Kristen Stewart was still in London last night - the night before (Tuesday), she was at the Glamour UK Women of the Year bash, in which K-Stew sauntered around, slumped over in a meh dress. I thought she would have been out of London quickly, considering her lover Sparkles is in Toronto working. Nope! She stayed in London and went out partying with Sparkles? BFF Tom Sturridge, and Tom?s clingy girlfriend, Sienna Miller. According to the rags, Sturridge, Sienna and Kristen went to dinner at St. John in Chinatown, then they turned up at The Groucho Club at 1:50 am (technically this morning, I guess) and stayed until 2:30. The Mail has a different timeline, but the story is the same - Sienna Miller and Kristen Stewart hung out together willingly.
My question is - what in the world does Kristen think of Sienna? Sienna is the kind of girl who sits in public beside her ragged boyfriend and demands: ?LOOK AT ME!! PAY ATTENTION!!? Kristen is the kind of girl who rolls her eyes and pulls away whenever her boyfriend tries to touch her in public. Besides the obvious personality clash (Sienna is an immature extrovert with a vadge of doom for the world to see, Kristen is an immature introvert who will not confirm or deny that Sparkles has seen her biscuits), there?s the little matter of Sienna trying to break off a piece of Sparkles. Remember that story? It was totally tabloid BS, but I loved it anyway. Apparently, Sienna has been calling and texting Sparkles all the time, as her vadge of doom has found its next victim.
Is this a case of two girls trying to one-up each other? Perhaps ?keep your friends close and your enemies closer.? It?s totally beyond my comprehension that Sienna and Kristen would actively choose to be friends. They?re only spending time together, I assume, because Tom and Robert Pattinson are friends.

There are some celebrities that I never get tired of making fun of - like Gwyneth Paltrow. Dame Goop is a gem, and she constantly provides new comic material. Not so much with Kristen Stewart. K-Stew is EXHAUSTING. Maybe it?s because I have that gut-level reaction of ?smack-smack-smack.? Maybe it?s because K-Stew seems permanently stuck in this angst-ridden, lip-biting, ?I?m so deep and complicated and that?s why I can?t just walk a red carpet without showing you how much DISDAIN I have for The Process? phase. She?s been here forever. It?s exhausting.
Anyway, these are photos of Kristen at Tuesday night?s Glamour UK?s Women of the Year Awards. She wore this short, tight little Balmain which? well, I don?t hate. I liked the red safety-pin Balmain dress from the MTV Movie Awards a lot more. The red dress seemed like it was made precisely for her slender, slouchy frame. Not so much with this one. Plus, she?s so pale and the dress doesn?t really ?pop? so now everything looks kind of washed out. And? should we even talk about her posture? I want to physically stand in front of her and shove her shoulders back and up. And then I would smack her.
By the way, by most accounts, K-Stew was only in London for this red carpet. She?s not due to begin principle filming on Snow White and the Huntsman (where she?s playing the slouchy, lip-biting, angst-y Snow White) until August. Some sources say she?s headed to Toronto to spend time with Sparkles while he works.

