Although she dated con man Raffaello Follieri for quite awhile, Anne Hathaway isn?t looking to reclaim the extravagant jewels he gave her that were confiscated at the time of his arrest.
And while that may not seem like a big loss at first, the ?Princess Diaries? dame is actually losing out on some very valuable items.
According to a report, Anne is saying goodbye to multiple Rolex watches, plenty of gold and silver rings, bracelets, and necklaces, a Louis Vuitton box, a Tiffany clock, and a Cartier figurine, just to name a few.
Instead, the items will be auctioned off by the Federal Government, with the spoils going to the highest bidder.

Bringing an end to a relaxing weekend, Anne Hathaway was spotted out and about in West Hollywood on Sunday (May 16).
The "Princess Diaries" darling animatedly chatted on her cell phone while spending the day book hunting at local shops.
As for her career endeavors, Miss Hathaway can next be seen in the upcoming Edward Zwick directed romantic comedy "Love and Other Drugs".
Co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Judy Greer, the film is about "a salesman competing in the cutthroat world of pharmaceuticals to hawk a male performance enhancement drug."

Having had her fair share of disappointments, Anne Hathaway hasn?t been all that lucky in love.
A New York contractor yesterday agreed not to file charges on the ?Bride Wars? star?s new boyfriend, Adam Shulman, as long as he returned ?stolen? artwork he took from a Meatpacking District construction site.
An alert Post photographer caught Shulman taking down a mural painted by street artist Mr. Braidwash, while joined by a friend on Saturday.
Ken Hart, president of H&H Builders, said the mural is his property. "If he brings me back the art, it's over," Hart said. "But if he doesn't, I'm going to the police to report it stolen!"
The news comes as it?s well-known that Hathaway?s previous man, Raffaello Follieri, is in jail for a scam that took millions from unsuspecting investors who thought he had connections to the Vatican.
