Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish will be getting married soon. Probably this weekend or next. Page Six says that Bosworth is going to sell/give the wedding photos to Martha Stewart Weddings, and if I know Bosworth (I don?t), I think she?ll probably arrange for at least one wedding photo to be given to People Magazine or something too, just so we can see her dress. I?ll admit, I want to see her dress. I?m curious about it. I?m curious if it will show off her body or whether she?ll go for a more conservative, covered-up look. Star Magazine says that Kate is determined to GAIN weight before her wedding so that she?ll finally be up to a size 6 wedding gown. Um?
Notoriously skinny Kate Bosworth is doing the one thing most brides shun ? gaining weight for her big day! Bosworth, 30, wants to move up two dress sizes by the time she says ?I do? in late August to her director fianc.
Kate?s close pal tells Star that Kate will be ?at least a size six when she walks down the aisle.? Kate will wed in an intimate country-style ceremony, sources say.
Kate is tired of starving herself for movie roles and wants to become more lenient when it comes to food.
?Her fianc Michael Polish is a butt guy, but Kate really doesn?t have one. He?s been after her forever to put on weight, so he?s overjoyed.?

Wait, she wants to go up two dress sizes to a size six? We?re supposed to believe that she?s a size 2? I don?t believe that. I think she?s a size zero, and I think even size zero clothes are baggy on her. I also don?t believe that she?s been a size two this whole time because she?s been ?starving herself for movie roles.? She hasn?t been getting movie roles! She barely gets hired for anything these days. So at some point, doesn?t she just have to admit that she?s starving herself for the hell of it? And personally, I think Kate would get hired for more stuff if she did put on weight. I?m sure there are thousands of actresses who can tell stories about being told to lose weight for a job, but is it so off-the-wall to think that there are many actresses who have been told to gain weight?
Also: ?Michael Polish is a butt guy.? I could have lived my whole life without needing to know that. EW.

God, remember when I used to write about Kate Bosworth on a regular basis? That was a few years ago, when she was banging Alexander Skarsgard and she wanted everyone to know that she was banging him. Since The Bos and Alex split up, she?s been with Michael Polish. There actually might have been some overlap between those relationships, because two seconds after Kate and Alex were done, she was making photo-ops with Michael. Anyway, Michael and Kate got engaged months ago and they seem to have a very close, almost creepy relationship. Some say he?s controlling. Some say she?s still in charge. I don?t know. But there is this interesting little item in Page Six today:
Kate Bosworth is finally going to tie the knot this month. The actress and fashion plate is getting married to director Michael Polish in a ?country- style wedding? at the end of the month. Sources tell us photos from the ceremony will also be featured in ?Martha Stewart Weddings.? (Blake Lively did the same with her wedding to Ryan Reynolds.) Bosworth and Polish had been dating since 2011, but Polish put a ring on it last September, and she posted a picture of the ring on Twitter.

Haha, The Bos thinks she?s Blake Lively. The Bos could have been Blake Lively if Bosworth had better game, I think. Neither woman will ever be known for their acting talents, so both women have ?side projects? that sustain them. Blake just has better side projects. Anyway, I will actually look forward to seeing photos from Kate and Michael?s wedding. I?m actually curious to see what her wedding dress will look like and whether there will actually be food at the wedding.
You know who else is getting married at the end of the month? Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo. Do you think those two couples will get married on the same day?

Gearing up for an outbound flight, Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish showed up at LAX International Airport this morning (May 2).
The ?Blue Crush? cutie and her handsome fianc held hands as they strolled through the terminal, both hiding from the paparazzi behind sunglasses.
Kate and Michael recently attended the premiere of their new film ?Big Sur? during the 2013 San Francisco International Film Festival.
As for her first red carpet fashion disaster, Kate told press, ?I was 14 and my pants' zipper broke. I didn't have a stylist, so my mom had to safety pin me in!?

