LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were out and about in New York all last week. I?m including an assortment of photos from the multiple pap strolls. Why the sudden strolling? Because LeAnn is promoting her very sad Christmas album/EP. And she?s taking anything she get to shill, including an appearance on Dr. Oz?s show yesterday. CB watched it (and transcribed all of these quotes, thanks CB!) and she said LeAnn talked SO MUCH and was SO CRAZY. So, like usual? Except this appearance included LeAnn singing a jingle for Dr. Oz about poop. I sh-t you not. But the real purpose of LeAnn?s interview was to talk about ?body shaming? and how everyone hates her and she pays attention to what everyone says about her and she?s totally over it. Or something. Some assorted quotes:
Dealing with years of ?body bullying?: ?It can be very difficult. I grew up in the public eye from the time I was very young… I was too big when I was younger, had baby fat. Everybody goes through that awkward stage and then I got healthy and then there was always that I got too skinny. There’s always going to be something? So it’s been a really big lesson for me on how to censor in myself and not having to listen to so many opinions. It’s gotten so bad these days with social media and everything. It’s a breeding ground of hatred and it’s very sad. I’ve had to deal with it and it’s hit me personally it’s been very hard at times. But I’m in a good place now. I’ve gone through all of this.
Whether she was ever ?too skinny?: ?I was very fit. I would work out a lot, I love working out. I stay healthy. I was going through a ton of stress at that point in my life. I could eat my husband under the table at that point and I could not keep weight on. People give me crap all the time about being in bikinis which I think is so funny because I’ve had psoriasis all my life and I never was able to walk out in a bikini and feel confident and when I got my skin under control and then I got fit I was like ‘I’ll walk around naked if I could!’ As far as my weight goes, I definitely feel like I’m better with a little more weight on me but I know I wasn’t unhealthy at the time it was just the way my body was reacting to what was going on in my life.?
Going into treatment/rehab/spa for depression: ?There were moments when I definitely did not want to get out of bed and really had some serious depression. I know I’m not the only person who has ever felt that and that’s why I’ve always wanted to be very open about it. When I did get treatment for it, it was funny because people thought that ‘she must have an eating disorder or something must be going on – drugs.’ People just didn’t understand that was what it was – anxiety and depression.?
Fighting for her love of Eddie Cibrian: ?I’m one of these people that wants to fix things and then I don’t want people to believe something that’s not – all these lies about me because that’s not who I am. Then I started to learn how to let go and realize that’s so not me. There’s LeAnn Rimes like the human being and this whole other story that’s playing out around you. It made our relationship super strong. We fought a lot to be together. We have this bond that’s unlike most. We’ve been through a lot together and have supported each other through a lot.?
Taking 40 pills a day: ?I do take a lot of vitamins a day. I don’t know exactly how many. I take B12 shots. I have an autoimmune disease so I’m constantly trying to keep my immune system up… I do I take fish oil, I take digestive enzymes. So yes I do take a lot of vitamins. I do take prenatals and not because anything is growing inside of me.?
Whether she?ll have a baby: ?Maybe one day. I have two wonderful stepsons that I adore. So much going on. We have talked about it but not happening just yet.?
How she keeps her marriage strong: ?Communication is key. I’m a big believer in therapy for myself. Eddie and I both have done that. It’s great. It really keeps everything kind of open and continuing to move through things and there’s things that you discover that you’d didn’t even know were there. We’re a blended family. I walked into two boys that were 2 and 6 at the time. It’s a big shock to the system. We’ve really had to work through a lot of stuff and really try to blend a family. We are… feeling super comfortable about that and connected and really settled into that.?

Sigh? it?s a lot of LeAnn to handle. While I don?t doubt that she has struggled (and still struggles) with anxiety and depression, the gloss that she puts on her ?rehab? treatment is laughable. She literally announced that she was going to rehab because people were making fun of her (plus she was ?addicted? to Twitter), then proceeded to do some minor ?outpatient? work at some facility that closely resembled a spa. As for all of the stuff about bullying? how quickly she forgets what she and her crazy friends did to Brandi Glanville. And I guess we?re supposed to forget about the YEARS LeAnn spent Single-White-Female-ing her husband?s ex-wife?