Here are some newish photos of Kristen Stewart arriving in London yesterday. She and Robert Pattinson spent the weekend together in LA, and I?m not really sure why she?s in London now. Sparkles flew back to Toronto, where he?s filming. Perhaps K-Stew is taking another English lover? According to the British rag, The Mirror, K-Stew was seriously pissed off at Sparkles for ?snubbing? her during their ?Best Kiss? win at the MTV Movie Awards. You might remember that Sparkles ran off into the audience to makeout with Taylor Lautner? apparently, K-Stew let her lip-biting bitch rage:
AS 7,000 fans watched in stunned disbelief Robert Pattinson snubbed Kristen Stewart and snogged her mate instead. Her male mate. So it?s little wonder that Kristen sank her fangs into R-Patz just minutes after the pair collected their gong for Best Kiss at the MTV Movie awards. The on/off couple briefly returned to off as the actress tore a strip off the vampire heart-throb, screeching across the VIP area backstage: ?You made me look like a total jerk out there!?
As the British actor, 25, tried to defend himself, she raised a ?talk to the hand? palm and brushed past him.
And when R-Patz again tried to defend himself, she muttered, ?Don?t even bother,? before flouncing off into the main auditorium.
But love always finds a way. So the star ran after her again and ? after three minutes of heated debate ? all was once again well with the young couple. Trouble initially flared when they went on stage to receive their gong ? the third time in a row they have been crowned best kissers ? surely an Oscar category for 2012?
Twice before they have refused to recreate their snogs on the awards stage, but this time Kristen suggested the pair give the chanting fans what they wanted ? a full-blown smacker. Leaning in, she was all-set for a tongue sarnie? until, Rob deadpanned: ?I feel bad because I don?t feel like kissing you. You don?t want to kiss me, do you??
Refusing to give up, the 21-year-old actress replied: ?It?s been a long time and I think maybe we should finally go for it.?
R-Patz disagreed. Shaking his head, he continued: ?I just think there?s someone else in the audience who will appreciate it a little more.?
Then, jumping into the crowd, he grabbed Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner, and kissed him full on the mouth. As the crowd, mostly teenage girls, shrieked, Rob dusted himself off and planted a delicate kiss on Taylor?s hand.
Despite her public humiliation, Kristen and Robert patched up their differences, and were later holding hands and giggling.

Yeah? do you believe this? Historically, Kristen Stewart HATES showing any kind of affection in public. She hates the very idea of presenting herself publicly as anything other than a surly, angst-ridden, lip-biting, slouchy troll. She would never be mad at Sparkles for NOT kissing her in public. The last time he tried, she rolled her eyes and moved away. Besides, all of the behind-the-scenes stories from the after-parties had Kristen and Sparkles all loved up:

“Rob and Kristen kept walking away from the crowds to have private moments with each other,” a fellow partygoer dishes to us. “Kristen was showing Rob something on her cell phone and the two were laughing about it. He couldn’t keep his hands off her, and she was smiling the entire time. They were definitely enjoying themselves at the party.”
And after K.Stew changed out of her red leather Balmain mini dress she wore to the show, the starlet got comfy by throwing on her signature checkered sneakers, black skinny jeans, and a ripped white T-shirt that exposed her black bra. Rob rocked jeans and a baseball cap to attend the swanky after bash.
“Rob and Kristen seemed really comfortable with each other and with showing their affection in public,” adds our eyewitness. “At one point, they sat down at a table with Emma Stone and her friends and kept playfully touching each other and stealing quick kisses throughout the convo. Both were in great spirits.”

I simply don?t get it. I really don?t. I really thought that Sparkles would be done with Kristen by now, but it really does look like Sparkles is ?the one who loves too much?. Eventually, Kristen will break his heart. And at some point, he?ll realize that there are less surly fish in the sea. But for now, they?re good.

Making her way to the UK, Kristen Stewart was spotted arriving at London?s Heathrow International Airport earlier today (June 7).
The ?Adventureland? actress looked a bit tired as she walked through the terminal along with a bodyguard.
Over the weekend, Kristen attended the 2011 MTV Movie Awards after party at the SoHo House with her boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
An eyewitness revealed, "Rob and Kristen kept walking away from the crowds to have private moments with each other. Kristen was showing Rob something on her cell phone and the two were laughing about it. He couldn't keep his hands off her, and she was smiling the entire time. They were definitely enjoying themselves at the party."

