Yesterday, as I was looking through these photos of Halle Berry and Nahla, I had a spooky moment of intuition. My thought: I don?t think Halle and Olivier Martinez are together anymore. He hasn?t been photographed in LA since the beginning of June, and I?m wondering if he hasn?t gone back to France or something. Maybe it?s nothing. Maybe I?m just creating controversy where none exists. But I just had a feeling that I thought I?d share. Incidentally, the film that Olivier and Halle did together in South Africa, Dark Tide, had a trailer-release a few weeks ago, but then the trailer was pulled off of most sites. It still doesn?t have a release date, as far as I can find. Is there some kind of conspiracy? Hmm?
Anyway, new photos of Halle and Nahla. Halle has been getting a lot time with Nahla in front of the paps lately, so it?s not like this photo set is anything new. What?s interesting, I suppose, is that both Halle and Gabriel Aubry seem to be doing a lot of candid photo ops with Nahla, especially since Halle is trying to end Gabriel?s parental and custodial rights.
Oh, and Halle?s stalker was finally arrested. He was all over the news over the weekend, hopping over her fence and trying to get to her. Anyway, they finally caught him, thank God. He?s being booked for felony stalking.

Heading out to pick up her little lady from school, Halle Berry was spotted in Beverly Hills, CA on Monday (July 11).
The ?Catwoman? beauty looked cute and casual in cropped sweats, a white tank and military hat as she carried her too-cute tot to their nearby car.
Wearing a big smile on her face, Halle's cheerful mood comes after she had quite the scare over the weekend when she noticed a man holding some sort of book staring at her through her kitchen window.
After running to the phone and calling for help, an LAPD helicopter circled Berry?s home for nearly an hour on the lookout for the trespasser.
A number of police officers scanned the area as well, but the hunt for the man is still on. The police believe the suspect is an obsessed fan.

Tending do those tedious everyday duties, Halle Berry was spotted pumping up her ride at a Beverly Hills gas station earlier today (July 6).
The 44-year-old beauty looked summer chic as she filled up her tank with petrol - wearing a pair of over-sized sunglasses, a multi-colored print dress and gold sandals.
Aside from going about the daily grind, Halle is readying herself for her newest project, the sci-fi film "Cloud Alas."
The movie, which intertwines six stores set in different times and places, also stars Hollywood heavyweights Tom Hanks and Susan Sarandon.

Getting their 4th of July weekend started on the right note, Halle Berry was spotted picking up Nahla from a party on Friday afternoon (July 1).
With a trendy shorter ?do, the ?Catwoman? babe looked gorgeous in a white frock and gladiator sandals as she picked up her little princess from the Los Angeles soiree
Earlier in the week, Ms Berry made an appearance in family court, accusing her ex, Gabriel Aubry, of neglecting their daughter, specifically imperiling her safety.
After Halle asked the judge to rule that Gabriel violated their custody agreement, but since he was not in court, the issue has been pushed back to another hearing at a later date.

Looking a bit somber, Halle Berry was spotted stepping out in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (June 29).
The casually clad "X-Men" beauty sported a v-neck t-shirt and blue jeans as she ventured out to tend to her afternoon errands.
Meanwhile, Halle's custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry is back on fiery grounds after the actress claimed that their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, is unsafe in her father's care.
According to TMZ, Berry alleges there was once an incident overseas where Aubry failed to provide proper care for and even neglected Nahla, putting the tot at risk for harm.

Halle Berry filed documents in family court this morning accusing baby daddy Gabriel Aubry of violating the terms of their custody agreement regarding three-year old daughter Nahla. TMZ says:
Halle [says she] is concerned for 3-year-old Nahla when she’s in the care of Gabriel… and to reinforce her point, submitted a lengthy court document claiming Gabriel has put Nahla at risk.
The documents go into great detail about Gabriel’s parenting skills, claiming there was once an incident overseas when Gabriel allegedly neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety.
Halle wanted the judge to find Gabriel in violation of the custody order. Gabriel was not in court today, and the judge set a hearing on the matter for later.
It will go on like this until Nahla is 18, just you wait and see. It’s one of those cultural imperatives that Gabriel Aubry will never be able to transcend. Nobody’s gonna convince a black single mother that there is any other means of communicating with their baby daddy than via a judge’s order. Just like nobody’s gonna convince a single black mother that title loans are a bad idea.

Back in February, Halle Bery and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, were said to have reached a truce over the custody battle of their 3-year-old daughter Nahla. Turns out that may have been a ruse to buy Halle’s lawyer some time to come up with a list of reasons Aubry is a bad father.
TMZ says a few minutes ago, Halle’s lawyer filed “a very thick stack of documents outlining trouble she’s had with Gabriel.” The documents “lists Gabriel’s failings as a dad.”
It would be cool if Halle was as crazy as people made her out to be and the document just looked like:
1. He’s an asshole
2. He’s an asshole
….
and so on until item 100 which calls Gabriel a “stupid asshole.”

The Oscar-winning actress looked summertime chic in a flowing white sundress as she scooped up her growing tot with the pair heading to a local ice cream parlor for a refreshingly chilly treat.
And while Miss Berry is currently enjoying spending her time off with her little princess, recent reports indicate that the 44-year-old may be headed back to the small screen.
According to Deadline, Halle is attached to star as a college professor in a series titled "Higher Learning" - with the show currently being shopped around to premium channels including HBO and Showtime.

In search of the perfect greens, Halle Berry was spotted perusing the veggie selections at her local Whole Foods in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (June 22).
The Oscar-winning actress looked comfy casual in a grey t-shirt and jean shorts as she rummaged through the stack of heads of lettuce before continuing to zigzag down the grocery store aisles.
The outing comes as it was just announced that Miss Berry's vacated Broadway role has finally found a replacement in Angela Bassett.
Reports tell that Bassett will be joining Samuel L Jackson in this fall's production of "The Mountaintop," which is due to begin previews on September 22 while officially opening on October 13th.
The highly-anticipated play is "set the evening before the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., with Jackson cast as King."
