Stepping out for some dinner, Sofia Vergara was spotted at Luques Restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 3).
The ?Modern Family? babe looked lovely as she made her exit along with a gal pal, sporting a leggy black dress and a big smile.
In her new gig ?New Year?s Eve,? Sofia got to work alongside rock and roll stud Jon Bon Jovi, and it sounds like she enjoyed herself.
Vergara gushed, "He was so nice too. Handsome and nice. What could be more perfect? He just doesn't age. I kept asking him, ?Tell me what you put on your face, you look fantastic.'"

Following the 83rd Annual Academy Awards, Sofia Vergara was spotted hitting up the Vanity Fair Oscar party last night (February 27).
The ?Modern Family? babe was all smiles as she arrived at the Sunset Tower hotel, sporting a sexy black dress and matching heels.
Ms. Vergara is featured in a new spoof video made by the folks over at the ?Jimmy Kimmel Live? show.
In the clip, Sofia gives her gleaming endorsement of ?Jimmy K?s Hottie Body Humpilates? workout program, and she looks super hot doing so.

Last week, we had the new Shape Magazine cover with Sofia Vergara, plus some excerpts from her cover interview. These are some of the additional photos from Shape?s photo shoot. Look at Sofia?s 40-year–old ass in that bikini! Jesus. I would do her. Without apologies. Sofia and Emma Thompson. The three of us could live as each other?s sister-wives with absolutely no boys forever and ever. Here are some more excerpts from her interview:
Sofia on primping: ?All the women in my family are [primpers]. We put makeup on to give birth! When I started feeling contractions with my son Mamolo, the first thing I did was wash and blow-dry my hair before I went to the hospital. You never know how long you?ll be in labor. It could be days until you?re able to take a shower.?
Sofia?s cravings: ?If I could, I would have foie gras and clairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner!? But her real love is cake - ?I love it. Vanilla cake, angel food cake, chocolate cake. For me and my son, buying cake at the grocery store is like buying milk. We always have it in the house.?

Those are the only other interesting parts I found from the interview. It?s not like Shape Magazine was trying to go in-depth about life and death with Sofia. Not that she?s not smart - I think she is. But she also knows that people just want to see her in a bikini and listen to her talk about food.

“Modern Family’s” Sofia Vergara is pushing 40 and she still looks like this, whereas Sarah Jessica Parker is in her early 40s and looks like this. I don’t know how to explain it, but I bet it involves desecrating a sacred Indian burial ground or pissing off an old gypsy woman.

Sofia Vergara is the cover girl for the March issue of Shape Magazine. I have no idea why the hell people are mad about cut-out dresses now. The cut-outs always seem to be on one of the toughest parts of a lady?s body, at least for me. You couldn?t pay me to wear a dress with that part of abdomen showing. I would stab a bitch who tried. Still, I love that Sofia is now a cover girl for major magazines. I anxiously await her potential pictorials when she (hopefully) gets invited to be a cover girl for Harper?s Bazaar or Elle, or even Vogue. Here are some excerpts from her cover interview:
Sofia on lipstick: “If I walk outside without lipstick, I feel naked.”
On her favorite body part: “I’m sure men would tell you it’s my boobs, but I like my eyes,” she tells the mag. “They have a natural cat’s-eye shape, so I try to play that up.”
Training with Gunnar Peterson: “Oh, I hate it! But I also know that at my age — I’m almost 40! — I have to do it to maintain my figure. When I can, I try to do Latin dancing for exercise because it’s so much fun and I just love the music. Two hours before I go [to the gym], I’m already wishing it was over. I psychologically fool myself into believing it’s part of my job.”
On aging and weight: “I think when women reach a certain age, they look better with a little fat in their face? I’m lucky I’m Latin because people expect me to be a bit more plump.”
On dealing with her boyfriend Nick Loeb?s car accident: ?It was hard for us because it happened in the middle of the most fun, sexy time. And then he was in the hospital, and you know men, they become such little babies! [But] he kept his sense of humor despite the situation. I don?t know if I could have stuck it out with him if he hadn?t been able to laugh at himself and be happy even under the worst conditions. When you see people in difficult times, that?s when their true nature comes out.?

My mother is like that about lipstick too - she will not leave the house without her lipstick. I?ve always thought of it as a Southern thing, but maybe not. Personally, I can?t remember the last time I even wore lipstick. My lips are naturally dark, so I usually just put lip balm or lip gloss on and that?s it.

Known for her curvaceously magnificent figure, Sofia Vergara fittingly was selected as cover girl for the March 2011 issue of Shape magazine.
The Colombian beauty is featured clad in a tempting turquoise Boulee dress on the front page, while chatting with the magazine about topics such as her workout regimen to making it through the trialing times following boyfriend Nick Loeb's car wreck.
As for her fitness ambitions, Miss Vergara dished, ?Oh, I hate it! But I also know that at my age - I?m almost 40! - I have to do it to maintain my figure. Partaking in the many parties preceding today's big game, Sofia Vergara was front and center at the Style Icon pre-Super Bowl XLV party at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas,Texas on Saturday night (February 5).
The "Modern Family" star quickly made her way to the VIP section as she danced the night away while accompanied by her son, Manolo, and boyfriend, Nick Loeb.
And while she was busy reveling in the Lone Star State, Miss Vergara and her "Modern Family" co-stars were at the same time racking up another award for their hit ABC comedy.
The show was named as Best TV Comedy Series during the 2011 Writers Guild of America awards, while "Mad Men" took the same honors in the TV Drama category.

I don?t mind telling you that Sofia Vergara is featured in today?s first-ever Hot Girl Friday. I love her. I think she?s gorgeous and hilarious and I want to see more of her. These are new photos of Sofia walking to the set of New Year?s Eve - I like the idea that Sofia got a part in the film, an ensemble romantic-comedy that?s going to be just like Valentine?s Day, only set on New Year?s Eve. It?s probably a smart career move for Sofia - jumping from a hit sitcom to a supporting part in a romantic comedy. She won?t have to carry the film by herself, but it?s still a high-profile acting gig. Here?s what I don?t like: her bangs trauma hair. And that costume with the white jacket! How dated is this total look? Is Sofia going to get some kind of ?hot girl? makeover in the film? I hope so. Because they?ve just made a gorgeous woman look frumpy and ten years older.
Another reason I think I?m going to hate this movie: Katherine Heigl. She was cast in the role meant for Halle Berry? meaning Halle and Dame Heigl are interchangeable, I guess. And look how much better Katherine?s hair is! Ugh.

Getting started on another new gig, Sofia Vergara arrived on the set of "New Year's Eve" in New York City on Thursday (February 3).
Bundled up in a black puffer jacket and black tights, the "Modern Family" babe flew into town the previous day as she readied for her first day of action on the Garrmy Marshall directed romantic comedy.
Due out on December 9, 2011, the film follows "the lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwined over the course of New Year's Eve."
Meanwhile, Miss Vergara was recently doted with teh third spot on AskMen's List of Most Desirable Women.
The magazine said of the decision, "This year she was also nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. And with boyfriend Nick Loeb considering a run for the Senate, Vergara's giving men a whole new reason to be engaged in politics."
