And even then, it?s not absolutely horrible. Sure, Kristen Stewart looks like a zombie with bad posture. Yes, her mouth is open and her hair looks greasy-wet. But it?s still not hideous. Go Fug Yourself jokes that Kristen?s legal team should consider a lawsuit. Kristen probably thinks it?s high-fashion. Maybe it is.
A few weeks ago, I mentioned that I thought Robert Pattinson was handling his fame a lot better with the Eclipse promotional tour. I haven?t been prepared to say the same about Kristen, what with her constant hyperbolic flubs and, you know, magazine covers like this. However, Kristen thinks she?s doing really well. Really:
?I am much better at this kind of stuff than I was before,? Kristen says as we catch up to talk about Eclipse, the third instalment in the Twilight movie franchise. ?I used to be really uncomfortable. I mean, who wants to talk about themselves all day??
Some might suggest that Hollywood A-listers love talking about themselves all day but Stewart is not your typical Tinseltown starlet. In person she is bright and articulate. ?You talk all day,? she says, ?and you don?t have different answers to the same questions. It becomes tiring. You do your job, why should you then have to talk about your personal life?? she wonders. ?I find that a bit weird.?
She might find life in the media spotlight ?a bit weird?, then, but Stewart is very much at home on screen. She took her first acting job at just nine years of age and by the time she was 11 she?d already shot 2002?s Panic Room with Jodie Foster.
?Starting young was never a problem,? she says. ?I didn?t really enjoy all the bitchiness at school. I guess I have always felt older than I am. I felt that I should have been an adult at age five. I thought I was an adult when I was 12.?
?I just think that Bella is written very well and she matures gradually,? she
says, deflecting the conversation. ?I think Bella resonates with people because she is extremely well written, and while she goes through very simple emotions, they are always very extreme and very sensory. It?s not like she is ever very confused; she just fully inhabits whatever emotion she is feeling. She is so dire all the time!?

I think Kristen?s maturity is hit-or-miss, honestly. Yes, she seems to have the confidence of a girl who doesn?t need her peers? approval. However, I do think she still has moments where she just comes across as even younger than her 20 years, where she seems very bratty and insolent. Is her attitude improving through the years? Eh. Not really.

Continuing her promotional duties, Kristen Stewart was in the house for a special appearance on ?Lopez Tonight? last night (June 30).
The ?Twilight? babe looked lovely in a strapless black dress as she talked about her special juggling talent and how she tried to put together a routine for the MTV Movie Awards earlier this year.
?Rob [Pattinson] almost convinced me that it was a good idea. He wanted me to juggle...to bring these bags of props on stage and he wanted to be hula hooping with a match in his mouth and he wanted me to be juggling...I couldn't even walk to the stage without tripping. So I shot that one down."
Instead of juggling, Kristen and Robert opted for a passionate kiss to celebrate their Best Kiss trophy.

With ?Eclipse? hitting theaters tonight at Midnight, Twi-hards are going nuts, and director David Slade says fans will have even more to be excited about when the DVD drops later this year.
Of the deleted scenes, Slade explained, "There's a lovely scene between Angela and Bella where they're just two girls getting along and they're just talking about girl stuff, about jealousy."
"Bella's so completely and utterly wrapped up in all of this stuff ? that Angela has no idea about ? [and Bella] is blind to the basic human stuff in front of her. It's a lovely scene, and I'm sure it will be on the DVD. It just stopped the film dead. The film had a pace and it just stopped dead."
He added, "It was one of those things we ended up reluctantly removing, but it will be there for later, for prosperity."

Twilight actress (I say that tongue-in-cheek) Kristen Stewart showed up to the Late Show with David Letterman with her signature goth girl mane a new shade of strawberry blond for her role in the big screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac?s “On The Road.” There is literally nothing I could care less about than the color of Kristen Stewart’s hair, not even the mating habits of the corn earworm or the economic aftermath that resulted from the USSR’s forcible annexation of Estonia in 1940. Mostly because I don’t have glandular issues or a fully-intact hymen.

She?s been working overtime on promotional duties for ?Eclipse? and this morning (June 29) Kristen Stewart was spotted making her rounds in New York City.
The ?New Moon? babe looked absolutely beautiful as she tended to appearances on both the "Today" show and "Live with Regis and Kelly".
As for her new lighter tresses, Kristen told MTV News that she changed the color of her coif for a new movie she?s working on.
Miss Stewart explained, ?It?s kind of blond right now. Like, reddish brown. I?m doing it for ?On the Road.??

Here is Kristen Stewart outside of the Ed Sullivan Theatre on Monday evening, about to be interviewed by David Letterman. She lightened her hair. She had been rocking various dark brunette shades for the past few years, as she?s endlessly been playing roles that required it, first as Bella and then as Joan Jett. So, what do you think of this red shade? I?m calling it red, but some are calling it strawberry or cherry or blonde or whatever. To my eyes it?s red with some blonde highlights. I do think it looks good on her - it ?lightens? her look in a lot of ways. For one, she doesn?t seem like a faux goth chick trying too hard. Also, it compliments her skin tone. And everybody notices the redhead!
I was looking around for interesting stories about Kristen and I found this kind of funny interview she did with People Mag about her feet and her shoe drama:
What happens when you promote not one, but two films ? on back-to-back red carpets? For Kristen Stewart, the result is a severe case of the high-heel blues.
“I feel like my feet are really pissed off at me, just because of the shoes,” Stewart told PEOPLE at the premiere of her new indie drama Welcome to the Rileys on Friday. “That?s been the biggest problem.”
One night earlier, the actress, 20, strutted the carpet at the L.A. premiere of the new Twilight film, Eclipse, which she has been promoting around the world. But she says she?s not exhausted by the publicity grind ? much the opposite, in fact.
“By the end of the day I actually get really hyper, because it’s then that I have my own time,” she says. “You end up staying up all night and then screwing your morning the next day because you need time to yourself.”
As for her intensely emotional role in Rileys, in which she plays a teenage prostitute, “the subject matter was a lot sadder and emotionally distraught than I’ve ever had to deal with,” says Stewart. “It’s sort of the lowest of the low that I’ve ever had to go.”
Is she worried about how Twi-Hards will respond to seeing her in such a different role?
“Luckily Bella wasn’t my first part,” she says. “I’ve had the chance to really get comfortable with keeping true to why I do what I do, and I can only do it this way. I’m proud of myself ? so if other people aren’t, that’s totally cool.”

She also told People Magazine that the great love of her life was her 6-year-old cat, Max. She says: ?We have a really strong, really weird codependent, almost Bella/Edward relationship. I’m going to be a crazy cat lady one day, I’m sure.” I grew up with cats, a fact that my mom now bemoans every time I tell her a story about my dog. She always sighs and says miserably, ?I can?t believe I raised a dog person.? In truth, I still love cats, and I would love to have one and just live it up as a crazy cat-and-dog lady, but my puppy is so possessive, and I think he would probably eat the cat.

Stepping out for a very special night, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were spotted at the New York City premiere of ?Eclipse? on Monday night (June 28).
The Bella Swan babe and her Jacob Black co-star stud looked picture perfect on the red carpet while readying for The Cinema Society Screening at the Crosby Street Hotel.
At last week?s Los Angeles premiere, Miss Stewart opened up about an upcoming sex scene in ?Breaking Dawn.?
She said that Edward and Bella aren't kids anymore so the scene has to be "real" and ?adult? and ?really sexy? but at the same time since it is a PG-13 film won?t be ?vulgar? or ?explicit.?
In the meantime, fans can look forward to the nearing release of "Eclipse" - which hits theaters on Wednesday, June 30th.
