Going about his daily routine, Shia Labeouf opted for a caffeinated boost in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 8).
The ?Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps? stud looked a bit rough around the edges, sporting a bushy beard, slicked back ponytail and a woodsy cardigan sweater as he moved quickly past a swarm of shutterbugs.
Mr. LaBeouf has been laying low as of late, having been last seen at the premiere of his collaboration with Marilyn Manson.
And though he?s starred in some of the hottest blockbusters in recent years, Shia seems content to just coast for awhile as he contemplates his next career move.

A pasty Chaz Bono looking white guy was on top of Shia Labeouf flailing his ham-fists at his head last week before someone, who apparently isn’t a friend of Shia, pulled him off.
Shea Carter, who held Shia back after the fight, tells TMZ he saw the actor inside Cinema Public House before the scuffle drunkenly bumping into people inside. One man calmly told Shia, “Hey man, watch out.” Shia took offense, saying, “Oh yea? Or what? What are you going to do about it?” That’s when the two went outside and the guy kicked Shia’s ass. Then Shia threatened to pull a knife on the guy trying to make out with him restraining him.
Afterward, Carter — a local hip hop artist and bar regular — tried to stop Shia from getting back inside, but LaBeouf got aggressive, spouting, “Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?”
Carter says he quickly grabbed Shia in an effort to protect himself in case the knife threat was serious.
Carter says the actor eventually walked away … so he went back inside the bar. But moments later, Carter says, Shia appeared outside a window and made a throat-slashing gesture at him … before leaving for the night. TMZ
Shia ran back to the bar window, made a throat-slashing gesture and scurried away. Wow, that Shia is so tough. I bet later he left a flaming bag of dog poop on his doorstep and a note that said “watch your back.”

In Vancouver to film The Friends You Keep, Shia Labeouf was caught on camera at the tail-end of an ass kicking by a doughy, shirtless white guy outside the Cinema Public House.
No details as of yet but both were in a heated argument inside the Cinema Public House before security kicked them out. The man somehow removed his shirt and found himself on top of Shia winging punches to his head. It wasn’t rape rape, I’m told.
Someone quickly pulls off fat, white guy who jiggles away and Shia tries to go after him but friends hold him back telling him “You gotta lay low right now!” ‘Cause the fuzz is on to him, ya see?
Later, Shia’s friend pins him to the the side of the building and comforts him eliciting shouts of “Make out, ya queers!” Okay, the last part didn’t happen, but it should have.

Shia Labeouf is no stranger to liquor-soaked, debauched nights. He?s also no stranger to getting his ass kicked. Back in February, Shia got into a bar fight at his local LA pub, where sources said that he and his friends are docuhey regulars. To be fair to Shia, most said that he didn?t pick the fight, that he was only reacting to some dude with a chip on his shoulder. Shia later tried to explain what happened (here and here) and said that at the end of the day, only his sexy mom?s opinion matters to him. Well, I wonder what his sexy mom has to say about this? Shia got into another bar fight, this time in Vancouver.
TMZ got video of the incident, which? seems very weird. Apparently, Shia was ?punched in the head? repeatedly by a shirtless dude. Sources say that security had kicked both of them out of a bar called the Cinema Public House. Shia has been a regular there while filming The Company You Keep. Here?s the strange

After seeing the Shia Labeouf directed Kid Cudi video, Marilyn Manson was so impressed that he decided to team up with Shia to have him direct an almost seven minute “promotional trailer.” The resulting video focuses on the “Born Villain” track and is like a goth Un Chien Andalou. Says Shia,
…?we tried to make Manson?s Un Chien Andalou macabre Macbeth ? that?s sort of what that became?, with further references to obscure short films like Alejandro Jodorowsky?s 1973 film The Holy Mountain and the work of Spanish filmmaker Luis Buuel. The resulting clip is a mish-mash of dark, violent imagery, including unsanitary medical procedures, limb removal, blood spitting, and Manson offering free haircuts. In short, it?s the standard twisted visuals Marilyn Manson has built a career on. — MTV
The video is NSFW due to a bunch of nudity and one scene where Manson puts an eyeball into a vagina.
Anyone notice that Manson is looking more “normal” these days? I think it’s the receding hairline combined with minor weight gain. This is what happens with goth meets middle-age.

Shia Labeouf?s mother is the sexiest woman ever. He?s said so. A few years ago, Shia told Playboy that his mom is ?probably the sexiest woman I know? She?s an ethereal angel. Nobody looks like that woman. If I could meet my mother and marry her, I would. I would be with my mother now, if she weren?t my mother, as sick as that sounds.? Shia?s mom is the nice lady in the photo above. Just FYI. Anyway, Shia later had to backtrack just a bit and clarify that he is NOT currently having sex with his mom. But the Enquirer has an interesting story about what Shia is giving his mom access to - his back account.
Shia Labeouf?s mom controls his purse strings - and Shia?s girlfriend is fed up with his mama?s boy ways. Shia has earned millions starring in the Transformers franchise and other films, but he doesn?t spend it unless his mother Shayna approves.
?Shia?s a huge movie star - but he?s not the big spender he?d like to be,? a source told the Enquirer. ?Shayna has complete control over Shia?s finances, and he has to ask her what he can buy and can?t buy.?
Insiders say Shayna?s goal is to keep her son grounded - and so far, Shia has obliged her demands. Recently, he told pals he wanted to buy a Porsche but he ?knows his mom would freak,? says the insider.
Shayna, 68, also has concerns about Shia?s ability to make responsible decisions, the source added. But Shayna?s tight grip on Shia?s finances isn?t sitting well with his girlfriend of seven months, Karolyn Pho, says the source.
?Shia and Karolyn have become pretty serious, but they?ve hit a roadblock because she feels he?s too much of a mama?s boy,? the source revealed. ?Karolyn has told Shia that she is annoyed with Shayna for interfering with his finances. She wants Shia to step up and show her that he truly wears the pants in the relationship.?

