Emma Stone covers the new issue of Vogue. The photoshoot is by Craig McDean, which is a nice change-up from the Mario Testino and Annie Leibovitz cover shoots we usually get from Vogue. That being said, I?m not crazy about the shoot. Some of the clothes are okay, but it feels like the styling overall is sort of meandering. Is it supposed to be summery? Eh. Is it supposed to be cute diner-themed? Eh. Is it supposed to be Emma-as-clothes-hanger? Eh. Anyway, you can read the full Vogue profile here (she?s promoting The Amazing Spider-Man 2) and here are some highlights:
Coming to LA and doing every audition, even for reality shows: ?I realized why the people on The Bachelor go so crazy. You go in there rolling your eyes, thinking, This is just a reality search competition, but then you?re there for seven weeks, and you just really, really want to win.?
She has Googled herself: ?I don?t usually like what I find. But some of it is really funny.? Stone mentions Internet comments that referred to her as a ?Bland Basic Bitch,? which was probably meant as a dig, but she found it hilarious, to the point that at dinner she now begins to refer to herself as ?That Bland Basic Bitch.?
On her boyfriend/costar Andrew Garfield: ?I think I?ve learned a lot by being around him. And, you know, he is an incredibly important person to me.?

I just sat here and read the whole piece and I found it charming. She?s not a party girl, she loves puns and Jonah Hill flat-out loves her. Andrew adores her. When she worked with Bill Murray, he would bring her presents every day, little stuff like muffins and umbrellas. I really like Emma overall, and I think she?s incredibly talented. But I will say this? I watched part of her Graham Norton interview last week, and I was deeply upset by how noticeably thin she is these days. Concern-trolly, I know, but there it is. I know she?s having some family issues, so maybe that?s one of the big issues. I?m hoping that this is just a weird phase for her and she goes back to a healthier weight soon.

More photos from the promotional tour for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. These pics are all from the cast?s stop in Berlin on Tuesday. As I previewed yesterday, during the day Emma wore a heavy, blue, sleeved Erdem Fall 2014, with red bejeweled appliques. I?m not a fan of the look, although the color is pretty on Emma. Then for the evening premiere, Emma wore this Chanel gown with a full skirt and a Pink thing up top. I?m really sorry for everyone who loves Chanel and thinks Karl Lagerfeld can do no wrong, but THIS IS AWFUL. Why? WHY?! This doesn?t even look like couture. This looks like some home-sewn crap that you would buy at a gas station in Santa Fe. The appliques don?t make it fancy, they just confuse everything.
As for Andrew Garfield? I didn?t realize he was such a naturalist. As in, he?s got a touch of the Shailene Woodley to him. If Andrew had a beav, he?d wave it around in the sunshine.
It’s a good thing Andrew Garfield loves the skin he’s in. After all, the actor’s unforgiving costume in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 leaves little to the imagination. As if his red and blue spandex suit weren’t revealing enough, Garfield is quite comfortable in the buff.
“I love being naked. It’s important to be naked and be in touch with our bodies and not have shame about what we’re made of,” he tells Metro UK. “I love being in touch with nature and my own nature.”
Last month, the cheeky Brit joked that his girlfriend and co-star Emma Stone gave his package in the movie a thumbs-up. “It takes a lot of consideration because you don’t want it to be overwhelming and also you don’t want it to be underwhelming,” Garfield, 30, joked during an Australian TV interview. “You don’t want it to intimidate and you don’t want it to the opposite of intimidate.”
“So, yes there is thought,” he added, “but ultimately you have to trust that what you have is enough.” Garfield then joked, “I had one focus group?and that focus group was Emma. She approved.”

Sunshine dong. Why doesn?t Benedict Cumberbatch ever talk like this? We could literally spend a week on one Benedict Cumberbatch interview if he ever discussed walking around naked and wanting the Cumberdong to fly freely in the sunshine. But we get Andrew Garfield instead. To be fair, though, I think most dudes are like this. Most dudes are totally fine walking around naked. But most dudes don?t do it because they want to feel one with nature. They do it because they think they look awesome and they want everyone to look at it.

Here are some photos of Emma Stone and the cast of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in Rome yesterday. This is part of their grand European tour to promote the film, of course. It?s funny how ? in the past four years or so ? the way films are promoted has completely changed. It used to be that the European tour came after the American press blitz. Not so much with all of the big movies nowadays.
Anyway, let?s talk fashion. For the Rome premiere, Emma wore this gauzy, long-sleeved, patterned Valentino which is, in a word, AWFUL. The runway look did not have the oversized bow, which is a really awful touch. But it doesn?t even matter because the dress is so ugly. I mean? this looks like something that was worn once in 1976, stuffed in a trunk and then taken out so five-year-olds could play dress-up. You don?t wear this to a premiere!
At the photocall in Rome, earlier in the day, Emma wore this cream doily by Dolce & Gabbana. Who is this girl?s stylist?!?!? HER GRANDMOTHER?! Although I do prefer this doily to the Valentino, but that?s not saying much.
And here?s a preview of Emma?s fashion for the German stop. This is what she wore in Berlin today. I can?t.

