The ?Can?t Hardly Wait? actress looked intellectual in a pair of black-rimmed glasses as she signed autographs and posed for pictures.
In career news, J. Love?s hit ABC show ?Ghost Whisperer? has been picked up for another season by the network.
Though it?s still up in the air what will be done with the show, ABC has acquired the rights and will be formulating a plan of action.

Showing off a sexy new hairstyle, Jennifer Love Hewitt was spotted walking to grab some lunch in Los Angeles, CA on Friday (May 21).
The former ?Ghost Whisperer? actress looked ready for business as she headed into popular eatery, Katsuya restaurant.
In recent news, it was announced earlier in the week that Hewitt?s ?Ghost Whisperer? show has been cancelled by CBS.
Talking about what could be the last episode ever (unless ABC picks up the long-running show) Ms Hewitt told press, "The dark side gets extremely powerful very quickly and he's sort of her only heroic key. So my son gets to kind of be a superhero for the episode, which is very cool."
The season finale airs tonight (May 21) at 8pm on CBS.

Clad in a stylish business suit, the "Ghost Whisperer" actress emotively chatted on her cell phone as she departed a business meeting at a local Starbucks.
The sighting comes just a few days after reports broke telling that Miss Love Hewitt has already moved on from ex-beau Jamie Kennedy into the arms of Jenny McCarthy's ex, John Asher.
Of the blossoming romance, a source told People magazine, "They've been spending a lot of time together and are having fun. He showers her with attention and is helping her move on from her breakup with Jamie [Kennedy]."

Would it kill Jennifer Love Hewitt to wait a while before she jumps into another long term relationship? She’s admitted on her book tour that she doesn’t date much and just has boyfriends. It’s like she’s so focused on that damn engagement ring she visits every month that she can’t relax and enjoy life. I like her, though, and hope she’s happy. She’s practically holding her breath until she gets married and maybe it will finally happen for her. It’s not the best sign that the guys a divorcee who already has a kid, but it could work out.
That said, Asher might not be the best catch. He kisses and tells and once told a radio station about threesomes he had with McCartney and other women. He also called her a “freak in the sack.” Apparently their relationship ended due to the stress over their son Evan’s autism. Maybe the guy has matured since he spilled the beans on his ex wife last year. It’s not the best sign, though, when a guy brags to the press about his ex being a sex freak. Given Hewitt’s penchant for oversharing, she may have met her match.