I understand the idea of a mom looking out for her son and actively participating in how he manages his money, but Shia is 25 years old. It?s past time for him to learn how to manage his own finances and spend his money on what he wants. Granted, I think if Shia had control over all of his money, it would be a mess. He would probably be like a mini-Charlie Sheen. But he?s a legal adult, and that?s the way it goes. Maybe instead of babying him, his sexy mom could force him to take a class in personal finances?

Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Shia Labeouf and Marilyn Manson were spotted together at Hennessey + Ingalls bookstore in Los Angeles last night (September 1).
The ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? stud sported a beard as he strolled around with the ?Antichrist Superstar? singer in support of his new video for ?Born Villain.?
Shia directed the video for Manson, and told press he had a fabulous time working with the controversial musician/artist.
"Marilyn Manson to me is an indelible figure. He's a big deal to me, and in my childhood, I don't know of a scarier figure in art. He, in my teenage years, was the scariest thing in the world, so part of me has always been intrigued."
LaBeouf continued, "The song has all these references to 'Macbeth' and all this Shakespeare and heavy theology, so we tried to make Manson's 'Un Chien Andalou' macabre 'Macbeth' ? that's sort of what that became."

Shia Labeouf was escorted out of the LA opening of The Box after getting in an altercation with a friend of Marilyn Manson. Shia and the Manson friend exchanged words when Manson’s friend lunged over the table at Shia and Shia lunged back. Security broke it up before any punches were thrown.
?Two security guards led Shia out holding his hands behind his head. His girlfriend, Karolyn Pho, was clearly upset and ran down the stairs after them. Outside, he fell onto a barricade. Swearing, he picked himself up and ran off.? — Page Six
I started to think this was an ugly lie until I read he fell onto a barricade and ran off. Yup, sounds like Shia.
Anyway, Shia’s rep denied he embarrassed himself inside and outside the club.
?[He] actually left the club early as planned … he went to see one of the bands performing in the showcase and left after they finished … exiting through a crowded room was apparently misinterpreted. No altercation occurred.? — Page Six
That’s what I always tell people when I get kicked out of a club. No, no, no. You misunderstood. I wanted to leave and security was just helping me find the way out. I’m very important, you see. Then I vomit on the sidewalk to expel the demons from my body. I’m cured!

Shia Labeouf has issues. We?ve documented those issues from time to time, but it?s always difficult for me to subscribe some nasty motive to Shia - by most accounts, he?s very professional, he?s nice to his fans, and in interviews, he seems intelligent, interesting and humble. Maybe it?s all just an act, or maybe he just turns into a monster when he?s drinking. And he?s a big drinker too - I suspect he?s an alcoholic, and in the years to come, I do see a stint in rehab for him. Anyway, Shia + alcohol = mess, forever and always. This is the latest story, via Life & Style:
Onlookers at an LA party were concerned for Shia Labeouf last night after the actor exhibited some very strange behavior.
The Transformers star had what one witness tells Life & Style seemed to be “a public meltdown,” spitting water over his date and rocker Marilyn Manson before charging through the crowd to the exit.
At the Aug. 26 (BELVEDERE) RED at The Box party, the witness tells Life & Style, “Shia picked up a water bottle and shot a mouthful of water all over his seated date’s legs.
“Then he put more water in his mouth and started spitting it all over his tablemates, including Marilyn Manson. He seemed wasted.”
But according to the witness, neither his date, his friends nor Marilyn could calm Shia down — even after Marilyn offered a fist bump, as if to say everything was fine.
“People started taking their seats in front of the stage at the event, but all of a sudden Shia started shouting at his date and getting visibly angry,” the eyewitness tells Life & Style. Then he headed for the door. “He lunged through the very thick seated crowd, and the crowd pleaded with him and encouraged him to sit down. They tried to hold him back — but he kept struggling through.”
And the audience at the event got more than just the show it came to see. “Shia had to climb over people and tear himself out of the grasp of various strangers who were trying to keep him from going crazy,” the eyewitness says. “His date panicked and ran out after him. Marilyn looked shocked and annoyed but stayed seated. Shia and the girl did not return.”
“It was so insane — he just had a total meltdown right in front of everyone,” the eyewitness tells Life & Style. “It was completely out of control. He was so angry and physical. He was determined to get out of there.”

So? wait, what? He was blitzed out of his skull, he spit water on his date (?water?), he started yelling at people, and then he wanted to leave and people were holding him back? Why were people holding him back? If a drunk, belligerent jag wants to leave a place, let him. Don?t lay hands on him. That?s a good way to lose a hand.
But yeah? sounds like a d-bag move, and it sounds like he was wasted. What else is there to say?

Out for another Asian press effort, Shia Labeouf and Rosie Huntington Whiteley were side-by-side in Osaka, Japan on Saturday (July 16).
With director Michael Bay also in attendance, the trio attended the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" press conference and stage greeting/premiere at Osaka Station City Cinema - with the film set to open on July 29 in Japan.
The Osaka press duties come as Shia and Rosie's movie continues to pile up the cash - with the film having raked in another $6.8 million on Friday.
Pacing towards another $21 million in earnings this weekend, the latest box office earnings push the action film's grand total up to a whopping $303 million!
