Explaining or perhaps just adding to his bizarre behavior, Shia Labeouf claimed he suffers from drug addiction on Saturday (January 4).
That morning, the "Transformers" star wrote, "Im addicted to lean & that sh*t ain?t no joke. I can barely remember all the things I?ve done & said. However there?s no excuse 4 skywriting."
Lean is also known as sizzurp, a mixture of codeine and soda often reference in hip hop records. The confession comes after the 27-year-old actor made a series of apologies after admitting to plagiarizing Daniel Clowes work.
Amongst a few tweeted mea culpas, Shia also hired a skywriter to write "I am sorry Daniel Clowes."

Ugh, Shia Labeouf. I wanted to reuse my favorite photo of him from a few years ago because I’m so tired of seeing him run errands in combat fatigues and a Bud Light shirt. Yes, I have a favorite photo of Shia — as weird as that sounds. This picture is GOLD.
I hope you enjoyed that banana, for we must rejoin the topic of Shia’s habitual plagiarism. To briefly recap, it’s been almost a year since Shia ripped off Esquire’s “How to be a Man” essay during an apology to Alec Baldwin. Then Shia made a short film that plagiarized cartoonist Daniel Clowes (of Ghost World fame). He proceeded to apologize to Clowes with a plagiarized apology straight off Yahoo! answers.
Here’s where things get murky. People were calling Shia out like crazy, and then he went and plagiarized a bunch of other people’s apologizes. CB did a very patient and through job of recapping all of the new instances of Shia shamelessly cribbing other people’s words. What a convoluted mess he’s woven! CB asked whether or not Shia was trolling or serious, and I think the answer is “both.” I believe Shia was serious when he first started plagiarizing apologies. Then he saw that everyone figured out his little secret, so he decided to be really outrageous. Now he thinks he can call all of us out for “falling for it.” Really. Check this crap out — he is still plagiarizing everything:

Shia Labeouf directed a short film, “HowardCantour.com,” that basically fires shots at film critics. Funnily enough, these same critics realized the short was plagiarized word for word from an illustrated short by Daniel Clowescalled Justin M. Damiano. Cloweswasn’t credited in the film. Shia’s short, which had been online, has now been password protected after the backlash.
Late last night, Shia Labeouf issued an apology in which he claimed to have been merely inspired by Clowes work and just forgot to credit him.
Copying isn’t particularly creative work. Being inspired by someone else’s idea to produce something new and different IS creative work.In my excitement and naivet as an amateur filmmaker, I got lost in the creative process and neglected to follow proper accreditation.I’m embarrassed that I failed to credit @danielclowes for his original graphic novella Justin M. Damiano, which served as my inspiration.I was truly moved by his piece of work & I knew that it would make a poignant & relevant short. I apologize to all who assumed I wrote it.I deeply regret the manner in which these events have unfolded and want @danielclowes to know that I have a great respect for his work.
I fucked up.
It’s one of those apologies that walk the line between a real apology meant to gain back respect and a brush-off. If we saw Shia apologize to Daniel in real life, it would look like this: “Sorry, bro.” *shrugs, raises fist for a dap*
Hilariously, the first part of Shia’s apology may have also been plagiarized. Which makes me think he’s just trolling everyone.

This is such a freaking weird story about Shia Labeouf, who is freaking weird enough on his own, so I guess it makes sense. Shia is currently in London to shoot WWII movie Fury with Brad Pitt. I guess Brad had the night off from bro-bonding with Shia, and Shia got into some mischief on his own.
He certainly found trouble. Shia is no stranger to barfights or punching things. This time, Shia made sure someone kicked his ass instead of vice versa. I don’t know if he was drunk or what, but he was hanging outside a bar and saw a woman puking. He decided to film this woman while she threw up. The woman asked Shia to stop, and he refused. Then a “good” samaritan (I probably shouldn’t use that term when referring to violence) stepped in and punched Shia a few times to make him stop filming. Seriously?
Actor Shia Labeouf was reportedly attacked during a night out in London after he filmed a drunken reveller on his phone.
The Transformers star was allegedly enjoying a night out in Leicester Square when he started to video two women, one of whom was being sick. After he refused to stop filming at the girl’s request, a passer-by intervened and punched the actor twice.
The pair was split up by bouncers from a nearby club, giving LaBeouf and his pal the chance to escape.
One of the women LaBeouf filmed tells Britain’s The Sun, “I only realised it was Shia after he’d been beaten up. If I’d known, I’d have let him film me as much as he liked. I have a massive crush on him.”
The publication claims the police were not called to the scene.
It’s the second time LaBeouf has allegedly been involved in an altercation in the U.K. capital – he was caught up in a scuffle in a bar last year after a patron tried to grab his baseball cap.

