluffy cloud.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian at Mason?s soccer game. Mason?s team won. I know that because LeAnn was tweeting about it. The paparazzi always manage to get photos of LeAnn and Eddie (and the kids) at the soccer games? does she call them and give them Mason?s game schedule or something? The paps can?t be THAT lucky, right?
You might notice that LeAnn is showing off a different kind of accessory ? she got a splint for her hand injury, which occurred during her sad little European tour. First she had to cancel a performance because she was ?sick? and then she broke her fingers? What are the odds? Also, didn?t Brandi Glanville already break her hand several months ago? SINGLE WHITE FEMALE. At least LeAnn switched the hands ? Brandi busted her right hand, LeAnn busted her left hand.
In other LeAnn news, she?s taking part of this year?s annual ?Opry Goes Pink? event. The Grand Ole Opry turns their stage ?pink? every October for Breast Cancer Awareness month and this year, LeAnn gets to ?flip the switch? to turn everything pink.
Also: LeAnn has also been posting photos (on Twitter) of her niece. The photos are pretty funny, especially the one of LeAnn getting up in the baby?s face. I wonder if that?s scary for a baby, to have LeAnn?s (Falcor-like) face breathing on you? LeAnn posted one photo and wrote, ?I got some baby practice in today! Now for some other practice LOL?. Interesting. Is Eddie not putting out?

Here are some photos of Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville all at Mason?s soccer game (I guess it was Mason?s soccer game, right?) yesterday. Brandi seemed to be sitting with a girlfriend or a fellow soccer mom, and her sons seemed to gravitate towards her and her spot on the grass, although they did go and talk to their dad too. Meanwhile, LeAnn looked kind of grumpy and she sunned herself for a while. She didn?t try to force affection on her step-sons, which was an improvement.
A week ago, LeAnn was wrapping up her ?tour? in Europe and she managed to create a minor controversy by going off on some bizarre Twitter rant about Brandi needing rehab and ?standing up for my family and truth? by mocking Brandi. A few days later, Brandi tweeted something about ?not wanting to engage.? Still, Brandi went on Bethenny?s show and talked about the triangle of doom again last week too.
PS? I think LeAnn is on steroids. Like, I think she?s been ?sick? so much that a doctor put her on steroids. She?s got that puffy, steroidy look.
PPS? Have you looked at those creepy Vine videos LeAnn has been posting? They are frightening! She also tweeted this: ?My sweet husband had my closet completely professionally organized for me today He’s my hero! scarves crzy organized? and she posted a photo of her scarves. I don?t get it ? Eddie called a closet organizer for LeAnn? Um?

Here are some newish photos of LeAnn Rimes performing in Hammersmith (UK) last night. This outfit is definitely more flattering than some of her previous concert costumes, although I?m not sure why the tunic is unbuttoned like that and why her bra is hanging out. In case you?re still wondering if LeAnn is ?acting out? with her ?illnesses? to get her husband?s attention, she did tweet the below photo with the message ?This is not my trip. Going to see if it’s broken.? That was earlier today.
So, I imagine she will find an excuse ? any excuse at this point ? to come back to LA and have Eddie take care of her. In the meantime, we can enjoy LeAnn?s new interview. She sat down with Closer (a British tabloid) to discuss body image:
From scary skinny to toned and healthy, LeAnn Rimes has put her weight struggles behind her and is proud of her banging new body. The 31 year wife of Eddie Cibrian has opened up about her shock over seeing how she had slimmed down and how she managed to put weight back on.
?I look back at those photos and think, ?Wow, maybe I was a little thin,? but at the time, I didn?t think anything of it. I?m glad to have a little more meat on me now,? LeAnn told Closer magazine.
She said that she dropped pounds after dealing with the stress of her hubby?s ex, Brandi Glanville, and the on-line backlash she was fighting against.
?That was just the way my body was handling the stress. Some people stress-eat and I did the complete opposite.?
LeAnn said that she sought help in rehab for her issues.
?So I chose to take time out [in rehab] and focus on me.?
LeAnn said she?s a fan of British food, telling Closer what she likes to eat.
?I love tucking into fish and chips, shepherd?s pie and Wagamama?s. I try to eat healthily, but I love food too much to give up on anything. Working out helps me focus and I love to box.?
While her relationship with Brandi might be strained, LeAnn says that she and her husband Eddie are closer than ever but that they?re not planning on expanding their brood.
?I feel very blessed to have two wonderful boys,? she says about step sons Mason and Jake Cibrian. ?We have talked about having more kids, but right now I love being a ?bonus mum,? so there isn?t any rush.?

Do you really think LeAnn was ?handling the stress? (the stress of Single White Female-ing Brandi?) by losing weight? Granted, some people are like that. Some people get really stressed out and they can?t eat or they work off nervous energy by exercising or whatever. But I wonder if LeAnn is really one of those people. I think she got so thin because she wanted to get that thin, because she wanted to have Brandi?s body. Because Brandi had told her, long ago, that Eddie likes really thin women. But whatever, she does look better nowadays and that?s a good thing.
