Taking time to console a cranky Zuma, Gwen Stefani dropped her son off at school in Studio City, California on Thursday (December 6).
The No Doubt singer was styling in a black blazer, white and black patterned overcoat, tights, black knee-high boots, and a black fedora as she carried her 4-year-old boy.
Recently, the 43-year-old mother-of-two spoke to Marie Claire UK about balancing her career and family. She admits, "I was swimming upstream, trying to balance everything that's been going on with having kids and a family. There's no way to do all these things."
Though you could never tell by looking at her, Gwen revealed her solution to making more time for the important things in life, saying, "This past year, I kind of stopped working out. I think my body just needed a break. And so I did that and focused more on feeling good as opposed to beating myself up."

With her fluffy friend in tow, Gwen Stefani dropped off Zuma at school in Studio City on Thursday (November 29).
The No Doubt singer looked a bit like Inspector Gadget in a gray trench coat, gray fedora, matching scarf, and black galoshes as she walked her Pomeranian in the rain while her little boy kept dry in a Batman raincoat.
Last Saturday, the band returned to Los Angeles for the first time in three years to perform their first new batch of tunes since 2001. At the Gibson Amphitheatre, the trio is midway through a seven-show run.
Happy to be feeling the energy of the crowds again, on Tuesday the 43-year-old mother-of-two tweeted a photo of herself lounging with the caption, "After show bliss."

Heading out to exercise her dog and little boy, Gwen Stefani headed to Beverly Canon Park in Los Angeles with Zuma and her Pomeranian pooch on Wednesday (November 28).
The No Doubt singer was dressed in black and white with a long overcoat, patterned leggings, and galoshes as she walked her petite pup and kept an eye on her active 4-year-old.
Recently, the 43-year-old mother-of-two has had to endure rumors that her Bush frontman husband, Gavin Rossdale, was cheating on her with the nanny.
After a photo of the two hiking in Los Angeles in which Gavin appears to be touching her backside was published, sources have come forward to dispel the rumors.
According to an E! insider, "He is not having an affair with his nanny. He's with her and the kids in a photo. It's harmless."

A few days ago, we discussed whether or not Gavin Rossdale is fooling around with his hot, young, blonde nanny. There were photos of Gavin and the hot nanny taking a hike together (with Kingston and Zuma) several days ago, and at one point during the hike, Gavin put a friendly hand very close to the nanny?s ass. I don?t want to leave the impression that Gavin was, like, caressing a nanny butt cheek or anything, but his hand was suspiciously close to her ass, and it felt like a very ?familiar? gesture.
Anyway, these are some new pics of Gavin and Gwen out and about yesterday in LA, where they dropped their sons off at school together. Friendly spin: they didn?t know they would be pap?d, and the paparazzi are simply trailing Gavin all the time now because they want to bust him with the nanny. Realistic spin: just like every other time there are bad rumors about the state of their marriage, Gavin and Gwen have arranged for a nice ?happy family? photo op. Oh well? I like that Gwen keeps including her little fluffy dog in the photo-ops. He?s part of the family too!
So, should we all just go back to minding our own bidness about these two? Obviously, they?ve weathered other storms and they?re still making it work. Is that admirable? Or is it a sign of something profoundly dysfunctional? I?m 50-50 on it. I think it?s both admirable AND dysfunctional.

Joining her bandmates on the red carpet, Gwen Stefani skpped across the pond to attend the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards in style.
The 43-year-old Fullerton native frontwoman proudly stood alongside Tony Ashwin Kanal, Adrian Young, Tom Dumont, Eric Stefani, John Spence in anticipation of the grand Euro music celebration.
At the show, broadcast in over 37 countries and hosted by Heidi Klum, No Doubt will perform on stage and are nominated for the Best Pop award.
Held at the Festhalle in Frankfurt, Germany, other performers at the worldwide event include, Alicia Keys, Carly Rae Jepsen, fun., The Killers, Muse, Pitbull, PSY, Rita Ora, and Taylor Swift.

This isn?t as sexy/exciting/offensive as yesterday?s No Doubt post (about their racist music video which seemed designed to offend Native Americans), but I still think this is noteworthy. Gwen Stefani covers the new issue of Nylon Mag, and at this point I do think we have to acknowledge that Gwen is tweaking and/or Botoxing, right? Before six months ago, I just thought Gwen was an ageless vampire who took care of herself, but at some point this year, I really just began to think that she?s doing something to her face. This pictorial just draws it out even more for me. Anyway, Gwen got the cover because she?s promoting No Doubt?s new album, and the guys in the band actually posed for a photo for the magazine. Some highlights from the interview:
Gwen Stefani on fame: “I’m telling you right now, being Number One or playing in a garage–they’re both super fun.”
On how she gets inspired: “I got all my favorite people that I work with [together] and we had a creative day. We basically all sat around with our art books and [magazine] tears and just put them up and did collages and tried to get a direction. We ended up not using anything, but it was really fun.”
On the evolving music world (the MTV VMAs included): “It used to have so much weight. People even paid attention to the categories! Now if you win one–I don’t even think anyone takes your picture. It’s like, whatever.”

She?s right about the music awards. I remember when the VMAs were actually a big deal, like they were the cool version of the Grammys. Now no one cares who wins a VMA and no one really cares who wins a Grammy either (if they ever did). As for everything else? I don?t even know. I feel like Gwen is trying to ?prove? that she?s still the badass rocker grrl, but it just feels? dated??

Bundled up for the chilly evening across the pond, Gwen Stefani was spotted exiting her posh London hotel on Sunday evening (November 4).
Accompanied by her Batman costume clad son, Zuma, and No Doubt bandmates, the entire gang headed over to the ?X-Factor? studios to take the stage during the hit series' latest episode.
Belting out their newest tune, Gwen and the boys offered up a rendition of ?Looking Hot? - the second single from their new album, Push and Shove.
The performance comes on the heels of controversy surrounding the track's just-released music video - which No Doubt pulled from major media outlets on Saturday (November 3) after the production came under fire as being offensive to Native Americans.

Really? That’s the best Gwen Stefani could do? She’s got all that money at her disposal, and she goes as Sandy from Grease with a non-life-threatening head injury. Why even bother. I’m on government assistance, but I still dropped half my paycheck on a cosplay Dark Phoenix costume that would blow your fucking mind. Priorities, people! Halloween only comes once a year.
You can do pink… just make it this kind of Pink instead. Rowr!

Ready to celebrate the season right at one of the biggest Halloween bashes in London, Gwen Stefani made her arrival to Jonathon Ross? annual holiday get together on Wednesday (October 31).
The ?No Doubt? front woman looked ultra-sexy in high waist black leggings, a hot Pink jacket that showed off her toned tummy, and a slightly bloodied face, as she made her way in with fellow band member Tony Kanal.
Though Gwen was enjoying some adult festivities this evening, just earlier in the day the Hollywood mama-of-two took her youngest trick-or-treating.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Stefani took Zuma out and about in London, where he was all dressed up in a futuristic outfit.
