The ?Gossip Girl? babe?s trainer Bobby Strom told press it?s no wonder his client looks so good because she?s extremely dedicated.
?She always looks good,? he explained. And for her ?Green Lantern? gig they?ve stepped things up a bit. ?She has to do stunts, so we?re focusing on core and strength training.?
Strom also noted Blake?s penchant for Greek food. "You would not believe what she could consume. The Greek fest that she made... crepes with cream cheese in them... we could only eat half of it. She ate all of hers and then went back and ate somebody else's half."

Having been laying low-key as of late, Blake Lively hit the MET Ball at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 3).
The "Gossip Girl" actress looked stunning in a feathery blue frock as she sashayed along the red carpet.
The outing comes just as a new episode of "Gossip Girl" airs the same evening, with the series' latest installment titled "It's a Dad, Dad, Dad, Dad World".
A synopsis tells, "Will's (Baldwin) return to the Upper East Side continues to stir up problems for Serena (Blake Lively), Lily (Kelly Rutherford) and his long-standing rival, Rufus (Matthew Settle). Serena and Jenny's (Taylor Momsen) relationship is strained as a result of Jenny's deception. Blair (Leighton Meester) spends time on the Columbia campus and realizes where she truly belongs. Dan (Penn Badgley) learns that Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) has been keeping yet another secret from him. "

Stepping out for a night on the town, Blake Lively was spotted leaving a club in the Lower East Side of New York City late Wednesday night (February 24).
The “Gossip Girl” gal paid no attention to the flashing bulbs as she made her way into a chaffeured vehicle. Word has it that Blake’s co-star boyfriend was there as well, but he is not pictured.
Earlier in the day, Ms Lively was hard at work on set of “Gossip Girl” and was joined by guest star William Baldwin, who will be playing the role of Dr William Van Der Woodsen.
In other news, of the recent rumors that Blake will be stripping down for Playboy, a rep for the beautiful actress told Gossip Cop,"Nothing about that is true. There’s not one ounce of truth to it.”

I read this report over the weekend, and I found it a little? odd. The whole thing seems to have started in the current issue of the National Enquirer, which claims that Blake Lively has approached Playboy with an offer to pose nude. That in and of itself is sketchy, but the added twist is that Blake is asking Playboy to pay her $2.5 million for the pleasure. Now? why would she do this? She?s got a solid-to-hot career on television and she?s slowly breaking into films. She?s one of the more interesting girls on the red carpet, and she doesn?t really have any scandals around her, save for the fact that the girl will never wear pants. But that?s a plus in the industry! So why do Playboy? Because her mommy thinks it might benefit her career!

The 22-year-old actress ? who plays Serena van der Woodsen on the hit CW show ? started to consider posing nude after making the movie ?The Private Lives of Pippa Lee? over a year ago, sources revealed to The ENQUIRER.
In the film she wore kinky bondage clothing and had a nude scene with Alan Arkin.
??Playboy? had already been calling her ? she figures a ?Playboy? spread now will really give her some heat in her career,? said a source.
Blake?s family is divided over whether she should do the photo shoot if ?Playboy? meets her high price. ?Blake?s mom has been in the business a long time, and she knows Kim Basinger and other actresses really benefited from posing for ?Playboy? early in their careers,? said the source.
?But her dad Ernie is old-school. He says, ?Over my dead body!??
Blake?s reps deny that the starlet wants to pose for ?Playboy,? but the source insists it?s part of her plan to break away from her ?Gossip Girl? image.
?The show has been a hit with teens, but she says she doesn?t want to get lumped in with the Jonas Brothers!? added the source.
?Posing nude would certainly distance her from her tween fans and put her in the adult world.?

Is Blake Lively?s fan base tween girls? Do tween girls really watch Gossip Girl? I though only adult women and gay men watched Gossip Girl. And that?s Blake?s fan base, plus a healthy dose of perverts who have taken note of her constant pantlessness. So? in that respect, Blake would be opening herself up (get it?) to a new market - the mass market of heterosexual men who haven?t yet noticed that she?s constantly pantless and, oh by the way, she?s got absurdly perky breasts. And if she can pull down $2.5 million, sure. Why not? If I looked like Blake, I might consider it.

Braving the chilly weather, Blake Lively was spotted making her way to the “Gossip Girl” set in New York City on Tuesday (February 2).
The 22-year-old actress donned a stylish wintertime ensemble complete with a bright blue scarf, ready to run through the day’s scenes.
As for her gig “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee,” Blake confessed that she was quite intimidated to work with Maria Bello and Julianne Moore.
“I was honestly terrified. I hadn’t slept that much, and all I wanted that day was for Maria to say, ‘Wow, great job’. And when she didn’t say anything to me, I thought, oh, my gosh, I’m terrible. She hates it. She’s calling her agent, saying, ‘What have you gotten me into?’”
“But once we finished filming, she was so complimentary and sweet. The way Maria worked was very method, and then [co-star] Julianne Moore was the complete opposite - between takes, she was a nice, normal mom talking about her kid’s baseball games. Then you would call ‘Action’, and suddenly she’s playing this creepo photographer! It freaked me out.”
