Gearing up for her new album, Demi Lovato showed up at ? Jimmy Kimmel Live? for a killer performance last night (April 1).
The ?Give Your Heart a Break? songstress looked gorgeous as she took the stage to give her fans a foretaste of what?s to come when DEMI hits stores on May 14th.

It has been a bit confusing trying to figure out who will be on the judge?s panel this fall for ?X Factor? Season Three, but one things for sure- Demi Lovato will return.
Creator/Judge Simon Cowell released a statement earlier today to confirm that the ?Skyscraper? songstress has agreed to keep her seat at the table.
Cowell gushed, ?I couldn?t be happier that Demi wants to come back this year. She?s a superstar in her own right and was a fantastic mentor last year.?
?Even though she can be really, really annoying ? I truly enjoyed working with her and so did the artists. I?m especially pleased she?s back even during her world tour!?
Meanwhile, there have been no replacements announced for Britney Spears or LA Reid, who both stepped down at the conclusion of Season 2.

Trekking through the trash for her latest music video shoot, Demi Lovato got to work in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (March 14).
The 20-year-old singer sported a white robe and painted black hands as she shot scenes for her new song "Heart Attack."
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Lovato chatted with Y100 Miami about her single getting leaked too soon via the Internet and said, "I really shouldn't say this and it does matter to me when my song leaks, but at the end of the day I didn't mind. I was like, 'Oh cool! Well now it's out and everyone can hear it.'"
Meanwhile, Demi discussed her possible return to the "X Factor" judging table, and explained, "You know I wish I could tell you right now but I kinda can't just not because I have to keep things all secretive but because nothing is not for sure."

Demi Lovato was a guest on Adult Swim’sEric Andr Showwhere everything went as expected. At least for everyone not named Demi Lovato. The show started off with fog machines marking her entrance, then Demi was handed a plate of spaghetti, then the interview was interrupted by Sebastian Bach asking what she thought of his legs and the show culminated with an e-meter Satan level test and a countdown to a shooting. All pretty standard talk show stuff, really.

Jetting off to her next destination, Demi Lovato was caught a flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday (December 7).
The 20-year-old songstress looked rocker chic in thigh-high leather boots, a color-block sweater, and a black fedora as she strutted through the terminal.

While searching for pictures of Britney Spears, I ran across these ones of Demi Lovato at the sameX Factor finalists event. I have a very important question. Did her makeup artist go crazy on her face? Because it looks like her transformation into a geisha is about 70% complete.

Here are some photos from Demi Lovato at the iHeartRadio festival last month, which we didn’t cover (other than Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus) because, well, you know. Still, this is Demi looking sort of fierce at the festival, and her bod and face look pretty great, but — and I’m not nearly as anti-bang as Kaiser — I think we can univerally declare that this is a very severe (and definition) case of “bangs trauma.” Or can we? These look some pretty awful bangs to me. Not Jessica Biel awful, mind you. But bad enough to call out. As for Demi herself, she just gave an interview to Us Weekly about her adventures (thus far) as an “X-Factor” judge, her upcoming album, and (of course) more about bullying. Here are some excerpts:
Life as a blonde: “It’s crazy! I never ever thought that I would go blond, but I’m having fun with it. As for the bangs, I just feel like myself again. It reminds me of being 15 again — when I was doing Camp Rock. I don’t know how long I’ll keep them, but for the meantime it just makes me feel like myself.”
On Simon Cowell: “I love messing with him. He’s really funny and I have a lot of fun working with him. But someone has to put him in his place. I mean — you can’t come to the United States from England and make fun of all of us! I have to stand up for my country.”
More on bullying: “I’ve talked a lot about my past experiences. Most of my issues stemmed from the trauma of being bullied when I was 12 years old. I’ve also known people who have taken their lives because of bullying. It’s something I never want to see happen again. So if I can put an end to it, I’m going to do anything I can to stop it.”
On nail-album promotion: “I don’t like nail art. I used to be obsessed — I’d have a cupcake on one finger and leopard on the other. These days I’m a pretty simple girl when it comes to nails. I either wear clear polish, black or dark red — that’s it.” So we won’t see her next album cover painted on her index finger? “I leave that to Katy Perry.”
On her upcoming 4th album: “I’m bringing the sound of real music back. I think Adele does a great job — they are catchy pop songs, but it’s real music and there are instruments. I want to bring a lot of that back. There’s going to be some fun, light-hearted songs with kind of a throwback sound. But I say one thing and then I spend like a month in the studio and it ends up being totally different, so I don’t know.”
On maintaining a healthy lifestyle: “I make time. I’m a really dedicated person. And I know that if I work really, really hard now, I can get to the place that I want to be in my career so that maybe in a couple years — or whenever I make it to that level — I can take a break. Travel the world. Spend a ton of time with my family. Maybe start a family. Years and years down the road.”

Give a girl one season hosting a musical competition show, and she knows everything there is to know about “real music,” right? I kid, really. While I am glad that Demi gets along well with both Simon Cowell and (according to a prior interview) Britney Spears on the set of “The X Factor,” but I’m concerned that Simon may have created a bit of monster here. Maybe Demi will prove us all wrong? We shall see…

Her career just keeps getting hotter and last night (October 28) Demi Lovato had the honor of kicking off Game 4 of the Major League Baseball World Series.
The ?Give Your Heart a Break? singer took the field at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan to sing the National Anthem before the Detroit Tigers and San Francisco Giants faced off.
Prior to her big moment, Demi tweeted, ?So excited to sing the National Anthem at Game 4 of the World Series tonight!!!!!?
From there, the Giants went on to trounce the Tigers for the fourth game in a row, sweeping their way to the 2012 championship.

Showing off her brand new Mercedes-Benz E350 convertible, Demi Lovato pulled into a gas station in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (October 7).
Joined by a gal pal, the ?Give Your Heart a Break? songstress looked cute and casual in a denim jacket with a black Van Halen t-shirt, plaid skirt, ripped stockings and platform studded boots.
In her November Teen Vogue interview, Demi confessed that following her rehab stint she decided to start over in the social department.
"I did kind of a friend cleanse right after rehab, where I weeded out people who didn't have my best interests at heart. Now I have friends who love me for who I am and don't care about what I'm doing... Some of them don't even know my songs!"

She?s no stranger to promotional duties, and last night (September 10) Demi Lovato attended the FOX Fall Eco-Casino Party in Culver City, California.
Sporting a beautiful muted Pink dress with black peep-toe heels, the ?Give Your Heart a Break? singer posed for the shutterbugs outside The Bookbindery before heading inside.
During a recent interview, Demi discussed her connection to Niall Horan from One Direction-
"There is nothing going on. Niall's my friend. I'm really happy for One Direction and the success that they've had.?
She added, ?It just goes to show you how crazy this [X Factor] competition is to making stars and the success that they have. He's a good friend of mine."
