Kicking off their week with a family outing, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes took their daughter out to dinner in New York City last night (May 24).
The ?Mission: Impossible? stud and his ?Dawson?s Creek? cutie treated their little one to a gourmet meal at Il Cantinori.
Prior to dinner, Katie took Suri out for a little pre-meal appetizer- a frozen snack at a nearby ice cream parlor.
And it looks like little Suri insisted on taking her stuffed animal friends with her all night- what Suri wants Suri gets!

You might not remember this, but at one time, Tom Cruise was considered movie-making gold. Everything he touched made millions at the box office. People liked him. He was Maverick, he was Jerry Macguire.
Then Scientology happened, and he managed to completely alienate everyone around him by going public with his fanatical devotion to the teachings of L. Ron Hubbard. And just like that, he became a joke. But not just a punchline to you and me — it seems he’s also the butt of the joke among Scientology cognoscenti (try saying that three times fast). Apparently Tommy Boy was secretly videotaped during confessional sessions, and according to a former high-level member, those tapes were used to mock him at cocktail parties when he wasn’t around. TMZ says
Mark Rathbun says he recorded Cruise during the confessional sessions and Scientology guru David Miscavige read the transcripts at parties, “joking and laughing” at them.
Rathbun says the video was “well-concealed” in the VIP auditing room, [and that] Miscavige ordered him to prepare transcripts of the sessions. Then Miscavige would hold late night whiskey parties, reading the transcripts and laughing out loud.
The nature of Tom’s alleged confessions were not disclosed.

Oh. Dear. God. This is one of the funniest, most uncomfortable, ridiculous videos ever. The setting: the ?A Fine Romance? fundraiser for The Motion Picture and Television fund in New York on Saturday. The event: Katie Holmes singing and dancing ?Whatever Lola Wants? and treating Tom Cruise as her hyper-choreographed love/dance slave.
This is whole thing is too good not to over-analyze, so let?s get started:
0:24 Holy crap, I think Katie is singing live. And she sounds terrible.
0:34 Katie does a cute little mini-almost-vadge-flash as she struts over to Tom, who is rushing to his mark.
0:40 Tom gives the performance of a lifetime as he pretends he?s okay with Katie running her fingers through his hair. When she does this at home, he slaps her hand and yells ?BITCH, DON?T TOUCH IT.?
0:45 Yep, this bitch was totally choreographed, including when Tom would turn his head dramatically, in time with the music. For all we know, he was the one who choreographed it.

Taking a night out for themselves, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were spotted at the Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday (March 19).
The ?Mission Impossible? hunk and his ?Mad Money? wife looked to having a wonderful time as they cheered the Lakers to victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves 104-96.At one point after the game, Kobe Bryant walked over to Mr Cruise ? who was sitting courtside - and gave him a high-five.
Earlier in the week, the happy couple stopped by a screening of ?Hot Tub Time Machine? which is due out next Friday (March 26).

Still putting the final touches on his latest project, Tom Cruise was spotted on the “Knight and Day” set in Malibu on Friday morning (February 12).
Dressed in casual garb, the “Top Gun” stud roamed the set while spending time out west as his wife, Katie Holmes, and daughter, Suri, enjoy New York Fashion Week.
The sighting comes just days after it was announced that Cruise has signed up to reprise his role as special agent Ethan Hunt in “Mission: Impossible IV”.
Of the move to team Tom back up with director J.J. Abrams, Paramount Pictures Chairman Brad Grey told press, “Tom and J.J. are great talents and we are excited to be working with them to re-launch this legendary franchise.”

Continuing his work on “Knight and Day” Tom Cruise was spotted on set on Wednesday (January 27).
The 47-year-old actor –who does almost all of his own stunts- looked to be having a great time while shooting scene after scene using a very modern looking sport seaplane.
While Cruise is having fun in Long Beach CA, wife Katie Holmes has been living it up in Park City, Utah at the Sundance Film Festival.
Her latest film “The Romantics” debuts tonight (Wednesday) at the celebrity-studded movie fest.

Stepping out on the awards show weekend, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were on hand for a Golden Globes pre-party at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Friday (January 15).
Sporting an open weave dress, the “Dawson’s Creek” damsel looked stunning as she stood alongside her “Top Gun” hubby at the swanky shindig.
Interestingly enough, Katie’s ex-fiance Chris Klein also was in attendance at the Chateau Marmont fete - though the two stayed apart during the course of the night.
Other celebs making their way to the party included Ben Stiller and Woody Harrelson.