This is a really big week for the awards season. Here are all of the things going down within the next seven days: New York Film Critics Awards (tonight), National Board of Review Awards (tomorrow), People?s Choice Awards (Wednesday), Critics Choice Awards (Thursday), the Oscar nomination announcements (also Thursday), then Golden Globe weekend, full of industry parties and the official start of everyone?s Oscar campaigns. This is all to prepare you for the onslaught. It?s going to be major.
So last night, Audi sponsored a ?kickoff cocktail party? for the Golden Globes, and only one of the potential (and likely) Oscar nominees showed up. The rest of the people were an assortment of famewhores and television actors. Amongst that group, Kate Bosworth was literally the most photographed person there. How? Why? I mean, I guess I understand. Better to invite The Bos to a ?kickoff cocktail party? than invite her to something that matters, like the actual Golden Globes. Of course, you wouldn?t know how unimportant this event is by the way she?s posing. This is her Oscar red carpet!! The Bos?s LBD is Emilio Pucci. And that?s her (somewhat creepy) fianc Michael Polish.
Kate just turned 30 years old last week, and Michael (who is 42!!!) helped her celebrate by getting this story into Us Weekly:
Kate Bosworth is a lucky gal. On Wednesday, Jan. 2, the Straw Dog star’s 30th birthday, Bosworth woke up to a gorgeous bouquet of roses and lilies from her fiance, Michael Polish, along with this sweet message:
“Happy Birthday to my #1 on the #2 day of 2013,” the 42-year-old director tweeted. “I love you.”
“What a beautiful way to start my bday!” the actress replied, along with a picture of her birthday blooms. “Thank you, Michael Polish.”
But flowers are just the beginning. An insider told Us Weekly that the blonde stunner’s beau has an even bigger surprise in store for his love of more than a year.
“Michael always wants to make Kate feel special and he can’t wait to celebrate her big day,” the source teased. “He’s completely crazy about her!”
The feeling is mutual. Engaged since summer, Bosworth told Us that even though she has yet to start planning her wedding to Polish, whom she met on the set of Big Sur, she’s got the most important detail down — the perfect groom.
“I’m not sure what I want [our wedding] to look like,” she said. “But I know the man, and that’s the only thing that matters.”

Poor Bos. She?s trying to drum interest in something ? anything! Would you like to hear about her birthday? No? Would you like to hear about her engagement? Would you like to hear about her wedding plans? She will tell you anything!! Anything except for news of her future projects, because her career is really faltering. The last movie she did was a Jason Statham action film, in which The Bos was cast lower than Winona Ryder. Burn!
PS? Bonus Naomi Watts & Liev Schreiber at the same event. I feel bad for Naomi if she felt like she had to share the red carpet with The Bos. Naomi is about a million times more talented than The Bos.

Finally getting a glimpse at some of Kate Boswrorth's newest work, LD Entertainment released the trailer to her upcoming horror flick, "Black Rock" on Wednesday (November 28).
In the two and a half minute clip, eager viewers get a taste of the eerie setting that Kate and her co-stars are set to encounter along with the thrilling twists and turns the plot will take.
The Katie Aselton directed film follows three childhood friends who set aside their personal issues and reunite for a girls' weekend on a remote island off the coast of Maine. One wrong move turns their weekend getaway into a deadly fight for survival.
"Black Rock" is set to hit theaters on May 17, 2013.

The "Blue Crush" stare wore a sleeveless blue floral top, light shorts, and sandals as she cuddled close to her fiance.
In the Big Easy shooting her upcoming movie, "Homefront," the 31-year-old actress recently spoke to C Magazine about her relationship with the "Big Sur" director.
She gushes, "Michael and I had such an effortless artistic relationship. I felt this joy that I had found a director I wanted to continue to work with. I am so blessed. I have my best friend and my lover - but also my mentor."

Kate told press she?s having a blast in Sydney, as she has been reconnecting with folks she met while filming ?Superman Returns? in the gorgeous city.
"They are friendships that are special enough to withstand distance and pick up where you left off in such a beautiful way. I've seen all my friends and I miss them so terribly. Not a day hasn't gone by (when I don't think about them) because they are such deeply rooted friendships."

Recently, the 29-year-old actress landed a role in the upcoming action flick "Homefront," filming now. She'll play the meth-addict sister of a drug kingpin who runs up against a former DEA agent looking for a quieter life in a small town.
Joining her in the thriller, written by Sylvester Stallone, is James Franco, Jason Statham, and Winona Ryder.

Preparing to have some fun down under, Kate Bosworth and her fiance, Micahel Polish, happily arrived at NSW International Airport in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday (October 10).
The "Blue Crush" actress looked effortlessly beautiful in a black leather skirt, a white blouse and Ray Ban sunglasses, as she and her man made their way past the awaiting shutterbugs.
Before heading off on the international flight, Kate took to her Twitter page to enlighten her fans and followers on her next destination, writing, "S-Y-D-N-E-Y B-O-U-N-D."
In order to keep her appearance in tip-top shape, Bosworth hit up a local salon in Beverly Hills earlier in the week.
