Kicking off the work week, Blake Lively was spotted out in New York City earlier today (January 24).
The ?Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? star filmed outdoor scenes for ?Gossip Girl? on what has turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year.
And though she has had her fair share of racy sex scenes on her hit CW show, Blake told press it?s still quite uncomfortable each time.
?It's the most awkward thing! There's a room of 40 people watching you, and they're telling you how to move your head - and it's totally silent. It's awful.?

Just having made her way back to the Big Apple, Blake Lively was looking stylish on the set of "Gossip Girl" in New York City on Wednesday (January 12).
The Serena van der Woodsen actress strutted from the trailer area to delve into the day's scenes, having flown back to NYC last night after attending the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Gala in Los Angeles the previous evening.
Aside from her "Gossip Girl" duties, Miss Lively is said to be among the top competitors to star alongside Taylor Lautner in the upcoming adaptation of "Incarceron".
Blake is said to be going up against two other young stars, as "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson and Oscar contender Jennifer Lawrence are also in the running.

Readying for an outbound flight, Blake Lively was spotted passing through LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Monday (January 10).
Covering up as she passed paparazzi, the "Gossip Girl" gal dutifully raised her arms in the air as she eased past the security checkpoint en route to her departing gate.
The flight comes after Miss Lively joined a slew of fellow celebs celebrating Jeremy Renner's 40th birthday in Hollywood Hills on Saturday night.
With fellow partygoers including Colin Farrell, Charlize Theron, Kevin Connelly, Leonardo DiCaprio, Scarlett Johansson, and Christina Aguilera, a source told Us magazine, "Jeremy invited his closest friends and family to celebrate the milestone birthday. Everyone was dancing and having a great time."

She?s always looking for ways to expand her portfolio, and now Blake Lively has been selected as the official ambassador for Chanel?s new Mademoiselle handbag line.
The new ads will begin popping up in April, and designer/photographer Karl Lagerfeld couldn?t be happier about the pairing.
He told press, ?She?s a kind of American dream girl I think she will become a great actress. She?s full of life.?
The ?Gossip Girl? hottie posed for Lagerfeld at Chanel?s historic Rue Cambon headquarters. Karl added, ?It was an easy job because everyone fell in love with her.?

“Gossip Girl’s” Blake Lively will be joining the elite ranks of Keira Knightly and Lily Allen as the new face of fashion house Chanel. E! Online says:
Blake Lively is taking another step on her way to becoming a full-fledged fashion icon.
The Gossip Girl beauty will star in a new ad campaign for Chanel. She was just in Paris shooting for [Chanel's] handbag collection. The ads should launch early next year.
“Gossip Girl” is supposed to be one big runway for haute couture and designer clothing, but the one time I tried to watch it, I woke up foaming at the mouth in a puddle of my own urine. Of course, that could have been the 14 white russians I’d had before it started, but I’m not taking any chances. Better safe than sorry, I always say.

Stepping out for an enjoyable evening, Blake Lively was spotted at the premiere of ?Blue Valentine? in New York City last night (December 7).
The ?Gossip Girl? actress opted not to do the whole red carpet scene, and instead just snuck in the back door of the Museum of Modern Art.
?Blue Valentine? stars Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling. The film centers on a contemporary married couple, charting their evolution over a span of years by cross-cutting between time periods.

I?d heard that Blake Lively was in Paris, but I thought she was just there for shopping and general vacation stuff. Turns out, Blake is on the hustle. She might not be a good enough actress to score a part without screwing the director, but her tittays are very likely the new face of Chanel. Karl Lagerfeld approves. So I should have nothing else to say, right? If The Anger-Bear likes Blake, she should be one of my girls.

In September, she hit the reopening of the Chanel store in New York’s Soho neighborhood.
She’ll next be seen on the big screen in June in the Green Lantern movie opposite People’s freshly-minted Sexiest Man Alive Ryan Reynolds.

Ugh. I just can?t anymore with Blake. I used to like her just because I thought her body was to die for and her attitude was refreshing, but she?s gotten to the point were she just bugs me. Maybe it was seeing how out-of-place she was in The Town. Maybe it was all of that stuff about her and Ben Affleck. Maybe it?s that Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld are both trying to make her into the next Alexa Chung (ew). I think that last one is it, actually - Blake?s a pretty girl, she?s got a nice body, but in what world is she some kind of young style icon? She?s not. Her clothes are so much worse than whatever Sienna Miller was applauded for - Blake actually makes me miss Sienna.
Sidenote: For those who tuned into LaineyGossip’s Live Blog yesterday, here’s a minor piece of gossip that is probably not true: Ben Affleck might be in Paris too? Hmm….
