I finally understand why LeAnn Rimes has been posting so many creepy Vine videos to her Twitter! They were previews for her long-gestating reality show. We?ve been hearing rumors about this ?reality show? for months now ? apparently, Eddie and LeAnn were meeting with networks and producers, pitching a Curb Your Enthusiasm-type reality show. Like, it will be based on their real lives but it will be ?scripted? and ?they will be playing versions of themselves?. At least that?s how it was billed a few months ago. Well, LeAnn confirmed the project to People Magazine in her ?exclusive? interview:
LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian are headed back to the small screen ? and ready to face their critics head on.
“We’re doing a TV show based on our reality,” Rimes, 30, tells PEOPLE. “We’ll take things out of our lives and elaborate them and make them funny. People have been laughing at us ? we want them to laugh with us!”
The couple, married since 2011, met on the set of Lifetime’s Northern Lights in 2008, and gained public notoriety when they fell for each other and ended their respective marriages the following year.
“For some reason, everyone is so interested in our lives but they don’t actually know about them,” Rimes says. “What they read is what they see. We want to be able to take control of our lives again so we want to do a show about us, about our lives, but scripted.”
The show has yet to secure a title or network, but the singer, whose new album, Spitfire, will be out June 4, is looking forward to working with her hubby again.
“That’s why we explored the idea of doing the show, to be able to be together.”
And what about the rumors that Rimes is joining the cast of next season’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, currently starring Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville?
“That would never cross my mind,” she says with a laugh. “Never in a million years!”

He?s always talking about ?the reality-based reality? versus ?the reality that can be created? through sheer force of will. Which is a good way to think about this LeAnn project: think of the LOLs it will bring. Because people will still be laughing AT them and not with them. This is going to be such a disaster.

She?s been having a blast serving as stepmom to her husband Eddie Cibrian's sons Mason and Jake, and LeAnn Rimes hasn?t ruled out having some kiddos of her own.
During an interview with Us Weekly, the ?How Do I Live? singer assured fans that it?s quite likely that she?ll be preggers in the years to come.
LeAnn noted, "We talk about having kids all the time and I would love to, but it's gonna be a second. I'm still young and fertile -- it's all good!"
"I was just with the kids for the last two days taking care of them on my own, and trust me . . . I have a newfound respect for working moms who do it all by themselves. It was my birth control for a little bit -- so overwhelming!"

I told you yesterday that LeAnn Rimes had given ?exclusive? interviews to both Us Weekly and People Magazine, and I imagine both pieces include the same BS quotes about ?feeling pathetic? and ?being strong now? and ?not knowing how to process everything.? As it turns out, LeAnn also talked about motherhood and fertility and such too. Fascinating?
She’s got a full house already: a husband, two kids and four dogs, but LeAnn Rimes is ready to expand, when the time is right.
“We have a lot on our plates,” says the singer of home life with Eddie Cibrian, 39, and his children Mason, 9, and Jake, 6, who live with the couple part-time. “But whenever I talk about kids, I’m like, ‘Let’s have one!’ I have a lot of work to do now but I’m totally ready if it happens.”
Timing aside, Rimes, 30, whose new album Spitfire is out June 4, is realistic about her dreams of being a mother.
“It took my mom 12 years to have me. I hope I don’t have that [issue] but if I do, then a surrogate is something I’ve thought about,” she says. “Eddie and I have also talked about adopting. My capacity to love a child doesn’t stop at my own eggs, obviously!”
Rimes and Cibrian married in 2011, two years after separating from their respective spouses following an explosive, and highly publicized, affair.
“I felt like my life was falling apart,” she says. “But now I feel settled. I’m proud of our great family. Eddie is an amazing father and I love my stepsons.”
Still, Rimes says with a laugh, it would be nice to mix things up a bit when it comes time for a new arrival. “Testosterone is all around here so I need a little girl!”

