Geared up for a day in court, Paris Hilton was spotted outside the Los Angeles, CA courthouse on Wednesday (April 27).
While the hotel heiress was appearing to take the witness stand, police were forced to restrain a man who has allegedly been stalking Hilton after he attacked her current beau, Cy Waits.
In the courtroom, Ms Hilton testified against Nathan Lee Parada, who tried to break into the her Beverly Hills mansion and threatened her with a knife last summer.
Lucky for Paris, Cy was there at the time and pulled a gun on Parada - holding the intruder until the authorities arrived.

Last week, Sarah Shahi slammed Paris Hilton on Twitter, calling her a dumb bitch, after almost being hit by her car and watching her bust through a stop sign. More about that here.
Hilton tells Extra that it wasn’t her. “I was so shocked when I read that, too,” she said. Paris explains that she wasn’t even driving that day and had just come back from Vegas with her boyfriend. They were relaxing at home. “I hadn’t even been in the car that day. I literally came with a driver from the airport went to my house. Then later on I read that, I’m like ‘Dude, I wasn’t even driving.’ so I don’t know. Maybe it was some other blonde girl who looked like me.”
Paris added, “There are a lot of Paris Hilton lookalikes, who do it for a living. They’re always doing things and I’m getting blamed for it. So this could be another incident like that.”
It is true. Blondes in LA who look like Paris are a dime a dozen. So maybe it was an imposter. Maybe it was the Mexican Paris Hilton. Was she wearing a sombrero and shaking maracas? That’s how I usually tell the difference.

The ?Simple Life? hottie chatted away incessantly on her mobile phone while sporting an NYPD baseball cap and carrying her massive handbag.
In legal news, Paris is on the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by Allianz Insurance over $60,000 worth of stolen jewelry that was returned to her.
The suit states, "Despite having recovered Damiani's jewelry, [Hilton has] failed to return all of the jewelry to Damiani as required by the Agreements."

You know how Paris Hilton is a genius? True story. She single-handedly changed the nature of celebrity. Is that giving her too much credit? Probably. Before Paris, there were lots of people who were ?famous for being famous? and there were heiresses and reality stars and amateur porn stars and there were famewhores. Paris was all of that, and then some, all put in some weird, gross, coked-out stripper package, and she really did change it all. For the worst. But just as Paris changed the game, her predecessors came along and improved on the game. Look at Nicole Richie today - a mother of two, a wife of a rock star, head of a successful clothing and jewelry line, all of it completely legit. Then there are the Kardashians. Kim K. and Paris used to hang out. A lot. Circa 2005-06, they partied a lot together. Then Kim ?stole? Paris?s famewhore game and improved upon it. And now Kim is much more ?A-list? and legit than Paris.
As you can imagine, there has been drama between the two women. Last year, there were even some reports of Kim and Paris acting really bitchy towards each other at various events, basically fighting over who is the biggest (fame)whore. Paris seems to have a significant amount of resentment towards Kim, and being a petty, jealous moron, Paris?s jealousy occasionally comes bubbling up in interviews:
Paris Hilton says she has met all of her professional goals. The woman who perfected the art of being famous for being famous says she doesn’t fear being overshadowed by Kim Kardashian or any other reality show rival.
Hilton said in an interview Tuesday with The Associated Press that there are many people who try to imitate what she does. But she said, in her words, “I am the original so there is nothing like me.”
She added that she has “done everything that I wanted to do and I feel very blessed that I have been very successful on every area. So it’s very exciting. There is nothing else to do”.
Hilton was in Mexico to promote her new shoe line.

Taking time out to take a few pictures with her fans, Paris Hilton showed off her new show collection at a Mexico City store yesterday (March 29).
The always camera-ready socialite looked fashionable in a white top, thick gold necklace, poofy black skirt, black tights, and black and tan leather pumps during the south of the border press efforts.
With so many products in the works, it's obvious Paris isn't worried about "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" overshadowing her own popularity, as she told press, "I have done everything that I wanted to do and I feel very blessed that I have been very successful in every area. So it's very exciting. There is nothing else to do!"
The heiress even took a dig at former BFF Kim Kardashian , claiming she's the one and only pioneer of being famous for a lifestyle, "There's so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original.There is nothing like me."

Hey, remember those videos from 2007 where Paris said she and her sister were “like two [N-words]” because they were dancing to Biggie Smalls’ Hypnotize? Most people remember. Anyway, Paris Hilton will take legal action against Neil Strauss, author of Everyone Loves You When You’re Dead, for accusing her of making racist comments during an interview. Probably to protect whatever is left of her brand image.
To recap, Paris started making out with Vin Diesel, then made an excuse and left after realizing he was half-black. She told Strauss, “I can’t stand black guys. I would never touch one.”
A rep for Hilton insists Paris never said that and that they’re consulting lawyers. A statement from Hilton’s spokesperson reads: “These allegations are absolutely untrue and ridiculous. We have sent these claims to Miss Hilton’s lawyers to respond further. It’s another example of someone making false claims for financial gain.”
The reason Paris is consulting with lawyers first is because there’s a chance Strauss may have recorded the conversation. Hopefully that’s the case. Because Paris Hilton is racist and it’d be good to remind everyone including potential employers of the fact every few years.

It’s already sort-of known that Paris Hilton is a racist. (I say sort-of because a lot of people have forgotten it.) In one of the videos unearthed by that “Paris Exposed” site in 2007, Paris is shown dancing at a party or club with her sister, Nicky, and making an awkward reference to their skills by saying “we’re like two n-words.” (You can watch the video here.) On that tape, she also calls a guy the anti-gay f word and calls some girl she doesn’t like a “f’cking hoodlum whore, broke, poor bitch from like Compton. Public school bitch.” It’s dumb, racist and bigoted, but I guess we can’t expect much more from this girl. A new book has come out by Neil Strauss dishing on some of the things he’s witnessed interviewing the rich and famous. He details an interview with Paris Hilton in 1999, when she was just 18 and bragged about getting a boob job at 14 (but supposedly being made to take them out by her mom) and how she rejected a hook up with Vin Diesel because she thought he was black. She was of age, but Vin Diesel is 13 years older than she is and would have been 31 at the time.
HILTON: I went out with that guy last night.
Which guy?
HILTON (points to an actor in Saving Private Ryan): We were making out, but then we went somewhere where it was bright and I saw that he was black and made an excuse and left. I can?t stand black guys. I would never touch one. It?s gross. (pauses). Does that guy look black to you?
How black does a guy have to be?
HILTON: One percent is enough for me.

I’m sure Diesel didn’t want to catch the herp either, but maybe Paris hadn’t contracted it at that point. (Doubtful.) So not only is she a racist fool, she’s also dumb enough to turn down a hook up with Vin Diesel because he looks possibly black. It boggles the mind that someone could be that bigoted. Chances are that most of her family members are raging racists too. Dumb bitch had to learn it somewhere.