In 2006, there was a lot of buzz over the fact that private investigator Anthony Pellicano was facing charges on federal racketeering and wiretapping charges. Pellicano represented high profile celebrity clients like Michael Jackson, O.J. Simpson, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. He also did work for Tom Cruise during his divorce from Nicole Kidman, allegedly tapping Kidman’s phones like all of his other targets. People wondered if we were about to hear the sordid details in the Cruise/Kidman divorce, but the most salacious details we heard during Pellicano’s 2008 trial involved comedian Chris Rock and a fake rape charge. (I truly believe that charge was false, you can read more about it in these two stories.)
Pellicano regularly scammed celebrities by planting stories in the tabloids and then contacting the celebrities directly to offer his services at a steep fee. He had contacts in the police and phone departments who helped him run illegal wiretaps and background searches. In 2008, he was convicted of wiretapping and conspiracy to commit wiretapping and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Tom Cruise, his lawyer Betram Fields, and Anthony Pellicano are now being sued by a magazine editor who claims his phone was illegally tapped by Pellicano at Cruise’s request. The former editor of Bold Magazine, Michael Davis Sapir, claimed in 2001 that he had a tape of Tom Cruise engaged in some same-sex lovin. (I don’t think the gay rumors have much merit, although I initially believed them. I think Pellicano duped Cruise with earlier gay rumors so he would hire him. Cruise sued the editor and they settled for an undisclosed amount, with Sapir stating that the tape never existed. Cruise also allegedly hired Anthony Pellicano to run some counter intelligence on Sapir. Now Sapir is suing back for the alleged surveillance. He wants $5 million, or $5,000 for each one of the 1,000-something conversations he claims were taped without his knowledge.
Anthony Pellicano’s misdeeds are the gift that keeps on giving to the Hollywood elite.
Tom Cruise is the latest?and biggest?name to be sucked into the fray. The star was sued Friday for $5 million by a real mensch who claims that he was spied on by Cruise and his attorney with the help of Pellicano, years before the celebrity detective was convicted of numerous counts of racketeering, wiretapping and other abuses of P.I. power.
The reason the plaintiff believes he was targeted: his ultimately discredited claim that he had a tape of Cruise engaged in some same-sex action.
Michael Davis Sapir, the former editor of Bold magazine, was tagged in a $100 million defamation suit in June 2001 by the Mission: Impossible star over the alleged video, which Bold says it got a hold of after pubbing a $500,000 reward offer for “videotape evidence that Cruise was gay.”
The case was settled that November for an undisclosed amount, with both parties stating that Cruise was not on any tape in Bold’s possession.
But now Sapir claims that Pellicano, acting on orders from Cruise and his major-player attorney, Bert Fields, wiretapped his phone while the suit was still active.
His allegations include invasion of privacy, disclosure of confidential information and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

I read through the lawsuit (on E! Online and TMZ) and the best detail is the password that Pellicano allegedly used to access the encrypted digital recordings of Sapir, which were kept on an iMac: “Bold c*cksucker omerta.”
I love how Cruise’s heavy-handed ways just keep coming back to remind us about the gay rumors. After digging into the allegations a few years ago, I really don’t think Cruise is gay or that he had gay encounters. Pellicano probably set Cruise up with fake gay allegations so he could secure his business, as he often did with his clients. Cruise’s lawyer Fields denies hiring Pellicano for this case, though, and says “We did not even hire Pellicano to work on the Sapir case.” The lawsuit claims a file was found by the FBI in Pellicano’s office called “Michael Davis,” however. I wouldn’t doubt that Cruise hired Pellicano and went for the jugular. If he didn’t, he probably sicced some Scientology goons on the case. I’d love to see Cruise pony up a million or two for Sapir’s trouble.

Back in 2001, Tom Cruise sued Michael Davis Sapir for claiming to have a video of the star in a homosexual situation. And now Sapir is suing Cruise for spying on him.
According to a report, Sapir is taking the “Vanilla Sky” stud as well as his attorney Burt Fields and private investigator Anthony Pellicano to court, claiming the trio conspired to spy on him.
The root of the $5 million lawsuit is that Pellicano supposedly illegally wiretapped Sapir’s phone during the 2001 court case.

They’ve been shooting their new film “Knight and Day” in Sevilla, Spain as of late, and today Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz wrapped the production with a friendly photo shoot.
The “Minority Report” stud and “The Box” babe took time out of their busy schedule to take photos with the local authorities of the town, including firefighters, police, and civil protection workers.
