Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian, back in LA as of Tuesday. She was photographed every day she was in NYC, but now that she?s back in LA, I expect she?ll be hiding out for a few more months and not getting pap?d all that much. She?s been quite open about how she wants to lose more post-pregnancy weight, but I do hope she comes out for an Oscars party two weekends from now. As you can see, Kim is already ?back? to her dark hair too. Probably because that blonde sh-t she had in NYC was just a wig. Also: these photos are of Kim coming out of her dermatologist?s office. A little post-NYC Botox and lip fillers?
And there?s no mystery about where Kim went after the visit to her dermy. She went home? to her mom?s house, where she?s been living with her babies and Kanye West for literally years now. Kim and Kanye bought a house together in the first year of their relationship, but after several years of Kanye?s costly renovations, neither of them wanted to live there. So they bought another house and guess what? Endless reno.
Money is no object when it comes to Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West’s new home in Hidden Hills, California.
“They both make a ton of money but they also spend a ton. And they are sparing no expense with their new house,” a source tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “$20,000 fixtures, the perfect flooring ? the costs have been endless.”
The couple and their children ? North, 2, and Saint, 2 months ? have been living with family matriarch Kris Jenner while renovating their home. Meanwhile, the couple’s Bel-Air mansion remains on the market.
“It was a huge mistake,” says a family insider of the property, which the couple bought for $11 million in 2013 but never lived in. “Both Kim and Kanye were really disappointed in how that turned out.”

It seems like maybe somewhere deep inside, Kanye doesn’t want to live on his own with Kim and their children, right?
As for Kim and Kanye?s communal property versus their separate assets, a source also tells People Mag that Kim is ?well aware? of Kanye?s self-financing his forays into fashion (at a cost of $53 million), and ?Their finances are separate, but they don’t keep secrets from each other, and when it comes to things for the kids, the house they’re working on, they share expenses.? The source also emphasizes that Kim isn?t a spendthrift like Kanye, that Kim ?feels good that she has her own money if things ever go south, but of course it stresses her out a little that they even have to think about finances at all.? Yeah. I mean, good for her for keeping her eye on her finances (some women don’t), but it sounds like Kim is prepared to walk. Maybe she’ll walk soon.

Kanye West?s NYFW Yeezy show is today, so we?ll either have those photos for you later today or maybe tomorrow, depending on when we get the pics. Until then, please enjoy these photos of Kim Kardashian looking like an uncomfortable hot mess in NYC on Wednesday. Kim arrived in New York a few days ago, and this trip is the first time she?s been significantly pap?d since giving birth to Saint West back in December.
I actually feel for Kim. I know that?s an unpopular opinion, but there it is. She?s radiating discomfort in these photos and you just know she would have preferred to stay at her mom?s house with the baby and not have to pour herself into some too-tight and mostly-sheer clothes. She felt like she had to come to New York to support Kanye, because he?s a tantrum-prone child who would have thrown a hissy fit if his wifey didn?t come. Now, all that being said? no one would have cared one iota if she wanted to wander around NYC in sweatpants and an oversized sweater, you know? She didn?t have to wear THIS. And no, I have no idea if that coat is real fur or fake. I suspect it?s real? She?s worn real fur before.
To coincide with her return to the public sphere, Kim posted an update on her subscription app about her current headspace. She sounds really tired.
“I’m up at 4 a.m., pumping and delirious, hiding in my daughter’s closet because if she sees I snuck out of her bed, she will start to cry. My mom would always say, about having kids: ‘One is like one, and two are like twenty.’ I never really understood that until now. When I had North, all I did was feed and sleep. This time around, I get no sleep. Every waking second that I’m not with the baby, I’m with North. I actually think the harder parts aren’t with the newborn but with the toddler! I feel like I go into overdrive to give my daughter attention and make her feel loved.”
“Kanye is super helpful, taking North out to dinners (just them!), and I’m so lucky North looks up to Penelope a lot. She also has a baby brother so she gives North the best advice.”
“It’s definitely been challenging feeding the baby in between getting myself ready and getting my daughter ready. Being late and running behind gives me anxiety, but I know we will soon get into the perfect groove and just figure it out. My mom did, my sister did?and I will, too.”

I know she probably has nannies and night nurses and tons of help, but I don?t know? this feels real to me. She?s trying to figure out how to balance having two kids under the age of three. I also think it?s cute that North is so tight with her cousin Penelope, that?s really sweet. Still, someone needs to give Kim a strong cup of coffee and tell her that she doesn?t need to wear these kinds of outfits right now.

