One of the hottest actresses around, Emma Stone was spotted out at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City on Thursday evening (October 14).
The 21-year-old actress smiled and waved as she entered the famous studio for an appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman".
The spot comes just less than a month after her new movie "Easy A" hit theaters, with the story finding "a clean-cut high school student relying on the school's rumor mill to advance her social and financial standing."
Meanwhile, Emma was recently named as the choice for Gwen Stacey in the upcoming Marc Webb directed Spider-Man Reboot, which is due out on July 3, 2012.

She?s on a steady rise to superstardom and Emma Stone has been announced as one of the lead roles in the new ?Spider-Man? film.
Contrary to earlier reports, the ?Easy A? actress won?t be playing Mary Jane Watson, but rather the part of Gwen Stacey.
Director Marc Webb told press, "The chemistry between Andrew and Emma was stunning and made Emma the clear choice. At the heart of the story of Peter Parker is not only the amazing Spider-Man, but also an ordinary teenager who is wondering what he has to do to get the girl.?
?Andrew [Garfield] and Emma will bring everything audiences expect to these roles, but also make them their own. Much to my surprise, it was fun to find out that our choice for Gwen (Emma) is also a natural blonde."

Looking as if she beat out a long list of hopeful actresses, Emma Stone will reportedly be offered a main role in the upcoming "Spider-Man" reboot film.
While nothing has been officially agreed to as of yet, Deadline reports that the studio execs have decided on the "Easy A" actress to play the character of Mary Jane Watson.
As for the project, the 3D remake will be directed by Marc Webb and star Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man with a release date slated for July 3, 2012.
Meanwhile, the search continues for a lady to fill the role of Gwen Stacy - as speculation points to four top contenders including Dianna Agron, Mia Wasikowska, Georgina Haig and Dominique McElligott.

Filming a comedy is funny in and of itself, and it sounds like Emma Stone made the set of ?Easy A? even better.
Recalling a snafu while filming, the ?Superbad? actress told MTV News about the day she had to act out a fake sex scene when she suddenly began to hyperventilate.
"Oh, for the love, I can't even simulate sex without dying!" Stone jokingly admitted. "I had a little asthma attack, without any prior knowledge that I had asthma, during the scene where we had to jump up and down for hours and hours screaming and yelling on the bed. [It] was humiliating, because it was the second day of shooting.?
"Here's what it's going to be like the whole movie, as I'm breathing into an oxygen tank," she added. "The crew was like, 'She's going to be a real blast. Wow. Amazing. A 20-year-old having an asthma attack.'"
?Easy A? hit theatres tomorrow (September 17).

Taking care of some promotional duties, Emma Stone was spotted at the Hollywood premiere of ?Easy A? last night (September 13).
The ?House Bunny? actress looked beautiful as she mingled at the Grauman?s Chinese Theater sporting a leggy gold and blue dress.
Also in the house for the big event were fellow stars Aly Michalka, Will Gluck, Penn Badgley and Patricia Clarkson.
The film is about a high school girl who lies about losing her virginity to her gay best friend only to find her life begins to parallel the story of Hester Prynne in ?The Scarlet Letter.? It hits theaters Friday, September 17th.

Just days ahead of the release of her new movie ?Easy A,? Emma Stone was spotted at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 12).
Joining the hundreds of celebrities walking the red carpet, the ?Superbad? babe looked fantastic as she stopped for photos and flashed her glamorous smile.
After talking with press, Ms Stone headed inside the Nokia Theatre to prepare for her duty as a VMA presenter.
As for ?Easy A,? the film is a comedy about a clean-cut high school student (played by Emma) who relies on the school?s gossip to advance her social and financial standing, which hits theatres Friday, September 17.

Spending the night on the red carpet, Emma Stone and Penn Badgley were side-by-side at Isabel Bader Theatre in Toronto, Canada on Saturday evening (September 11).
The "Rocker" chick and her "Gossip Girl" actor co-star were in town for the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of their new movie "Easy A" - which hits theaters on Friday, September 17th.
Talking about the movie, Miss Stone recently spoke with the Orlando Sentinel about being drawn to her character in the Will Gluck directed comedy flick.
Crediting her father's influence, Emma said, ?My dad was always hipper than me, which is why he showed me all those old John Hughes movies. I?ve been watching and memorizing those films since childhood.?
With numerous John Hughes films being paid homage in "Easy A", Emma continues, ?Ferris Bueller? was my favorite. My character in 'Easy A' loved it just for the big dance number, but I think the whole thing is brilliant. Cameron, Ferris? [downtrodden] friend, is just one of the most brilliant characters ever put on screen. That?s genius writing.?

Meanwhile, Taylor recently chatted with press about her love of the holiday season, saying, “I love everything about this time of year, but mostly the way that people find ways to be with the ones they love. And I love sweaters. Everyone is wearing sweaters right now.”

The “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” actress was gracious enough to stop and sign autographs for a few lucky fans before heading off to her next stop.
In a recent interview, Miss Stone explained how she convinced her parents to move from Scottsdale, Arizona to Los Angeles when she was 14 years old - she used a PowerPoint presentation!
“It didn’t seem that brave. I knew how to use PowerPoint and I figured it was the best way to make my point. I gave them some popcorn, sat them down in my room and I made my case.”
