This is why LeAnn and Eddie were in Miami over the weekend ? it wasn?t merely another vacation. LeAnn had to ?work.? She had to make that money so her kept man could keep all of his toys. I?m also adding some photos of LeAnn and Eddie at LAX after their weekend in Miami. Does Eddie look slightly embarrassed? He should. This VH1 reality show has blown up in his face, big-time. Deadline reported a few days ago that LeAnn & Eddie is sort of tanking in the ratings. Even ?Naked Dating? has more than double the audience.
The sayings are that sex sells and controversy gets coverage and certainly VH1 were betting on a bit of both with Naked Dating. To that end, last night?s 9 PM debut of the self explanitory reality series from Lighthearted Entertainment delivered ? somewhat. The 1-hour Naked Dating had 826,000 total viewers with 480,000 among Adults 18-49. Not only was that 0.5 rating the best non-Monday premiere in the Viacom channel has had since Mob Wives launched on April 17, 2011 with a 0.9 but it saw huge leaps up from the last quarter.
The rest of VH1?s new programming on VH1 might have wanted to strip down a bit to do better. Coming after the 551,000 who watched the debut of Candidly Nicole, the 10:30 premiere of Leann And Eddie was seen by a total 374,000 audience of 374,000. The former was up 51% from last quarter among the 18-49s with 325,000 watching while the later up just 19% over the last quarter?s average in the time slot with 252,000 viewers in the demo.

Basically, hundreds of thousands of people switched channels when LeAnn & Eddie came on. As it should be.
Oh, and Eddie recently ?joked? about how LeAnn has an eating disorder. Because JOKES, PEOPLE.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian ?on vacation? in Miami, Florida (they were in Miami at the same time as Leonardo DiCaprio ? coincidence?! Probably.) There were more graphic photos of LeAnn but I chose not to use them because A) we?ve seen her bolt-ons in a bikini many times before, B) she really wanted everybody to get a good look at her bolt-ons this weekend and her boobs were pretty much falling out and C) because gross. Besides, she wasn?t doing anything particular sexy ? her phone was in her hand pretty much the whole time, where I suspect she was obsessively reading tweets and/or tweeting from an account which hasn?t been discovered yet. I especially like the photos of Eddie leaning back, checking out all the ladies in bikinis (not his wife).
Perhaps this Miami trip is their victory lap after a super-successful reality show debut? Haha. LeAnn tweeted this over the weekend:

How many episodes did VH1 order again? Do you think that, in LeAnn?s mind, she?s now a legitimate reality star (just like Brandi) and everybody is obsessed with her life (like Brandi) and she?s going to make lots of money from her reality show (like Brandi)? I don?t even know anymore.
As for the show, a lot of you pointed out this Washington Post article/review of the VH1 show. It is harsh. And justifiably so. The show is a mess. A bigger mess than Spitfire.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian out and about in NYC yesterday. There were some costume changes because they were doing press to various media outlets. Like? they sat down with Wendy Williams and this interview was? uncomfortable. I know people have mixed opinions about Wendy (and I?m right there with you), but props to her for not pulling her punches with both of them. Eddie blatantly lies throughout the interview too, which is funny because it?s so obvious. He?s such a bad actor. He?s like, ?Yeah, we?ll have a baby,? as he literally squirms and looks pained.
?Well my wife doesn?t engage. I mean if you want to look back, really dig down and be a journalist, look at the timelines and you will see that there is a big discrepancy and there really is no going back and forth, my wife sometimes? I mean you eventually you have to say something, enough is enough, but the truth is she has always taken the high road.?
I think that ^^ is my favorite part, when Eddie tries to say that LeAnn never starts Twitter wars or that when LeAnn does go crazy on Twitter, it?s only because Brandi provoked her. Rii-ight. I really don?t think LeAnn and Eddie?s joint interviews have been going the way they planned. They were expecting everything to be light and breezy and interviewers are like, ?WHY ARE YOU SO CRAZY?? and ?Why do you start sh-t with Eddie?s ex-wife??
Oh, and LeAnn is releasing a dance remix CD? Hahahaha. This album will make Spitfire look like a huge hit.

LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian are doing lots of press ahead of the premiere of their VH1 show tonight. I guess they were on The View yesterday? I?m not going to look up the video because? just the idea of it makes my stomach hurt. But I will cover this USA Today interview with LeAnn and Eddie, which is still pretty gross. Much like the VH1 show, the first words out of LeAnn?s mouth are about Brandi Glanville. LeAnn is obsessed. She?s always been obsessed. LeAnn wants to wear Brandi?s face.
LeAnn is the Real Housewife: “I am actually a real housewife. I’m a housewife. When I’m home, I cook. I do housewife-y things. I love to go on RealSimple.com and pick up a recipe and hang out in the grocery store for hours. I go home and have a glass of wine and cook.”
Why they did the show (LeAnn): “We wanted to be home with the kids. That’s one of the reasons we explored this whole world. This is us taking our lives back, in a way.?
Why they did the show (Eddie): ?We wanted to work together. When we sat down and took stock of everything that’s happened over the last five years ? it’s been a one-sided story. If we scripted this, it would be an incredible sitcom. This show is a satire of what has happened in our lives.”
Eddie on whether the kids are on the show: “There’s no point and no benefit for the kids to be on any kind of show. They’re never on camera.”
Eddie on the Brandi issues: Cibrian says he won’t dig into any divorce issues, and says that he and Glanville manage to co-parent amicably these days. And he has no intention of behaving in a manner that would make his kids cringe when they finally see an episode. “It’s not invasive. It’s not exploitative. It’s not train-wreck TV,” says Cibrian. That being said, personal travails will be addressed as needed. “If it’s within the story line we’re talking about, you get to see how we would deal with it. That’s really it. There’s no malicious attacks.” Adds Rimes: “Nothing that we say about ourselves, or others, is untrue. We wanted for people to laugh with us ? they’ve been laughing at us for a long time.”