Fifty Shades of Emma Stone? Sorry, after reading too much Us Weekly, I tend to think of article ledes in a very Us Weekly-ish way. These are photos of Emma, Andrew Garfield and Jamie Foxx at the Paris premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. They premiered the film in London on Thursday, and then flew to Paris for a Friday premiere.
Emma wore this shiny faux-leather Lanvin dress which I totally hate. I really, really don?t understand why all of the big fashion girls are falling all over themselves about Lanvin. I think the designs are almost always terrible, unflattering and sub-par in the material. It would be one thing if Emma really went all Fifty Shades and did a leather dominatrix-inspired outfit. But this just looks like a repurposed trash bag. It doesn?t fit her properly, and it?s just the wrong vibe. The shoes are Lanvin too ? this is the same head-to-toe look that came down the runway. Hate it.
Andrew and Jamie look good though. Both men know how to wear the hell out of a suit, in different ways.

Here are some photos from last night?s UK premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Emma Stone? she?s just so pretty. I?m so glad she?s gone back to the ginger too. Ginger Emma is an Old Hollywood goddess. Blonde Emma is fine too, I just prefer her in red. Emma wore this custom-made Atelier Versace gown in a bright mustard yellow. Thoughts? I?m torn. The boldness of wearing such a strong yellow look reminds me of Angelina?s 2007 Cannes Film Festival moment with that Ungaro gown. I actually wonder if this Versace might have worked better on Emma if she was blonde? Or maybe brunette. Because the ginger does clash with the yellow, I think. Also: the yellow gold necklace makes this feel rather dated.
But who can nit-pick when Emma and Andrew Garfield don?t shy away from posing together? I love them. I love that they?re still together. I love that they don?t get all angsty and stupid about having their photos taken together. And look at him! Whenever I see him with Emma, he always looks like a man who just won the lottery. He?s besotted. And I?m really into him, if you remember. I had a sex dream about him a few years ago and I?ve never looked at him the same way since then. I would hit it. Hard.
I?m also including photos of Bedhead?s lover Jamie Foxx and Dane DeHaan, who is one of the bad guys in this film, I think.

Showing some love to their loyal fans, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone joined Jamie Foxx for a photocall at The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London, England on Wednesday (April 9).
Clearly having fun in the UK, the ?Amazing Spider-Man 2? costars smiled widely for the cameras while clowning around.
And it looked like Emma was single-handedly trying to bring back the 1980s in her blazer/trousers combo, though she managed to pull it off.
Foxx recently gushed over his experience as Electro in the flick- ?[Director] Marc Webb and all those guys who are doing it are smart. They know that it has to make sense in 2013 so the suit is really slick. It?s not green. It?s actually black.?

She looked gorgeous in a black-and-white sequin dress with yellow heels while her co-star wore a purple shirt with black pants and a suit coat as they posed for the photogs before heading into the Park Hyatt Hotel.
This is the first stop on their global tour to promote their new superhero movie, in theaters May 2 in the United States. Australia will get to see it before most of the world with an April 17 release date.

Emma Stone cried a little during an interview with Australian radio station 2day. Out promotingThe Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro, Emma was played a special message from Mel B.”Oh my God, is Mel B talking to me? I’m going to cry. I’m so excited, I am legitimately crying,”
Mel B told her that she had to sing a Spice Girls song. Naturally, she did a stunning rendition of “Wannabe”. Then she crawled into a hole and died of embarrassment. Oh, sorry. That’s just what I would have done.

During her interview with 2DayFM?s Merrick Watts and Sophie Monk, Emma revealed her Spice Girls obsession and teared up after receiving a video message from band mate Mel B.
?Mel B could?ve been here?! I?m gonna cry!? Miss Stoned declared. ?Oh my God, is Mel B talking to me? I?m legitimately crying, I?m the biggest Spice Girl fan ever!?
Along with admitting her obsession with the all-girl band, the ?Easy A? star showing off her rendition of the hit single ?Wannabe? at the request of Mel. She sang perfectly, ?Here?s a story from A-Z, you wanna get with me you gotta listen carefully? before stumbling over the last few words.
Immediately following her singing debut, Emma stated, ?I?m crying? I love Mel B!?
