Much like I predicted yesterday, Sandra Bullock is well on her way to becoming this year?s Erin Brockovich-esque success story. Bullock was one of the big winners last night at the People?s Choice Awards, helping The Proposal take home ?Favorite Comedy? (jointly with Ryan Reynolds) and picking up ?Favorite Actress Drama? for The Blind Side. Sandra was warm and funny throughout the evening, even though several people were making jokes at her expense. Ellen Degeneres cracked one about how she (Ellen) had won eleven People?s Choice Awards, saying ?One for every one of Sandra Bullock?s toes.? George Lopez, who is Bullock?s friend and former boss, joked that she was one of ?five white women who hasn?t slept with Tiger Woods.? When she won for The Blind Side, Bullock got emotional as she said: “I am only up here because I am fortunate to work with people who make me look good? and most of all to my family?Life is hard sometimes, but we get through with laughter.” She also thanked her family and wished her father well- it sounds like he?s health is failing, so hopefully he?ll be doing better soon!
As far as fashion went, the People?s Choice was rather boring. Most of the women wore boring black or white cocktail dresses, but there were some exceptions. Mariah Carey picked up an award for ?Favorite R&B singer? and it took her so long to get on stage because of her epic white dress. Plus, I don?t think Mariah knows how to walk. She get carried everywhere. Nick Cannon even had to go on stage to help fuss with her dress. It was ridiculous! Oh, well. At least she wasn?t sh-tfaced again.

This week’s Life & Style promises an “exclusive” and features Sandra Bullock on the cover with the title “Fighting for My Kid.” Inside, L&S does have an exclusive - with porn star Janine Lindemulder, the mother of five year old Sunny with her ex and Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James. Lindemulder is fighting for “expanded visitation rights” with her daughter, Sunny, who has been under the care of James and Bullock since January when Lindemulder began to serve six months in jail for tax evasion. James and Bullock take the position that Lindemulder is an unfit parent, and that Sunny is best left in their custody. Lindemulder has remarried, to a convicted felon with a long rap sheet. According to court papers filed by James before her incarceration, Lindemulder was sometimes so drugged out that she was leave Sunny alone during the day while she slept it off.
Lindemulder went on Good Morning America last month pleading to Sandra Bullock to sit down and talk to her about Sunny, saying “What would give her the right to take away my daughter? This is my daughter. I?m the best mother I can be.” In response, James’ lawyers issued a statement that Lindemulder’s beef was with James, not Bullock, and that she should bring her issues to court instead of the press.
In her GMA appearance, Lindemulder claiming she was pursuing a career as a tattoo artist. In the latest issue of In Touch, she confirms that she’s back to doing porn and says she’s “good at it” and it’s basically the only career she knows. She also talks some smack about how James wanted nothing to do with Sunny the first three years of her life, and claims that someone hacked into her e-mail account and deleted e-mail from James proving that he didn’t want the girl:
On staying in porn: “I like my job. I’m good at it. I’ve been a porn star for 23 years. It’s what I did right out of high school. If I won the lottery, would I do it? No. I don’t see myself in this for very much longer.”
On making too little to support her daughter: “That’s why I’m not going into the courtroom saying I want her completely now. But I do have 50 percent legal custody.”
On child support from Jesse: “I’m not getting any money from Jesse. What would make him happy is if I just vanished off the planet. I’m in fear of what Jesse’s capable of doing. [I suspect that] he had a hacker erase 30 e-mails from when Sunny was born. The e-mails said, ‘I don’t want Sunny to have my last name. Find her a new daddy.’ After he showed no interest in the first six months, I moved to Oregon. He said, ‘Good, the farther, the better.’ He wanted nothing to do with Sunny for three years of her life.”
On Sandra Bullock: “We haven’t even had a conversation. They couldn’t care less what I have to say. They changed Sunny’s school a while ago and didn’t tell me. I found out from Sunny.”