That?s how LeAnn justifies her Brandi obsession ? that LeAnn is only saying things that are ?true? (to her). That?s why LeAnn is obsessed with telling ?her side? of the story (?the story that no one knows.?) Except that when pressed about this magical ?other side of the story,? what you always get is just mundane narcissism. There?s nothing new here. It?s the same old crazy LeAnn we?ve seen time and time again. She just has a new outlet.

Well, well, well. You know how LeAnn Rimes sometimes has to channel her, uh, ?extra energy? into undercover social media tools? Many LeAnn-conspiracists have figured out when she posts photos, gossip, deranged thoughts about Brandi, etc, on undercover Instagram, Facebook or Twitter accounts. Sometimes you send me updates about it. The funniest moment was when LeAnn started an Instagram account in Eddie?s name and began posting old photos with bitchy messages directed at Brandi. Well, LeAnn has dialed down the crazy (sort of) on her official Twitter. But now her VH1 show has a Twitter and? I kind of think LeAnn might be operating it ? go here to see. Further evidence:

I?ve gotten some requests to cover this so? sigh. Let?s do it. LeAnn Rimes is really starting to amp up the promotion for LeAnn & Eddie, the VH1 reality show. She really hopes that this show will jump-start her country music career so that she can have some money coming in ? at the moment, the money is just going out. Mostly to buy Eddie ?presents.? So, she?s trying this whole ?touring? thing again and this is how she announced it:
I guess this is supposed to be cute? But I?m just embarrassed for her. I?m embarrassed that I watched this mess and that I listened to that ?song.? It?s not schadenfreude either ? I?m not pleased that she?s failing. I?m just embarrassed.
Meanwhile, Life & Style has a story this week about the VH1 show. Allegedly, Eddie is ?secretly humiliated? by LeAnn?s antics and their marriage is seriously on the rocks. LeAnn spends a lot of time on camera engaging in ?drunken tirades, crude behavior and inappropriate talk? in front of his kids. Eddie ?doesn?t even want to promote? the show. Here?s the funniest quote: ?She thinks it?s normal to get into bed and burp and fart under the covers and waft it toward Eddie. He doesn?t want his wife to look that way for the world to see?. Then at one point on the show, she says something ridiculous about sex to the kids, and Eddie tries to stop her.? She needs to stop wafting the farts towards him and just shove his head under the covers and dutch oven him. For what it?s worth, Gossip Cop?s sources say the story is full of lies.

Here are some photos of LeAnn Rimes at last night?s CMT Awards. LeAnn wore this white gown by Rani Zakhem. It?s not great. It?s not awful, but it doesn?t suit her frame at all ? this gown was made for a woman with some curves. I will give her some credit: her bolt-ons are looking much better these days. I don?t know if she got them fixed or whether her modest weight gain (she?s put on about 15 pounds in the past year) just makes everything look better. I don?t mind her hair either ? a lot of you seem to think she?s wearing extensions so that she can have hair just like Brandi Glanville. Could be. Also: where?s Eddie? Hmm? that?s interesting.
Speaking of Brandi, several of you tweeted me about this funny Radar story which? I mean, LeAnn is the ?unnamed source? here.
She?s at it again. It?s been five years since a well-publicized cheating scandal broke up her marriage and yet Brandi Glanville still can?t seem to get over the fact that Eddie Cibrian is now happily moved on and in love with LeAnn Rimes. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and in true Glanville style she?s using her kids to get back at her ex for having an affair. Only now, she?s taken it to an all-time low, even if it means causing a scene at her son?s very own birthday party, RadarOnline.coms has learned exclusively.
According to a source, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wanted to create drama at Sky High Sports Trampoline Park in Woodland Hills, Calif. on Sunday where 11-year-old Mason celebrated his big day, so the mom-of-two decided to indirectly dedicate a special song to Cibrian and Rimes.
?She went over to the jukebox and played Carrie Underwood?s ?Before He Cheats,?? said the source.
And if that wasn?t enough, Rimes and her guests suspect Glanville even invited a paparazzo to crash the festivities!
?They snuck into Jake?s birthday party and now Mason?s. There are photographs outside and inside so Brandi had to have told them where it was,? the source told Radar. ?But she?s been telling people that she took the photos.?
Unphased by the feuding exes, Rimes, 31, even tried to extend the proverbial olive branch by chatting with Glanville?s friends and even the reality star herself.
?LeAnn went out of her way to say hello and goodbye to Brandi, and even sat right across from her and tried to talk to her,? added the source. ?But she refused to look at LeAnn in the eye and only gave half a** responses.?
The country singer even brushed off the 41-year-old?s juvenile antics
?She thinks it?s childish. She just laughed,? continued the source. ?Brandi exploits her kids all the time. She used her son?s birthday party to cause drama? she?s a sad mother.?