I?m really starting to get the feeling that LeAnn Rimes isn?t a thing anymore. Like, it?s not even fun or funny to roll our eyes at her shenanigans anymore. Her career is in the toilet, she takes random ?party hosting? gigs, she?s clinging to Eddie Cibrian, they?re in debt, and all LeAnn wants is to have a baby. That last thing is the point of her super-exclusive Entertainment Tonight interview. I?m guessing she did the ET interview to promote her Christmas EP, but she just spent the whole time talking about babies and haters.
LeAnn Rimes isn’t letting anyone steal her holiday cheer. While LeAnn has no children of her own, she is proud to be the stepmother to her husband Eddie Cibrian’s two sons Mason, 12, and Jake, 8. The part that she isn’t fond of? The “evil stepmom” label she says the tabloids have dubbed her.
“I just kind of let the B.S. roll off,” LeAnn said in our ET sit-down. “People’s attitudes — it’s like, ‘God bless you for thinking that, and you really don’t know my situation. Thanks for the input.’”
When fans saw her stop taking birth control on her reality show LeAnn & Eddie, whispers of a pregnancy began swirling, but LeAnn told us not to pay attention to the rumors.
“I’ve been pregnant four or five times this year already [according to false tabloid rumors],” she joked. LeAnn went on to admit that she takes prenatal vitamins, but insisted that it’s “not for any reason other than hair.”
Even though she doesn’t seem to have plans for a baby anytime soon, LeAnn did indulge us in predicting what she would like with a baby.
“I think I would probably have a Baby Bjorn, and singing with the kid,” LeAnn joked. “It’s hard to put them down. They’re so cute.”
Right now, LeAnn is focused on her new album, Today Is Christmas, out now. The holiday album features two original songs co-written by LeAnn, but none of them are likely to include any critical input from her adoring husband.
“I don’t really ask his opinion anymore, because I know he’s going to be like, ‘It sounds great, babe!’” LeAnn said.

For the love of God. It?s not like the tabloids are just sitting around, desperate to make up stories about LeAnn Rimes of all people. She was the one who made a reality show about wanting to get pregnant. She?s the one talking about it in every interview. She?s the one leaking stories about how she?ll probably get a surrogate after Christmas if she?s not pregnant by then. But LeAnn can still sit there, smug as can be, and say ?God bless you for thinking that, and you really don’t know my situation.? Ugh.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes hosting a party for Life & Style. A few things. One, this ?costume? is basically just lingerie with wings. Like, I guess she?s supposed to be a Victoria?s Secret Angel, but who does that? Who dresses up like a Victoria?s Secret Angel for Halloween?! Second thing: I wonder if LeAnn hosted this party for L&S for a nice paycheck. Back in July, we heard something about how LeAnn and Eddie have borrowed $350,000 from friends and they haven?t paid it back yet. I would totally believe that LeAnn and Eddie?s finances are in shambles and that LeAnn takes these kinds of gigs (or any kind of gig) just to keep herself and Eddie afloat.
Now, all that being said? LeAnn doesn?t look bad here. Maybe it?s because I haven?t seen photos of her in a while or something, but she looks? good. Slightly different? Like, maybe she got some subtle tweaking? LeAnn spoke to the Daily Mail at this event about how she works out every day. The Mail also refers to her at one point as a ?pin up.? Gag. Some highlights:
Why she works out: ?I love food and I literally work out so I can eat what I want. Because I love food and wine and I love tequila and that’s what I want. I want to be able to eat and drink.. That?s what it’s about, it’s pretty simple.?
She enjoys her workouts: ?I’ve learned to enjoy it. I’ve learned to find workouts that I really enjoy. I do everything from boxing to Pilates. I think it’s about consistency. Really, for me, it’s so hard to work out when I’m on the road because it’s like you’re in a different city every night and you?re trying to find the energy or the time, or whatever it may be. I’ve learned those moments when I really don’t feel like doing it are the moments I have to do it. That’s what keeping healthy is all about. To me it’s consistency. It’s really about getting your butt up when you really don’t want to and doing it. It’s about being healthy, I eat well. I don’t eat bad food. I eat well.?
Moving to a new label: ?I was at the same label for 20 years and now I’m moving ahead in a completely new direction and I’m only 33 so that’s still a good thing. I’m very young after being in this business for that long so I’m hoping that this is a brand new start and I’m really excited about it.?

