Keeping both herself and her canine companion in good health, Lauren Conrad was spotted out walking the dog in the Hollywood Hills on Thursday afternoon (March 26).
The reality star turned hit author looked cute in a black pullover, black leggings and shades with her hair pulled back in a ponytail as she and a friend escorted their furry friends around town.
The sighting comes just as it was announced that Miss Conrad's former MTV show, "The Hills," is coming to an end with the airing of the upcoming season beginning on April 27th.
With many hoping to see LC make an appearance before the show draws to an end, one fan named Ally told MTV News, "I would like to see Lauren come back on the show. She's my favorite. She's so cute and pretty and sweet. That's pretty much all I would really, really want to happen."

Continuing along with her book promoting efforts, Lauren Conrad was busy at the Barnes & Noble shop on the DePaul University campus in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday (February 25).
Showing off her adorable smile, the former “Hills” hottie jumped into her seat as she partook in an m.powerment and Mark Cosmetics presentation of a panel discussion and book signing for her recently released bestseller “Sweet Little Lies: An L.A. Candy Novel”.

As for her career plans, Miss Conrad recently talked with MTV News about the possibility of returning to TV, saying, “I loved being involved with television, so currently I’m working on more of the production side, but I’m trying to figure out where I want to go from there. Living much of life in front of a camera can definitely do a number on any person, and Lauren Conrad says she’s had to be careful with who she trusts.
The former “Hills” babe/bestselling author told press, “I have friends that I don’t trust. But that is just part of this industry.”
“I have worked with people who I don’t trust before so I am used to being around people like that. Do I choose to spend my time with them? No. I hate that. But sometimes it is good to keep an eye on these people.”
Prior to her departure from the MTV reality sphere, Conrad explained, “People ask me how we make it work and for me the trick was to keep that side of my life private, even when I was being followed by cameras all the time on The Hills. I don’t think that reality television and relationships mix. You have to keep that part private because otherwise it just doesn’t work and that is why we are still together.”