I actually don?t think LeAnn could deal with having to ?compete? with a daughter for attention. It would not bring out the best in her. As for the fertility issue, Us Weekly released more of their interview:
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have their hands full with Mason and Jake, the actor’s sons with ex-wife and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville. Even so, the spouses of two years are excited about the prospect of starting a family of their very own.
“We talk about having kids all the time and I would love to, but it’s gonna be a second,” Rimes tells Us Weekly. “I’m still young and fertile — it’s all good!”
The “Borrowed” singer predicts that Mason, 9, and Jake, 6, will be “a little older” before she and Cibrian give them a half-sibling. “I was just with the kids for the last two days taking care of them on my own, and trust me . . . I have a newfound respect for working moms who do it all by themselves,” Rimes admits. “It was my birth control for a little bit — so overwhelming!”
The tight-knit brothers are “really active,” Rimes explains, so most afternoons are spent hanging out in the backyard playing “whatever they’re dreaming up at that moment.”
“The little one has a vivid imagination, so we’re usually playing swords and shooting people with imaginary guns. Mason is turning 10 and he’s definitely got that kind of pre-teen thing going on, which is so crazy because I’ve known him since he was 6,” the Grammy winner tells Us. “They ride dirt bikes now and quads. I grew up in Mississippi, so I’ve ridden quads my whole life, since I was like 2-years-old. So that’s kind of like our family thing to do now. Everybody has either a dirt bike or a little quad and we go riding around the neighborhood.”
Rimes, 30, doesn’t mind being outnumbered 3-to-1 when Cibrian has custody of the kids. “It’s fun to be around boys,” explains the singer, whose new album Spitfire is out June 4. “You get to do things that I didn’t necessarily get to do and haven’t gotten to do in a long time. With two boys around, I usually don’t get out of shorts and a T-shirt because we’re rolling around most of the time and jumping on a trampoline. I love it!”

Again, how is this appropriate? How is it appropriate to pitch a fit about your ex-wife showing your sons (in the background) of a reality show but it?s completely okay for your children?s stepmother to whore out details of her stepsons? lives to Us Weekly. Oh, and I live in the South too and it’s common to let young children ride/drive ATVs and dirtbikes, but that should be a discussion between Eddie and Brandi and it shouldn’t involve LeAnn discussing it with Us Weekly!!! LeAnn Rimes has a new interview with Us Weekly, but it?s not really anything we haven?t heard before. That?s what struck me about it, actually ? LeAnn has been using the same phrasing and justifications and explanations for months, like her publicist gave her a list of soundbytes to just use repeatedly. Stuff like: ?I was depressed and anxious, and I didn’t know how to process everything,? and ?I was? feeling terrible about myself and was disgusted by myself and thought I was pathetic,? and ?I’m gonna make mistakes but? I’m proud of who I am now.? We?ve heard variations on those themes for months.
And here?s what I never really thought about: do you think LeAnn ever truly felt ?pathetic?? Her actions were never those of a woman who doubted herself or felt depressed or pathetic. Her actions always belied her own confidence in what she was doing was right, that she deserved to have Eddie, that she wanted him and she was going to have him come hell or high water, no matter who else she destroyed along the way. And then after LeAnn ?got? Eddie, she behaved as a sore winner, flaunting her prize proudly and loudly, trying to shove her ?victory? in Brandi Glanville?s face. Whenever anyone called her out, LeAnn wept and cried? for herself. Because no one understood HER, because everything is always about her and her drama. So, yeah? this is just more of the same:
It wasn’t easy getting there, but LeAnn Rimes is finally — to borrow a phrase from the title of her third album — sittin’ on top of the world. She has a brand-new record, Spitfire; a devoted husband, Eddie Cibrian; and a healthier-than-ever outlook on life, love, and her own self worth, which she valued at next-to-nothing not that long ago.
Speaking to Us Weekly about her tumultuous journey over the last few years, beginning with her 2009 extramarital affair with Cibrian, the “Where I Stood” singer, 30, says she feels like she’s been on “an emotional roller coaster” recently. Last year, that roller coaster led her to seek treatment for anxiety and stress.
“I went in and took care of myself because I was stressed, I was depressed and anxious, and I didn’t know how to process everything,” she explains to Us of her decision to check into an in-patient facility in August 2012, noting that her “whole life has been out there for everyone to judge” since she was just 13 years old. “Going away was something I really needed to do.”
Writing and recording Spitfire helped her realize that, Rimes adds. Though in some ways it was a form of “intensive therapy” on its own, it also brought up some feelings she wasn’t prepared to face.
“I think I opened up the can of worms for myself by writing this record,” she tells Us. “There were a lot of things I didn’t even realize I was feeling…I needed to go somewhere and really process all of that stuff.”
“That stuff,” of course, includes the fallout from her affair with now-husband Cibrian. After Us Weekly broke the news of the Northern Lights costars’ tryst, Rimes hit bottom.
“I was feeling all these crazy emotions and feeling terrible about myself and was disgusted by myself and thought I was pathetic,” she says. (In fact, she uses some of those very words in songs on her new album. “Borrowed,” for example, looks into the darker moments of falling in love with a married man and includes lyrics like, “I don’t want to give you back.”)
These days, though, the country crooner is feeling settled and happy. “Sometimes it takes walking through those tough times to come out the other side stronger and wiser,” she explains to Us. “I’m gonna make mistakes as I move on in life, but that’s who we are, and I’m fortunate that I’ve grown a lot and I’m proud of who I am now…it’s a good place to be.
“I’m the strongest I’ve ever been,” she adds. “I’m the most honest with myself that I’ve ever been, I’m the most secure I’ve ever been about myself and my family, and I’m the most confident I’ve been in a really long time.”