Kim Kardashian covers the Spring/Summer issue of The Editorialist. And when I say ?Kim Kardashian,? I mean her face and body from like two years ago. This is clearly an older photo, but that?s fine. Kim doesn?t want to be seen or photographed until she?s lost more of the pregnancy weight, although word around the street is that she?ll make her first post-baby appearance tomorrow at her husband?s Yeezy show at New York Fashion Week. Kanye?s already tweeted a preview of what he?s going to make Kim wear, and it?s awful and it makes me feel sorry for her. Thankfully, that sympathetic pang disappeared when I started to read these quotes from The Editorialist. Some highlights:
Kim is in control of the family brand: “It’s so funny because I’ll hear stories like, ?Kris Jenner is the puppet master, having all of her kids do this and that,’ and I’m like, ?If they only knew.’ I’m the one that will be like ?Kylie Jenner do this?Kendall Jenner you should do this.’ My mom facilitates it all and gives great opinions, and she’s been so helpful to manage everything, but it’s really a collaboration. I take full responsibility over my brand.”
She loves privacy: “The biggest misconception about our family is that we don’t allow privacy and that we don’t have any [privacy]. That’s just completely wrong. My mornings are so important to me so I can get [North] up. I work during the day, and hopefully I’m there to put her down at night, which is most of the time. I like to have a really good balance between filming and sharing information on our apps?and balancing it all.”
The book of selfies, Selfish, was Kanye?s idea: “It was [Kanye's] idea to do the book of selfies, he picked the name, and he introduced me to Rizzoli. The book is so fun and cool, and no one has ever done a book of selfies before. I really value his opinion, and I trust his opinion, especially aesthetically. But I work a lot with my sisters, so sometimes three opinions is all you can handle.”
She?s working on a new perfume: “I’m working on a new fragrance right now, and that makes me really excited. I love the beauty business. I took a second away just to figure out what I wanted the fragrance brand to be.”
Her relationship with the press & tabloid media: “I would say I’m a really realistic person. At the beginning of my career, [the press] made me?or maybe not ?made me’ but was such a big part of my career. And then, I feel like when I got a divorce, it kind of turned on me, and the people I would do interviews with, who I thought were my friends, just did not understand me. And so it was all of these made-up stories, and this whole story line like a soap opera [started to form]?I saw that happening, and it really took a toll on me. I’m strong. I can handle it. But I took some time off. [Looking] back now, it was great for me. I learned how to live a more private life. It’s also hard, you know. My husband lives really a more private life, and I?don’t. So it’s the combination of figuring it out?he’s really opened up, which has been great, and I’ve closed off and learned how to just take our alone time with him. And I’ve never really done that before, take time for myself.”
Her dreams for North: “When North was born, I used to pray, ?Can she handle this life?’ Because it’s a lot to come into, a family that has the spotlight on them, and it’s very public. But I really believe people come into our lives, and they choose us, and she knows what her life is going to be. I value my relationship with her so much. I want to become best friends with her to the [point that] she can ask me anything. My hope for her is that she is just really kind to people and grows up as normal as possible within all of the chaos.”

Just a note about the perfume? I?ve read several beauty-industry-analysis pieces over the years, and most experts believe that if a celebrity comes up with a perfume that works, it?s like minting money. Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez both have major successes with their perfumes (I wear J.Lo?s Glow and I love it), and for both of those women, their successful perfumes are big chunks of their empires. But would you buy a Kardashian perfume? The thing about that is? I don?t believe that Kim and I would like the same scents. I bet she?s more YSL Opium and I?m more Estee Lauder Private Collection.
As for the rest of it? I believe Kim has a lot to say about her sisters? branding, possibly more than Kris. I believe Kim thinks the press turned against her when she divorced Kris Humphries. I also believe that she walks around on eggshells to please Kanye.

Kim Kardashian isn?t even one full week postpartum and already the tabloids and professional gossips are spinning various theories as to how she?ll lose the baby weight. Some of it is Kim?s fault ? I remember the craziness around her first pregnancy and first post-pregnancy weight loss, and she definitely helped those stories along, especially when she posed for Us Weekly covers to show off her ?post-baby body.? So what are people saying? Star Mag says she?s so depressed about her 50-plus-pound weight gain that she considered scheduling a slew of surgeries the very day she gives birth! Sources tell Star that if Kim had undergone a C-section, she wanted a tummy tuck done at the same time. Sources also claim: ?She?s booked liposuction and intense laser work to get rid of her stretch marks? Her surgery plans are the only thing keeping Kim going right now.? Kim Kardashian has left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where she gave birth to baby boy Saint West ? but don?t expect to see her ample assets again for a long time, a source tells Confidenti@l.
?She will not be showing herself until she?s in tip top shape,? a source tells us. ?She went to (mom) Kris (Jenner?s house). She?s there with Kanye and North. And why would she leave? She has everything she needs there, so she won?t be showing her face.?
Our insider adds that Kim?s diet and exercise plan will be even more ?intense? this time around, confirming that her new nursery, bedroom and closets ? temporarily transformed from bedrooms for Kim and hubby Kanye West ? have been set up for months already and that Kris made sure her daughter arrived home to her own, separate full staff.
?Kim is so hands-on, but also has nurses and baby nurses around the clock. They were waiting for her at the house even when she was in the hospital,? adds our source, who says that in six weeks, Kim will begin a rigorous workout routine and diet. Our source dishes that Kardashian has a personal chef at the house just for her. She will also have a trainer come daily once she can do strenuous exercise.

