Here is Kristen Stewart outside of the Ed Sullivan Theatre on Monday evening, about to be interviewed by David Letterman. She lightened her hair. She had been rocking various dark brunette shades for the past few years, as she?s endlessly been playing roles that required it, first as Bella and then as Joan Jett. So, what do you think of this red shade? I?m calling it red, but some are calling it strawberry or cherry or blonde or whatever. To my eyes it?s red with some blonde highlights. I do think it looks good on her - it ?lightens? her look in a lot of ways. For one, she doesn?t seem like a faux goth chick trying too hard. Also, it compliments her skin tone. And everybody notices the redhead!
I was looking around for interesting stories about Kristen and I found this kind of funny interview she did with People Mag about her feet and her shoe drama:
What happens when you promote not one, but two films ? on back-to-back red carpets? For Kristen Stewart, the result is a severe case of the high-heel blues.
“I feel like my feet are really pissed off at me, just because of the shoes,” Stewart told PEOPLE at the premiere of her new indie drama Welcome to the Rileys on Friday. “That?s been the biggest problem.”
One night earlier, the actress, 20, strutted the carpet at the L.A. premiere of the new Twilight film, Eclipse, which she has been promoting around the world. But she says she?s not exhausted by the publicity grind ? much the opposite, in fact.
“By the end of the day I actually get really hyper, because it’s then that I have my own time,” she says. “You end up staying up all night and then screwing your morning the next day because you need time to yourself.”
As for her intensely emotional role in Rileys, in which she plays a teenage prostitute, “the subject matter was a lot sadder and emotionally distraught than I’ve ever had to deal with,” says Stewart. “It’s sort of the lowest of the low that I’ve ever had to go.”
Is she worried about how Twi-Hards will respond to seeing her in such a different role?
“Luckily Bella wasn’t my first part,” she says. “I’ve had the chance to really get comfortable with keeping true to why I do what I do, and I can only do it this way. I’m proud of myself ? so if other people aren’t, that’s totally cool.”

She also told People Magazine that the great love of her life was her 6-year-old cat, Max. She says: ?We have a really strong, really weird codependent, almost Bella/Edward relationship. I’m going to be a crazy cat lady one day, I’m sure.” I grew up with cats, a fact that my mom now bemoans every time I tell her a story about my dog. She always sighs and says miserably, ?I can?t believe I raised a dog person.? In truth, I still love cats, and I would love to have one and just live it up as a crazy cat-and-dog lady, but my puppy is so possessive, and I think he would probably eat the cat.

Stepping out for a very special night, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were spotted at the New York City premiere of ?Eclipse? on Monday night (June 28).
The Bella Swan babe and her Jacob Black co-star stud looked picture perfect on the red carpet while readying for The Cinema Society Screening at the Crosby Street Hotel.
At last week?s Los Angeles premiere, Miss Stewart opened up about an upcoming sex scene in ?Breaking Dawn.?
She said that Edward and Bella aren't kids anymore so the scene has to be "real" and ?adult? and ?really sexy? but at the same time since it is a PG-13 film won?t be ?vulgar? or ?explicit.?
In the meantime, fans can look forward to the nearing release of "Eclipse" - which hits theaters on Wednesday, June 30th.

The ?Twilight? star offered up her usual coy smile as she headed inside the Ed Sullivan Theater clad in a sexy little black dress.

Continuing along with her intense promotions, Kristen Stewart was spotted arriving in New York City on Sunday evening (June 27).
The Bella Swan babe hopped off her flight from LAX, working her way through the JFK terminal en route to an awaiting car.
Scheduled to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman, along with a NYC screening of "Eclipse," Kristen has been quite the busy lady as of late.
Talking about making multiple red carpet appearances, Miss Stewart told press, "I feel like my feet are really pissed off at me, just because of the shoes. That?s been the biggest problem."
As for when she gets done with a movie premiere, Kristen tells, "By the end of the day I actually get really hyper, because it's then that I have my own time. You end up staying up all night and then screwing your morning the next day because you need time to yourself."

Hopping from one premiere to another, Kristen Stewart was spotted at the ?Welcome To The Rileys? movie debut at the Los Angeles Film Festival on Friday (June 25).
The brunette bombshell looked cute in a black ensemble as she posed for pictures solo followed by a group shot which included James Gandolfini, Melissa Leo, Rebecca Yeldam and Meyer Gottlieb.
Hitting theaters in the U.S. coming up this October, ?Welcome to the Rileys? involves a damaged man who seeks salvation by caring for a wayward young woman during a business trip in New Orleans.
Meanwhile, Kristen?s much-anticipated flick ?Eclipse? is hitting theaters next week on Wednesday (June 30).

Following their red carpet promotional efforts, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart kept the night alive by hitting up the after party for the premiere of Summit Entertainment's "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" in Los Angeles, California on Thursday night (June 24).
Held at the L.A. Live Event Deck, the twosome were set up to situate themselves at separate tables - though the seating arrangements couldn't keep the two lovebirds apart.
With Miss Stewart clad in a comfy outfit consisting of jeans, a charcoal tank top and flats, she joined a still maroon suit clad Rob for a lengthy smoke break during the post-premiere fete.
Finally fed up with all of the hoopla, the twosome proceeded to make their way over to the Thompson hotel for a more private affair to end quite the memorable evening.

Kristen Stewart is becoming something of a fashionista, but I sometimes find her junk hit-or-miss. For the past year, she?s been doing a lot of miniskirts, and while this white dress isn?t really mini, it doesn?t really hit it out of the park, does it? It?s Elie Saab, by the way. And it?s furry. Not really, it?s just some kind of textured fabric that I can?t distinguish. The one-armed thing isn?t great, in my opinion. Instead of sleek and finished, it looks like she lost a sleeve in a welding accident or something. The hair is pretty good though - and the shoes are Louboutin. I?m getting a very ?hipster bridal? vibe from this.

The ?Twilight? babe looked lovely in a black dress as she arrived at the Arclight Theatre in Hollywood for the exclusive event.
And coming up tonight, Kristen will be gracing yet another red carpet as her new film ?Eclipse? is set to make its Los Angeles premiere.
Miss Stewart will join her partners in crime Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, and Nikki Reed at the Nokia Theatre, where fans have been lining up all week.

They?ve had different directors for each of the ?Twilight Saga? films, and Kristen Stewart says she really digs how ?Eclipse? helmsman David Slade handled the movie.
The ?Adventureland? actress explained, "If you have to say, 'Yo, this story's not being told,' it's really scary. Then you're not focusing on [what you need to focus on]. You should be able to look on your own thing, [so] we can rely on him on that level.?
?He knows the story. He also gave us room to do our thing, because he realizes there's a pretty established dynamic and you can't go changing it."
Miss Stewart added, "Yeah, I mean, David, he's really interesting to watch, technically, because he's obsessed with his camera. He loves it. It's comforting to know that things are being shot well."