If this is the most confident she?s been in a long time, then prepare yourselves for a rough ride. That means when LeAnn was making everything about her and her self-perpetuating drama machine, that was when her confidence was waning. Do you buy that? I don?t. I also don?t think LeAnn understands something very fundamental about the public backlash against her: it wasn?t just the affair and the ?homewrecking? ? it was how LeAnn behaved after she ?won? Eddie, with the Twitter trolling, whining and Single White Female-ing and much, much more. It was LeAnn trying to ?explain? and justify the affair that ruined her image more than the actual affair.

Though she's now on top of her game and loving life, LeAnn Rimes recently shared more about her struggles with her 2009 affair with Eddie Cibrian.
In an interview with Us Weekly, the country crooner admitted that the events took her on "an emotional roller coaster" leading to her treatment for anxiety and stress.
Noting the added pressure, she says that her "whole life has been out there for everyone to judge" and that "going away was something I really needed to do."
Turning her attention to her new album, "Spitfire," the 30-year-old songstress shares, "I think I opened up the can of worms for myself by writing this record. There were a lot of things I didn't realize I was feeling...I needed to go somewhere and really process all of that stuff."
When asked about those feelings, Ms. Rimes stated, "I was feeling all these crazy emotions and feeling terrible about myself and was disgusted by myself and thought I was pathetic."

Stepping out for some family fun, LeAnn Rimes attended her stepson Jake Cibrian?s little league baseball game in Woodland Hills, California yesterday (May 20).
The ?How Do I Live? songstress carried a custom iPhone case with a picture of Jake and his brother Mason as she watched the action on the field.
Last weekend, Rimes apparently tried to bury the hatchet between herself and her husband Eddie Cibrian?s ex-wife Brandi Glanville by sending her flowers on Mother?s Day.
Glanville tweeted, ?I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers,? later adding, ?Our relationship is that we still don?t even say hi at baseball. I don?t have her number-that?s it.?

Is anyone else surprised that Brandi Glanville has pretty much been keeping up with her end of the ?no more Twitter wars with LeAnn Rimes? thing? I think Brandi chose the right moment to call it quits and exit the battlefield ? she waited until she had promoted her book and squeezed every last drop out of the drama, then she assumed the high road and left LeAnn looking like the petty one. And not only that, but I get the feeling that LeAnn doesn?t really know what to do or how to ?fight? (not to mention WHO to fight) now.
So LeAnn is just trolling Brandi at this point, or trying to. According to Brandi?s Twitter, LeAnn sent Brandi flowers for Mother?s Day. Seriously. Brandi tweeted: ?I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers. Our relationship is that we still dont even say hi at baseball. I dont have her number-thats it.? Which is? terse. And not really a ?thank you? so maybe Brandi gave LeAnn the gift of DRAMA for Bonus Mom?s Day, the most important day of the year!!
Then, according to Radar, a Twitter follower asked LeAnn about it and she tweeted that it ?was actually the first acknowledgement of my gesture I was made aware of. I didn?t see anything else sent to me. It wasn?t for the ?thank you.? It was to just simply say Happy Mother?s Day.? But! I don?t see those tweets on her feed at all. So did she delete them? Probably. She did leave up a bunch of tweets about ?Twitter Stepmoms? and motherhood and what one of her friends got her for Mother?s Day (?), as well as this tweet: ?I’m always amazed at how twisted things can get. Was just speaking about this in an interview and it never ceases to amaze me.? Eh. I don?t know.
Meanwhile, Radar has a story claiming that Brandi spent Mother?s Day (or the day after MD) ?alongside? Scheana Marie, Eddie Cibrian?s other mistress circa 2008-09. Brandi corrected the record, tweeting: ?I went to @PandoraVT mothers day brunch on a Monday while my boys were N school I didnt know or did I care that Eddies ex mistress was there.? DRAMA all around.