The more this woman talks, the more it seems like her daughter should stay with Bullock and James. I get that she deserves to see her daughter and I don’t think her career choice should affect a judge’s decision either way. She didn’t pay taxes for six years in a row and went to jail for it, and she’s married to a guy who has been convicted on state and federal charges “involving alcohol, guns and the manufacturing of narcotics.” Those are huge strikes against her whether she’s a porn star or not.
It looks like a judge shares my opinion. In a recent court ruling Lindemulder was denied overnight visits with Sunny and must see her daughter during the day. She was granted Christmas Eve with Sunny, though, that’s something.

Having some sad holiday news, Jesse James and wife Sandra Bullock will not be spending time with Sunny, Jesse’s daughter, after a judge ruled in favor of his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder.
Witnesses said, “Jesse sat quietly in court and let his lawyer to do the talking, while his ex represented herself. She was told she could pick up Sunny at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and return her by 6 p.m. the next day, but her husband, Jeremy Aikman, a two-time felon, won’t be allowed to be there.”
Sandra has been helping raise Sunny since January, when Lindermulder was imprisoned for tax evasion. Since released, there have been problems in custody.
Lindermulder’s request to have regular sleepovers was denied, but an exception was made for the holidays, which Jesse’s lawyer tried to fight back upon due to Web-cam porn that was happening in her home-but the judge sided with Lindermulder.

| Sandra Bullock gets it right for 'The Blind Side' red carpet | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Sandra Bullock has spent much of the year being a hot mess on various red carpets. No, actually, she was just a wreck on one red carpet, but once was bad enough. So it?s nice to see Sandra pull it together for the premiere of The Blind Side, which comes out this Friday. Look at her, she got it right! Good dress, good hair, maybe the earrings are a little too big, but I?ll accept them. Great shoes, and most importantly, Sandra?s not standing like a truck driver! Hurray!
The Blind Side is getting solid reviews, with many critics singling out Sandra?s portrayal of the very real Leigh Anne Tuohy, who adopted a homeless kid, who later became a star football player. Here?s Us Weekly?s review of the film:
Sandra Bullock shows a new sense of maturity and confidence in this uplifting heart-tugger that’s based on real events. She plays Leigh Anne Tuohy, a wealthy Memphis, Tennessee, interior decorator and mother of two who adopts a homeless high-schooler, Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron), when he enrolls at her kids’ parochial school.
Along with her supportive husband, Sean (a lovely ? and unrecognizable! — Tim McGraw), she nurtures the gentle giant from the wrong side of town all the way to an Ole Miss football scholarship and the NFL.
Bullock’s churchloving, hardworking, cashmere-wearing heroine exemplifies the idea that charity begins at home ? and the actress comes across as a real, passionate, take-noprisoners woman.
While the drama?s script is a little formulaic (yes, Oher helps his team win the big game and, yes, joining the Tuohy family helps him get his life together), its message still inspires.

Sandra has been out promoting the film for several weeks - many noted her funny interview in Parade, where Sandy noted that ?I?m aware I can be annoying.? Sandra also sat down with Matt Lauer on The Today Show yesterday, and discussed football, mother/son stories, and how wig looks just like Kathie Lee Gifford?s ?real? hair. Kathie actually made a great joke about that, when Sandra said ?but that?s her real hair? Kathie quipped, ?not really?. Here?s the interview:

Tending to her all-important promotional duties, Sandra Bullock paid a visit to the “Today” show in New York City on Tuesday (November 17).
Spotted returning to her hotel upon finishing her interview, Miss Bullock is in town to promote her new film “The Blind Side”.
“The Blind Side” is a movie about NFL lineman Michael Oher, who went from homeless to a professional football player.
And supporting Oher through thick and thin was Leigh Anne Tuoh, who was a southern belle who took charge while being a mother and took Oher into her family.
Sandra Bullock has the honor of playing the woman who changed Oher’s life.
“I felt a great sense of fear in trying to tackle that person,” Bullock said as Tuohy sat next to her at a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. “You don’t meet an energy like Leigh Anne’s ever.”
Bullock also went blonde for the look of Leigh Anne, but her family didn’t love it.
“I like blond highlights, but there is a very important person in my life,” she said of James, who “just didn’t want me being blond, thank God.”
She smiled, “There was a little person who thought I looked like an angel. Then there is a big person who said, ‘I don’t like the blond on you, take it off.’ You want him to say that. You do.”

