Yesterday, TMZ had a weird photo of Drew Barrymore and her fianc, Will Kopelman, leaving a doctor?s office in Beverly Hills – go here to see the photo. TMZ claims Drew is carrying ?what appears to be sonogram results??? All I can really make out is the lollipop. That?s a lollipop, right? Not a fetus? But this photo has spurred some rumors about Drew?s engagement to ?art consultant? (eye roll) Will. Shotgun marriage?
Could Drew Barrymore be planning more than just her wedding this year?
After the recently engaged actress was spotted leaving a doctor’s office with a sonogram in-hand over the weekend, seen in a photo posted on TMZ.com, some are wondering whether Barrymore, 36, is expecting her first baby with fianc Will Kopelman.
The couple would like to become parents, a source close to them told PEOPLE last month. “Drew is so motherly,” the source said at the time. “Will would like to be a dad. Family is so important to him.”
When asked by PEOPLE if Barrymore was expecting, her rep had no comment.
Although there could be another explanation for the sonogram, starting a family has long been on Barrymore’s mind. “I definitely feel the beginnings of a tick-tock,” she told PEOPLE in 2006. “Whether I have children or adopt, whatever form a family comes in, I would absolutely love to have it.”
In recent weeks, the actress has stepped out for public appearances in notably loose-fitting clothing, though her characteristic style has always been on the bohemian side. At a Feb. 18 party celebrating Marni’s new line for H&M, the actress was asked if she had selected a wedding dress yet. Laughing, she told reporters, “Oh, gosh, I don’t know! I’ve been trying to figure it out! All I know is that I want something tasteful, something timeless.”
Barrymore first stepped out with Kopelman, an art consultant, last February.

Hitting the talk show circuit as part of her "Big Miracle" promotions, Drew Barrymore recently dropped by "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" in Burbank, California.
The 36-year-old actress wore a colorful J. Crew frock as she sat down alongside the show's host to talk about her whale-based movie, as well as engagement to fiance Will Kopelman.
Dishing about her husband-to-be, Miss Barrymore told, "We met a couple years ago, and we actually went on some dates but it wasn't the right time... and timing is everything. I do believe that - it's a very powerful thing."
When asked if children are a possibility, Drew replied, "Sure! I don't know [how many] yet. Start with one, see how it goes. If we could be so blessed, that would be wonderful."

After making a day-beginning appearance on "Good Morning America" in NYC, Drew Barrymore hit the road and made her way to the nation's capital to screen her new movie "Big Miracle" on Wednesday night (January 25).
The recently-engaged actress was decked out in a colorful Ports 1961 frock as she posed arm-in-arm at AMC Loews Georgetown 14 with fiance Will Kopelman ahead of the film's big Washington, D.C. debut.
Directed by Ken Kwapis, Drew's new motion pictures is set in small town Alaska while finding "a news reporter recruit his ex-girlfriend - a Greenpeace volunteer - on a campaign to save a family of gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle."
Also starring Kristen Bell, Dermot Mulroney, John Krasinski and Ted Danson, "Big Miracle" is set to hit theaters next Friday, February 3rd.

Drew Barrymore signed up for her third try at marriage, but before you say, “Who the fuck cares?”…oh wait. There isn’t any reason you should care. But you can at least stick around as a simple courtesy to me. Says Celebrity Fix,
Drew Barrymore is reportedly engaged to her art consultant boyfriend, Will Kopelman.
According to US Weekly Will popped the question in Sun Valley, Idaho, over the holidays, with a source telling the mag: “He’s madly in love and knows she’s The One.”
Drew and Will have been (publicly) dating since February last year, and a ‘pal’ of Drew’s told US in October that the 36-year-old is “yearning to get married and have kids.
I thought for a moment that I should go to the doctor and get tested for narcolepsy, because I was in the middle of reading this article and then the next thing I realized, I woke up with my face in my bowl of cereal. The only reason I’m not going is because this gig doesn’t provide medical benefits, so I figured if I posted it, and then asked if you had a similar reaction, then I could figure out if it was just me or if the story is really boring enough to make you spontaneously pass out. Let’s compare notes, shall we?

Tending to her business affairs, Drew Barrymore was spotted leaving a meeting in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (December 20).
Joined by her boyfriend Will Kopelman, the ?Never Been Kissed? actress looked to be in good spirits as she chatted on her mobile phone and walked back to her car.
And it sounds like Drew?s relationship with Will has caused her to change her vegetarian ways - she?s back to eating meat.
According to a report, Barrymore says it?s too difficult to be vegetarian on her own, and that cooking for herself and Kopelman is easier now that they?re eating the same diet.

It?s been a while since I?ve heard anything about Drew Barrymore and her boyfriend of?not even a year, it seems. They began dating early this year, like January/February. Since I hadn?t heard anything, and since Drew is pretty flaky about men, I kind of thought they were probably already over. Not so much, according to Us Weekly. Their sources claim that Drew thinks Will is ?the one? - the one to marry and have babies with, I guess. Will loves her too, and he?s already ring-shopping.
Drew Barrymore wants Will Kopelman to put a ring on it! The actress — who turns 37 in February — “is yearning to get married and have kids,” a source tells Us Weekly.
The insider says that Kopelman, 34, has been thinking about rings, and could pop the question “around the one-year mark of their dating” this winter.
“He’s madly in love and knows she’s The One, but he just needs a bit more time.”
Still the art consultant understands he can’t wait that long. Adds the source, “If this were some twentysomething woman, there would be no rush.”
In fact, since Barrymore has babies on the brain, the insider adds, “I could see her getting pregnant before they get married!”

I could see her getting pregnant and never getting married again. I don?t think Drew really cares about getting hitched at this point, but you never know. She?s such a girly-girl, maybe she wants to do the wedding thing one more time. What would this be? Her third or fourth marriage? Edit: It would be her third.
As for Will? he seems much more ?together? than the guys Drew usually goes for, and I like that he?s not part of the Hollywood crowd, and he doesn?t seem like a famewhore. That being said, the guy could possibly be a user. His family is wealthy, but Will?s job title is ?art consultant? - which I believe means that he just tells rich people which artworks to buy. He could just be looking for some wealthy woman who will support him. Or maybe he?s a really nice guy. I don?t know.

The "He's Just Not That Into You" actress swapped in and out of a range of the department store's high-end offerings as she posed for photographer Norman Jean Roy.
Talking about the campaign, Eddie Nunns, vice president of Neiman Marcus brand creative, told WWD, ?The shoot tells the story of a star?s transformation and Ms. Barrymore had a strong hand in the execution, even down to having a point of view on hair styling."
Debuting in a handful of magazine's September issues, Nunns added, "She?s a powerful, modern woman with trans-generational appeal.?

This certainly won?t be the last director?s gig for Barrymore, as she is set to direct the upcoming ?How to Be Single,? a decade?s worth of stories about solo New Yorkers.

The ?Never Been Kissed? actress looked lovely as she hammed it up for the press in the arrivals area outside the London Hotel in West Hollywood.
As for her recent transition from blonde to red tresses, her stylist Tracey Cunningham said it was simply a whim.
?Drew just felt like trying out red, and it looks great on her- she loves it!? Of course, pretty much everything looks amazing on Drew!
