Following her appearance on ?The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? last night, Emma Stone showed up at ?Good Morning America? at ABC Studios this morning (April 29).
The ?Help? stunner looked gorgeous in a white collared, long-sleeved shirt with a black skirt with red trim as she strolled inside to promote her new movie ?The Amazing Spider-Man 2.?
Of starring opposite her real-life boyfriend Andrew Garfield, Emma gushed, ?It?s like a dream to work with him. He?s obviously one of the greatest actors I think we have alive today and he?s also just a remarkable human being. I love him very much.?
Stone also explained her character Gwen Stacy in the franchise- ?Her arc in the comic books was so iconic and so meaningful to comic book history and I didn?t know about it until I auditioned so reading about it, it was just so tragic and beautiful.?
?And then auditioning with Andrew and with Marc Webb the director, it was kind of a no-brainer that I wanted to be a part of it.?

Here are some photos of Emma Stone from the past few days. I still can?t with her bangs, but I like her little fashion show in NYC. That red coat is kind of amazing in an old-school way. Anyway, Emma appeared on The Tonight Show last night to promote The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Jimmy Fallon wanted to do a lip sync battle with her, which is one of my favorite bits that Jimmy does. Emma chose to lip sync Blues Traveler?s ?Hook? and? DJ Khaled?s ?All I So Is Win?. It was on the second song that Jimmy understood that Emma wasn?t playing for this battle:
So cute. She?s adorable here. She really did win.
Here?s part of her sit-down interview with Jimmy. She talks about the sites she visits and how much she loves Pinterest and young mommy blogs.

| Emma Stone Switches Into a Shorter Dress for 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' After Party | Added 10 years ago | Source: Celebrity Gossip |

Making a quick wardrobe change, Emma Stone stepped out for the ?Amazing Spider-Man 2? premiere after-party in New York City on Thursday night (April 24).
The red-headed beauty slipped into a shorter white number and happily entered the Big Apple?s Skylight at Moynihan Station for a night of celebrations.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Emma recently called out her co-star/boyfriend for making a sexist comment during promotional efforts.
After a little boy asked how Spider-Man got his costume, Garfield said, "He made it. He made it with his bare hands. He sewed it... It's kind of a feminine thing to do, but he really made a very masculine costume."
Stone didn?t let his comments slide and quickly replied, ?It's feminine, how?"

Emma Stone showed up atThe Amazing Spider-Man premiere in New York yesterday wearing this outfit. She’s so pale that if the flash hit her directly, she’d disappear.

I don’t put up too many pictures of Emma Stone on the site, but don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of the ginger cutie. She’s just not usually this interesting — and by interesting, I mean chilly. Because if there’s any silver lining to the cold weather that just won’t end this year, it’s […]

| Emma Stone wears Prada, debuts bangs at 'spidey' premiere: cute or fug' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are some photos of Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield at last night?s NYC premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Stickier & Webbier. Before we talk about the dress? yeah, we?ve got to talk about the hair. Yesterday, Emma debuted these bangs as she made her way around town, making TV appearances. The bangs trauma is recent, it?s something she just had done a day or two ago. It might have even been a spur-of-the-moment thing, like ?I wonder what I would look like with really thick bangs? and before she talked herself out of it, it was done. Dear Emma: the bangs are an awful idea. You have a beautiful face. You do not need bangs. In fact, they take away from your beauty significantly. They are TRAUMATIC.
As for the dress? it?s Prada. There?s a darting issue in the bust, that?s how you can tell. It?s a ?Prada signature? to make young women look like they have weird nipples. Anyway, I don?t have a huge problem with the dress other than the darting issue ? it could have been really cute in a blue or even a green, I think. The nude color is just kind of blah though. Maybe it?s me, but this awful hair just makes everything look sort of blah. As for Andrew, he also got a haircut recently. And the buzzcut does him no favors.
I?m including some pics of Emma out and about in NYC yesterday too. These bangs trauma photos are even worse.

| Emma Stone gently calls out Andrew Garfield for his sexist gender stereotypes | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

This video is a couple of days old, but it?s worth discussing because of the way Emma Stone handles a bizarre gender-stereotyping session by her boyfriend, Andrew Garfield. Andrew, Emma and Jamie Foxx have been making the promotional rounds all over America and Europe for a few weeks, and one of those events was a Yahoo-sponsored screening and Q&A session with Jamie, Andrew and Emma. When a little boy asked Andrew a question about Spiderman?s costume and how it was made, Andrew tells the boy that Peter Parker made the costume by sewing it himself. Except Andrew went sort of off-message, and Emma was quick to call him out.
Andrew said:
“He made it with his bare hands. He sewed it, he took some sewing classes, and some needlework, some pinpoint, needlepoint classes. It’s kind of a feminine thing to do, but uh, he really kind of made a very masculine costume out of a very feminine ? “
Then Emma interrupts, but not in a strident, ball-busting way, but in a ?explain this to me, please? sort of way: ?It’s feminine how?” Andrew tries to act like he didn?t just make a huge generalization about femininity and masculinity by saying:
“I would say that femininity is about more delicacy. And precision, and detail-work and craftsmanship. Like my mother, she’s an amazing craftsman. She in fact made my first Spider-Man costume when I was 3, so I use it as a compliment. It’s a compliment of the feminine not just in women but in men as well. We all have feminine in us, young man.”
Yeah. For some reason, Andrew?s explanation bugs me more. Feminine = delicate, detail-work, working at home, artsy crafts. Masculine = superheroes wearing spandex? Perhaps Andrew needs to date Kirsten Dunst with her promotion of 1950s gender norms. But I do like the way Emma handled the situation. She couldn?t bitch him out in front of children, so it was like she just gently reminded him that he sounded like a caveman.