Getting ready to jet out of town, LeAnn Rimes arrived at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday (May 14).
The "How Do I Live" singer looked cute in a white tank top, white jeans, a gray scarf, and a gray fedora as she made her way through the busy terminal.
Sharing that her travels are to promote her upcoming album, the 30-year-old musician tweeted, "And so it begins....headed to Nashville for 3 full days of press. Gonna be a whirlwind next 2 months! #spitfirejune4."
Though the step-mother-of-two has a rocky relationship with hubby Eddie Cibrian's ex, Brandi Glanville, she reportedly sent flowers to the "Real Housewife of Beverly Hills." Replying on Twitter, Brandi stated, "I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers. Our relationship is that we still dont even say hi at baseball. I dont have her number-thats it."

Here are some new photos of LeAnn Rimes at LAX yesterday. No, I don?t think she called the paps on herself ? I think the paps just hang out at LAX, waiting to get photos of celebrities. That being said, I doubt LeAnn was displeased to see them. She?s been posing for a lot of candid photo-ops lately, only she?s been organizing the photo-ops with her favorite super-exclusive photo agency. I wonder what?s up? Anyway, I kind of hate to admit it, but I really dig LeAnn?s starred sweatshirt or whatever. If they had that in a V-neck, I would be all over it. I also like her purse a lot too.
As I always do, I checked LeAnn?s Twitter feed to see if she had been tweeting anything controversial or interesting this week. She?s a mad re-tweeter, which is kind of annoying, and she?s currently shilling her new album HARD. Over the weekend, LeAnn tweeted: ?On a plane yet again, but headed home to my fam. Looking forward to hugging them all.? ?My fam?? Eh. I don?t think it?s as bad as when she refers to Jake and Mason as ?MY boys?. Let?s see, other tweets? ?It’s hard when everyone wants something but doesn’t understand when I can’t. I guess until you’re in someone’s shoes you can’t fully get it.? Is that a riddle? Is it a reference to walking in Brandi?s shoes (literally)? Is it about Eddie wanting LeAnn to buy him more toys? Whatever.

Gee, I wonder where LeAnn went shopping? I wonder if she has some kind of contract with Kitson? I would have thought Kitson didn?t really need to pay LeAnn to hold up their bags, which? if you think about it, makes this photo-op kind of sad. If LeAnn isn?t being paid to hold her Kitson bags like that, that means she?s doing it for free and Kitson is like, ?No, really, stop. We wanted Ashley Greene.? Anyway, new photos of LeAnn out and about in LA on Friday. Those bandage-shoes are still horrid. Did Brandi Glanville recently wear a pair? I will say this, though ? her legs look better now that she?s gained some weight back. Truly, they look pretty good.
LeAnn Rimes flaunted her toned legs in super short short-shorts Friday during a shopping trip in Malibu. The singer topped her denim shorts with a hot Pink and white top ? and an ear-to-ear smile.
For a change, she didn?t have a Twitter war with Brandi Glanville ? her successor as Mrs. Eddie Cibrian ? to think about. Instead, she was focused on the good news that her CD, Spitfire, finally has a release date. LeAnn?s label, Curb Records, announced that Spitfire will go on sale at Walmart June 4.
Featuring duets with Jeff Beck, Alison Krauss and Rob Thomas, Rimes is convinced Spitfire is her best album ever.
?I hope I?m saying things that are hard for others to express,? Rimes said of the album. ?It certainly took me a lot of work to get to this point. And it?s still easier to sing these thoughts than it is to say them out loud.?
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, it?s critical that Spitfire sell well, according to noted music critic Paul Grein.
?It?s certainly important because her last album Lady & Gentleman didn?t do well at all,? Grein told us.

Um? I thought Spitfire was already out? Is it just me, or did the release date get pushed back from April? I?m pretty sure it was supposed to drop in April, which would make sense because that?s when LeAnn was doing a lot of press.
As I always do, I checked LeAnn?s Twitter to see what she?s been up to in the past week or so since I?ve paid any attention to her. She tweeted Khloe Kardashian to tell Khloe that she looked ?sooooo hot? and LeAnn also tweeted a selfie while she held some mystery baby. She tweeted, ?I finally had ‘the baby’ & she’s already 2 1/2 months. LOL? Laughing with my girlfriend’s baby girl at lunch. #inlove”. It feels more like she?s just showing off her rings! How dare that baby take attention away from LeAnn!
Here a Twit-pic she tagged ?Go time?. For what? A Bolt-On Attack? No, she did a show in Nashville. I guess that was the ?go time?.