So which is it? Will she go on a strict diet and focus on sweating off the pounds through crazy workouts? Or will she go for a more surgical route? My theory: a little from column A, a little from column B. Kim probably does have a surgeon on-call, and she?ll definitely get every little blemish/stretch mark/whatever lasered off. She?ll probably also diet and work out. Now I?m kind of depressed to realize that we won?t be seeing much of Kim for several months though.
Oh, and here?s something hilarious: Confidenti@l says that Kourtney ?laughed? at Kim and Kanye?s baby-name choice and ?Kim got an attitude.? Kourtney allegedly told Kim: ?Look at what I named my kids: You don?t want them to get made fun of.? Um? says the woman who named her son Reign Disick? No. How in the world is Reign Disick a less weird name than Saint West?

Before the Kimye Kardashian-Wests dropped SAINT WEST on the world, there was a lot of speculation about whether either Kim or Kanye would choose to honor one of their late parents with the name. Sources told People Magazine that Kim was considering ?Robert? (for her late father) as the middle name, and I think a lot of us are surprised that Kanye hasn?t chosen to use any variation of ?Donda? (the name of his much-beloved mother) for his kids? names. Even when Kim and Kanye announced Saint West?s name on Monday, I still held out hope that Lil? Saint might have a normal-ish middle name. Not so much.
No need to wait on monogrammed baby gifts, dolls: The mystery of Saint West’s middle name has been solved!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s little boy actually doesn’t have a middle name, a family source tells E! News. So just like big sister North West, Saint has only a first and last name.
Both mom and baby, who was are home now. Kim undoubtedly has her hands full now as a mother of two, but a source tells E! News she’s “recovering and doing well” with Kanye by her side.

I don?t have a middle name either, so I can only speak to my experiences as a singularly named person. I don?t really miss having a middle name because I never knew what it was like. Plus, my parents had a million nicknames for me (half of them variations on Indian words), so it never felt like I was missing out. Do I think it?s slightly odd that both North and Saint lack middle names? A little bit. A middle name, to me, is like a free pass. You can have fun, you can get creative, or you can honor someone who meant a lot to you.
I actually think something else is at play here, with Lil? Saint?s name: I think this is Kanye, not Kim. If Kim had her way, she would K-name the crap out of her children. She would have named him Keaston Krobert West. No, Saint West is all Kanye. I see his fingerprints all over it. He wanted something simple and ?clean? and easy to ?brand.? It?s the ?designer? in him ? he wanted something that would look cool visually. Saint West sounds like a store, or a shoe line, or the cheap-o H&M version of Yves Saint Laurent. That?s Kanye, not Kim.

Our long national nightmare is over: Kim Kardashian finally gave birth. This has definitely felt like the neverending pregnancy, probably because Kim talked openly for a year about her difficulties conceiving for a second time (they ended up going with IVF), then she complained endlessly about how much she absolutely loathed being pregnant. Kim?s due date was for Christmas, which means she gave birth about three weeks early. Which most of us were expecting anyway.
Christmas came early for the Kardashian West family. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West welcomed their second child, a son, on Saturday morning, Dec. 5, she announced on her website and app.
?Mother and son are doing well,? according to Kardashian West?s website.
Though they haven?t released a name, the couple has promised to steer clear of naming their son South. Baby Boy Kardashian-West was breech just one week ago, but Kim?s doctors manually turned him on December 1st. She was adamant about not wanting a C-section this time around (she had a C-section with North), but we don?t know yet if Kim had another C-section or what. As for the name? we came up with some good suggestions, I think. The more that I think about it, I?m hoping they go with Wintour or Winter West. I also loved True West!
Incidentally, on Thursday and Friday, Kim was still talking about how miserable she was while pregnant. She complained on her website that she felt like the baby was ?the size of a pumpkin? and she was feeling ?fat as f?k. My cankles are out of control and I?m craving Lay?s Barbecue potato chips.? Of course, she also told her mom that she?s thinking about Baby #3. Oh, God.