There?s just so much here that is funny. It?s like LeAnn doesn?t even realize that she sounds like a hypocritical a?hole. No one would have known about this incident if it wasn?t for LeAnn whining to Radar. And do you really believe that it was Brandi who called the paps? Doubtful, considering LeAnn?s long history of calling the paps whenever she wants to look like a ?Bonus Mom.? It?s funny/sad that Brandi is still capable of getting under LeAnn?s skin to this extent.

It's one of the biggest nights in country music so it?s no surprise that LeAnn Rimes showed up to the 2014 CMT Awards tonight (June 4).
Showing some love to her loyal fans, the ?Swingin?? star took time to pose for pictures and greet spectators outside Nashville?s Sommet Center before scurrying inside so as not to miss a moment of the action.
Not only are there a ton of great acts nominated for trophies, but the 2014 CMT Music Awards has also recruited a host of top-name stars to hand out the hardware.
Presenters for the evening include Brooklyn Decker, LeAnn Rimes, Beth Behrs, James Van Der Beek, Cassadee Pope, Kate Walsh and Rascal Flatts.

They have a new reality series called ?Eddie & LeAnn? slated to debut on VH1 on July 17th and LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are excited for fans to see what they?re really like, apart from the silly tabloid reports.
The ?How Do I Live? singer explained, "It's like every other reality show. There?s a lot of heart to it but there?s also a lot of laughs. Eddie and I are very much that way in our relationship. We have a lot of humor between the two of us and give each other s--- a lot, so you see that."
"People read about us constantly and it's so opposite of who we are. I think people really think we take ourselves seriously. It's so opposite of that but no one ever gets to see it. Other than the reason of us wanting to work together and be home with the kids, why not have fun and poke fun at everything that's gone on for the last five years,? she added.
As for the key to their marital success thus far, Rimes noted, "Honestly it's not giving up on each other,? while Eddie chimed in, "I think that plays a really big part. You gotta have faith, and we have faith in our relationship."
When asked if they were thinking about having more kiddos, Eddie blurted out, "Oh yeah! Sure!" LeAnn added, "He's the best Dad already. I have a little bit of experience with the kids now so, I feel like I wouldn't be too crazed. It doesn't feel like a real first, first!"
Always a joker, Cibrian continued, "Look, maybe we should just get another dog and then see how that goes. It?s harder than babies actually! Potty training [dogs] is way worse!"

I completely forgot that LeAnn Rimes sang the National Anthem at the Indy 500 this holiday weekend. So here are some assorted photos from the event (some from her Twitter). Did it go off without a hitch? I have no idea. I?m assuming all went well. I have to admit, I like LeAnn?s hair more now that it?s longer. I?m sure she?s wearing a weave, of course, but I think the length suits her.
Meanwhile, LeAnn is promoting her marriage ? I mean, she?s promoting her VH1 reality show in a new interview with Us Weekly:
Ready for reality, kids? LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian spoke with Us Weekly on Tuesday, May 20, about the latest developments in their two-year marriage, including their upcoming VH1 reality series, and potentially wanting to expand their family with kids of their own.
The ever-affectionate couple, at the Bacardi Rum and Vice Celebrate Cuban Independence Day in NYC, gave some Us some insight on their show. “Good times! We had fun,” Rimes, 31, said, as she cozied up beside the Cuban-American actor, 40.
Cibrian — possibly alluding to his ex-wife Brandi Glanville’s Real Housewives filming — joked, “I mean, look. You can expect a lot of drinking and a lot of fights and we throw a lot of s— at each other and it’s a debacle. It’s horrible.”
“It’s like every other reality show,” added Rimes. “There?s a lot of heart to it but there?s also a lot of laughs. Eddie and I are very much that way in our relationship. We have a lot of humor between the two of us and give each other s— a lot, so you see that.”
She added that fans will be surprised by how normal their dynamic is as a couple.

This sort of interview always makes me feel sorry for LeAnn a little bit. Eddie really, really, REALLY does not want to have any more kids. And I sat here for a second, idly wondering if Eddie doesn?t want any additional kids or whether he just doesn?t want to see LeAnn as a mom. Think about it ? Eddie has seen LeAnn?s shenanigans up-close now for six years. Maybe he doesn?t want to see all of that with pregnancy hormones and then having to take care of a baby. A baby that will pull focus from LeAnn?s whirlwind of self-perpetuating drama. Just a thought.
