She can?t hardly believe her good fortune, as Taylor Swift moved a massive 1.287 million units of 1989 in the first week of sales.
The ?Out of the Woods? babe posted a celebratory cell phone video during which she drives while lip syncing Kendrick Lamar's ?Backseat Freestyle.?
Taylor also added the caption, ?Industry experts predicted 1989 would sell 650k first week,? wrote Swift on Instagram. ?You went and bought 1.287 million albums. AND IT?S GOT ME LIKE?
Meanwhile, Kendrick is a fan of Taylor, too, as he told The Fader he?s digging ?Shake It Off?- ?I love that song. I ain?t playin?- I say what I mean and I mean what I say.?

Showing some love for her Japanese fans, Taylor Swift jetted in to Narita Airport just outside of Tokyo on Tuesday (November 4).
The ?Welcome to New York? songstress, who just announced her 2015 world tour, was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed despite her long international flight, and looked flawless in a green minidress with black stockings and black heels.
And while her latest album 1989 is flying off the shelves, Taylor somehow became involved in a political race in Iowa after sitting Senator Tom Harkin slammed hopeful Joni Ernst for being ?as good looking as Taylor Swift.?
Republican candidate Ernst fired back at Harkin for demeaning her just because she?s an attractive woman. ?I think it?s unfortunate that [Harkin] and many of their party believe that you can?t be a real woman if you?re conservative and if you?re female. Again, I am greatly offended about that.?

Her latest album 1989 is predicted to sell 1.2 million copies for its first week, but Taylor Swift is feeling a little slighted all the same.
The ?Out of the Woods? songstress reportedly pulled her music off of the Spotify streaming service where up until now her fans could listen to all of her songs for free.
Spotify responded with a note on their website- ?We love Taylor Swift, and our more than 40 million users love her even more ? nearly 16 million of them have played her songs in the last 30 days, and she?s on over 19 million playlists.?
?We hope she?ll change her mind and join us in building a new music economy that works for everyone. We believe fans should be able to listen to music wherever and whenever they want, and that artists have an absolute right to be paid for their work and protected from piracy. That?s why we pay nearly 70% of our revenue back to the music community.?
They added, ?PS ? Taylor, we were both young when we first saw you, but now there?s more than 40 million of us who want you to stay, stay, stay. It?s a love story, baby, just say, Yes.?
Additionally, there are several new playlists that have messages to Swifty contained within the song titles- ?Hey Taylor, we wanted to play your amazing love songs and they?re not here right now. We want you back with us and so do your fans.?

Taylor Swift was a ?pegacorn? for Halloween. No, it?s not a sex thing (but it sounds like it, right?). Swifty is a Pegasus + unicorn = pegacorn. She wanted to be a unicorn with wings. It?s sort of cute. I?m glad she didn?t go for a Sexy Maid/Nurse/Whatever. I?d much rather see women dressed up as pegacorns rather than sexy whatevers.
Anyway, Taylor had a really amazing week. Her album, 1989, dropped and it became the first and only platinum-album debut of the year. This is actually a two-fer: the last time an artist went platinum in their first week was 2012, when Taylor released Red. Taylor?s label, Republic Records, threw her a ?private party? in Soho last Thursday to celebrate. There were gormet white truffle burgers and a cake shaped like a Polaroid camera.
Vulture also had a great analysis on Taylor Swift?s earnings, real estate, album sales and tour grosses ? go here to read. By their analysis, Swifty is probably sitting on just shy of $200 million after taxes. My guess? It?s probably a lot more than that. Taylor tops nearly every list of the top-grossing tours, albums, etc. Anyway? it?s good to be Tay-Tay. It?s profitable to be twee.
Last thing ? Taylor was on Ryan Seacrest?s radio show and she danced and lip-sync?d to Iggy Azalea. It was brilliantly awkward, hilariously dorky and everything in between. This is the kind of thing where I go? ?Okay, maybe she might be sort of fun as a friend.?

Casting doubt on the notion that she actually sleeps, Taylor Swift was up bright and early today (October 31) for even more media duties.
The ?I Knew You Were Trouble? songstress put on her Halloween costume and headed over to The Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show in New York City.
Worried that her fans wouldn?t be able to identify her getup, Taylor posted a photo to Instagram along with the caption, ?Cause, darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a PEGACORN. #HappyHalloween!?
Swifty has been plugging her new album 1989 all week and according to Billboard, it?s working. She?s projected to sell more than 1.2 million copies in the first seven days.

She loves giving back to her fans, and on Thursday (October 30) Taylor Swift performed a selection of hits from her new album 1989 in Times Square.
And during her ?Good Morning America? concert, the ?Out of the Woods? songstress told the crowd that she?ll be hitting the road in the not-too-distant future.
Taylor teased, "I am gonna be going out on tour very soon! We're in the early stages of planning the actual show. I'm excited about announcing things when I can announce them, but it's going to be happening!"
Swift also gave props to her fans for singing along to songs that have only recently been released- "You guys are so fast at learning lyrics! I'm having the best week of my life, thanks to you."

Stepping out for an evening of sport, Taylor Swift and Karlie Kloss showed up at Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks take on the Chicago Bulls last night (October 29).
The ?Welcome to New York? songstress and her Chicago-born supermodel gal pal had a blast cheering the home team while sitting next to Ben Stiller and his son Quinlin.
And after the game, which the Knicks lost, Taylor took to her Instagram account to remind her fans of a very special performance slated for this morning (October 30).
Swifty wrote, ?Karlie and I had the time of our lives at the Knicks game tonight. See you tomorrow bright and early on Good Morning America!?
