I want to say on the onset that I am in no way hating on small, petite women. You petite bitches are beautiful, and God bless. My compliant is Avril Lavigne-specific. Are there really lots and lots of men out there who look at Avril and think ?Oh, yeah, I wish I could see that girl topless.? It?s not that she?s very small, it?s the way she acts, the ?drunk child? way she?s styled, the general ?not sexy? vibe I get from her. But maybe that?s just me - I can?t stand her and I don?t understand why any man would find her attractive. She seems like one of those petite girls who thinks it?s ?fun? to climb on people like a little monkey. The kind of girl who thinks she can get away with anything because she?s ?forever cute.? Eh. She may not dress the part, but punk princess Avril Lavigne is really an old-fashioned girl ? when it comes to relationships.
Does beau, Brody Jenner fit that bill? Lavigne tells the November issue of Maxim, on sale Oct. 12, “I like a classy man, a gentleman who opens the door and gives flowers and always puts the lady first. I’m a little old-fashioned like that.”
The singer, 26, who recently divorced Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, 30, is ready to release a new album, which she admits is inspired by her personal life but, “is the first that is not boy bashing.”
Not that her life is drama-free. A regular target of the paparazzi, Lavigne has been snapped leaving nightclubs with Jenner, something she says she rarely does.
“The only time I really ever get photographed is if I decide to go out with my friends to a bar or club, so … it kind of looks like I do that more than I do, ” she says, “The majority of the time I stay in.”
Lavigne does take tabloid reporting in stride saying, “You can only laugh at it and roll your eyes because it’s like, “Really?” They usually just pull that stuff out of their ass, but I think people know that.”
When asked how she stays out of trouble amidst some of the notable teen star meltdowns, the Canadian native credits her roots, “I got here on my own. I came from a small town and grew up in a regular home. I know what I’ve worked hard for. I’ve seen a lot of people who have gone a little crazy and who are really into the Hollywood scene. I don’t really like to hang out with people like that.?

Spending the day alongside one another, Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have recently shut down all rumors claiming troubled waters when it comes to their relationship.
The former "Hills" star and his "Sk8er Boi" singing girlfriend kicked off their weekend by doing a little shopping at the Kitson store in the Malibu Country Mart on Saturday (October 9).
Both dressed ultra-casually, Brody and Avril later filled up on grub as they popped into the always-popular Taverna Tony to cap off the evening.
Rumored to be on a break after Brody was a no-show at Avril's Las Vegas birthday bash, the twosome have since been inseparable as they head towards Jenner's dream - marriage and a happy and prosperous life together.

Shooting down rumors of a recent split, Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne enjoyed a date night at the hot new Premiere club in West Hollywood on Tuesday (October 5).
The "Sk8er Boi" singer and her MTV reality star beau got cozy throughout the course of the night with Miss Lavigne looking to be getting ready for Halloween as she wore a spooky Laurie Lipton for All Saints vest.
As for the break-up talk, a source had allegedly told Star magazine, ?They had a major falling out around then and haven't seen each other since. Brody says Avril wasn't really making time for him anymore, since she's been under pressure to get into the studio to work on her new CD.?
The insider added, ?Brody hopes they can patch things up once she's not so busy. He wanted to marry her.?

Making for a belated celebration, Avril Lavigne partied it up for her 26th birthday at Wet Republic in Las Vegas on Saturday (October 2).
The Canadian singer-songwriter looked to be in a cheerful mood as she was presented with a specially crafted cake while surrounded by bikini clad poolside partiers.
Absent from the Sin City fete was Avril's boyfriend Brody Jenner - which adds merit to reports that the seemingly inseparable couple have hit a rough patch.

Things seem to be getting serious between Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner, and yesterday (August 19) the ?Complicated? rocker was seen with the ?Hills? stud?s mom Linda Thompson.
Pairing up quite well, Avril and Linda looked be getting along nicely as they strolled back to their car after eating at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles.
On the career front, Ms. Lavigne is said to be close to finishing her new album and is excited for her fans to hear her new stuff.
She blogged, "Just want to check in with you guys. I've been in LA working on the album. Trying some new stuff. Exploring. The thing with me, is that i write my own music and therefore, it takes me longer to put out records cause i have to live my life to get inspiration. I have so much material at this point, for 2 records. I'm getting close. Thanks for your continued support. I can?t wait to get back to you shortly on the release of the single."

Spotted out together on Saturday (August 7), the "Hills" hunk showed off a brand new addition to his recent mohawk haircut - as an "A" was worked into the side in an ode to his "Sk8r Boi" singing girlfriend.
As for the day's outing, Brody and Avril made their way over via cab to La Brea Studios in Hollywood - where they visited with gal pal Cheryl Cole.
Funnily enough, the cute couple watched on as their taxi driver went the wrong way when leaving and blew out all four tires on his ride.

Believe it or not, Brody Jenner hasn?t had enough of the reality show genre and now he?s trying to pull girlfriend Avril Lavigne into a new gig.
The ?Hills? stud is reportedly in talks with producers to pitch a new reality show centered on his relationship with the ?Complicated? songstress.
Unfortunately for Jenner, Ms. Lavigne isn?t too keen on the whole idea, though she hasn?t put the kibosh on the project altogether.
An inside source told press, ?Brody has been begging her to do it. She?s in love with him so she doesn?t want to say no.? But she really doesn?t want to take her career that direction, either.
