Taking care of some publicity duties, Rachel Bilson was spotted at the ?Marilyn Denis Show? in Toronto, Canada today (May 29).
The ?Hart of Dixie? cutie looked fabulous in a blue halter-style shirt with black trousers and mustard yellow high heels as she fielded questions during her interview.
Bilson is in the middle of a promotional campaign for Magnum Ice Cream, and she?s launching the latest product line in Canada, called Magnum Mini.
Rachel told press, "It's easy to get caught up in a demanding day and forget to schedule a little time for yourself. Now, when I need a minute for myself, I indulge in a Magnum Mini. The delicious combination of Belgian chocolate and vanilla bean ice cream provides a moment of pleasure during a busy day."

Adding some beauty to the media hoopla, Rachel Bilson and Jaime King were both spotted at the CW Upfronts Presentation in New York City earlier today (May 17).
The ?Hart of Dixie? costars were busy looking amazing and posing for pictures as they promoted their hit show?s upcoming second season.
Always the consummate clotheshorse, Rachel opted for a snazzy Chanel dress while Miss King donned a Proenza Schouler getup.
?Hart of Dixie? will return with all new episodes as part of the CW Tuesday Night lineup at 8pm ET.

Paying a visit to her mother on Mother's Day, Rachel Bilson was spotted unloading a trunk load of bags at her mom's Los Angele's home in California on Sunday (May 13).
Going for a comfortable and casual look, the "Hart of Dixie" star donned rolled up baggy pants with a grey zip up sweater and a pair of black slip on shoes as she carried a number of presents and bags into her parents home.
Rachel was graced with some exciting news over the weekend that will surly keep her paycheck rolling as the 30-year-old actress learned that her hit CW show has been renewed for another season.
Tonight marks the season finale for the "Hart of Dixie" and Zoe (played by Bilson) ends up stranded in a barn with Wade (Wilson Bethel) when a major storm rolls through town while George (Scott Porter) and Lemon (King) prepare for their wedding day.
Check out a sneak peek of the season finale for "Hart of Dixie" titled "The Big Day" before it airs tonight on the CW at 9/8c.

Satisfying their afternoon craving, Rachel Bilson was spotted grabbing lunch with her boyfriend Hayden Christensen in the Soho area of New York City, New York on Wednesday (May 9).
The "O.C." actress bundled up in a bright red bubble coat and slipped on matching red boots for her lunch date with beau Christensen who also bundled up in a blue pea coat and bright yellow pants.
Just yesterday Rachel was spotted enjoying herself at the launch of the new Edie Rose Home Collection at Macy?s Herald Square in New York City.
The 30-year-old actress named the tabletop collection after her grandmother, Edie, and a family friend, Rose, and opened up about the inspiration for the collection when it first launched last year revealing, ?I was on what seemed like an endless search for really cute dishware and tabletop items when I thought it would be fun to design what I was looking for. I have a passion for dishes and thought it would be a great opportunity to design exactly what I wanted ? cute and stylish entertaining and dining ware that is affordable".

The ?Last Kiss? starlet was in the house to talk about her hit show ?Hart of Dixie? as well as her new work with the nonprofit COmmunities In Schools initiative.
According to Rachel, fans can bid on the chance to go on a retail romp in Beverly Hills with her and her fellow celebrity gal pal Kristen Bell.
All proceeds from the auction will be donated to LA School Life 2012?s charitable projects. Other celebrities involved include Amy Smart, Elijah Wood, Ali Larter, and Busy Phillips.

The "Hart of Dixie" darling and her "Jumper" co-star beau romped along the Caribbean island's sandy shoreline while sharing a few warm embraces as they cooled off in the crystal clear waters.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Bilson's father Danny, step mom Heather Medway and half-sisters, Hattie and Rosemary, were also along for the Barbadian holiday, with the relaxing vacation comes at a perfect time to give the ?Hart of Dixie? starlet a break from her always busy filming schedule.
The CW comedy-drama?s first season is coming to an end and, as of now, there are no current plans on whether or not the Leila Gerstein created series will be back for a second season.

Sporting a pair of white shades while looking super chic, Rachel Bilson helped celebrate Spring Sunglass Style with the Sunglass Hut in Los Angeles, CA on Monday evening (March 12).
The fashionista posed for photographers upon her arrival, wearing bright magenta wide-leg trousers, a navy blazer and a tucked-in casual white scoop neck t-shirt.
The eyewear outing comes just as the adorable brunette covers the April 2012 issue of Lucky magazine, in which she dishes about her own personal style.
In an interview with the mag, Miss Bilson explains that - as much as she loves clothes - she's also an accessories girl, saying, "I seem to naturally go to neutrals, with a pop of color. I'm really big accessories person. You wear a plain T-shirt and jeans and then do something really cool with the jeans or the amazing shoes, or a really cool scarf or belt or bag."
The "Hart of Dixie" star always looks polished and put together, but she says it's all about the comfort, telling, "I don't like to wear anything I'm not in the mood for."
