Stepping out for a social call, Amanda Seyfried showed up at the AOC Wine Bar and Restaurant in Los Angeles last night (April 11).
The ?Big Love? starlet donned a short-sleeved black and grey ensemble teamed with simple-yet-sexy black heels and a pulled-back hairdo as she scurried past some shutterbugs.
Amanda recently told press that she?s thrilled about the upcoming Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as she can?t wait to get all gussied up.
''I'm going to the Met Ball for the first time. Finally! [I'm going to wear] Givenchy. I love those people. They're going to let me wear something awesome. I still haven't chosen between two gowns. I'm so excited! I have no idea what to expect and I'm actually OK with that.?

Gearing up for some early weekend traveling, Amanda Seyfried was spotted catching a flight out of the LAX airport this morning (March 22).
Showing off her adorable smile, the "Dear John" cutie rocked an all-black ensemble while making her way past airport security.
Earlier this week, Amanda took to the Twitterverse on Tuesday (March 19) and shared a few pictures of the only man in her life. The one and only Finn, her loyal Australian Shepard.
"I'm obsessed with my dog," Miss Seyfried exclaimed. "He's come my son and my light source and kind of a savior to alot of people."
Meanwhile, the "Les Mis" star hasn't been linked to any men since she and John Hartnett parted ways in 2012.

| Amanda Seyfried in red Givenchy at the Vanity Fair party: lovely or silly? | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Amanda Seyfried managed to surprise at the Vanity Fair Oscar party by changing out of her beloved, custom-made Alexander McQueen gown, which I found odd at first since it’s so rare to find Amanda in a red carpet dress that her stylist didn’t make her wear. But I do believe we’ve found the secret to Amanda’s sartorial happiness — dresses that are made just for her. Hence this tomato-red, custom-made Givenchy haute couture gown that Amanda seems quite pleased to be wearing.
I don’t hate this dress, and I even kind of like it to an extent. To begin, the color looks amazing next to Amanda’s pale skin, and the fabric is very interesting. The full skirt carries a certain charm, and the waist (the belt is kind of cool) and bust cut are very flattering to our girl’s body. Where things get a little bit sketchy are with hints of bondage-like details of the straps and built-in-choker. Of course, this is an unusual, one-of-a-kind dress for which (presumably) Amanda had a good deal of input, so I’m going to go with it. This dress looks good on Amanda, but I can’t think of another person who could get away with wearing it. Her makeup looks great, and the swept-back hair is just right too.
Isla Fisher looked gorgeous in a cobalt blue Monique Lhuillier dress that perfectly set off her ginger hair. The dress looks great from the front, and the fabric and train are quite lovely, but the way that the backless part of the dress is cut leaves much to be desired. Isla looks cute but worried that the dress might fall down. Or am I just imagining that part?
Minnie Driver went silver with a plunging neckline, but it’s not nearly as scandalous as Heidi Klum’s Oscar-party boob dress because Minnie’s pretty small busted compared to Heidi. So it’s no big deal that Minnie’s doing it. Remember when she was the “it” girl in the days of Good Will Hunting and Grosse Point Blank? Minnie’s still as gorgeous as always here.
Marisa Tomei (for whatever reason) chose to wear a taupe-colored, beaded pantsuit. This outfit is so shapeless and would be unflattering on pretty much everyone, but Marisa looks really good from the shoulders up.

Stepping out to grab some supplies for the weekend, Amanda Seyfried made a stop at a Beverly Hills Bristol Farms on Friday (February 1).
Keeping a low profile in a printed shirt and black hoodie, the ?Lovelace? beauty showed off her charitable side as she donated to an anti-drug booth set up outside the market.
The 27-year-old actress recently completed work on the film ?The Big Wedding,? co-starring Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, and Diane Keaton.
Slated for release on April 26, the comedy follows a long-divorced couple who fake being married as the family gathers for a wedding.

