Jesse Coccoli alleges that Shia Labeouf rear-ended her going 2 MPH in LA’s Los Feliz neighborhood Wednesday afternoon. Jesse claims LaBeouf’s black truck was trying to merge when it collided with her Nissan. She tells Celebuzz:
She added that she and the star ? who was wearing a brown hat, white shirt and sneakers, she noted ? exchanged contact and insurance information at the scene. Coccoli said they also briefly chatted about their mutual interest in comedy. (LaBeouf got his start as a performer working as a pre-teen stand-up comic who told dirty jokes). “He asked where I perform. I said, ‘Laugh Factory, but you’re not invited ’cause you hurt my car.’”
Shia’s reps flat out deny this saying the story is “completely fabricated” and that “Shia was in Santa Monica with friends for the afternoon in question. This must be a clear case of mistaken identity.” That or someone wants to get famous.
LaBeouf had his license suspended for driving under the influence and has relied on rides from his mommy, taxis and maybe even the kindness of strangers.
I’m not sure I believe this, but Shia should do what I do when I accidentally hit cars. Speed off. My insurance rates are already through the roof. Plus, that hooker in my trunk isn’t going to bury herself.

Back in the summer of 2007, rumors had been circulating that Shia Labeouf and were dating. The duo had been seen out eating together in Beverly Hills at the time, and from there the rumors began.
Well, nearly two years after the reported romance took place, the "Transformers" star has admitted that the pair were actually on a date around that time, but it just didn't work out for them.
"[I was] filming a sword fight when I got the message. I said, 'Can this be my life?' " LaBeouf told Playboy (for the magazine's June issue) about how he was first contacted by the singer. The two later decided via text message to meet up.
"It never got beyond one date," he added. "The spark wasn't there. We weren't passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends."
After clearing up the rumors, he did admit that any woman he meets and dates will have to live up to his mom, who he considers the kind of woman he'd date if she weren't his mom. "Probably the sexiest woman I know is my mother. She's an ethereal angel. Nobody looks like that woman," he said. "If I could meet my mother and marry her, I would. I would be with my mother now, if she weren't my mother, as sick as that sounds."
Though the actor does have a few other contenders for who else he considers hot in Hollywood. "Ellen Page, Evan Rachel Wood, Camilla Belle, Kristen Stewart from 'Twilight,' " he said. "The best of the bunch is Amber Tamblyn, from the 'Sisterhood of Traveling Pants' movies. She may be better than all the dudes."

While it has been strongly denied that Harrison Ford will passing of his Indiana Jones title to Shia Labeouf, there was something he passed off to him and that was…the hat according to IOL.
He said: "It has his sweat stains from the whole movie in it. We were way out somewhere at an airplane hangar on the last day of shooting, and he took the hat off his head, signed it and handed it to me. "When I looked at the hat I saw he had written something with a silver Sharpie (pen). It said, 'It's all yours now, kid - Harrison.'"
But LaBeouf is quick to point out that he won't be taking over from Ford any time soon: "It's easy to perceive that as his handing the reins over to me on a franchise or whatever… that's not it. "It was his way of saying 'Life is going to get crazy now, so strap on tight, kid.'"
I am so glad that he wasn't handing over the franchise to him because I don't get why he is Speilberg's go to boy. He just doesn't do it for me, does he do it for you?
BTW I so want that hat! How awesome would that be to own?

In the same interview with Playboy in which Shi LaBeouf reveals that he beat off to the thought of Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu nearby in their trailers on set, he also talks about his “hippie” parents, smoking pot with his family, and his nudist mother. He’s mentioned some of this before, but one particular sound byte is worth it - Shia says that his mother is the sexiest woman he knows and that if he could, he would marry her.

“The nudity was weird, especially when her friends came over,” he tells Playboy in their June issue ? on sale May 15. “All of them would just be naked around the house. That was strange for me, and it was really bizarre when my friends were there. You’ve got your little buds over, and Mom’s, like, playing naked connect the dots or whatever. She’s in the middle of goddess-group time, where it’s literally a bunch of naked women tracing auras around one another’s bodies with incense and then sitting together and humming for prolonged periods of time.”
His mother and father were also open about their drug use, which has given him a liberal attitude toward it as well. “I grew up with a bunch of hippies, and marijuana was always around,” he says. “Pot was never looked at as a negative thing. I could smoke it on holidays with my parents, and we were all good. I like pot. It has never been a monster for me. I can put limits on it. But I definitely saw from a very young age what drugs can do to you.”
As for his love life ? he was with model Isabel Lucas at the time of his car crash ? it sounds like he’s kinda hung up on… his mom.

You have to keep in mind that Shia is a comedian, so the beating off on set and wanting to marry his mother could be just completely outrageous comments meant to be funny, and taken out of context. It’s sometimes hard to pick up on humor through transcribed interviews. But maybe what Shia needs to take away from this is the fact that he should keep his mouth shut. He has a promising career on his horizon, and he doesn’t want to be known as only a jokester - even if he is one. We all know that even the most innocent of jokes can go horribly wrong when picked up by news outlets, and though this one is pretty harmless, who knows what will come out of his mouth next.

Following an overnight flight out of Los Angeles, Shia Labeouf touched down at Heathrow airport in London on Friday (February 6).
Still showing off his injured hand sustained from a car accident last year, the “Transformers 2” star quickly made his way to the terminal exit - lighting up a cigarette immediately upon hitting the doors.

I’m not sure of Shia LeBeouf’s ethnic background, but I can tell you one thing — he’s sure as hell not black. So I don’t know where he gets off making fun of black people by heading out to the liquor store with a paper bag over his head. The nerve! Besides, everybody knows black people wear ski masks when they rob visit their local liquor store. Do it right or don’t do it at all, dumbass.

Doing his best to avoid having his picture taken, Shia Labeouf looks as if he may still be a bit embarrassed after losing his license earlier this week.
On Thursday (January 22), LaBeouf was spotted heading towards the liquor store while strolling down the street with his friend, with both placing paper bags over their heads with eye holes cut out.

Puffing on a cigarette on the front porch step, Shia Labeouf was spotted hanging out at a friend’s house in Glendale on Wednesday afternoon (January 21).
Looking to be a bit bummed about his recently suspended license, the poor little fella put his head down in an attempt to dissuade the paparazzi from snapping up pics.