Some of you hate the fact that Kim Kardashian has been telling us every little detail about her pregnancy, including how much she herself loathes being pregnant. I don?t know, though ? I kind of hate-respect her for being so honest about it. Her pregnancy has been a pain in the ass from start to finish, and I appreciate the fact that Kim isn?t sugarcoating any of it. Last week, Kim wrote about how Baby Boy Kardashian-West was breech and how she did not want to go through another C-section to deliver him. It looks like she was serious about all that. Yesterday, Kim posted a story to her subscription site where she described the painful process of her doctors manually turning the baby around in utero. OMG. This story makes my lady parts shut down completely.
Kim Kardashian West delivery fears have been alleviated ? her baby is no longer breech.The reality star posted a pregnancy update to her website on Tuesday, just a week after revealing that her son was in the wrong position for childbirth.
?This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an external cephalic version (ECV), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position,? the 35-year-old shared.
Kardashian West, who is 37 weeks along, said she was given an IV with medication to relax her uterus while three doctors worked together to turn the baby. The procedure, according to the star, came with several risks, including the chance that her water might break or her baby?s heart rate would drop. In either case, an emergency cesarean section would have taken place.
?They don?t give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth,? Kardashian West, who was joined at the hospital by her sisters and husband Kanye West, shared. ?BUT it worked!!!?
The baby is now in the ?right position,? and the star said ?it feels so good to not have the stress of thinking I need a C-section.? Kardashian West, who is ?so thankful? for her doctors, isn?t out of the woods yet though ? she now has a cold and sinus infection. So how will she recover while keeping up with mommy duties for North, 2? With the help of her favorite babysitter: sister Kourtney Kardashian.
?I?m going to have North have a sleepover with her cousins for the next two days so I can really sleep and get better,? she shared. ?She loves sleepovers and I really need this time to get better. I haven?t been able to sleep and just need to catch up.?

During her second pregnancy, Kim Kardashian has been wearing a lot of unfortunate chokers. She had an affection for chokers before this pregnancy, of course, but these days, it does seem like Kim has been wearing at least one unfortunate choker a week, at least. What bugs me is that Kim ? and women built like Kim ? shouldn?t really wear chokers. She?s short and curvy and she does not have a long, swan-like neck (yeah, let?s say that). Chokers mess with her proportions, they make her look shorter, heavier and? well, they?re just not flattering. Still, Kim is publicly telling Kanye that she wants him to buy her a choker? as a push present.
Every woman deserves a gift for cooking up a baby, right? Kim Kardashian West surely thinks so! The pregnant reality star, who?s due in December but could welcome her son any day now, took to her website to share the idea of a ?push present? and hint to husband Kanye West what exactly he should be looking for.
?I like the idea of a push present ? after nine months of pregnancy it?s a sweet and well-deserved thank you,? Kardashian, 35, wrote. ?We women go through an entire pregnancy carrying a baby ? of course it only makes sense that we get something amazing to show how amazing we are! LOL!?

Like, the husband buying his wife some memorable or sentimental piece of jewelry to celebrate the birth? I don?t know, I think that?s nice. But push presents shouldn?t be like Christmas presents or whatever. You can?t just say ?this is what I want, a diamond choker with no real sentimental value.? Plus, you know Kanye is just going to give her leather jogging pants for a push present. I haven?t written about Kim Kardashian since Monday, and in that time, I swear to God, about a million Kim K. stories piled up. Why is she giving so many interviews? Why is she telling every single person on the planet about her utter misery while pregnant? I have no idea. I suspect it?s the last burst of press she?s doing before she goes in for an early C-section. That?s what Us Weekly is saying! Here are some of the various stories and quotes circulating about Kim this week:
A possible C-section for Thanksgiving. Even though Kim is due on or around Christmas, sources tell Us Weekly that she might be induced or have a C-section around Thanksgiving. A source says: ?Kim?s doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history.? Her doctors have found ?excess fluid in her placenta, a sign of gestational diabetes.?
Baby Boy Kardashian-West. What will Kim and Kanye name this child? Easton West? South West? West West? Kim tells People Mag that when it came to naming North, ?It?s like the last thing that Kanye and I did when North was born. We didn?t name her for like seven days. I feel like it will just come to us.? Apparently, North has an idea for her little brother?s name: she wants to name him Baby Brother West.
Kim?s maternity style. Kim also told People: ?I feel most comfortable in tighter things. When it?s skintight, you just see the shape and it is what it is. I have a bump. I?m not trying to dress around it!? I am so tired, you guys, I don’t know what’s wrong with me?.And this double chin or these lips?I have flip flops on and they almost don’t fit me.” If her flip-flops don?t fit her, how in the world is she jamming her feet into three-inch heels?