Kristen Stewart?s face is going to drive me to drink. Within the first hour, I saw too, too much of her little troll-face, rolling her eyes, slumped over in her chair, forcing the awkwardness. But I?ll give her some credit - while she?s not good at sitting through an awards show without rolling her eyes and acting like an immature 11-year-old, she?s getting much better at the red carpet stuff. In photos from the red carpet, Kristen actually smiles in some frames, she stands up straight (sort of), and she puts in a little effort at acting like she?s happy to be there. As for the fashion - this dress is ?the safety pin Balmain dress?. Very short! K-Stew loves her mini-skirts, and she loves her metallics and metal embellishments, and it?s nice to her in red. It?s a cute dress, totally appropriate for the occasion, but skirts this short always give me anxiety. I worry about these young starlets and whether their biscuits will get cold.
Since I don?t want to devote another post to it, let?s just power through all of the Twihard stuff now, okay? As I put up last night, there?s a new trailer for Breaking Dawn, and it involves thrusting and wood splinters (and bad acting). In addition to introducing the new clip, the Twilight people took home five awards: Best Kiss, Best Fight, Best Movie, and Best Male and Female Performances for K-Stew and Sparkles. I saw Sparkles accept three awards - best performance, where he got up there solo, seemed rather charming and low-key, and then Best Fight, where he was up there with Bryce Dallas Howard and he made a crack about her being pregnant now. Cutaway to K-Stew who gasped, hunched over and rolled her eyes. Hand to God.
But my favorite moment was when K-Stew and Sparkles won Best Kiss and instead of doing their patented BS ?we won?t kiss on demand? stuff that they?ve done for the past two years, Sparkles ran out into the audience to make out with Taylor Lautner. Now? I think Lainey has it right about Lautner. He?s a mini-Tom Cruise, in every way. Lautner?s forced wholesomeness is its own kind of kinky, and one of the funniest stories Sparkles ever told was about having to grab a shirtless Lautner in a scene, and Lautner?s nipples getting hard. So, was Sparkles just having a bit of fun with Lautner?s homoerotic crush? Is it cruel? Or is it just kind of sweet and funny? Sparkles won me over when he kissed Taylor?s forehead and his hand. Sweet boys.

Braving the rainy conditions, Kristen Stewart was spotted walking her newly-adopted dog Bear in New York City today (May 4).
The ?Adventureland? actress looked hip in a black jacket, blue v-neck, skinny jeans and white sneakers as she held Bear?s leash in one hand, and a shopping bag in the other.
On Monday night Kristen joined a plethora of big name celebrities at the 2011 Costume Designers Met Gala.
Miss Stewart was dressed for the affair by the Proenza Schouler design duo of Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, who also doubled as her dates.

Here is little Kristen Stewart working an off-beat red-and-black patterned Proenza Schouler gown at last night?s Met Gala (which was a tribute to McQueen, ?Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty?). Do I have to suck it up and admit to liking something that K-Stew did? Kind of. While this dress isn?t what I would choose for a red carpet, and it?s not what I would have picked out for Kristen (if I was styling her in some kind of dream situation), the dress looks pretty good on her.
I was going to nit-pick the way the dress fit on Kristen?s bust, but as really looked at it, the fit is rather beautiful, and that?s WHY the dress works on her so well. The pattern of the fabric (some kind of heavy silk, I believe) is unique, especially for this kind of event. So, my verdict on the dress: off-beat, but solid.
As for Kristen?s hair and makeup? eh, I kind of like it too. The hair is kind of messy, but it still looks ?done? and ?fashiony? and somebody gave Kristen dark eyes and a pale mouth, a combo that works well with her coloring. I?m glad she didn?t do the red-dress/red-lips thing. I also give her credit for actually smiling and posing like a fashion girl on the red carpet, as opposed to just scowling and looking like a troll (like usual).

Stepping out for an evening of fashion, Kristen Stewart was among the many stars attending the 'Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty' Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday (May 2).
The "Twilight" actress looked ravishing in a red and black patterned frock with a slit running up the leg as she mingled with fellow guests at the Metropolitan Museum of Art venue such as designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.
The annual fete finds actress Salma Hayek acting as honorary chairs alongside husband Francois-Henri Pinault.
Also playing hosts were fellow co-chairs such as Oscar winning actor Colin Firth, Vogue editor Anna Wintour and well-regarded designer Stella McCartney.

The tension is already mounting for Edward and Bella?s wedding in ?Breaking Dawn,? and now ?The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide? has leaked some illustrations of the could-be wedding dress.
According to a report from EW, the pair of images released are little more than speculation, but one of the photos shows a flowing white gown.
Accompanying the dress are some long sleeves and a cascading lace veil that could also be included in Bella?s bridal attire.
For the definite article, we?ll all just have to wait until Summit releases stills from the film in the months ahead.