Shia does some strange things without realizing that he offends people, but this takes the cake. The woman’s reaction is very strange too. She has a crush on Shia, so she wouldn’t have minded him filming her if she would have realized who he was. Really? If I was puking in the street and Tim Olyphant rolled up with an iPhone, I’d tell him to go f— himself. Sorry Mr. Swagger, but I puke without witness if at all possible.

One man has done what many have dreamed of. Kicked Shia Labeouf in the balls. According to reports, LaBeouf is in London filming Brad Pitt’sFury. He and a friend were partying in Leicester Square when he happened upon two women, Ash Nawaz and sister Isis, puking.
Like any good samaritan, Shia took out his phone and started filming. They told him to leave them alone, but Shia wouldn’t stop. That’s when a stranger stepped in to help. By punching Shia in the face and kicking him in the groin.
Security guards from a nearby club came over and separated them before Shia and his friend ran away. Police were not called. America’s Funniest Home Videos,however, most likely were.
Ash told The Sun,”I only realised it was Shia after he’d been beaten up. If I’d known, I’d have let him film me as much as he liked! I have a massive crush on him.” Aw, that’s true obsession right there. What a love story.
And as a sad reminder, this isn’t the first time Shia has gotten in an altercation in London. Last year, a student stole his baseball hat and refused to give it back. Jesus. Did he play keep away with it too? And was Shia crying as he ran back and forth between two people trying to get his hat back?

Picking up some home improvement supplies, Shia Labeouf headed over to Ace Hardware in Los Angeles on Sunday (July 14).
The ?Constantine? star seemed annoyed with the nearby shutterbugs as he carried a 5-gallon bucket full of goodies out to his car and sped off to get started on his projects.
And of course, Shia donned the same Bud Light t-shirt and camouflage cargo trousers that he?s been wearing as of late while working on his latest flick ?Fury.?
Directed by David Ayer, ?Fury? is about ?a crew of Americans in Nazi Germany toward the end of World War II who embark on a brave mission.?

Here’s a video of Shia Labeouf staring down a motorcyclist in Burbank while they are both at a stop light. According to the video description, Shia was in a right turn only lane and should have been turning right but chose instead to just stare at the guy with the GoPro.
This truck pulls up next to me at a stop light. I can see out of my periphery that the dude is just staring at me. The strange part is that he is in a right turn only lane and should be turning right. Not wanting to make eye contact I ignore him, but the dude is still staring at me. So I look left, just to see what is going on. To balance things out, I then turn and look right. Turns out it was Shia Labeouf. We exchanged pleasantries, the light turned green, and we drove on.
“Yo, you mad dogging me, bro?! You best not be mad dogging me!”
I like to think this was some sort of inside joke because the girl in the passenger seat was grinning ear to ear.

