She definitely keeps her legal team busy, and now Paris Hilton is being sued for wearing the wrong hair extensions.
According to Gossip Cop, the ?Simple Life? babe was named in a lawsuit filed by Hairtech International for breach of contract stemming back to 2008.
The suit alleges that Paris appeared ?in magazines and on television not wearing [Hairtech International?s] hair extensions and was in fact wearing competitors? hair extension products.?
Hairtech also claims that Hilton?s jail stint in 2007 prevented her from helping to launch their new line of products and caused them to lose $6.6 million.

I know, I hate covering Paris Hilton in general, but sometimes it?s a little fun, in the same way it?s fun in a cheap, easy, gross way to cover the Kardashians. Paris Hilton launched her new perfume last night in LA. The perfume is called ?Tease?. Because Paris is a ?tease? - get it? Because we don?t know ANYTHING about her, because we can?t read her big, dumb face like an open book, because she?s such a woman of mystery and enchantment. I wish she would have a sense of humor about herself and call the perfume ?Trash with Money? or ?Unemployed? or ?Oxygen Thief?. Alas, Paris never takes my suggestions.
Anyway, I wanted to take about how Paris looked for the launch. Did she get a boob job? Or are her girls just jacked up beyond belief? I don?t honestly think chicken cutlets and the best push up bra in the world could make Paris look this boob-tastic. Also: the Marilyn thing. She?s done it a million times before, as has Lindsay Lohan and a million other girls. Why don?t these women ever realize that they?re grossly slandering their beloved icon? When I see Paris looking like a Botoxy 40-year-old prostitute with a Marilyn fetish, I don?t think ?Oh, Marilyn would be so proud.? I think, ?Poor Marilyn, look at what you?ve become for generations of celebutards.?
One more thing: is this a wig? If it?s a wig, it?s a really good one.

Getting all dolled up for the evening's promotions, Paris Hilton made her way over to My House in Hollywood, California on Tuesday evening (August 10).
Pulling off her best Marilyn Monroe, the hotel heiress smiled for the cameras as she launched her brand new fragrance called Tease.
Of the new scent, critics tell that it includes "fuji apple, white peach, bergamot, white flowers, amber, blond wood and hot sand."
Tweeting to her faithful followers ahead of the appearance, Paris wrote, "At home getting ready for my Tease fragrance launch event. Getting dressed up as my Idol and Favorite Icon Marilyn. Loves it!"

She?s always up to something, and yesterday (August 4) Paris Hilton was spotted out and about in Los Angeles.
The ?Simple Life? babe headed over to the M Caf de Chaya for some to-go food and was also seen visiting a friend in West Hollywood.
On the political front, Miss Hilton showed her overwhelming approval of the Proposition 8 overturn decision on her Twitter page.
She tweeted, "What a huge historical day for equal rights in this country! They finally overturned Prop 8! There shouldn't be a law on true love. :)"

Continuing her music video shoot for her new single, Paris Hilton was spotted hamming it up in Ibiza, Spain today (July 30).
The ?House of Wax? hottie looked flirty in her Pink trikini as she cavorted around the set with her backup dancers.
As for the inspiration for her soon-to-be-released new album, Paris gives credit to pop music veteran Kylie Minogue.
Hilton explained, ?I've always loved Kylie Minogue. She's one of my favorite artists. I've been really inspired by her. I wanted my music to kind of emulate her. I love her sound and I love the way she is.?

She?s gearing up for the release of her new single, and Paris Hilton was spotted shooting a music video in Ibiza, Spain yesterday (July 28).
The ?Simple Life? babe looked lovely as she pranced around in a Pink bathing suit teamed with a pair of baby blue sunglasses.
Excited about the shoot, Paris tweeted, "On set of the music video shoot. What an incredible house were shooting at and the weather is just beautiful! I Love Ibiza!"
Paris? upcoming album is said to be already completed and set to hit stores sometime this fall- hopefully it sells better than her debut!