Yesterday former pr0n star Janine Lindemulder ? ex-wife of Jesse James ? went on TV and begged his wife Sandra Bullock to sit down and talk with her about their custody case of Lindemulder and James? five-year-old daughter Sunny. Lindemulder, aside from being a pr0n star ? has just gotten out of jail after serving a six month sentence for tax evasion. She also has a long drug problem, and her new husband has a lengthy criminal record.
Jesse and Sandra have been trying to keep Sunny away from Janine, for obvious fears about her safety. They believe it?s best Sunny live with them full-time. Janine seemed genuinely contrite and desperate to see her daughter. But that?s what?s in her own best interests, not necessarily Sunny?s. Today James? lawyer responded to Lindemulder, and basically told her not to play her case out for the press and to leave Sandra out of it.
Jesse James has a message for his ex: Leave my wife Sandra Bullock out of the custody dispute.
The Monster Garage star’s former wife, [pr0n] star Janine Lindemulder, suggested on Good Morning America this week that Bullock was trying to “take away my daughter” and called on the superstar actress to talk with her directly.
James’s attorney Marilyn Slifman calls Lindemulder’s remarks “inaccurate and unfortunate.”
“Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation,” Slifman says in a statement to PEOPLE. “Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom.”
Bullock has been helping James raise 5-year-old Sunny since January, when Lindemulder, who has appeared in more than 100 adult movies, was imprisoned for tax evasion. Bullock and James wrote letters to the court questioning her fitness as a parent and raising concerns about the safety of Sunny because of Lindemulder’s alleged drug problem. Lindemulder has since been released from prison and is tangling with James over visitation.
[From People]
Obviously Jesse is the biological parent, and if Lindemulder?s going to go on television and make custody pleas, she should be directing them towards him. Instead it was mostly at Sandra. Probably because Sandra?s more famous, and she?d get more press that way. To her credit, Lindemulder didn?t act as though Sandra was trying to rip Sunny away from a great mother. And I think she was generally very respectful ? but this is about a little kid and it definitely shouldn?t be played out on morning television. To me it?s not about the mother?s rights or the father?s rights. It?s about who will provide Sunny with the most stable and safe home. Some monitored visitation would be a nice step forward though.

| Sandra Bullock: Porn Star Custody Battle | Added 15 years ago | Source: Celebrity Gossip |

America’s favorite sweetheart Sandra Bullock is in a custody battle.
The actress’s husband, Jesse James, is in a custody fight with his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, for their five-year old child.
Court documents state that Bullock and James are accusing Lindemulder of being an unsuitable mother who is married to a felon and falls asleep after drug binges.
40 year-old Lindemulder appeared in over 100 adult movies and has been released from jail recently for tax evasion.
In a recent interview, she claims she is a changed person.
“I am the best mother I can be. Yes, I have absolutely made horrific choices in the past. I’ve had my share of drugs. But then there’s a huge portion of my life, a 10-year span, where there’s nothing - I didn’t need it.”
In a letter to the judge at her sentencing, Bullock regards her concerns for the daughter’s life.
“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert,” Bullock wrote. “Never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition [the girl] will be in. I know the term ‘stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being ‘glorified babysitter. My commitment and responsibility to [the girl] ... goes beyond that.”
Bullock and James have received a temporary order of full custody over the little girl when Lindemulder did her six-month sentence, but the couple wants to make it permanent.
Lindemulder, however, is not giving up.
“What would give her the right to take away my daughter?” Lindemulder asks about the actress. “Sandy doesn’t know what goes on in my house. I’d love for her to. Please come over, you know, I’ll make dinner, you know, let’s sit down, [as] two women.”

