Getting on with her life after a tough break-up this past summer, Emma Watson adventured in New York City today (January 23), in search of a new luxury apartment.
The "Harry Potter" starlet was cute and casual, strolling through the icy air in a red plaid scarf, thick wool coat and skinny jeans, walking along with a notebook ready to jot down her thoughts.
23-year-old Emma took a gander at properties in a brand new condominium building at 150 East 72nd Street, with prices ranging from $4 million to $15 million.
She was accompanied by her real estate broker, and her new abode is reportedly said to house herself and new boyfriend and Oxford student, Matthew Janney, who currently studies modern and medieval languages at Oriel College.

The “Harry Potter” star shook things up on Sunday when she sported an outfit that was actually half dress, half pants on the red carpet.
I think it’s telling of her that she could have just about any straight male actor in the universe and yet she chose a rugby player to get her daily dose.

Emma Watson wore one of the most talked-about dresses on last night’s Golden Globes carpet. Perhaps it was simply one of the most surprising looks? Emma wore Dior Couture, which looked classy and normal from the front even while she attempted to give us a view of her little black trousers. Then when she turned around, the dress opened up like a hospital gown to reveal a bare back and (thankfully) those leggings. Purple Roger Vivier pumps completed the look.
I think this is actually a very avant garde ensemble that Emma pulls off well. She’s young and funky enough to get away with an unconventional look, and it’s not like any of her bits and pieces are visible. The bare back is slightly sexy, but the modest front keeps the look in check. She knew she looked good too. That makes all the difference. Those pearl earrings are adorable! Emma had a great time with this outfit.
Emma Roberts‘s stylist (dramatically) announced ahead of time that Emma wouldn’t choose her gown until the day of the awards. It shows. Emma wore a basic black Lanvin dress that passes all the checkmarks, but there’s something missing. The fishtail skirt is kind of cool, but the dress doesn’t speak to me. Those turquoise earrings are completely wrong. Like museum giftshop awful.
Berenice Bejo wore a ruby red Giambattista Valli gown that was way, way too much. The lovely French actress was completely lost in this ruffled, embellished dress with a full-on train. I think the gown actually would have worked without the hip ruffles, which are the tipping point. Likewise, I would have skipped the gold earrings. Berenice’s beauty usually speaks for itself, but this look is overkill.
Melissa Rauch wore a canary yellow Romona Keveza dress to support her Big Bang Theory castmates. I’m not crazy about the dress, but this is a step up from last week’s People Choice look. Her hair and makeup are very classy, and I think losing the little “sleeves” would have been a knockout move.

Emma Watson looked real pretty at the Golden Globes last night. I’m not sure what she was wearing though. It was a dress with pants. Who wears that kind of dress with pants? That’s like wearing assless chaps with underwear and you do not want to wear assless chaps with underwear. Total fashion faux paus.

All dolled up for one of the biggest nights of the year, Emma Watson was in fine form as she made her arrival at the 71st Golden Globes this evening (January 12).
Clad in darling designer duds, the ?Harry Potter? starlet greeted her fellow famous folks outside the Beverly Hilton and posed for a few photos along the way.
It?s going to be another fabulous year of fierce competition thanks to a wealth of worthy films in the running.
The Best Picture (Drama) nominees include ?12 Years a Slave,? ?Captain Phillips,? ?Gravity,? ?Philomena,? and ?Rush,? while ?American Hustle,? ?Her,? ?Inside Llewyn Davis,? ?Nebraska,? and ?The Wolf of Wall Street? are all vying for the Best Picture (Musical or Comedy) title.

The brunette star wore a black bikini and appeared lean and toned. Styled with her bikini was a statement necklace and a pair of black shades. The couple showed ample PDA as they frolicked on the beach. Matt Janney is an Oxford rugby player, and is surely a hunk.
?He was being a gentleman the whole time. He is clearly very much into her, but then who wouldn?t be, she is one of Hollywood?s hottest stars. They couldn?t stop giggling and smiling the whole time.?

Last summer she split with Will Adamowisz, and these days Emma Watson is keeping warm by cuddling up with Matt Janney.
The 23-year-old ?Perks of Being a Wallflower? cutie was spotted on holiday in the Caribbean with the 21-year-old Oxford University rugby stud, and it sounds like things went quite well.
An eyewitness snitched, "They didn't have a care in the world. Matt was very protective of Emma ? often putting his arm around her."
"He was being a gentleman the whole time. He is clearly very much into her, but then who wouldn't be? She is one of Hollywood's hottest stars. They couldn't stop giggling and smiling the whole time."
Emma and Matt got together after he played in the Oxford vs. Cambridge varsity rugby match in at London?s Twickenham Stadium back in December. Watson pursued Janney at a post-game party.

Emma Watson and Will Adamowicz have split. Judging by all the clapping and cheering, I’d say you’re pretty broken up about it. The two separated last summer and are “no longer in touch,” says her rep.
The split came before Will was photographed with what looked like cocaine at a NYE party in New York. Just in case you’re wondering why the rep wanted to make it clear that they’re no longer in contact.
The Mirror asked him what all that white powder was and, an hour later, the Facebook page was taken down. Obviously they didn’t want people to find out his dark secret. Dude loves to bake. It’s so embarrassing.

Here is Emma Watson proving that she’s now a pro at the whole thing as she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport looking all fresh faced in a super cool outfit. She swept out of LAX in a grey jumper, monochrome bomber jacket with leather sleeves (need it, need it now), black skinny jeans and patent ankle boots.
It was reported last week that Emma will be reuniting with her Perks of Being a Wallflower director Stephen Chbosky on the upcoming movie While We?re Young!

Here is Emma Watson donning a little white dress for the premiere of Gravity held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City. The 23-year-old looked stylish and sexy as she flaunted her slim frame in a little white dress.
It?s about how it?s smart for a celebrity to dress according to the genre of movie she?s attending (action movie: dress slutty, rom-com: dress like a Valentine, superhero movie: primary colors, Oscar-bait movie: award-like metallics). Sandra Bullock kinda went with the sci-fi-appropriate minimal white with metallic accents (the Princess Leia, if you will) for this premiere, but we have to give it to Emma for really taking that theme and running with it.
