Hopefully giving her some peace of mind, Blake Lively was granted a restraining order against Sergei Mifle.
The ?Gossip Girl? cutie has been the target of the overzealous fan, who claimed he had a ?metaphysical? connection to her.
Last month, Blake obtained a temporary restraining order against Mifle after he showed up on the set of her CW show and ?followed her with his eyes? all day.
Now, the temporary order has been extended to a full-fledged restraining order, barring Mifle from coming within 100 yards of Blake for the next three years.

Spending another day in front of the cameras, Blake Lively was hard at work on the set of "Gossip Girl" in Brooklyn, NY on Thursday (March 1).
Teaming up with co-star Kelly Rutherford, the filming comes as the pair's series is currently on break until a new episode titled "Con-Heir" airs on April 2nd.
Aside from work duties, Miss Lively always receives plenty of compliments regarding her boho plait coif.
Celebrity hairstylist James Pecis spoke with Glamour about the process of matching Blake's look, saying, "Spritz salt spray all over damp hair. Do a rough blow-dry with your hands for a bed-head look."
Pecis continued, "Pick sections from behind your ears and backcomb or tease the hair at the roots. Take a few sections from the back of your head and plait them. Keep the plaits loose. Remember, this look should be soft and effortless!"

Here?s Blake Lively at the Noon by Noor show yesterday, at NYFW. She was really posing her ass off outside the venue, wasn?t she? That?s some serious ?model face?. Thoughts on Blake?s ensemble? It feels like a nurse?s getup. But because it?s Blake, and she has that downmarket look, I feel like the white dress/suit is a tear-away, and she?s going to strip for us in her ?naughty nurse? lingerie after the show. I also have mixed feeling about brown tights with a white ensemble. It?s not as terrible as it should be, right? It comes close to working on her. The combination of brown tights with those too-light shoes has got to stop, though. That?s horrible.
Yesterday, I actually sat down and read Blake?s full Elle Magazine interview – remember, she covers the March issue of Elle? We already covered the most note-worthy excerpts, like Blake?s claim that she?s only slept with four dudes, and all of them were boyfriends. I?m not going to exert myself and actually go find the issue of Elle to get more quotes, but I will say this – after reading the entire article, I got a completely different feeling for Blake. In previous interviews, I always got the sense that she was an undercover bitch, you know? The Queen Bee type, the one who is always angling and scheming, a girl who is rather full of herself. And while Elle points out that she is in fact a ?Queen Bee? (she definitely has some entitlement issues, I think), they actually stress how nice and generous she is. So either she?s changing, or she?s trying to change her image a little bit. She?s going for girlish, sweet, loves-to-cook, girl-next-door these days, just FYI.
One last Blake story – Christian Louboutin has already sent her his entire Spring collection. She told People Magazine several days ago, “My gosh, [the spring collection] was sent to my house today, and they’re so beautiful. They’re amazing. They are the most beautiful shoes out there. And incredibly innovative.? Jealous?

Blake Lively was rumored to have been booted from Steven Soderbergh’s Side Effectsand replaced by Rooney Mara because financers went “what the, huh?”and backed out of the film when they found out she was set to star. Granted, that hasn’t stopped anyone from asking her to do interviews because what she lacks in acting ability she makes up for with these. *Points to chest* Blake sat down with Elle and one interesting thing that came out of her mouth was she’s only slept with 4 men in her life. All boyfriends.
On the men in her life: ?I?ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I?ve never been with anyone that?s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it?s because there?s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while.? Elle
So the trick to sleeping with Blake Lively is to be her friend for a while, develop a bond and then one day tell her you’re in love with her and, if she feels the same, you’ll eventually get lucky. Gosh, I don’t know. That sounds much harder than using this ragsoakedin chloroform.

Blake Lively covers the March issue of Elle Magazine. I feel like she hasn?t done many magazines in the past year?? Maybe something last summer, but it?s nice that she doesn?t over-saturate the market with mag cover after mag cover, interview after interview. Blake knows the value of a little mystery. Blake knows the value of parceling out gossip nuggets to the bigger media outlets. Of course, Elle is not Vogue. But Elle still has millions of readers, and it?s one of the major fashion/beauty mags out there. This was a smart cover for Blake to do.
As for the photo shoot – it?s nothing special, although Blake?s crazy body is on full display. I?m sure the photo where she?s wearing the red swimsuit will get a lot of attention, but look at the shot of Blake in those skin-tight black pants. THAT ASS. My goodness. Blake on boyfriends: “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life,? she tells the mag, adding that she doesn’t sleep around. “I’ve never been with anyone that?s not a boyfriend. I didn’t have a boyfriend until I was 17.?
On ?dates?: “I’ve never gone on a date. Maybe I’m too shy,” she says. “If I’ve ever had a man in my life, it’s because I know him well, and he really means something to me. I don’t take that stuff lightly. I?d rather be by myself than be spending any time or energy on somebody that I didn’t feel sure about.”
On her French-flavored summer romance with Leo DiCaprio: Lively, who next stars in the gritty flick Savages, plays coy about her summertime 2011 romance with DiCaprio, 37, with whom she was first photographed in Europe. The actress tells ELLE she was already living in the south of France for the summer, renting an apartment and enrolling in a month-long French language course. “I was in school every single day!” Lively explains. “I’d get off, and, you know, we’d go on a boat in my harbor in my little village, and there’d be people hiding in a bush. Then people said, ‘There’s photos of you coming out of some hotel.’ I was on a school field trip! And my friend at the time,” she says, without naming DiCaprio, “joined the school field trip, and we were walking down the street.”

Kicking off her weekend a bit early, Blake Lively was spotted at the Jason Wu for Target launch party in New York City last night (January 26).
The ?Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? actress paled around with fellow star Chloe Moretz at the swanky Skylight SoHo venue while shutterbugs snapped up pictures.
Earlier in the day, Blake was joined by Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick as NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg presented the ?Gossip Girl? cast with a prestigious proclamation in honor of the show?s 100th episode.
After the shindig, Bloomberg tweeted, ?Congratulations to @GossipGirl on your 100th episode! XOXO - MB #MadeInNY.?

These are new photos of Blake Lively at two events yesterday – one with Mayor Bloomberg of NYC, who made some kind of mayoral proclamation for Gossip Girl?s 100th episode. I guess they get special attention because Gossip Girl is one of the few shows set in NYC that actually shoots in the city? Probably. And plus, His Honor just loves Gossip Girl. There are also photos of Blake (and Chloe Moretz) at the launch of Jason Wu?s line for Target. It seems like kind of a budget, down-market event for Blake, but I?m guessing she did as a favor to Jason Wu, whom she wants to develop a relationship with. I?m not really loving Blake?s Jason Wu outfit, though – it doesn?t do anything for her, or maybe I?m just not used to seeing her T&A so covered up. Who are you, Blake?
Meanwhile, the tabloids managed to find another angle on the boringness that is Blake and Ryan Reynolds. According to In Touch Weekly, Blake is totes jealous of Ryan?s continuing relationship with Scarlett Johansson:
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds had their first big fight after she put her foot down over his still-close relationship with ex-wife Scarlett Johansson. Although Blake?s rep denies the fight, ?Ryan said Scarlett will always be a part of his life no matter what,? says an insider, adding Ryan accused Blake of being insecure.
?She stormed out, furious!? the source claims.
After Ryan?s take-it-or-leave-it stance, Blake has been trying to set up a dinner with ex Leonardo DiCaprio out of revenge.