Things are going great in her professional life as well as her marriage to husband Jesse James, but Sandra Bullock is dealing with some drama surrounding James’ ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder.
According to a report, the “Proposal” actress is being dragged into a legal battle between Jesse and Janine over their 5-year-old daughter Sunny.
James has asked the court to determine whether or not Janine is a fit mother, as he’s hoping to get full custody of his daughter for himself and Bullock.
He told the court, “Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [Sunny] will be safe with [Lindemulder]. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”
As for having her own kids, Sandra told press, “I may never hear that word ‘mom’. But being a parent is not about breeding. It’s about caring. And it’s easy to say, but it’s harder to do. When you don’t have that title, you flounder and it hurts. But this is the best test of being a parent. And I just have to keep reminding myself I don’t care what I get. I care what I give.”

| Sandra Bullock's message to girls: be unique, don't try to fit in | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
I?m doing this one because I know Sandra Bullock is beloved in many quarters around here. Sandra is doing a few interviews to promote the DVD release of The Proposal, her hit summer film with Ryan Reynolds and Bette White. While Sandy was talking to Fox News’ Pop Tarts, she was asked about the message of her other summer film All About Steve (costarring Bradley Cooper), which bombed at the box office.
Sandra has talked about the ?message? of All About Steve before, using very similar language. So similar, I think Fox News has combined some old quotes from Sandy?s interview with Parade a few months ago with a new interview. In Parade, Sandra told the interviewer: ?Why is it that men are called ?unique? and ?eccentric? and ?mavericks? when they?re different, but women are labeled as ?odd? or just plain ?weird?? It?s about being unconventional and being true to who you are. Not fitting in often means you?re really standing out. If I can do anything in this time of my career, it?s to make it easier for girls who are growing up not to feel they have to wind up with someone to complete them. You know, I complete me. I?m just lucky that after I completed myself, I met someone who could tolerate me.? Sandra had some new stuff to say to Fox, you just have to get through the older quotes:
Sandra Bullock played the sexually pent-up, over-informed nerd Mary in the comedy “All About Steve,” and the experience of being ridiculed onscreen made her remember her own childhood difficulties.
“Why is that young boys and men are unique and eccentric and mavericks when they’re different but women are ?odd? when we are eccentric or different? Would I have wished someone would have said to me when I was 12 or eight when I had my speech impediment? Uniqueness is something my mother pounded it into me,” Bullock recently told Tarts. “She said be unique and I didn?t understand it then, now I look at it and I go I wouldn?t want to be like anyone else and I know I?m off. I had a lisp as a child, it?s all these things that made me different and I tried to squelch and then once I realized I had squelched them I didn?t feel like myself anymore.”
Bullock is so upset with the unwritten rules and regulations in today?s world she wants to spread a strong message to young girls.
“Don?t change, be who you are. Society is really strong in their opinions so I made peace with the fact that the things I thought were weaknesses or flaws were just me,” she added.
“Why are we forcing people to follow another person?s path in life taking away their real happiness? What is about us that is a culture that tries to get rid of what we consider the runt? Sometimes the runt turns out to be the best of the litter.”
Meanwhile Bullock?s co-star, man-of-the-moment Bradley Cooper, played coy when it came to questions about his personal life and romantic affiliations with the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger.
“My imaginary personal life,” Cooper said. “There is a lot other worse things that could be happening than (the press) talking about stuff like that.”
Bullock, on the other hand, was quick to reveal what it is that has Hollywood hotties falling at their feet for Mr. Cooper.
“Innocent yet not. There is a real innocence to Bradley and a kindness. He is a girls’ guy and a guy’s guy,” she said. “He will come hang out with all of us girls. Then you forget he is there as a guy. Not in a bad way, in a very good way. He is very attractive to the ladies it’s a nice balance to have. No wonder all the girls are crazy about him.”
[From Fox News Pop Tarts]
Aw, I had a little lisp when I was a kid too. It still comes out when I?m drunk, tired or excited and not paying attention. Just some softening of the ?S?. She sells seashells by the seashore. That was my Iwo Jima, that one. I also had problems with ?hiss?. Or, as I used to say it, ?hith?. Anyway, I totally love what Sandra is saying, and I hope more parents do teach their little girls that it?s totally cool and great to be unique and weird and special and say ?hith? damn it.
Here?s Sandra in London on July 2nd. Images thanks to WENN.com .