She works out so much so she can drink, basically. She eats healthy, by her own admission, and she works out like a fiend, so basically she?s working out so she can drink lots of empty calories from alcohol.

If you take a look through our LeAnn Rimes archive, you can see that LeAnn has been uncharacteristically quiet for a few months. Sure, she?s been doing stuff, but I actually think she?s dialed down the drama for a little while. That?s happened before, and it?s usually the calm before some crazy drama-storm. Anyway, these are some photos of LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian at LAX several weeks ago, I just never got around to posting them.
LeAnn is still doing her #ChalkTalk stuff and no one really cares. She?s also been pushing her Christmas album? because it?s September and everybody is like, ?Yay, Christmas music.? Don?t get me wrong, I enjoy Christmas music. But not in September. What else is going on with LeAnn? Well, according to the current issue of Star Magazine, LeAnn and Eddie are thinking about trying to have a baby via surrogacy.
Starting a family has been a struggle for LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian. They?ve tried everything from IVF and acupuncture to seeking help from celeb naturopath Kimberly Balas, who reportedly helped Gwen Stefani and Jewel get pregnant. And while they haven?t given up hope, LeAnn and Eddie have agreed that if they don?t conceive by Christmas, they?ll start searching for a surrogate.
?Being a stepmother to Eddie?s boys made LeAnn realize she doesn?t have to give birth to her own child to be a mom? it will happen one way or another.?

I do think she wants to have a baby and she?s wanted it for a while. Maybe Eddie isn?t in to it, or maybe he is and they?ve been trying and nothing has happened. I don?t really know and I think it?s weird to speculate on that kind of stuff, except LeAnn and Eddie did open themselves up to the discussion by repeatedly talking about babies and fertility and even making it a plot line in their sad VH1 ?scripted? reality show. So? ugh. All I know is that if LeAnn and Eddie do go for surrogacy, that surrogate should prepare to be Single-White-Female?d by LeAnn for the entire length of the pregnancy.

I finally got a chance to read Star Magazine?s full LeAnn Rimes story in this week?s issue and there wasn?t a whole of stuff that wasn?t covered in the online editions. Basically, OK! Magazine and Star got their hands on some legal documents that show that LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian borrowed $350,000 from their friends, Dave and Lizzie Fradin, back in 2012. They borrowed that huge sum to help make a down payment on their Hollywood Hills home, which cost $3 million at the time. Since 2012, LeAnn and Eddie have not paid back one dime of the $350,000. Star says that LeAnn has pretty much blown through her fortune, which at one time was estimated at $20 million or thereabouts (but probably significantly less than that when she married Eddie).
So, did Star?s print edition have anything new? A few extra quotes, basically. ?LeAnn burned through her $20 million fortune.? And as for all of the vacations and luxury items LeAnn and Eddie purchase? ?Most of the purchases were made with credit cards? Eddie thought he?d hit the jackpot by marrying a Grammy winner? the idea they?d be desperate enough to ask friends for money never crossed his mind.? Ouch. So what does LeAnn have to say about all this? This went down on her Twitter yesterday:

And that?s all she had to say. And she was tweeting with fans for most of the day. So is it ?insane? to suggest that LeAnn and Eddie owe their close friends $350,000 when the tabloids have the legal documents to back it up? Who is lying here? That?s a rhetorical question.

Like, she thinks the paparazzi were just there for her, because she?s so amazing and famous. When in truth, the paparazzi just hang out at LAX all day getting arrival photos of celebrities, and the paps were probably mainly there for Kim Kardashian. Hilariously, she also tweeted this:

This pap stroll could be considered a victory lap, considering LeAnn?s ancient enemy Brandi Glanville was just unceremoniously dumped from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. There?s even a rumor that LeAnn will be invited to join the RHOBH cast. If producers thought Brandi was crazy, just wait until they have to deal with LeAnn, amirite? E! compiled a list of possible high-profile candidates for replacement Housewives and the list included LeAnn, Tish Cyrus (Miley?s mom), Tori Spelling (MESS), Jennie Garth (MESS), Denise Richards (hm) and Cindy Crawford (she would never do it). This loose dress reminds me of the rumor from two weeks ago that LeAnn and Eddie may be expecting after a successful round of IVF.
