Gearing up for an evening of culture, Blake Lively was spotted at the 2011 BAM Theater Gala in New York City last night (March 10).
The ?Gossip Girl? hottie looked cute as she mingled with fellow actor Peter Sarsgaard outside the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Blake donned a turquoise dress underneath a shimmering midnight blue coat with a snazzy aqua scarf.
Other big names in attendance at last night?s affair were Peter?s wife Maggie Gyllenhaal and Claire Danes.

Putting in another day at work, Blake Lively was spotted on the set of ?Gossip Girl? in New York City yesterday (March 9).
The ?Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? actress looked a bit chilly and kept warm in a full-length coat while shutterbugs looked on. Blake also got an on-set visit from her pooch pal Penny.
As for her Chanel gig, Ms. Lively told press she passed up a bunch of other endorsement deals because she was waiting for the call.
?I had other opportunities and I would say, 'Thank you so much, but I am holding out for Chanel. That's who I want to be the face of.'?

Continuing along with her visit to the French capital city, Blake Lively was spotted out and about in Paris on Monday afternoon (March 7).
The Serena van der Woodsen actress was joined by her parents and designer Christian Louboutin as the group kicked things off with a bout of shopping at the Chanel store rue Cambon.
Once finished up, Miss Lively and the gang proceeded to satisfy their appetites as they grabbed up a bite to eat at Bistrot Volnay.
The trip to Paris comes as Blake was honored with a Chanel dinner party over the weekend in celebration of her Mademoiselle Handbag collection.
Talking with WWD about her hankering for fashion stemming from her childhood days, Blake said that she teamed up with her mom to make dresses at a young age.
She dished, ?We?d always go down to the garment district with my father. We would go to really cool vintage stores or boutiques and we?d get a bunch of clothes and we?d sew a lot."

As I?ve mentioned before, Blake Lively?s boobs are the face of Chanel?s Mademoiselle handbag line - the first ad is below, and it?s pretty basic. Still, Blake being associated with such a high-end luxury brand definitely helps her image, and it ups her credibility as a ?Fashion Girl?. Plus, we get all of these marvelous photos of her at events for Chanel, with Karl Lagerfeld. Blake loves every minute of it. The Kaiser does NOT.
Anyway, these particular photos are from the Chanel event over the weekend during Paris Fashion Week. Blake got time off of Gossip Girl and was all over Paris to shill Chanel. This white and silver outfit is Chanel too - I actually like the ensemble, and it looks nice on Blake, but I totally see what many commenters have noted about Blake: she?s pretty, but it?s in a very plain way. She looks like a cheerleader, or just some random blonde that Lagerfeld pulled out of a mall. Plus, she?s losing too much weight. Where I used to think she had one of the best bodies of any of the young fashion girls, she?s really beginning to look much too thin for my taste.

Making sure to fit in her fair share of retail therapy while staying in the City of Lights, Blake Lively satisfied her shoe shopping needs with an outing in Paris, France on Sunday (March 6).
The "Gossip Girl" hottie could hardly contain her excitement as she ended up stopping by the Christian Louboutin store - where the famed footwear designer joined her for a special fitting session.
The shoe shopping excursion comes after Miss Lively was toasted during a swanky dinner party hosted by Chanel, for whom she was recently named as the face of the French fashion house?s Mademoiselle handbag line.
Talking to the NY Times about the honor, Blake gushed, "I had other opportunities and I would say, 'Thank you so much, but I am holding out for Chanel.' That?s who I want to be the face of."
She added, "And people would say, 'Well, that?s unrealistic, they only hire Europeans,? and I said: ?Well, how great. I?ll be the first then."'

Making her way overseas, Blake Lively was front and center at a swanky Chanel dinner in Paris, France on Saturday evening (March 5).
Clad in a foxy silver Chanel frock, the "Gossip Girl" beauty was joined by her parents, Elaine and Ernie, as well as fellow guests Bee Shaffer, Anna Wintour and Cecile Cassel.
The Parisian dinner fete comes after Miss Lively was toasted at a similar function in NYC as part of her Mademoiselle handbag collection promotions.
Talking to the NY Times about her daughter's efforts with Chanel, Elaine Lively told, ?Fashion was always part of her life because we were a family of shopaholics. In junior high, she wanted to go shopping all the time at Forever 21. It was a big deal to go to Bebe and Guess.?

These are photos of Blake Lively in New York City last night, attending some kind of Chanel event in her honor. She?s wearing Chanel too - it?s a dress from the 2009 Chanel collection. I actually like the dress on her - Blake looks good when she?s covered up and her bolt-ons aren?t so obvious. The Mail claims that Chanel is just about to launch Blake as ?the face? of Chanel Mademoiselle handbags in Paris, so I?m sure we?ll be getting photos of Blake with Karl Lagerfeld any day now. Blake isn?t wearing Chanel head-to-toe though - the shoes are Louboutin - did you know that Louboutin named one of their shoe designs after Blake? Ugh, this chick.

Blake Lively shared lunch with businessman Vivi Nevo at media mecca Michael’s yesterday. The “Gossip Girl” star and the wealthy investor’s intense discussion had other diners buzzing. Blake recently split with her co-star Penn Badgley while Nevo, reported to be an early backer of the Weinstein Co. and a major shareholder in Time Warner, split with Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi in 2010. A rep for Lively insisted, “It was a business meeting,” but declined to say about what.

Because Blake is known for her business savvy? Or did Blake?s rep mean it was a ?bidness? meeting? I?ll admit, this Page Six piece makes Blake sound like a prostitute who ?dates? the highest bidder. I?m not saying that?s what actually happened, I?m just saying that?s how it sounds.

All dolled up for a fete in her honor, Blake Lively was the center of attention at La Grenouille in New York City on Wednesday night (March 2).
The "Gossip Girl" beauty turned up at the swanky Big Apple locale as she partook in an intimate dinner hosted by the highly-regarded fashion brand Chanel.
As for the reason behind the soiree, Miss Lively opted to partake in the Stateside dinner for her collaborative effort with Chanel - as she's the face of their Mademoiselle handbag collection.
The La Grenouille function was put together in lieu of Blake going to Paris for Chanel's runway show during fashion week, as the 23-year-old is quoted as saying that she "thinks it?s tacky for a celebrity like herself to attend the show."
