Tara Reid in Playboy magazine? Yes, this is for real, but why I just do not know. Of all the hot female celebrities on the planet, why would Playboy magazine want to run photos of Tara Reid? I’ve been asking myself this question all weekend long and the only answer I can come up with is that the guy doing the photoshopping over there really wanted to push is skills to the limit. After all, we’ve all witnessed Tara Reid bikini photos and have subsequently lost our collective appetite for more Tara after laying eyes on her horrible abs and nasty ass. Thanks, but no thanks. The photoshop guy does deserve an award, though.

It’s no secret that she’s had a rough go of it in the media over the past few years, but Tara Reid is determined to revive her career. And she’s starting with a steamy pictorial in Playboy magazine.
The “American Pie” actress appears on the cover of January’s massive double issue, and during the interview she explains she’s calmed down a bit.
“I’m not Girls Gone Wild anymore. I like it like this. At the end of the day I go to sleep knowing who I am. I’m fortunate to have a great family that was always supportive.”
“I’m in a good place in my life...I’ve grown up a lot and it’s time for people to see who I am. But at 34 I think I’m the perfect age to do this. This is the first time in my life I can say I’m really happy. I’m relaxed. I’m a young woman with confidence. I wouldn’t change anything that’s brought me here. I’m happy with my life now, and I’d like to keep it this way.”

ARGH! My eyes! Jesus, this is Tara Reid. Remember her? American Pie, The Big Lebowski, then Carson Daly, wilderness years, Taradise and plastic surgery, and endless sketchiness. Tara decided to pose for Playboy for the January/February double issue, but she does not go full-on naked inside. You know why? Because she?s classy.
I may be wrong, but I think this might Tara Reid?s attempt at a comeback. Sad, yes? That this is what a Tara Reid comeback looks like. You know what? The breast implants, the lip injections and the full-body plastic surgery are pretty sketchy, but I find Tara?s Lindsay Lohan-esque dirty face/fake tan and trashy blonde extensions even more disturbing. Because, ultimately, that?s what she could have controlled. Yes, she could have gone to better surgeons, and yes, she could have controlled how much work she?s had done, but just on a superficial level, why go for a dirty orange skin hue and straw-like extensions?
Oh, Tara?s been giving interviews too. Nothing special, just ?I?m not screwed up anymore, give me work? sort of stuff:
Tara Reid, star of ?American Pie,? has quite a reputation of a former hellraiser. Once the best friend of socialite Paris Hilton, Reid spent most part of her 20s in clubs, rehabs or, from what pictures tell us, sitting on the sidewalk, trying to stand upright. She also had a go at plastic surgery and thus ruined what many considered a perfect body. Now a reformed girl, Tara is saying in a recent interview she has also fixed her body.
The actress is to grace the pages of Playboy magazine come December 18, in what is meant to be a testimony that she solved every little thing that was wrong with her body. The spread is not meant to be regarded as a ?in your face? type of thing, but rather as a silent statement from Tara that she realized she had done wrong in the past and took the necessary action to fix everything.
In the recent interview, Miss Reid also speaks about her movie career, which is again seeing progress. She has two films, a comedy and a drama, out in theaters soon, so it only felt like the next logical step for her was to show people that she had also fixed her body, so that people would stop insisting on the matter. As fans must know, Tara was the victim of much abuse and criticism in the media for ruining her body with plastic surgery, her breasts and abdomen in particular.
Speaking of which, Tara compares the experience to having an arm broken. ?It wasn?t a good surgery, it happens sometimes. I got it fixed and now I?m OK, and I want people to know that I?m OK. I?ve been OK now for the last five or six years but people only show old pictures which is so unfair and that?s part of the reason why I did the Playboy shoot ? to show the world this is me and this is what I look like,? Reid says in the interview.
?I?m in my 30s now and I feel I?m at the best age in my life ? mentally, physically and spiritually ? and I?m proud of it,? the actress goes on to explain. The spread should be illustrative of that and of the new stage in her life.