I apologize in advance for going on a bit of a rant here (as well as by paraphrasing the revolting Dennis Miller), but Shia Labeouf is irritating me more than usual with his amazing levels of pretention. So please bear with me in this (probably) illogical summary of Shia’s latest delusion with regard to these photos of LaDouche casually walking through Los Angeles in combat fatigues for no reason at all but to appear like the most “method” actor ever.
Last week, Shia dressed in a contemporary-era Army uniform to visit Fort Irwin with Brad Pitt in preparation for their WWII film, Fury. And I totally get that Shia thinks he’s a “method” actor and whatnot. After all, Shia thinks he’s so method that he felt the need to drop acid and send a sex tape by means of audition for two of his recent movies. Now the dude is completely off-duty and not even close to rolling film on Fury, yet he’s strolling around in Studio City, CA while running errands in requisite combat boots and pants that he’s so lovingly coupled with a “Bud Light” t-shirt.
Sigh. This is where I feel compelled to out myself as a member of a strong military family. Most of the time, I do try to avoid speaking about politics in any online forum, and I especially aim not to do so in a Jennifer Lopez sense; that is, I obviously do not earn $1.4 million while performing for an autocratic despot while claiming a weak excuse “I don’t like to talk politics, to be quite honest.”
If you must know, I usually vote liberal but tend to lean slightly towards the right when it comes to military-centered issues. So these photos of Shia find me contemplating three members of my family who have served in combat. One of them served in the Korean war, one in Vietnam, and one in WWII. The common link between all these men (especially the first two) is that they find it rather bothersome and more than slightly offensive that people (that is, “reenactors”) seek glory in acting out their historic battles on a weekend-warrior basis. And that is precisely how Shia’s “man in uniform” errands appear to me. Am I being too sensitive? Because I see a spoiled, out-of-touch actor who thinks he’s being badass by simply donning a uniform. He hasn’t earned the privilege, and that smacks of “spoiled Hollywood brat.” Yes, Shia will receive more money in a few months than most military men will receive during the entirety of their careers, but Shia hasn’t earned the glory associated with the uniform.
Take it off, dude, until the cameras are rolling.

First of all, does that tank have ?DONG? written on it? Yes, I?m pretty sure it does. Rather on point, I think. Anyway, these are some photos from the Fort Irwin National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif. Brad Pitt, Shia Labeouf, Logan Lerman, and Jon Bernthal met with soldiers and spent time at the training facility last week ? apparently, they even spent the night on Wednesday too. They were doing research for a film called Fury, which is described by IMDB as ?A crew of Americans in Nazi Germany toward the end of World War II embark on a brave mission.? And Hollywood?s nostalgia for all things WWII continues. The local paper had some more information, and as you can see, the trip was well-documented by photographers:
FORT IRWIN ? Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Shia Labeouf spent two days at the National Training Center this week doing research for future movie roles, according to Fort Irwin spokesman Gus Bahena.
Pitt will star in the World War II film ?Fury? alongside the Transformer?s star LaBeouf, according to multiple reports. The film is scheduled to be released in November 2014.
?It was a unit-sponsored event with just a small group of soldiers in the field,? Bahena said about the visit. ?They talked about the mission of the NTC, what those particular soldiers do and the soldiers? experience and background. There was no official meet-and-greet.?
The two actors spent the night at Fort Irwin on Wednesday and embedded with the Operations Group for the full day on Thursday, he said.
The Ops Group is a permanent unit at Fort Irwin responsible for facilitating training of the rotating units. The Ops Group observes, controls and gives after-training reviews. Bahena said the timing of the stars? visit was fitting because Friday marks the last day of training for rotating units until September.
On Fort Irwin?s official Facebook page, an NTC official posted: ?They?re only here for a brief visit to observe the complex training environment that the National Training Center has to offer. We will respect their purpose and their privacy for being here and appreciate that they are seeking interest in our mission at the NTC.?

There might not have been an official meet-and-greet, but from the looks of things, the actors did spend a lot of time posing with military fans and shaking hands and generally being nice to soldiers. Which is awesome, and I?m glad they did that. Shia seems like he was a little ?extra? but he always seems like that. I don?t know if he had his combat uniform made up or if Fort Irwin gave that to him and he just decided to wear it. Anyway, enjoy the photos. I think Brad?s wearing a little too much jewelry for a trip to a military base, but I bet many of those soldiers were really jazzed to meet him.

Getting a head start on his to-do list, Shia Labeouf stopped to fuel up his truck on Monday (June 24) in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Rocking tight brown pants and a black tee, the ?Transformers? hunk made quick work of the project before heading off with his girlfriend Mia Goth to grab groceries at Gelson?s.
Meanwhile, it appears that the Los Angeles native may have been right back in 2008 when he appeared on ?The Tonight Show? and talked about working with an FBI consultant for a then upcoming role.
At the time, Shia told host Jay Leno that he was told the government was tapping into personal phone conversations.
He explained to Jay, "[The consultant] told me that one in five phone calls you make are recorded and logged. I laughed at him, and then he played back a phone conversation I had had two years prior."
