This season?s ?X Factor? judges? panel is going to be all kinds of fun, with Demi Lovato and Britney Spears joining LA Reid and Simon Cowell.
And during a recent promo clip, the ?Skyscraper? singer pulled a funny prank on Cowell during one contestant?s audition.
When asked to weigh in on a singer, Demi chuckled before admitting, ?I have like 12 mints in my mouth.?
And when Simon criticized her antics, Lovato spit the mints into his hand, prompting him to respond, ?Really, really grown up Demi? obnoxious little brat.?

E! presented a promo for the upcoming season ofX Factor and what better way to promote the show than to feature terrible auditions and butthurt contestants. Everybody loves a failure. Even more so failures who go out in a ball of flames.
One contestant came on, did a Walk Like an Egyptian type dance and was laid into by the judges. But he didn’t walk off stage with whatever grace and dignity he had left. No. That’s not good tv. He plead his case whining, “I worked way to friggin hard for this.” Demi Lovato replied, “A lot of people work really, really hard for their dreams but it’s not meant for everybody.” To which the guy said, “That’s why you use auto-tune and I don’t.”
Does anyone have some ice? Because Demi Lovato just got burned. At least Demi had a snappy comeback. Wait, no she didn’t. The only thing she could come up with to say was, “Actually…” before trailing off.

After enjoying an exciting evening at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, Demi Lovato reportedly met up with One Direction's Niall Horan for a date in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (September 6).
According to Us Weekly, sources say the gorgeous "X-Factor" judge and Niall headed over to Pink Taco to grab a bite to eat, not long after Demi called the One Direction singer "adorable" during an interview earlier this year.
One Direction performed for the first time at the VMA's earning three awards for their hit "What Makes You Beautiful" including Most Share-Worthy Video, Best New Artist and Best Pop Video while Demi scored Best Video with a Message for her song "Skyscraper."
Although the two might have went on date, Miss Lovato is facing a bit of competition after Horan tweeted a picture of himself sharing a kiss with Katy Perry adding, "Katy Perry, looks like it's official . . . me and you," leading Perry to reply by making a 'Fifty Shades of Grey' reference saying, "I'll be your Mrs. Robinson . . ."