Meh. I?ll give her a break because I?m feeling a little generous. She didn?t kill anyone, she just mangled her face and body. And she partied a lot too. I can?t make up my mind if Tara is a victim of something, or if she?s just some screwed up party girl who ran out of money. In either case, my advice to Tara is simple: keep your head down, act like a consummate professional on whatever job you get, stop fake tanning, shower every day, stop doing drugs, and don?t go under the knife ever again. Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Tara Reid attended the RIM presentation of the new BlackBerry Bold at Kameha Suite in Cologne, Germany on Wednesday (October 21).
The actress looked sexy in a little black dress matched with black heels as she earned a little extra cash during the day’s duties.
Meanwhile, it has been announced that the “American Pie” star will appear fully nude in the next issue of Playboy magazine. She has already posed for the pictures and photoshoppers are airbrushing the scars from her previous breast surgery gone wrong.
There is also buzz surrounding the fact that Miss Reid was willing to take off her clothes since she has previously said that she would never pose for Playboy due to many problems with her body. She stated, “I know there are problems with my stomach. There are bumps on it, it’s uneven, but it’s not that bad. My stomach scars are my battle wounds.”
Years ago, the actress went under the knife for liposuction and implants that completely went wrong. But, even though she stopped drinking and has been exercising, Reid garnered 85% of People magazine readers’ votes calling her “Not Hot.”

Wow, Playboy is really going to the dogs. Your favorite washed up train wreck, wonky-tittied Tara Reid, is reportedly stripping for Playboy! Digital Spy reports,
American Pie actress Tara Reid has allegedly stripped for an upcoming issue of Playboy.
According to reports, the 33-year-old star posed for the cover of the legendary men’s magazine in Santa Monica on October 7.
“She was a bit insecure about her body when they first started,” one source told In Touch Weekly.
“She looked great and finally got into the groove.”
Reid has yet to confirm or deny the claims.
Oh, I get it. It’s for their Halloween issue, right? Right? Please?

Most people would probably tell you that they?d prefer not to see Tara Reid naked. As a result of several botched plastic surgeries, she doesn?t have the greatest body. I?m not saying that in an attempt to make fun of her ? but Tara has often bared things she could have kept hidden if she?d wanted to, like her stomach, which suffered from some bad lipo. And let?s not forget the infamous nip slip (nsfw) ? well really, it was a full boob slip. That happened after Tara had her breasts done, and the whole world saw her surgical scars. But despite all that, she?s taking it all off for Playboy. For the first time in my life, I?m going to follow the sentence ?taking it all off for Playboy? with this: I actually respect her for it. It takes serious guts to bare your body when you?ve been critiqued like Tara has, and I imagine she must be very self conscious.
Just in case you were left unsatisfied by her red carpet breast baring, Tara Reid will appear naked in Playboy. Those pesky lipo scars, still apparent after an attempted revision in 2007, can’t hold her back. In Touch Weekly released the following statement:

I bet ?a bit nervous? is an understatement. Sometimes photo shoots have a ton of people and sometimes it?s fairly intimate with just a few there. I?m guessing for Tara?s sake it wasn?t some giant free-for-all with all sorts of Playboy people there. I bet they kept it to the absolute minimum. I wonder how much they?re going to airbrush her? I guess my real question is, are they photographing her because they think she?s sexy and want her to look hot? Or are they doing it for novelty?s sake? Like, ?Look at these weird things on Tara Reid!? While I really hope that?s not the purpose, I am curious. And it?d bug me if they photoshopped her to look like everyone else. We all know she?s got some body stuff going on. Really, it?d be nice to see someone with an imperfect figure still in Playboy. I?m sure most of us can relate in one way or another.
The thing I find most surprising about this is that Tara agreed to do it at all. Why? There?s the obvious issue of money. She?s not exactly an in demand actress. But I?m guessing she could have made whatever she was paid some other way. The fact that she?s had so much surgery would have made me think she had body issues before she went under the knife. That so much of it had less-than-ideal results makes me think she has to have body issues as a consequence. Unless they?re going to airbrush her into ridiculousness ? and maybe they will, maybe that?s why she agreed to do it ? how could this possibly make Tara feel better about herself?

Ready to bare all, Tara Reid recently ditched her clothes for a photo shoot for Playboy Magazine.
According to In Touch Weekly, the “American Pie” hottie went completely in the buff as she posed for the cameras at a Santa Monica location on Wednesday (October 7).
Of the session, an insider tells, “She was a bit insecure about her body when they first started. She looked great and finally got into the groove.”
The Playboy shoot come after the 33-year-old previously said, Tara had said she wouldn’t dare pose for the men’s magazine, telling, “I know there are problems with my stomach. There are bumps on it, it’s uneven, but it’s not that bad. My stomach scars are my battle wounds.”

Out doing what she does best, Tara Reid was spotted partying it up in Munich, Germany earlier today (September 23).
The “My Boss’s Daughter” hottie along with boyfriend, Michael Axtmann, attended the Oktoberfest 2009 at Hippodrom at the Theresienwiese, both dressed up as German folk.
Miss Reid seemed to be enjoying herself very much as she chugged beer from large steins at the biggest public festival in the world.
And in other news, it looks like Tara’s career is back on track – she has three (and possibly four) films in production that are set to hit theaters this year and next.