| Amanda Seyfried in midnight blue Zac Posen at the SAGs: gorgeous or meh? | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Amanda Seyfried went for glamour at the SAGs last night with a gorgeous midnight-blue-colored Zac Posen gown with tastefully ruffled hemline that led into a bit of a trail. This is exactly the kind of dress that Amanda looks great in, and it’s not too cutesey like she tends to do sometimes. She also seems pretty happy here, so I’m also guessing that she didn’t have a fight with her stylist over this dress, which is just perfect and nearly impossible to pick apart.
Amanda was on hand as part of the best cast nomination for Les Miserables, and I have to wonder whether she’s gritting her teeth at this point over Anne Hathaway’s “look at me” behavior during this awards season. She certainly has more patience than I would have in the same situation, and at least Amanda can rest assured that her SAGs dress was a lot better than Anne’s. I also really like Amanda’s long, silver pendant necklace here, which is a very atypical choice, but it fits the dress quite well. The beautiful-Rapunzel, wavy hair and tastefully bold makeup were perfect for this gown. Amanda might be slightly dull during interviews, but she looks pretty perfect here.
Amy Poehler wore a black Zuhair Murad gown that was a little bit sparkly but mostly just there although it made her bod look really good. Amy was nominated for best actress in a comedy for “Parks and Rec,” and I would have loved it if she’d been a little more daring for the SAGs like her good friend, Tina Fey, below. I’d also like to see Amy do something different with her hair. Maybe go very sleek and straight or go for an updo. Amy wears her hair like this a lot, right? She’s still gorgeous, and Will Arnett is probably still crying in his chicken soup over her.

Getting in some exercise to start her day, Amanda Seyfried took her dog out for a run on Saturday (January 26) in Los Angeles.
Clad in workout-friendly leggings and a jacket, the ?Les Miserables? star held tight to her pooch?s leash as they made their way through the park.
Earlier this week, the 27-year-old blonde was at the Sundance Film Festival for the release of her latest film, ?Lovelace.?
Ms. Seyfried played the lead in the bio-drama about former porn-star-turned-feminist Linda Lovelace.
Speaking of the part, the talented actress said recently, "I had a hard time letting go of Linda at the end of the movie. I had a really intense time with Peter Sarsgaard. I think we both had a hard time letting go because we went to these places."

The "Les Misrables" star looked cute in a white semi-sheer sweater over a black tank top, blue jeans, and black boots as she signed autographs for fans and smiled at paparazzi.
At the festival, the 27-year-old actress will support her new movie, "Lovelace." In the biopic, Amanda embodies Linda Lovelace, the '70s adult film star turned anti-porn activist.

| Amanda Seyfried in Marios Schwab at Critic's Choice: miserable or pretty' | Added 11 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

|
I have to giggle just a bit at poor Amanda Seyfried at last night’s Critic’s Choice awards because, just a few days ago, the actress confessed that her publicist often tells her what dresses to wear on the red carpet. Amanda also added that she usually hates these selections, and the situation usually escalates into a fight, which is followed by Amanda quickly backing down, bucking up, and wearing whatever it is that she is told to wear.
Such is the case with this blue-black Marios Schwab gown that ran with the overrated “see through” lace look on the top with a drapey, crepey shirt that looked like blue seaweed settling around Amanda’s legs. Amanda truly looks like she does not like this dress at all, and I would almost feel sorry for her except that she needs to stand up for herself and make her own decisions on red carpet attire. The cut of this dress is so weird, and the fabric doesn’t settle well around the bust area, but that could be because Amanda is slouching in an attempt to rebel against the sheer awfulness of the dress. Honestly, the only good thing about her outfit are the Roger Vivier black, strappy heels, which isn’t saying much. Amanda does, however, pull off the dramatic eye makeup and gorgeous bun (she has such a great face shape) quite well.
Leslie Mann looked like a Pepto Bismol nightmare on the red carpet last night. This carnation Pink dress by Honor had an offbeat, kicky silhouette with a fitted top over a bubble-shaped skirt, but Leslie doesn’t really have the pluckiness to pull this look off in any color, save for black. Her flat-ironed hair, while gorgeous enough on its own, seemed an odd choice for such a young-looking dress. This was definitely one of the worst looks of the evening.
Emmy Rossum looks amazing here. I actually like this midnight blue, star-themed dress! This is a Carolina Herrera gown, and even though I’m not usually much for hugely ornate, overly embellished details, this dress just looked like a dream on Emmy. The gown itself moved beautifully, and I love the star-printed overlay over the whole dress and the way the belt emphasized Emmy’s tiny waist. Her makeup looked a little bit waxy, but the hair was just romantic enough to be perfect.
Eva Longoria wore this Monique Lhuillier “hourglass” gown, and I have to say that this dress looks like raspberry-colored crepe paper glued over what would otherwise be an uneventful, shapeless flow of fabric. There’s something about the cut of the high-neck/collar area that bugs, but I can’t put my finger on it. I also think she Eva could have gone with a bolder lip color and played down the eye makeup just a bit.
Molly Sims did herself no favors with this drapey, tent-like dress at all. While I ordinarily would give her a break because she just gave birth early last summer, Molly has been pimping a bunch of workout videos from her fraud trainer, Tracy Anderson. So why did Molly choose to wear an ugly, unflattering tent on the red carpet? Her hair looks lovely, but the makeup is way too severe and clownlike.