| Emma Stone Covers Vogue's May Issue | Added 10 years ago | Source: The Blemish |

Emma Stone is in the May edition of Vogue. There’s not much you learn from her that you couldn’t have already guessed. Like, she’s never seenEasy A because there’s too much of herself in it and her boyfriend Andrew Garfield is super duper cool. Not her exact words. Pretty much your down to earth celebritywho hasn’t let fame swallow them up ala Justin Bieber.
Stone?s not being falsely modest. She is the rare person in public life who will straight up tell you that yes, she has Googled herself. ?I don?t usually like what I find,? she says. ?But some of it is really funny.? Stone mentions Internet comments that referred to her as a ?Bland Basic Bitch,? which was probably meant as a dig, but she found it hilarious, to the point that at dinner she now begins to refer to herself as ?That Bland Basic Bitch.? Friends claim she isn?t swept up by fame. ?She is just a breath of fresh air, she really is,? says Octavia Spencer, who recalls meeting Stone before makingThe Helpand thinking she was a precocious fourteen-year old. (?The coolest little fourteen-year-old I ever met,? she jokes.) Spencer and Stone remain close; she has Thanksgiving with Stone?s family. ?What you see is what you get,? Spencer says. ?It?s not pretend or a feigned humility, it really is who she is.?
You’re not going to see her drunk driving down Hollywood Blvd. anytime soon. Which is a real shame because it worked out so well for Lindsay Lohan.

Emma Stone covers the new issue of Vogue. The photoshoot is by Craig McDean, which is a nice change-up from the Mario Testino and Annie Leibovitz cover shoots we usually get from Vogue. That being said, I?m not crazy about the shoot. Some of the clothes are okay, but it feels like the styling overall is sort of meandering. Is it supposed to be summery? Eh. Is it supposed to be cute diner-themed? Eh. Is it supposed to be Emma-as-clothes-hanger? Eh. Anyway, you can read the full Vogue profile here (she?s promoting The Amazing Spider-Man 2) and here are some highlights:
Coming to LA and doing every audition, even for reality shows: ?I realized why the people on The Bachelor go so crazy. You go in there rolling your eyes, thinking, This is just a reality search competition, but then you?re there for seven weeks, and you just really, really want to win.?
She has Googled herself: ?I don?t usually like what I find. But some of it is really funny.? Stone mentions Internet comments that referred to her as a ?Bland Basic Bitch,? which was probably meant as a dig, but she found it hilarious, to the point that at dinner she now begins to refer to herself as ?That Bland Basic Bitch.?
On her boyfriend/costar Andrew Garfield: ?I think I?ve learned a lot by being around him. And, you know, he is an incredibly important person to me.?
[From Vogue]
I just sat here and read the whole piece and I found it charming. She?s not a party girl, she loves puns and Jonah Hill flat-out loves her. Andrew adores her. When she worked with Bill Murray, he would bring her presents every day, little stuff like muffins and umbrellas. I really like Emma overall, and I think she?s incredibly talented. But I will say this? I watched part of her Graham Norton interview last week, and I was deeply upset by how noticeably thin she is these days. Concern-trolly, I know, but there it is. I know she?s having some family issues, so maybe that?s one of the big issues. I?m hoping that this is just a weird phase for her and she goes back to a healthier weight soon.

| Emma Stone wears Chanel for 'spidey 2' Berlin premiere: tragic, fug or cute' | Added 10 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

More photos from the promotional tour for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. These pics are all from the cast?s stop in Berlin on Tuesday. As I previewed yesterday, during the day Emma wore a heavy, blue, sleeved Erdem Fall 2014, with red bejeweled appliques. I?m not a fan of the look, although the color is pretty on Emma. Then for the evening premiere, Emma wore this Chanel gown with a full skirt and a Pink thing up top. I?m really sorry for everyone who loves Chanel and thinks Karl Lagerfeld can do no wrong, but THIS IS AWFUL. Why? WHY?! This doesn?t even look like couture. This looks like some home-sewn crap that you would buy at a gas station in Santa Fe. The appliques don?t make it fancy, they just confuse everything.
As for Andrew Garfield? I didn?t realize he was such a naturalist. As in, he?s got a touch of the Shailene Woodley to him. If Andrew had a beav, he?d wave it around in the sunshine.
It’s a good thing Andrew Garfield loves the skin he’s in. After all, the actor’s unforgiving costume in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 leaves little to the imagination. As if his red and blue spandex suit weren’t revealing enough, Garfield is quite comfortable in the buff.
“I love being naked. It’s important to be naked and be in touch with our bodies and not have shame about what we’re made of,” he tells Metro UK. “I love being in touch with nature and my own nature.”
Last month, the cheeky Brit joked that his girlfriend and co-star Emma Stone gave his package in the movie a thumbs-up. “It takes a lot of consideration because you don’t want it to be overwhelming and also you don’t want it to be underwhelming,” Garfield, 30, joked during an Australian TV interview. “You don’t want it to intimidate and you don’t want it to the opposite of intimidate.”
“So, yes there is thought,” he added, “but ultimately you have to trust that what you have is enough.” Garfield then joked, “I had one focus group?and that focus group was Emma. She approved.”
[From E! News]
Sunshine dong. Why doesn?t Benedict Cumberbatch ever talk like this? We could literally spend a week on one Benedict Cumberbatch interview if he ever discussed walking around naked and wanting the Cumberdong to fly freely in the sunshine. But we get Andrew Garfield instead. To be fair, though, I think most dudes are like this. Most dudes are totally fine walking around naked. But most dudes don?t do it because they want to feel one with nature. They do it because they think they look awesome and they want everyone to look at it.
