On Monday, we discussed this Kendall Jenner story. Kendall attended an album release party in Brooklyn with friends, friends including her rumored boyfriend (??) A$AP Rocky. The party didn?t seem at all controversial, and I only really heard about it days after the fact, because of this connection to Kendall. The bar – Baby?s All Right – posted a receipt on their Instagram claiming that Kendall didn?t tip the wait staff/bar staff at the party. She ordered $24 worth of something (drinks, probably) and didn?t leave a tip? on her credit card. Well, Kendall has responded to the accusation that she?s a #NoTipper.

Here are some photos from Saturday?s 10th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic, an annual charity polo match that goes down in New Jersey. Every year, the event is pretty well attended, and this year was no different. Kendall Jenner was one of the big-name attendees, and I?m not even joking about that: Kendall was obviously one of the big names, one of the big ?gets? for the charity. Kendall wore this Dolce & Gabbana dress which? I actually sort of like. Maybe not for this event, but it?s cute and interesting. The problem I have with this is that I hate that she paired an interesting minidress with those white boots. The whole ensemble together makes it seem like she?s about to go-go dance.
Nicole Kidman was there, wearing this Alessandra Rich dress which makes me question whether I really understand what should be worn if you?re going to be a spectator at a charity polo match. This doesn?t seem like the look, right? I?m not a polka-dots person, nor am I a big fan of giant buttons or a high, Victorian neckline, so I don?t really care for this.
Freida Pinto wore an Elie Saab jumpsuit which I really, really like. You know what makes this interesting? The racing stripe down the side. That?s boss. I also think it?s cute that she posed with Luke Evans – apparently, they?re good friends?? The big, floppy hat needs to go though.
Speaking of unfortunate hats, check out Priyanka Chopra?s ensemble. Her polka-dotted dress is Altuzarra, and I don?t hate it (because it doesn?t come with buttons and a Victorian collar, Nicole). But the Gigi Burris hat is killing me. Some women have a face for hats, and some women don?t. It?s not something you can help, and you don?t know until you try. I do not have a face for hats. The Duchess of Cambridge has a great face for hats. Priyanka? She does not have a face for hats.
Kate Mara is actually wearing what I would wear to a polo match, only I would have worn a slip or asked that the dress be lined. This is cute, summery and polo-spectator-y to me. Those little ?wings? with her hairstyle though? no bueno.

Kendall Jenner arrived in Cannes and she spent the weekend partying and doing appearances, probably for her modeling contracts. Considering how boring Cannes has been this year, I really don?t mind that a lot of the Instamodels have come out. Someone has to bring the fashion p0rn and discussion-worthy style moments, so why not them? Everyone?s talking about Kendall?s Giambattista Valli Haute Couture look at the 120 Beats Per Minute premiere. This Valli dress is a puzzler to me – when I first saw the photos, I disliked it. But I gave it 24 hours and looked through the other Cannes photos, and now I don?t hate it. I mean, it looks like she?s working a sheet, for sure. But she?s pulling it off, right? Is it weird that I don?t really hate it?
Here?s Kendall Jenner in Ralph & Russo Couture at the Chopard party on Friday night. You know what? I honestly don?t hate this. I think her face looks slightly ?worked on? and I think the dress looks vaguely cheap (if you can get past how boring it is) but she was there to promote jewelry and she did that.

Kendall Jenner is currently under contract with La Perla, so the lingerie house decided to venture into (insert sarcasm quotes) “haute couture” this year. This was the result: Kendall in a dress that was just glittery netting. I saw some fashion-professionals bitching about Kendall?s vibe and her posing on the carpet, and I sort of see their point, which was: this dress requires a sort of coquettish sexiness that Kendall just doesn?t have. She posed on the carpet like she was posing for bargain catalogue work. While there?s nothing wrong with having a more wholesome, girl-next-door vibe, don?t wear a dress that you can?t properly ?work.?
Mary J. Blige also wore La Perla. This just looks like lingerie to me, even more so than Kendall?s. It doesn?t have anything to do with the theme and it?s not even a cute dress in general. The point of this is probably ?Mary is a single lady again and she?s sexy!? If that?s the point? sure. I?ll go with that.

Paris Jackson also wore Calvin Klein, like Goop. Paris is a little bit don?t-look-at-me-look-at-me-don?t-look-at-me, but this was her first Met Gala and? whatever. Sure. I don?t really care enough to have an opinion on her dress. I?ll give her this: her hair looks great here.
